Despite the large number of customers, the food arrived very quickly and was delicious. The dark ambiance is stunning. The staff are very friendly and treat customers well. Outstanding value for money!

I highly recommend this restaurant! We had pizza here, and I have to say, I haven't had such a delicious pizza in a long time. The dough was perfect, the toppings were fresh, and the flavor was simply amazing. You can tell the love and quality go into making this place. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I'll definitely be back – I highly recommend it.

The visit to Solino Ristorante & Bar in Euskirchen suffered from the significant discrepancy between the polished social media hype and the actual performance of the kitchen and service. The restaurant presents itself perfectly on Instagram, but fell short in crucial and fundamental aspects. The kitchen: Serious flaws despite its attractive appearance The dishes were consistently photogenic and well-presented, but the shortcomings in preparation and transparency weighed heavily: Octopus appetizer: The appearance was appealing, but the dish had one serious flaw: It contained sun-dried tomatoes, even though they weren't listed on the menu. This is unacceptable and poses a high risk for allergy sufferers. Risotto (with baby vegetables): The dish did not meet the standard. The risotto was not creamy, as it should be, but completely overcooked and had a mushy consistency. This is a clear sign of a lack of care. Salmon (main course): The fish was dry and visibly stressed by the heat. Dessert (mille-feuille): The filling tasted floury and also disappointed the high visual expectations. Positive exception: The pizza was the only dish that was excellent and lived up to the promise of Italian cuisine. Although the uneaten dishes and the disappointment were pointed out during clearing, there was no concession or gesture from the restaurant to mitigate the experience. The only question at the end was a brief: "Are you full?" No card payments were accepted. Only cash or instant bank transfer were possible. This lack of modern payment methods is a major annoyance for many guests. My companion had to leave the restaurant to withdraw money, which unnecessarily burdened the entire evening. At Solino, the saying "You eat with your eyes" applies more than anything else (My eyes ate more than my stomach). The dishes are visual masterpieces, but the contents often don't live up to the high standards and premium price. Between the sometimes poor service and the dishes that fluctuate between excellent and disastrous, a feeling of disappointment remains.

The food and service were very good. We ate outside that day. The center's guests were consuming a lot of cannabis, which was really distracting during the meal. However, the restaurant can't be blamed for that. Overall, there's nothing to complain about with the food, but the payment isn't ideal: You can only pay in cash, and the waiter hands you the bill, so you have to figure out who's paying how much. It's a bit annoying, but otherwise, the restaurant is highly recommended.

After going to a indoor water park we looked up places to eat and Solino popped up. Has a great atmosphere in a quiet location. It was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Food was great 10/10!

5 stars for the service and the food. They were happy to accommodate requests, and the food was very fresh. Homemade pasta, just like Grandma's, and pizza with truly fresh ingredients. Not the typical pizza and pasta dishes you usually find in pizzerias. The taste was excellent. The dessert rounded everything off perfectly. I give the ambiance 4 stars. It was a bit dark and the tables a bit smaller, which I personally didn't like so much (it was the smaller side room, to the left of the entrance). The main room was a bit brighter, with pleasant music in the background.

The restaurant is very clean and beautifully decorated. The food is very tasty and plentiful. The servers are friendly and quick. The only downside is the Galleria building in Euskichen, which is ugly, and the fact that you only pay in cash is a bit annoying. Otherwise, it's great.

A very cozy atmosphere. We highly recommend the food – especially if you're looking to enjoy traditional pasta. The place may be a bit dark, but that fits perfectly with the harmonious concept. It's also one of the best food spots in Euskirchen. Value for money: Since I work in the restaurant industry myself, I find the prices for homemade food very reasonable. The pasta is freshly prepared, and only traditional ingredients are used – for example, guanciale instead of the ham used in most other restaurants. Service: The staff are excellently trained and know the ingredients in detail. When we had questions, they were very helpful and asked if everything was OK – while being pleasantly unobtrusive, which I really appreciate as a guest. A visit is definitely worth it, and we will definitely eat there again!

First time visiting. The atmosphere is very dark, you can hear the noise from the counter... the music is too loud. And the pizza I ordered took a very long time to cook. The tomato sauce was cold, the mozzarella was still in hard pieces and hadn't melted. Inedible!!! Apologies are difficult, and you end up paying full price anyway... the staff can't say please or thank you, the cutlery is placed clumsily on the table, and some of the ingredients land right in the middle... I wouldn't recommend it.

We came here for a nice dinner in Euskirchen and it was a great choice! The place was a bit hard to find as it is inside a mall, but it is very cozy and looks really nice! We came without a reservation so we had to stay inside, but they have a nice terrace as well. They have plenty of options to choose from. We ordered a ceviche as a starter which was really lovely. Then for mains we had the pesto pasta with burrata and the pasta with beef and they were great! The portions were also really big for a nice price. They have a nice selection of wines as well. A thing to know is that the place is cash only, so make sure you are prepared for that! Overall it was a great experience :)

The ceviche was a flavor explosion, the pizzas were top-notch, the service was consistently friendly, and the location was very cozy. We'll be back!

Best place in Euskirchen! The food is top-notch – as are the friendly staff. There's always great music playing, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

The pizza was very good. My Caesar salad was a mixed salad of slightly wilted leaves. I think it was a mix. You had to use a magnifying glass to find the croutons and Parmesan, and the chicken strips were a whole white chicken breast cut into pieces. The dressing didn't have any anchovies. Not really recommended, but the pizza was great.

We ate at Solino on Saturday and ordered the pasta dish with burrata and arugula pesto three times. It tasted absolutely delicious, and the service was, as always, very good. What I was a bit disappointed about, however, was that I saw a picture of this dish in the Instagram story that presumably showed what it was supposed to look like "properly." The burrata we each had wasn't whole and looked like it had been cut into at least three pieces. It was a really tiny portion of the cheese. I'm not usually one for writing long reviews, but the post in the Instagram story really annoyed me afterward, so I had to get it off my chest. For €18.90 per dish, it should have been a whole burrata.

Once again, it was delicious, great people, and a fantastic atmosphere. I'd be happy to come back anytime. See you soon :)

Very friendly service and delicious drinks! We received very friendly service – the staff were really attentive and friendly. We also really enjoyed the drinks. We were a bit disappointed with the food, though. We had lasagna, tagliatelle, and pizza – unfortunately, the lasagna wasn't quite my taste, and the pesto in both the pasta and pizza was a bit too overpowering, while there were hardly any vegetables to be found. For the price, we would have preferred a bit more of the food. Still, it was a nice visit, especially because of the great service!

Since men and women share a sink in the restroom, it can easily become confusing.

Four of us and two dogs were there on a bank holiday Thursday. We got a really nice table outside with a reservation. The server was very friendly and served us very well. The food was absolutely amazing. We had two different bruschetta and cheese starters. For main courses, we had the pistachio pizza, the pizza with truffle spaghetti, the calzone Alberto, and the tagliatelle with seafood. As I said, everything was delicious, and you can't really complain about the prices. An absolutely high-class Italian restaurant with fair prices and a 100% taste experience. We'd go back anytime! 😍🙌

The pizza was delicious but beware they only take cash! We were very surprised when it came to paying and had to go out separately to find a cash machine, not knowing the area very well. Shocked that in 2025, a restaurant as large and highly rated as this doesn't have a card machine! I personally would pay a percentage more for the meal in order to pay with card, if fees are the issue. Other businesses deal with the cost of card machine usage upping prices or adding a surcharge. Give your customers the option!

The food is of excellent quality. There are classics (lasagna, pizza tonno, etc.) as well as very special versions (pizza with wild shrimp, pizza carbonara, etc.), all homemade. A huge selection of cocktails, long drinks, and other beverages. Unusual, delicious desserts. The price/performance ratio is definitely good! Friendly service, beautiful location (also with an outdoor terrace). I missed some music outside, but otherwise everything has been perfect! :)
