I ordered via Lieferando. The waiting time was stated to be 20-45 minutes. 2 hours and one call later we received the 2 pizzas and pizza rolls. When delivered, they were cold, the pizzas were burnt, and the base was rubbery. Unfortunately, this was not enjoyable The pizza rolls were hardly filled, which is a shame considering the price, the pizzas were hardly filled.

Had a flyer in the mailbox despite the “No Advertising” sign. P.s.: There isn't even an address, an imprint or a website on your flyers.

Sehr sehr lecker. Hätte nicht erwartet das die Pizza sooo gut ist. Der Teig echt überraschend herzhaft. Aus Maismehl statt weizen. Kein Wunder so anders. Belag auch schön verteilt. Verstehe die andere trollbewertungen nicht.

We didn't get to know the ambience because it was an order. About our order: As new customers from Flamersheim (thanks for your menu), we of course have 3 complaints that are not entirely serious: 1. The food even came a little earlier than announced. 2. The order was 100% what we ordered. 3. The food was hot, tasty and the portions were ok. So we would like to thank you for the great dinner and say see you soon. The new customers from Flamersheim!

We've been ordering there since this store opened. What we notice is that the portions are noticeably smaller and the ingredients are saved. In addition, the prices have risen considerably. Last week the mozzarella, which was specially ordered and of course paid for, was missing from the pasta. Today I get a very small salad with canned champions instead of freshly fried champions. It's a shame, but that's really disappointing.

Simply a disaster. I waited 1.5 hours for our food. When I called I was told he should be there any moment. The food arrived cold and something was missing. When we gave notice we were told to give the food back cold and they would bring us something new. Of course it took over an hour again. I won't be ordering from them again and if there was a worse rating than one star you'd rather get that. It's not the first bad review. Then you should start to change something about it.

I had dinner here with my best friend last night and the pizzas were simply great. We originally wanted a pepperoni/ham pizza and a tuna/onion pizza to split, but the owner made both pizzas half/half, which was even better. The dough was very thin and the pizzas tasted really good. If we are in Bielefeld again, we will eat there again.

The last time I ordered 3 kebabs and picked them up myself. Disgusting. All three thrown into the bin. Never again...

I ordered pizzas and salad to be delivered this evening. I absolutely agreed with the statement that the delivery time was 45 - 60 minutes. That's usually how it is. Then the driver called and said he couldn't find us. So explain to him where it is. Statement from him, ok, I'll be there soon. Mmm, waited. Then a call from the branch. Explained again. Ok, coming soon. Delivered half an hour after the last phone call. I said that and now it's cold? No no she is hot. Ok paid (error) Unpacked and of course only lukewarm. Called the branch and complained that the pizzas were cold and we would like to have it replaced. The statement "oh I'm sorry we can't do that". I thought the phone would fall out of my hand. All I can really say is test it first and then pay. Oh well, I've been ordering there for more than 6 years. So they know where they have to go.

The service was very friendly, the food wasn't bad. But the atmosphere is very dirty, there are dead flies on the floor in the corners, on the window sill and definitely not since yesterday...
