I ordered food, it was disgusting! The pizzas were totally disgusting. Pure fish taste in a Margherita pizza and salami pizza. The pizza rolls also had a fishy taste. You only bit into it 1.2 times and didn't even get around to eating it; you immediately felt sick and nauseous. When the owner was contacted, he immediately became aggressive and verbally abusive. You should send the health department there. You feel completely nauseous and sick after just a few bites. The owner accused someone of cheating over the phone. All in all, this order was one of the most disgusting orders I have ever ordered and I would not recommend it to anyone. I can only agree with the negative comments that have been written here so far.

The pizza price is 10.50 euro, it was very salty and obviously not from high quality materials, not recommended.

After eating we are all afraid of being sick tomorrow. The mayo and BBQ sauce were expired, the fries were completely burnt, there was hair in the food, the chicken in the salad was so hard and inedible and the wrong kind of pizza was delivered. When I called them and explained the situation, maybe two sentences were said to me. None of it was an apology etc. I was simply brushed off by saying that he wasn't responsible for it. I would have said that you could only order dry pizza rolls there, but even there was hair in the dough. We will never order there again.

Yesterday evening I placed an order via smileys.de. Among other things, a pizza with spinach and feta. This order has been confirmed and paid for. The pizza was delivered (approx. 1 hour delivery time but that was okay because of Carnival) with only feta and no spinach. On the invoice that accompanied the order, only the pizza with feta, without spinach, was stated. When I called the branch, the employee on the phone was very unfriendly, said “that would be my problem” and “the problem with the website” (note: I ordered via the official Smileys website, not via Lieferando or similar). Of course the pizza was charged the same as spinach. It can always happen that an ingredient is missing, but you should be informed about it during the ordering process or at the latest afterwards and have the opportunity to change the order if necessary (to be honest: a pizza only with feta? No, it didn't really taste good!). For example, at another pizzeria I received a special call because an ingredient was out and I was able to choose something else. And if it was actually due to incorrect transmission within the system, then I would strongly recommend a check. Likewise, if you read other reviews here, customer and service training for the employee. I will definitely no longer order here and will delete my customer account. It's a shame, because the “Ring of fire”, for example, was always very tasty. But now no longer under these conditions 🤷‍♂️

Hello, after all these years - we wanted to give a review. Ordered today at 3:49 p.m., delivery would take about 40 minutes and was there on time. As in all these years, the food was “super tasty” and there was never a problem with special requests. Salad was fresh, although the yoghurt dressing could have been a little better in terms of taste. BUT pizza rolls, calzones and pizza are very tasty. We would be happy to try out the other offerings (Chinese, Indian and other dishes)!

I have tried their vegetarische Pizza and it tastes really good. I had ordered it online and they delivered on time with good packaging.Im not really sure about the ambiance of the restaurant because I have not been to this restaurant so far. I recommend vegetarisch pizza here and it goes well with coke.
