Worst pizza I've ever eaten (not finished). And that even though I was really hungry after the 2 hours of waiting and would have eaten pretty much anything. Although several toppings were selected and paid for, they were missing from all pizzas. In addition, the wrong dips were delivered and the "Breadsticks Garlic-Cheese and Oregano" turned out to be a loveless focaccio that didn't even contain any garlic. The children's Margherita pizza was missing cheese. In addition, during several telephone calls we were repeatedly told that we could expect delivery at any moment. After all, we only live a few minutes away. It's also funny that we ordered from "Pizza Junge Bergheim" via Lieferando, but then it turned out that this location doesn't exist at all. Everything is prepared at "Donna Rosa" and sold under a different restaurant name. In short: never again!

We ordered pizzas from their sub brand, Pizza Junge. We waited over two hours for our food, though we only live 10 minutes away. Several items were missing from our order (placed with Lieferando) including side orders. One pizza didn't even have cheese! Never again will I order from Pizzza Junge or Donna Rosa. This was an extreme disappointment. Avoid both brands at all costs.

So it's not as bad as many people have described but not good either, just lower midfield

We waited 3 hours for our food, called after 2 hours and still it took 1 hour. When the delivery came there was a drink or something similar as an excuse and the pizza was burnt

We found the restaurant through Groupon and had a 3-course menu with steak. The food was delicious, the service was friendly but unfortunately slightly overwhelmed. We had the impression that there was a shortage of staff or that staff were simply being cut. The slightly stressed but friendly waitress didn't want to let us read the delivery menu because we received a special menu for Groupon customers and said there wasn't a drinks menu either, so we should just choose a regular drink. We waited over an hour for our first course, but things continued quickly after that. The waiting time was excused by the large demand for delivery orders. We would perhaps order food there again and have it delivered because it was tasty, but we would no longer go there in person. There is a feeling that more priority is placed on the delivery service than the local customers

I've ordered here twice in total and find the food to be absolutely average. Savings are made on the expensive ingredients, which even here seem inferior. What's much worse, however, is that after the last order I had a stomach ache until the next morning. Frechen has some good restaurants so you can safely ignore this one.

Great service and you don't need to talk about the food, wonderful and super tasty. To recommend!

I waited more than 2 hours for my order

The pizza was very tasty and hot too. The employee on the phone was very nice and pointed out to me that it would take at least an hour for the delivery to arrive, which was the case. Unfortunately the salad was forgotten, but the driver wanted to go and get it straight away. Faster delivery should definitely be worked on, but everything else was very good 👍

The pizza is ok, but the salad was brown, the scampi, tuna and ham seemed old and of poor quality. The sauce was really disgusting too. I would not recommend Donna Rosa.

Too long waiting times and unfriendly staff. After waiting for over 1.5 hours (delivery time shown was 37 minutes), we were told on the phone that "the driver has been on the road for a long time, BUT we are not the only ones who have ordered". After the food finally arrived, there was no herb butter on the rolls or additional side dishes on the pizza. If you can't handle a lot of orders, you might want to think about stopping acceptance once you reach a certain number of orders.

Very rude, I ordered pizzas that I went to pick up myself, wanted to take a coke with me and then the employee there snatched my bank card out of her hand and cashed in. Unfortunately, she didn't charge for the cola at the beginning because she was probably in a hurry to cash in on me. I will never order there again and certainly don't recommend it. Because there was no apology for her misconduct. So how can you be so rude and disrespectful. If you don't feel like doing the job, just leave it alone.

My husband and I had lunch in this attractive restaurant today and are more than satisfied with the delicious food, the price-performance ratio, the friendly service and the hygiene in the dining room and the toilet. We would like to come again.

Very cozy restaurant. The only flaw is that it's a bit too cold. But the rest: food rich and delicious. The service was very nice and attentive. Price/performance is TOP.

Really good food at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the delivery time was underground: 1 hour 48 minutes on a Monday evening and no response from the pizzaria. Just a note: the delivery distance is 4 minutes (2.5 km). Unfortunately, there was no information when ordering that it would take longer, although you had to provide your email and cell phone number.

Since it opened, we have always been very satisfied with Donna Rosa when we have ordered. Unfortunately, things have changed since the end of 2023 and today was probably the last time for me that we ordered there. The quality is decreasing more and more and in the evening you now wait over 2 hours for your food. I specially ordered with little cheese and lots of champions. What's coming; Dripping pizza with cheese and counted mushrooms. It's a real shame. We were looking forward to a delicious meal. We still wish you all the best!

That was the first and last time I order here. Food didn't arrive for 3 hours even though it was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes. Due to the delay, I called 200 times for over an hour each time busy or probably intentionally set the phone to busy so that customers like me who had been waiting for hours for their food couldn't reach anyone. People ordered elsewhere. It doesn't even deserve one star.

Spontaneously reserved a table for 4 people with an arrangement by phone today, very nice. Price unbeatable. Selection good. Service friendly. All three courses took a little longer, but were good. It would be nice if you e.g. lights the candle on the table. After almost all the tables were occupied, it became unpleasantly loud.

We have been very happy with Donna Rosa since it opened. 5 stars absolutely deserved. Unfortunately, things have changed since 2023 and today was probably the last time we ordered there. The quality is decreasing more and more and in the evening you now wait over an hour for your food and then something is usually missing or was delivered incorrectly. I don't want to talk about the prices, everything is getting more expensive, including pizza. But if quality deteriorates, increasing prices are unfortunately not justified.

Schnitzel was okay and the bruschetta was good. The pizza, however, was miserable. It tasted like stale dough and was far too greasy. Unfortunately after 2 bites it ended up in the trash. Delivery took longer than stated.

I have been here several times and have ordered several times. The ambience is nice. The service is very nice. The food also tastes good. When you order, the food usually arrives lukewarm. Salads, pizzas are good. I really like the pizza dough. The salads are well put together. Unfortunately the prices are very high! The bottle of Cola / apple spritzer / Fanta 1 L…….no joke! €9.00! I find that very disgraceful.

Habe heute nicht das Erste mal dort gegessen es kann nicht sein das man für 1x Nudeln 1x Pizza 150min braucht oder essen kommt immer viel zu spät ( bestelle bei Lieferando) es wird auch nicht angerufen und gesagt essen kommt später

Ich habe 11 Jahre in Italien gelebt. Pizza ist dort ein Heiligtum. Und das wichtigste ist immer der Teig. In Deutschland ist es anders herum, hier ist der Belag wichtig, der Teig wird zum "Belagträger" reduziert. Bei Donna Rosa ist der Belag hervorragend, aber der Teig ist sensationell. Die beste Pizza, die ich in Deutschland gefunden habe. Und den Rand esse ich immer zum Schluss, sozusagen als "Nachtisch".

Waren zu Besuch und wollten zum Abschluss eine leckere Pizza essen wir bestellten eine „Familie“ Pizza und paar Kleinigkeiten. Nach über einer Stunde bekamen wir das Essen geliefert ( war in Ordnung da vorher darauf hingewiesen wurde dass sehr viel los ist) Nichtsdestotrotz war die Pizza sehr enttäuschend. Eine Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern wird davon nicht satt die Pizza ist etwas größer als eine normale große Pizza und da ist die Norm 35cm der Durchmesser da war die „Familien Pizza „ vielleicht 2-3cm größer und dann noch 20,50€ ist für die Größe völlig überteuert und von der Qualität auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Milde Peperoni haben wir ebenfalls verzweifelt auf der Pizza gesucht leider war es Paprika die zu dieser Kombination nicht gepasst hat. Naja scheinbar wird heutzutage mehr auf Quantität als Qualität gesetzt. Sehr schade

Wir haben dort jetzt zwei mal bestellt! Die Lieferung nach Pulheim dauert natürlich immer was länger wir haben mit 4 Leuten bestellt Pizza Pasta salate mussten im Grunde immer gute 11/2h warten was im Grunde völlig in Ordnung ist! Das Essen war immer super lecker und vorallem auch noch heiß wenn es ankommt !

Wir haben schon öfter bei Donna Rosa bestellt und waren immer zufrieden mit unserem Essen. Aber was ich nur empfehlen kann ist im Restaurant zu essen. Die Pizza war mega lecker, man sollte nur bei der Bestellung nicht vergessen die Größe der Pizza anzugeben, ansonsten bekommt man eine Große Pizza 32cm, die wir nicht geschafft haben, aber uns einpacken lassen haben. Die Speisekarte hat eine riesen Auswahl an Essen das laut den Bilder alles sehr gut aussehen. So das wir wohl öfter hin müssen um weiter berichten zu können. Die Pizza ist top!!! Und sehr zu empfehlen!!! Der 2.Besuch war mit 4 Personen, diesmal gab es Calamaris, Flammkuchen und Pizza es war auch wieder alles mega lecker! @rejomomentsof_happiness @albrenate

Wir haben gestern mal wieder Essen bestellt, die Nr. 153, sehr gut, heiß, reichlich und superlecker. Gerne bald wieder. Nur zu empfehlen!

Die Salamipizza mit Käserand ein Traum!

Bin hier jetzt schon seit Jahren Stammkunde. Das Essen ist top. Pizza, Pasta, Salate, Schnitzel oder Steaks, ich hab mich inzwischen durch die ganze Karte gefuttert und es schmeckt wirklich alles super lecker. Grundsätzlich wird hier auch bei einer Online-Bestellung auf zusätzliche Bemerkungen geachtet (ohne Oregano/extra Knoblauch etc), was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Lieferung erfahrungsgemäß ca. 40-50 Minuten, in 95% der Bestellungen kommt das Essen heiß an. Super Laden.

Ich kann Pasta Mombai total empfehlen. Mega Geschmack und das Hähnchen ist super ! Mit dem Abholen gab es auch keine Probleme.

Guten Tag, Hier unsere Rezession für das heutige Essen. Wir sind von Groupon auf das Restaurant gestoßen und können es nur Empfehlen. Von Vorspeise über Hauptgericht bis zur Nachspeise war alles super. Zusammengefasst: Bruschetta war der Wahnsinn! Tiranisu war ausgezeichnet Panna Cotta war gut Pizza war sehr gut belegt und lecker Das Schnitzel war fantastisch. Die Sauberkeit des Restaurants war sehr gut, schönes Ambiente Absolute Empfehlung !

Versch. Salate sind ganz frisch und sehr appetitlich! Sehr lecker!!

Einer der besten lieferdirnste in der Nähe! Mein Essen war immer perfekt. Einmal wurde mein Salat vergessen, was mir garnicht aufgefallen wäre hätte der Lieferant sich nicht direkt entschuldigt und tatsächlich kam er mit einem perfekten Salat wieder :) besonders die Lasagne kann ich übrigens sehr empfehlen

Bestelle seit ca. 8 Monaten regelmäßig Pizza dort und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Ich finde sie Klasse! Super, dass ihr auch bis Pulheim Mitte liefert ^^

Bestelle Regelmäßig hier. Eben Spaghetti Agli Olio bestellt, schmeckt besser als bei richtigen italiänern und schnelle leiferzeit

super Service und guter Geschmack

Wir bestellen regelmäßig bei Donna Rosa und sind zufrieden. Die Pizza kommt in der Regel vor der vorgegeben Lieferzeit bei uns an, klar wir haben auch schon mal länger gewartet aber das war auch zu ner Stoßzeit am Wochenende. Qualitativ sind Pasta, Pizza und Salat immer gut und frisch, da hatten wir noch nie Probleme. Haben aber noch nie Schnitzel und Co. bestellt, können das also nicht bewerten (by the way, bestellen aber beim Vietnamesen auch keine Haxe mit Sauerkraut ;* ) Die Preise sind gestiegen, was wir erstmal nicht schlimm finden, allerdings sind auch gleichzeitig die Portionen kleiner geworden, was wiederum nicht so gut ist. Leute entweder oder. ;) Und großer Pluspunkt, man kann online bestellen UND mit Paypal zahlen! Herzlich willkommen im 21.Jahrhundert. Immer wieder gern. Gruß aus der Honiggasse :)

Haben immer gerne dort bestellt, Pizza sehr lecker! Leider in den letzten Monaten arg teuer geworden, was aufgrund der aktuellen Situation noch nachvollziehbar ist, jedoch sind die Portionen (z.B. Pommes beim Schnitzel) zusätzlich auch kleiner geworden. Bestellen aber immer noch ab und zu dort.

Wir bestellen hier regelmäßig. Egal ob Pizza, Pasta, Salat, Chicken Kokos Curry oder die pikante Kokos Curry Suppe alles ist sehr lecker. Schnelle Lieferung und sehr gute Qualität der Speisen. Weiter so 👍

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal bestellt und waren enttäuscht: Spaghetti kühl Pizzaboden zu weich Belag ohne Geschmack Salat schlapp und ohne Pfiff. Alles in Allem machen wir montags lieber Ruhetag.

Essen gut bis sehr gut. Personal freundlich. Lieferung dauerte eine Stunde und vierzig Minuten an einem Montag, das kostet den 5. Stern.

Super App, um Pizza online zu bestellen. Wartezeit war mit 1 Stunde angegeben, wurde aber um fast 30 Minuten überschritten, aber die Pizza war warm. Pizza selber sehr unterdurchschnittlich. Innen drin geschmacklich ok, aber der Rand und der Boden eine Katastrophe. Wir werden hier nicht mehr bestellen und gehen lieber wieder zu Luigi (La Strada, ebenfalls in Glessen, der aber aktuell leider in Urlaub ist).

Nach zwei Stunden über die Hotline dort angerufen und gefragt was mit der Bestellung sei, wurde geantwortet, dass diese noch nicht umgesetzt wurde und somit es noch dauern würde. Haben die Bestellung (eine Pizza und einen Salat) dann storniert. Essen war immer ganz gut, aber diese Lieferzeiten gehen echt gar nicht.

Donna Rosa ist ganz toll. Die Pizza war unglaublich lecker, ein dünner Boden, reichhaltig belegt und geschmacklich hervorragend. Dazu noch ganz schön groß! Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, echt sympathisch. Der Chef persönlich kümmert sich um die Gäste und sorgt, dass alle sich wohlfühlen. Der Gastraum ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet, die Karnevalsmusik war jahreszeitlich angemessen :-) Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut überzeugend. Beste Pizzeria weit und breit.

Wir waren noch nicht im Restaurant vor Ort, sonder haben bisher immer bestellt und liefern lassen. Pizzen sind lecker, die Pasta auch, sogar die Salate sind gut. Also kann man empfehlen, wenn man keine Lust auf einen Restaurantbesuch hat.
