one star is still too many! I went to fill up at around 6 p.m. today and wanted to drop off a DPD package. Once again the handheld scanner doesn't work or there was an application error. .......allegedly.... Instead of remedial action, I was attacked and insulted in an outrageous manner. In the end I was told to look for another shop, the suspicion that they weren't interested in packages really came to mind. I'm curious to see what DPD and Markant will say about it tomorrow. I found both employees to be very unfriendly and incompetent. At the next DPD shop in Wpt.-Vohwinkel it worked without any problems.

We drove to Essen specifically to eat good fries and found ourselves standing in front of a closed shop on a Sunday in -3 degrees Celsius, even though it was supposed to be open until 7 p.m. No thanks. I won't go here again.

Best gyro in Leverkusen. Delicious pizza and pasta dishes too. Schnitzel and steak, of course. Daily specials change every day. They also offer fish on Fridays. I can recommend the fried fish with salad... simply delicious 😋 When the weather's good, the outdoor area is highly recommended... here, it's all about seeing and being seen. Over a delicious glass of wine, you might get a nice chat with the guests... 😎 So, I wish you a little break from the stress... Marek and Miri 😊

I recently got a kebab and a dürüm. It was quite busy and unfortunately only one person behind the counter. So the waiting time was very long. Doner and Dürüm were ok, very basic and nothing special. The meat is very average industrial product with a high proportion of minced meat, but you can also see it on the skewer.

I've been to many kebab shops, but the fries at Kebab Haus Haan set a new standard. The meat is always fresh, juicy, and flavorful—not the run-of-the-mill quality you get elsewhere. The fries? Just right: crispy, hot, and never oversalted. Add to that the delicious combination of mayo, ketchup, and tzatziki—a dream for every kebab fan! And the price? Quality has its value, and here I'm happy to pay for what I get: a generous portion with unbeatable flavor. Anyone who expects to get a perfect kebab with premium meat for a few euros simply has no idea what good ingredients cost. I eat here regularly, and the food is always a delight – whether it's a doner kebab, a doner with fries, or other specialties. The team is always friendly and ensures that everything is freshly prepared. So if you want real quality and not just complaining about everything, you should see for yourself – and don't rely on individual opinions!
