Gut und günstig tanken, saubere Toilettenanlage !!!

Absolute Frechheit was hier abläuft. Man ruft extra an ob die Tankstelle Gas Flaschen zu verkaufen hat, Chef sagt ja wir können vorbei kommen. Man fährt eine halbe Stunde hin, um anschließend von einem Mitarbeiter gesagt zu kriegen, dass er die nicht raus geben kann. Was für eine verarsche. Anschließend gesagt er soll seinen Chef anrufen und ihn fragen, er sagte nein. Daraufhin sagte ich, ich möchte eine Beschwerde einreichen. Hat mir einen schönen Abend gewünscht und aufgelegt. Respektloser gehts nicht mehr. Super Service für die Kunden. Wow macht ihr echt Klasse. 28.05.2026 ca. 20 Uhr. Chef soll mich kontaktieren, mal schauen ob der Mitarbeiter dies weitergeleitet hat. :)

Die Markant Tankstelle ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Highlight war das Angebot 2 stk. Twix für 1,50€ und die Duftbäume die mir der Mitarbeiter geschenkt hat. 5/5 Sternen. Gerne wieder!

Ich bin mittlerweile schon lange Stammkundin, nicht nur weil ich jeden Tag daran vorbeikomme sondern weil ich einfach auch gerne da bin. Vorallem wenn die Mitarbeiterinnen Beate & Hediye da sind. Man wird so mega Freundlich und mit einem Lächeln empfangen, sie sind für Späße zu haben. Einfach mega Sympatisch da gibt man gern geld aus 😂. Die Stimmung passt einfach immer. War bisher öfter dort, aber nach diesem Erlebnis überlege ich mir das künftig zweimal. Vor ca. einem Monat funktionierte die Waschanlage nicht (kein Schaum). Als Ersatz bekam ich vom Mitarbeiter eine gestempelte Waschkarte (10+1). Bei der Einlösung wurde mir dann gesagt, das ginge nicht wegen „Kaffeestempeln“. Erst nach Diskussion bekam ich widerwillig eine einfache Basis Wäsche. Zusätzlich wurde ich gefragt, ob der Mitarbeiter „ein Deutscher oder ein Ausländer“ gewesen sei absolut unangebracht. Der Sauger vor Ort war als funktionsfähig erkennbar (Display + kontaktloses Bezahlen aktiv), hatte aber keine Leistung. Hinweis „defekt“ war kaum lesbar und nur wenn überhaupt bei den Münzen abgebildet (siehe Bild). Nach Reklamation wurde ich respektlos behandelt („können Sie nicht lesen?“) und am Ende ausgelacht. So ein Umgang mit Kunden geht gar nicht. Kann mittlerweile einige negative Bewertungen hier nachvollziehen.

Der Kaffee an der Tankstelle war deutlich zu dünn und schmeckte fast nur nach Wasser. Auch nach meiner Beschwerde wurde das nicht ernst genommen und als „normal“ abgetan. Insgesamt enttäuschend, sowohl geschmacklich als auch vom Service.

Ich war am 19. April um 21:00 Uhr da und wurde von einer Frau bedient. Wir haben zwei Café bestellt, die absolut nicht geschmeckt haben. Dementsprechend haben wir uns beschwert und die Frau hat einfach nur den Kopf genickt und gesagt ich kann nichts machen und wollte uns nicht weiterhelfen und hat uns abgewiesen. Also hier trinken wir auf aufjedenfall keinen Kaffee mehr absolut nichts zu empfehlen.

Bei den aktuellen Spritpreisen jenseits von 2 Euro ist man sowieso schon genervt und obwohl ich alleine an der Kasse wartete hat die Dame die dort arbeitet die Ruhe weg und macht arbeiten die man auch kurz unterbrechen könnte. Fand ich nicht sehr angebracht.

Ich fahre oft morgens hier vorbei um mir meinen Kaffee zu holen. Frau Deitenbach und Frau Harman sind echt klasse. Ich werde immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht begrüßt. Sie sind freundlich und haben gute Sprüche auf den Lippen.Man merkt das Sie Spaß bei der Arbeit haben, sowie dass Sie Ihren Job gerne machen. Großen Respekt für Ihre Arbeit und bitte so positiv bleiben 👍🏽

Top Cappucino, freundliches Personal.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Ich habe selten so freundliche und engagierte Verkäufer und Mitarbeiter an einer Tankstelle erlebt – und das nicht nur einmal, sondern wirklich bei jedem Besuch. Der Service ist hervorragend, sehr kundenorientiert und immer herzlich. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich zehn Sterne vergeben. Ich bin wirklich begeistert!

Der Mitarbeiter Herr Khudeda ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, respektvoll und aufmerksam. Er geht auf Kunden ein, bleibt auch in stressigen Momenten ruhig und professionell und sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein echtes Aushängeschild für die Tankstelle.

Leider kennen die Mitarbeiter ihre Preise auf einen Samstag abend nicht mehr. Und verkaufen günstig angeschlagene Artikel für denn doppelten Preis. Und wollen dann denn Preis zurück zahlen, anstelle auf denn Kunden ein zu gehen und denn Fehler zu beheben. Hab mir davon ein Foto gemacht ,finde solch ein Verhalten einfach nur Bodenlos. Man solte seine Mitarbeiter mal überdenken. Das ist Betrug.!!!!

Great service, friendly staff, and everything is nicely updated. I've also noticed that the gas station currently has good deals comparable to those at a supermarket. Simply worth a visit, and not just for fuel.

For the most part, the staff are really friendly, but the prices are outrageous. If you want to pay $2.50 for OCBs instead of $1.19 (at a PM gas station), for example, then fine. It's a glorified meeting place for the car scene, and aside from the benches, not worth a visit for anyone else. I would recommend checking the gas prices beforehand for anyone coming from the city center—depending on which one is cheaper, it might be worth it.

The staff are incompetent. Restroom vouchers are simply torn up because you're supposedly not allowed to hand in two. They don't return them either.

Was there on July 12th, 2025 around 12 noon. Nice and funny cashier (Mrs. D.). I would come again whenever she is there.

Rude Staff & Inappropriate Behavior I was filling up at this gas station with my father today. After filling up, we went to the cashier as usual and said we had filled up at pump 3. The employee immediately denied this, so we checked again and explained that our car was parked right at the front – between pumps 3 and 5 – and that we were sure. Instead of offering friendly support, the cashier and his colleague addressed us in a very rude tone. We were accused of "knowing which pump we filled up at." My father then even stated the amount to make it easier to identify it – but both employees remained loud and unfriendly. As my father put the money on the counter and we left the gas station – because the situation was becoming increasingly uncomfortable – the staff also verbally abused us as we left. In retrospect, it was confirmed: We had indeed filled up at pump 3. Such disrespectful treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable to me. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this gas station due to the rude behavior of the staff.

The best gas station in the valley. The staff is always super friendly and cheerful. We love treating ourselves to a delicious coffee and something to eat from the bistro after filling up. Everything is always clean, both inside and out. Fresh water is always available at the pumps to clean the windows. The car wash is also impeccable, and they always offer great deals. We always enjoy coming here.

I often have my car washed at the car wash here. A basic wash costs €9.00. The gas station has a good selection.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service at this gas station! As soon as you arrive you are greeted in a friendly manner, the staff is always helpful, quick and courteous. No matter whether you're filling up the tank, at the car wash or in the shop - you really feel valued as a customer. Even small extras such as checking air pressure or refilling window cleaner are offered with a smile - no longer a matter of course these days What struck me particularly positively was how clean and tidy everything is. The gas pumps work perfectly, the shop is well stocked and the employees always make you feel welcome. Especially when you're out and about late in the evening or at night, you appreciate safety, cleanliness and a good feeling. For anyone who wants to refuel at night or take a break: you are definitely in the best hands here. I came from Holland to visit Germany and passed this beautiful train station and the nice and friendly staff, especially since I don't have one I speak German, but the cashier was nice and talked to me and helped me a lot yesterday at 6 p.m

Dear Mr Breitkopf, Big compliments to you and almost all of your employees except Ms. Gr. who unfortunately usually has an unfriendly demeanor, but unfortunately the same employee appears over and over again in an extremely negative manner! Only today was the icing on the cake and I really hope that the cameras also record the sound because the conversation ended with an alleged ban on the house when it was said "You MUST accept these coupons"!! It is the man who somehow always has to do his job in an extravagant and unfriendly manner. One time I was sitting outside with a buddy where I saw him go outside yelling and wanting to fight a customer! He repeatedly causes stress and unnecessary trouble when it comes to the 50 cent toilet coupons. Customers don't always take these with them but leave them on top of the turnstile so that they can be left for the next person who can use them. It's the rule that I know: "You can give one coupon for every €2". Only today things became absurd! I gave this to him because I always keep it in my wallet and only fill up here at this gas station. He looked at each one of them calmly and asked me if they were mine (?!) and I said yes. But he said that wasn't possible because they are almost at the same time and he will check this on the camera and he can only accept 2. I asked if it was forbidden to pass these on and that there was no sign on them anywhere that said “Only to be used by the person who received them”. He then said that I was no longer allowed to give them away! I said you MUST accept these! He then told me to go out and was banned from the house and then went to talk to the 3 customers who were in the seating area about the matter. Once I took the coupons that were on the turnstile, he then called me over to take them away from me!! Because this is theft and they don't belong to me. Nice.... now a regular customer is indirectly called a thief. That's why, Mr. Breitkopf, I ask you to have a conversation with ME and this particular employee and set the record straight. I don't feel at all comfortable seeing him inside and I go in there to pay. Remember that he is banning a regular customer from entering the building because the customer says "You have to accept these coupons." Such behavior is not acceptable! And to be honest, after the almost fight he tried to get into, I'm surprised he still works there. He mostly works at night. Staff Two people stand at a checkout and don't seem to really know what to do. Everyone takes a turn, I wait and wait until I'm gone. Too stupid for me.

A quick, good cup of coffee and sandwich after refueling

one star is still too many! I went to fill up at around 6 p.m. today and wanted to drop off a DPD package. Once again the handheld scanner doesn't work or there was an application error. .......allegedly.... Instead of remedial action, I was attacked and insulted in an outrageous manner. In the end I was told to look for another shop, the suspicion that they weren't interested in packages really came to mind. I'm curious to see what DPD and Markant will say about it tomorrow. I found both employees to be very unfriendly and incompetent. At the next DPD shop in Wpt.-Vohwinkel it worked without any problems.

Employee doesn't understand German. You say pillar 4 loudly and clearly, and you apparently get billed for another pillar, whereupon the employee runs after the car, stops you and is unable to explain the situation in reasonably understandable German. Unfortunately, his superior is not even able to apologize, but complains that as a customer and driver, he is under time pressure and asks for the explanation to be made quickly. Well, at least the gas there is comparatively cheap.

Car wash isn't so good... otherwise okay

I wanted to redeem my scratch cards earlier and the cashier said that they could only redeem up to €250 because they were probably a small lottery branch? I've never heard anything like that before to be honest. You have to pay out up to €1000 in cash or I would like to have it transferred. Please tell someone else this nonsense.

The gas station is okay in itself, but unfortunately it has been a meeting place for men looking for men for a while now. Male person quickly harassed by the tuners. Cars drive up and down from the parking lot in minutes after searching…

Always a good price for refueling. Great gas station with car wash. But be careful if you want to park in the parking lot there. If you don't have a parking disc, you'll quickly get a ticket. PARK Control is constantly on the move there to get every last bit of money out of our pockets.

It's an experience to fill up there. Where else can you find a gas station attendant who is fluent in French, Spanish, Italian and who knows what other languages? Humorous and with a great entertainment factor. It's worth filling up 😉👍👍👍

The Turkish seller was very, very friendly.

I can't say much about the gas station, but it makes a good, high-quality impression. I mostly go there to rent a studibus, they give out the tickets there. I can highly recommend the studibus for smaller transports within Wuppertal, quite cheap.

Abzocke. 7 Euro (!!) für eine Dose Jack Daniels Cola. So einen Preis kann man vielleicht aufrufen, wenn man der einzige Laden auf dem Gipfel der Zugspitze ist. Aber für eine Wuppertaler Tankstelle ist dieser Preis weder erhöht, noch teuer, sondern einfach nur gottlos.

Die Markant Tankstelle war schon vorher ganz gut aber jetzt machen wir uns arbeiten sie noch viel guten freundlicher. Breite Laufwege und ein gut sortiertes Sortiment sollte man was vergessen haben am Wochenende.
