Burger and Frites in Heinsberg

The burger & fries were very tasty. The meat juicy and fresh. Fries, whether the normal or the sweet potato fries, are very crispy and just the right amount of soft on the inside. We'll go there again. Delicious. The fast restaurant is located on the market. The dishes served were also attractive, no boring bowls or plates. Check it out for yourself 😁and enjoy the food

It was our first time there but definitely not our last! Burgers were very tasty, the chicken in the burger was super crispy😋😋😋and the fries🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤I recommend!

Great service and very tasty food!

Ordered menus for a total of 4 people via Lieferando. All extra requests were taken into account and nothing was forgotten or delivered incorrectly. The food was super fresh and totally delicious. The vegetarian alternatives are also not to be despised - other restaurants in the area can follow an example. We will definitely order again. Thanks :)

War heute dort das erste mal und bin begeistert. Burger war super lecker, Fleisch war nicht trocken und Fritten waren auch lecker. Werde wieder kommen. 😇

Our burgers were delicious, and we had fries that were really tasty too! Special sauce (ketchup, mayonnaise, onions) was really good too! We both chose the smallest burger and were more than full! Of course, such special burgers have their price, they are not pre-made patties, so the price is justified for me. The only thing that bothered us was the very loud conversations of the staff, who were extremely upset about a colleague. That doesn't work at all!

What's wrong with your sense of taste? Had dinner there last night with my partner and a friend. First of all: once and never again!!! You go in and want to order. You are neither welcomed nor noticed. The ladies simply finished their stuff there without paying anyone any attention. That alone is a no go!!! After a good 5 minutes of waiting until the ladies were ready to place their order. Mind you, for two, well... We were then noticed and our order was taken to eat there. I found it questionable that you eat there and then have to go to the counter yourself to order, but yeah, to each his own. Order taken, paid straight away, when you arrive at the place you first notice that the lady had taken the order incorrectly. So go back to the counter and correct it. It worked relatively well and would have been the ultimate crowning achievement. After a good ten minutes, we were called in from behind the counter (we were sitting outside) because the food was ready. *Just ridiculous, zero service, no hint of friendliness, nothing!!!* The burgers weren't worth mentioning. No sauce, nothing special. So people stop saying such bullshit!!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY RECESSIONS THAT WERE FAKED!!! PORTION OF FRIES 3.50EURO RIDICULOUS FOR THE FEW FRIES... HAD A DOUBLE CLASSIC BURGER WITH FRIES AND MAYO IT WAS NEITHER TASTY NOR FILLING!!! Not recommended at all!!!!! MY PARTNER'S CHEESEBURGER WAS ALREADY BLACK ON THE BOTTOM AND THE CHEESE WAS ON IT FOR WAY TOO LONG. IT WAS ALREADY FIXED!!!! THE STORE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY ARE ASKING!!! BASICALLY THEY HAD TO PAY FOR BEING A GUEST THERE!!!

Very good burger and excellent fries. Fast and friendly service. I didn't have to wait 20 minutes for my food. Very satisfied. 👍🏼

Almost 2 hours waiting time. It's a shame, the phone number was given incorrectly by me, true, but unfortunately when we called they weren't nice to us, according to the motto: People have become comfortable, everyone has them delivered, etc. Unfortunately, the burger wasn't in the giabatta bread as stated Snack was so hard that unfortunately we couldn't eat it and we had to throw it away, the fries were soggy, cold and not salted. It's a shame when you have to wait so long to eat

Had to wait 2 hours for our food. After the second call I was accused of why everyone was between 17 and 20 could order a watch. People have become comfortable... then you just have to pick up your food. OK. Thanks for the really great service. Not.

Well... Unfortunately, you weren't able to convince me on my first visit: the fries were totally over salted; Burger meat burnt too much...

Wer in Heinsberg einen Mundhöhlen Orgasmus bekommen möchte ist bei Burger and Frites genau richtig! Noch nie habe ich einen derart fabelhaften Burger gegessen.. und diese Rippchen.. kaum in Worte zu fassen.. Fantastique! Exquisite! Yummy! Ich werde mir nie wieder die Zähne putzen!

War alles mega lecke und richtig fresh. Meine Mundhöhlen haben noch nie etwas leckeres oder SAFTIGERES zu sich genommen. Wenn ich das Geld hätte würde ich dort jeden Tag essen. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen! Personal ist auch mega nett und geben echt alles!
