Burger and Frites in Heinsberg

The burger and fries were delicious. The meat was juicy and fresh. The fries, whether regular or sweet potato, were very crispy and just the right amount of softness on the inside. We'll go there again. Very tasty. This fast-food restaurant is located at the market. The dishes served were also attractive, no boring bowls or plates. It was our first time there, but definitely not our last! The burgers were delicious, the chicken was super crispy 😋😋😋 and the fries 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 I highly recommend it!

Excellent service and delicious food!

We ordered set meals for four people via Lieferando. All our special requests were taken into account, and nothing was forgotten or delivered incorrectly. The food was super fresh and absolutely delicious. The vegetarian options are also impressive—other restaurants in the area could take a leaf out of their book. We'll definitely order again. Our burgers were delicious, and we had fries with them, which were also really tasty! The special sauce (ketchup, mayonnaise, and onions) was also really good! We both chose the smallest burger and were more than full! Such special burgers naturally come at a price; they're not pre-made patties, so the price is justified in my opinion. The only thing that bothered us was the very loud conversations of the staff, who were extremely upset about a colleague. That's completely unacceptable!

What's wrong with your sense of taste? I ate there last night with my partner and a friend. Just a quick preface: Once and never again!!! You walk in and want to order. You're neither greeted nor noticed. The ladies just finished their stuff without paying any attention to you. That alone is a no-go!!! After a good five minutes of waiting until the ladies were ready to take their orders. Mind you, there were two of us, so... We were finally noticed, and our order to eat there was taken. I found it questionable that you eat there and then have to go to the counter to order, but yeah, to each their own. You take your order, pay immediately, and when you get to your seat, you notice that the lady had taken the order incorrectly. So you go back to the counter and correct it. It worked out relatively well, which would have been the ultimate icing on the cake. After about ten minutes, someone called in from behind the counter (we were sitting outside) and said the food was ready. *Simply ridiculous, zero service, not a hint of friendliness, nothing!!!* The burgers weren't worth mentioning. No special sauce, nothing special. So, people, stop saying such nonsense!!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY FAKE REVIEWS!!! PORTION OF FRIES €3.50 RIDICULOUS FOR THE FEW FRIES... HAD A DOUBLE CLASSIC BURGER WITH FRIES AND MAYO NEIT, NEITHER TASTY, NOR WAS IT FILLY!!! Not recommended at all!!!!! MY PARTNER'S CHEESEBURGER WAS ALREADY BLACK ON THE BOTTOM AND THE CHEESE HAD BEEN ON IT FOR FAR TOO LONG. IT WAS ALREADY HARD!!!! THIS STORE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY'RE CHARGING!!! REASONABLY, THEY SHOULD PAY YOU FOR EVEN BEING A GUEST THERE!!!

Had to wait 2 hours for our food. After the second call I was accused of why everyone was between 17 and 20 could order a watch. People have become comfortable... then you just have to pick up your food. OK. Thanks for the really great service. Not.

Almost 2 hours waiting time. It's a shame, the phone number was given incorrectly by me, true, but unfortunately when we called they weren't nice to us, according to the motto: People have become comfortable, everyone has them delivered, etc. Unfortunately, the burger wasn't in the giabatta bread as stated Snack was so hard that unfortunately we couldn't eat it and we had to throw it away, the fries were soggy, cold and not salted. It's a shame when you have to wait so long to eat

Well... Unfortunately, you weren't able to convince me on my first visit: the fries were totally over salted; Burger meat burnt too much...

Wer in Heinsberg einen Mundhöhlen Orgasmus bekommen möchte ist bei Burger and Frites genau richtig! Noch nie habe ich einen derart fabelhaften Burger gegessen.. und diese Rippchen.. kaum in Worte zu fassen.. Fantastique! Exquisite! Yummy! Ich werde mir nie wieder die Zähne putzen!

War alles mega lecke und richtig fresh. Meine Mundhöhlen haben noch nie etwas leckeres oder SAFTIGERES zu sich genommen. Wenn ich das Geld hätte würde ich dort jeden Tag essen. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen! Personal ist auch mega nett und geben echt alles!
