First the most important thing, according to grandma's wisdom: the toilets are clean. My burger was very tasty. The beef was a little too coarse for my taste, but it was well seasoned and juicy. My companion had beef skewers, which I can't rate, but for the information of others: they were still quite bloody, perfect for my companion, but for me the beef was still alive... 😅 The waitress immediately offered to continue frying the skewers. What I found very stupid was that the menu literally says that every steak, burger, etc. comes with a side salad. The salad with the burger is only available on the menu, according to the waitress. There is homemade lemonade. It's not too sweet and not under-sweetened, but the taste could be a little stronger. In terms of taste, the burger should get 5 stars, but the salad thing is a big faux pas for me, you should probably be able to rely on the menu, so please make it clearer 🤷‍♀️ And the lemonade doesn't exactly blow your mind in terms of taste. But I think it's good that it's not as full of sugar as, for example, branded soda.

Small but nice, a bit of a roadhouse in Mini, the service is fast, friendly and caring. Drinks are taken from the glass fridge as directed by the counter and the food (the burgers) are not really worth biting into because... they are too big and so most of the burgers are mangled with a knife and fork. Thank God, tastes are different and that's the last puzzle you have to solve yourself 😉 We taste it good and have done so for many years! Price/performance is definitely ok for what you get there. A clear visit recommendation from me with a repeat visit guarantee 😏

We were here for the first time today and loved the burgers. Everything is fresh, of very good quality and simply really tasty. Visually also very appealing. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Service very friendly and quick. BUT... the atmosphere is unfortunately horrible. Everything is older, worn out and the walls could use some paint again. Unfortunately it also smells very much like old fat. Unfortunately, sitting nice and comfortably is not possible at all. That's too bad. But we would still come back for the burgers. Please do something about the interior.

Please don't judge the book by its cover!! That almost happened to us too. We (my wife and I) made a reservation there on Saturday for 6 p.m. and had free choice of seating. The restaurant itself doesn't seem very appealing. But when I caught a glimpse of the kitchen, I could see a meal being prepared. And what can I say, that looked so delicious. So we stayed there. We decided on burgers. And the burgers are awesome!! We both ordered double patties (i.e. approx. 360g of meat per burger 🍔), plus sweet potato fries. It's really hard for me to decide when it comes to choosing... But if you're hungry, you'll find a way 😉 I can't say anything negative about the food. Mega patties and delicious sauces. Despite my big mouth, I couldn't just bite. After about 10 minutes when we were there, the restaurant also filled up. And the other plates looked pretty tasty too 🤤. I also spoke to the staff on site and learned that sometimes the orders are so large that they temporarily close the restaurant in order to get the situation under control. We will definitely eat there again, that's for sure!! 👍🏻

The quality of the food has improved since the young “hipsters” stopped running the place. A new owner? There is still hope that Heinsburger will return to its original quality from back then. E.g. with homemade fries and a little more cleanliness in the outside area :-)

Informal environment... definitely informal but, for one of the best burgers in the area, it's not really a big problem. Top quality in all their products.... absolutely worth trying

The burgies didn't taste good. I've ordered 3 times so far. Each time it's disappointed me. Firstly, my BBQ burger was swimming in BBQ sauce so the bread was nice and wet and again the meat was dry and the bacon wasn't cooked. I ordered the Kristy Burger twice Nothing too much sauce, the bread was dry and old, the cheese wasn't melted, the special fries were also absolutely nothing, they were soggy and tasted somehow strange. I had an extreme stomach ache. The fries could easily be used as an ashtray. I ordered them 3 times, but I don't know if that was the case Tastes better locally

We came to this, one might say, horrible city, but as it turned out, our short stay here was not in vain. Because we found the holy grail of burger smithies here. We were served an unparalleled culinary delight with service that was second to none. In our opinion this place should get not one but three Michelin stars!!!

So at the beginning I thought it was probably a bit more expensive, the first delivery of grill boards was really tasty and a sufficient portion, now the second delivery of citizens' menu fries as a side dish was more than sufficient and really tasty. I have to say it wasn't quite as warm anymore, but that's probably because there were 6 of us ordering and then the journey to Bocket, so Heinsburger can't help it!!! Conclusion For good money you get more than you can manage, everything is fresh and really tasty. Always happy and absolutely recommended.

I think that with his style and what he offers, he definitely deserves a more appropriate bar/restaurant. I think it would appeal to a lot more people. In my opinion, there is nothing comparable to this store in the Heinsberg district! 1x the Persian Ordered the cheeseburger once Craziness! If you expect fast food, you're in the wrong place. On the contrary, this is a really high-class burger restaurant that you won't find better in America. Two thumbs up!!

Addition to the review from 7 years ago: Ordered for the first time today via Lieferando. I was looking forward to eating, unfortunately the currywurst, for example, was only lightly covered with aluminum foil, the bottom of the paper bag was full of sauce, started to soften, and even more mushy when unpacked. Unfortunately, the contents of the snack box were quite soft, the only things I liked were the sweet potato fries and the chili mayo. But for €35 I think the food, which mostly comes from the deep fryer, is too expensive. Burgers and steaks are certainly very good locally, but I don't have anything delivered anymore. Old review from 2017: Super tasty burgers, fries and currywurst with various levels of spiciness. Sitting inside is comfortable, light and easy to find. Disadvantage: Because it is located at a large intersection and traffic lights, sitting outside is rather restless and loud. Still not a break because if you love burgers and prefer something tasty to just normal, this is the place for you.

We had dinner at Heinsburger today for our 35th anniversary. The restaurant was suggested to us through a Google search. How fortunate. We ordered the Heinsburger and the Chiliburger. The burgers were very tasty, we hadn't eaten such a delicious burger for a long time 🙏. The owner welcomed us very friendly and served us professionally. After 2 hours of ordering, the food is still not delivered. Apparently the driver had an accident and was supposed to arrive in 5 minutes. Another 25 minutes, or two and a half hours, and the food is still not there. Stunned instead of speaking with respect, no apology. 5€ delivery costs charged. The food was dry, lukewarm and far too expensive for so little in the snack box. Fries (too dry) with arugula (thrown in the trash) and parmesan. Pure disaster

Ordered food for pickup. The waiting time was a little longer than stated online, but the food completely made up for it. Super fresh, super tasty, so it won't be the last time I order it. We had the Bossburger and the MozzarellaVeggieBurger and can only recommend both. Thanks so much.

Online vorbestellt, konnte dann vor Ort nicht mit meinem Gutschein zahlen und musste eine Bank aufsuchen (ich hätte dort nichts bestellt, wenn ich den Gutschein nicht gehabt hätte). Die Begründung war, dass es sonst eine Doppelbuchung gäbe. Mit dem Essen nach Hause, die Steaks schwammen im Saft, gemeinsam mit dem Burger in einer Aluschale, alles war kalt. Dass ich bei der Bestellung angegeben habe, dass die Zwiebeln beim Burger weggelassen werden sollen interessierte auch nicht. Geschmacklich waren die paar Fetzen, die ich gegessen habe gut. Pommes und ein Großteil des Burgers flogen in den Müll, mein Hund freute sich über Steak, alles bestens.

We ordered for delivery through Lieferando and it took over an hour and a half to arrive and everything was cold. The burgers were drowning in sauce making the buns a mushy paste. The sauce also spilled out all over the place and made a huge mess. The chili just tasted of tomato, a clump of ground beef, and one single bean. The sweet potato fries were pretty good and still a bit crispy even though they were cold but the regular fries were flavorless and not crispy at all. The curry sauce with the wurst was as sweet as syrup. We paid 70€ for two meals and they did provide a large amount of food but the quality just wasn’t there.

Für meinen Mann & mich gibt's nirgendwo bessere Burger! Besonders der Spargelburger ist ein Highlight, auf das ich mich jedes Jahr wieder freue. Top!

so habe es per Lieferando nach Hause bestellt, für 1 Person die Snackbox und die Folienkartoffel mit Tomate, Rucola, Parmesan - und ich bin wirklich verärgert, die Qualität der Snackbox ist schlichtweg ungenügend und ich würde sie Ersatzlos von der Speisekarte Streichen. Die Folienkartoffel war okay, aber Preis -Leistung war auch nicht okay und insgesamt fad, das was mir das für 25,30 gebracht wurde war eine Frechheit und Hunger habe ich auch noch. Einzig die Lieferung war Blitzschnell und der Fahrer freundlich

So wir haben zum zweiten Mal dort gegessen und können jetzt eine top Bewertung abgeben. Die Burger sind einfach nur Klasse und die Süßkartoffel fritten super lecker und reichhaltig. Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend einfach alles nur empfehlenswert.

Wir waren schon zwei Mal mit dem Gutscheinbuch hier essen. Die enorme Auswahl an Burgern und die Kreativität der Rezepte sind wirklich einzigartig. Auch die Steakplatte ist absolut genial. Es war alles durchweg richtig lecker und frisch. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell. Auf einer der Sitzbänke neben der Glastüre zieht es leider extrem und man friert trotz dicker Kleidung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. (Oktober 2023)

Ich liebe die Burger. Wirklich leckere, ausgefallene und kreative Kreationen. Ich Vegetarier oder Veganer kommen auf ihre Kosten. Der Inhaber ist wirklich super lieb und hilfsbereit. Hier kommen wir immer wieder gerne hin. 🤩

Unscheinbar aber absolut mega geniale Burger. Alleine die vielen verschiedenen und selbstgemachten Saucen absolut top. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr gute Burger 🍔 und viel Auswahl mit großer Auswahl an Beilagen. Auch für Vegetarier sind Burger dabei. gerne würde ich noch weitere Gerichte testen. Ich komme bestimmt wieder und kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen wenn Du Lust auf einen Burger hast.

Die ganzen negativen Beurteilungen hier kann ich nicht bestätigen. Wir waren gestern da und es war ein rundum gelungener Abend. Nebst dem hervorragenden Service für mich als Rollifahrer. Da waren wir nicht zuletzt.

Super sympathische Bedienung, leckere selbstgemachte Limonade 🥤, große Auswahl an Burgern 🍔, sehr große Auswahl an Mayonnaise. Leider nur zwei verschiedene Nachtische zur Auswahl gebackenen Schokoladenriegel oder Schokoladenburger mit Eis und Sahne.

Das Essen war hervorragend. Die Einrichtung eher aus den 80ziger Jahren. Das Personal immer freundlich und aufmerksam.

Zum ersten Mal dort bestellt und wir müssen sagen, es hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Die vegetarischen Burger waren köstlich, frisch und haben uns komplett gesättigt. Auch mit so großen Portionen Pommes haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und freundlich und auch die Nachspeise war ein Traum. Der Preis für die Portionen und den Geschmack war angemessen. Wir werden definitiv gerne wieder dort bestellen. :)

Leider waren die Zwiebelringe alle und wurde mir nach 40 Minuten erzählt das ich meinen Hamburger nicht bekommen konnte. Die Bedienung war total uninteressiert und langsam. Am Ende wollen wir einen panierten Schokoriegel. Ging auch nicht, Blätterteig war alle. Entschuldigt bitte, der EDEKA ist ungefähr 10 Sekunden laufen… Ich komme dort nie wieder.

Leckere Burger und Soßen zu fairen Preisen (ausgenommen Getränke - 0,33l Pils kostet 3,20 - ebenso ein 0,5l Weizen?! Macht keinen Sinn..) Wartezeit sollte man allerdings mitbringen...

Mir wurde das empfohlen, leider muss ich sagen dass ich enttäuscht bin.Ich und meine Familie fanden es nicht lecker, es sah zwar schön aus aber geschmeckt hat es nicht.Die Pommes waren matschig und nass. Der Burger war bestimmt lecker wenn man Medium mag am besten schreibt man das auf der Seite dass das Medium ist weil nicht jeder rohes Fleisch verträgt

Komisch!!! 99% aller 5 Sterne Bewertungen haben nur diesen einen Laden bewertet??? Hmm kommt mir seltsam vor. Wäre gerne ein Edelburger, hat aber leider weniger drauf als jede andere Frittenkiste. Soßen sind aus der Dose, bei 3 Speisen 2 kalt die andere brüllend heiß, keine Ahnung wie man das schafft. Fleisch ist schlecht gewürzt und hat nen ultra Fettanteil, also billig. Die Einrichtung ist dermaßen billig und lieblos das man aufpassen muss das die Möbel nicht zusammenbrechen. Der Laden riecht nach Frittenfett und war dreckig. Der Betreiber ist turbo unfreundlich und wird sofort ultra patzig wenn eine Beschwerde kommt. Schweineteuer für minimum Qualität. Getränke darf man sich in Flaschen selber holen und soll dann 3,20 für ein 0,3er Bier blechen. Nie wieder!!!

Das Essen ist einfach zu teuer. Auch Getraenke ist reine Abzocke. Ein kleines Toepfchen Mayonnaise oder Ketchup ca 16 ccm pro Toepfchen kosten 1.50 Euro. Ein kleines Bier 0,33l kostet 3,20.Das geht gar nicht. Die Burger waren mal besser. Fleisch manchmal nicht definierbar. Vor einigen Jahren lief alles besser. Schade!

Keine Kartenzahlung, kein kontaktloses zahlen in Coronazeiten. #niewieder Leider heute eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Burger war wie immer gut. Zahlung jedoch nur in Bar möglich. Ein Schelm wer böses dabei denkt.... Leider kein Hinweis darauf. Wir haben 2020 und selbst in der Coronazeit wird kein kontaktloses Zahlen angeboten. Wir mussten dann an einem Feiertag, einen Bankautomaten suchen. Ende vom Lied, 5€ Gebühren fürs Geld abheben, keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Entschuldigung der Kellnerin. Wir werden morgen die zuständigen Ämter zur Überprüfung kontaktieren.

Ich gehe regelmäßig dort essen und es schmeckt immer hervorragend. Die Karte bietet viel Abwechslung, auch für Vegetarier und Veganer. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und das junge Team sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann Heinsburger nur empfehlen.

Mit abstand die besten burger die ich bis jetzt probiert habe. Einfach lecker, da hat sich die weite anreise gelohnt.

Wer auf einen unfreundlichen Chef und knopeliges Billigfleisch steht, ist hier genau richtig. Auch faden Speck gibt es im Angebot sowie Getränke aus nicht versiegelten Flaschen. Geht Garnicht der Laden.

Vor Jahren mit höherem Anspruch gestartet, heute noch phantasievolles Fastfood-Restaurant, das aber meinem Geschmack nur bei der Currywurst und den Beilagen entspricht. Die Hamburger sind in vielen Varianten zu haben, schmecken mir aber nicht. Pads zu Beton gepresst, könnten auch aus dem (schlechten) Supermarkt sein. Trocken und hart, liegen im Bauch wie ein Stein. Personal ist ok, Einrichtung, na ja, auch.
