I ordered a pizza in the evening. I received a call from a blocked number, so I didn't hear it. After an hour and a half, I called to ask where the pizza was, but no one answered. The next morning, I called again. I was accused of falling asleep and spoken to very rudely. I then left a negative review on Lieferando. Shortly after, I received a call threatening me that if I didn't delete the review, the police would come to my house. They already had my address. I really don't know if these people are selling pizza or harassing their customers!

We ordered from there. Delivery time was supposed to be 70-90 minutes. After 90 minutes, we called to inquire about the status and were told they were starting to prepare our order. Another 90 minutes passed before the delivery arrived... Everything was cold, none of the four burgers were cooked as they should have been, and we all had terrible stomach problems afterward. Over €60 for cold food that was gone faster than it arrived. No thanks.

On Sunday at 12:30, the dining room was deserted. We called for staff several times, but after five minutes, we left because no one was there.

5/5 stars. Great food, fantastic atmosphere, and I don't even need to start with the staff. Go and see for yourself.

I had one of the best burger experiences ever here! The service was simply perfect – the staff was friendly, fast, and very attentive. The burgers were incredibly delicious – juicy, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked, with melted cheese and fresh ingredients. The fries were also crispy and perfectly seasoned. I can say that after trying many burger joints in North Rhine-Westphalia, this was the worst one I've ever had. I ordered via Uber Eats at 8:40 PM today and didn't receive delivery until 10:30 PM – even though the restaurant is only about 10 km away. The problem: My food arrived cold, the cheddar cheese was sticky and rubbery, the meat was burnt in all three burgers, and the brioche bun was charred. This was by far the worst burger I've had in a long time.

After waiting two hours for my order, a completely wrong order arrived. When I called them, they told me I could get the correct order if I waited another hour (which I find pretty cheeky). When I said no, they offered to refund my money, which sounds friendly at first, BUT I would have only received the money for the items that were definitely wrong. I would have had to pay for the one fries that were correctly in my order (customer friendliness and the understanding that it's also about a moment of enjoyment that didn't exist seem to be nonexistent). I said anyway that I would like the money. They assured me it would be transferred back. That was a week ago, and I haven't received anything. People, stay away from this place. It used to be good, but now it's completely disorganized and the service is terrible.

The food was delicious, and there are also vegetarian options. The restaurant owner was also very warm and friendly.

The order (for pickup) had to be canceled by the restaurant because ingredients were missing. The amount already paid online (approximately €28) was not refunded, even after repeated contact.

We ordered filled pizza rolls, regular pizza rolls, and a capricosa salad. Not only did the order take 90 minutes...the salad was rudely thrown together in a pizza box, there was no egg, slicing tomatoes is overrated, and the balsamic dressing came from Develey out of a bag. The filled pizza rolls also looked like they'd already been digested in the box. I can throw my money away in other ways.

ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN! We ordered two burgers with fries for pickup. When I got to the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was that there were no customers on a Friday night. The interior was very boring. Tables without decorations, white walls, that's it. When I got home, I happily bit into the burger. Unfortunately, the patty was completely overcooked and dry. The bun had a strange taste, and the sauces weren't that great either. The packaging for my burger was too small and was half-heartedly wrapped in aluminum foil. The fries were in a pizza box. A place that specializes in burgers should do better. I paid almost 40 euros, which made things even more piquant. A visit to McDonald's would have been much better.

I went there today with my little brother, and it was sooooo delicious. The sweet potato fries were 100/10, and the burgers were amazing, too. It was also really nice to sit and chat. The people there were really nice. We'd love to come back!! :)

Ordered online today, lunch deal cheeseburger, actually under €10, but sold at the regular, expensive price when you place the order. After about an hour of waiting, I get a message saying the order has been canceled, and the money will be refunded in the next few days. Extremely poor service, and the prices aren't really normal anymore. And that at 2 p.m. Nobody answers the phone either. What a disgrace.

First impressions: OK. The menu is extensive and a bit confusing. The service was friendly, and the food was brought to the table quickly. Xxplosion Burger... €12.90, consisting of a bun, 2 slices of cheese, 1 patty, and some sauce. Abysmal value for money for this burger. The meat tasted good, but the bun and sauce were nothing special. Unfortunately, they can't print a receipt, and apparently, nothing is sent by email either.

I was a regular customer for over six months and was always satisfied with the food – the taste was really good. However, I was shocked with my last order: There was a fly in the sauce, and the entire pizza topping was stuck to the box. When I pointed this out over the phone, an unfriendly lady simply replied that "these things can happen" and "it's just people who work." In my opinion, that was an inappropriate response to such a lack of hygiene. After this experience, I won't be ordering from there again – a real shame after such a long time as a loyal customer.

Delicious, crispy fries and awesome burger variations. All in all: Juicy, crunchy – deliciously delicious! Deliveries via Lieferando were also always seamless, and the food was always fresh and hot. The solution with the fries wrapper keeps them crispy, too.

We actually thought about ordering online today, as it's always difficult over the phone. But the website didn't work and Lieferando still has the old card on it, so I called. Ordering by telephone is extremely difficult because someone who can barely speak German usually answers the phone. Yes, you have to learn it, but if there is no one around who understands the order and the delivery address, it is very annoying for the customer. After much effort the order was taken. A call back from the restaurant was still necessary to clarify the address again. Delivery time was ok, but the menu was missing the drink and dip as a side dish. We have been trying to reach the restaurant by phone at regular intervals for 30 minutes. There's just no more s*** answering the phone. The restaurant's service has been trending extremely downwards for a few weeks/months. It's a shame, because we're actually regular customers, but we're slowly losing the desire to try again. As delicious as the burgers are.

According to Google open since 4 p.m. Stood in front of a locked door at 5 p.m. No note, no information, nothing. It doesn't work at all!

The two of us ate in the restaurant. The restaurant is very sparsely furnished, not cozy, quite dark. The service was very nice and accommodating. The portions are relatively large. Large selection of vegetarian/vegan alternatives. Unfortunately the toilets were extremely dirty. All in all, we wouldn't come back again, there are much more comfortable restaurants that invite you to linger.

It's just a mess, we've been waiting for a pizza for 3 hours, we were kept put off on the phone, we now had to go out to eat at McDonald's and we didn't get the money back either! No recommendation! Super dubious! We are just angry and the rest of our day has been ruined.

We ordered several pizzas via Lieferando and the delivery time was 40 minutes. We've been waiting for about 1.5 hours now, the supplier has been showing "almost at them" for half an hour. After several calls, we've now found out that the pizza wasn't even ready. We are now sitting at home with 4 hungry children! Mess!

A short time later I received information that it would take longer. Just over 1 hour after ordering. In the end we got food after 1.5 hours. Food was completely lukewarm, the wrap was missing nachos that were listed on the page. Otherwise it was delicious. But we won't be ordering any more anytime soon.

We've eaten there together several times now. I can recommend the burgers to everyone, especially my favorite the Rockafella. The best burger shop in the Neuss area. Great service and great food. Always leave with a smile and a fat belly.

Unfortunately I cannot confirm the good reviews. The paddy and fries were lukewarm and the burger bun was cold. The atmosphere was like a chip shop. The service was nice and attentive.

An exotic restaurant by Norf standards. The food was unexpectedly delicious and really reasonably priced. The atmosphere, on the other hand, is more sober and inviting. The waiter who served us tried very hard, but also seemed overwhelmed.

About my visit on September 24th, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.: The pizza was large, but unfortunately very bland and dry in taste. The hamburger was barely edible. First it came to the table cold - and after almost an hour, even though we were the only guests at first. Strangely enough, the replacement arrived within a few minutes - but unfortunately almost as cold as before. Also very dry and coated with a pungent type of (synthetic tasting) barbecue sauce. In addition, you cannot pay by card. This is no longer up to date. And: contrary to other opinions, I find the selection of drinks extremely poor.

We had an event at the store today. As soon as I entered the women's toilet, there was a smell. The toilets for women and men were extremely dirty and the bin for paper towels was full to the brim. When we entered the restaurant (adjoining room), the floor had not been cleaned from the previous day. People quickly returned over it. No idea when the last time the ground saw water. The service is underground. The man who served us couldn't do anything. The drinks we ordered weren't served, he always forgot something and not to mention his friendliness. The owner is obviously unreasonable and tried to downplay the reviews or label them as untrue. It was bad when we saw that plates and cups were being washed at the front of the buffet, which should only be for the glasses. None of us wanted to imagine how unhygienic the kitchen must look. We will no longer enter the restaurant or even order anything. + The food is ok, although this or that time it wasn't available. - Desserts will no longer be served after 5 p.m. - without informing us. With the justification “the Lieferando business comes first”.

I thought for a long time whether I should give 3 stars, 4 or 5. Since food is crucial for me, I gave it a 5, which is really great. What not? No alcoholic drinks (of course, you can do without them, but if you want a glass of wine or a beer, you won't have anything), it was a bit too cold in the room and we had inconsiderately loud people at the next table. But parking in front of the door, very friendly service, great value for money and the burgers, fries and wraps are really excellent! We'd love to come back.

I ordered the following burgers: Cheesy, Fish N Chips, Hot Chick, Miss Exotic (chicken burger with peach). The food arrived quickly and was warm. All the burgers tasted good, especially the Cheesy Burger. Miss Exotic is a chicken burger with peach and bacon, it tasted delicious and was very juicy. The ingredients were perfectly coordinated. Salt N Pepa has a very large selection of burgers that I have never seen before. There are very unusual burgers on the menu. I can only remember one burger restaurant in Deutz that also had very unusual burgers, like Salt N Pepa. The selection is very large, I will try a few burgers every now and then. I can definitely recommend Salt N Pepa.

Would like to write a better review. Unfortunately we waited almost 2 hours for delivery. The 60’s Burger was okay, we didn’t like the Fresh Orient Burger. The patty doesn't taste like falafel, but rather like potato rosti. There was no arugula on the burger. Too bad.

Wir hatten eine Pizza und einen Burger. Der Burger war saftig, locker und gut belegt, die Pommes waren kross und kaum fettig. Der Pizzaboden war dünn und knusprig, was ich mag. Der Belag war auch gut. An den Saucen kann vielleicht noch gearbeitet werden. War komisch Ketchup Tütchen zu bekommen. Die Wartezeit war total im Rahmen, es waren außer uns noch weitere Gäste da und es kamen auch weiter neue Gäste und es wurde auch Essen abgeholt. Die Kellnerin war sehr der und aufmerksam. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

It was very quiet here in the middle of the afternoon. You could eat in a relaxed manner and were served quickly. I had the Vegan Burger Supreme. Delicious! A little tip to the kitchen: the falafel is nicer next to the burger. Since there are three small falafels, everything slides back and forth and is difficult to eat. Also, the falafel was a bit dry. The quinoa patty was great! And the sauces also went very well with it and were very tasty! Overall, a nice dining experience!
