I was robbed of €5, and the food arrived 3 hours late.

I've always enjoyed ordering from here, but starting today, I won't do that anymore. I've been waiting for my food for almost two hours, and no one is available by phone. So I don't know if the food will even arrive. I understand it's busy on weekends, but they should at least be available by phone. I've now gotten my money back from PayPal and ordered food elsewhere.

I haven't had such a good burger in a long time. Delivery was pretty quick. Burger and fries were still hot. Would happily order again. Top 👌🏻

We ended up here by chance... a real hit! Delicious hamburgers, very friendly. Beware of parking rip-offs! Don't forget your parking disc.

We ordered there around 7 p.m. and got the food shortly before 9 p.m. We also called there, and the service was very unfriendly, so why are we complaining? The food was okay, the pulled pork was dry and didn't have much flavor. The bread was good, as was the sauce. I wouldn't order there again. €40 for two burgers and a sandwich is too much for this quality.

I ordered through their website and have been waiting for my order for over two hours now, and nothing has happened. The cell phone number they provide doesn't work, nor does the alleged email address.

I ordered via uber eats on March 25, 2025. Order number: 0C889 (if you immediately say “we cannot assign your order” as you can read under every bad review. So now about the delivery: It took a little long but it was okay…. To eat: In short the only good thing was the cola and the bread from the burger. The meat was really not edible...like it came from the freezer...really hard. The remaining ingredients on the burger were really not tasty either. The fries were lukewarm, wobbly and completely soggy. I would have preferred to go to the yellow M and pay €10 less. Sorry but never again! I might reconsider my choice of products.

The best burgers I've eaten so far! Super juicy, perfectly fried and great combinations. Maybe more sauce on the burgers but that's a matter of taste. The delivery is also not entirely reliable in terms of the previously announced time. Mostly late delivery (10 - 15 minutes) and last time around 20 minutes early. But still always happy! Keep it up!

The best burger in Neuss Vogelsang. Always fresh, meat nice and tender and not overcooked, fries always crispy, and the staff is always friendly.

We ordered amwrican style philly cheese steak and double patty beef burger along with fries. Everything was fresh and tasty. The philly cheese steak sandwich stood out, will definitely go back for it. Serving size was okay-ish, burger was a bit difficult to eat as it was over-loaded and everything was coming out of it.

The food at this burger restaurant was a huge disappointment. The burger was poorly prepared, the meat undercooked, and tasted bland. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the sauce was far too overpowering and unpleasant. Furthermore, the bun was dry and hard. The service also left a lot to be desired—unfriendly and slow. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place!

A disastrous experience! Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was the worst experience ever. I placed my order and had to wait an incredibly long time, with no explanation given for the delay. When the food finally arrived, I was shocked by the quality: The burger wasn't cooked at all, tasted awful, and the ingredients seemed old and anything but fresh. The fries were cold and rubbery, as if they had been reheated from the day before. On top of that, the service was extremely slow and unfriendly. I will definitely never eat here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Found the food truck spontaneously via Lieferando. I ordered the New York Double Chili with fries and mozzarella sticks (~25 EUR). Food was delivered warm in 30 minutes (according to Lieferando it should have taken over 1 hour). Driver very nice. Burger was very tasty, super juicy and lots of cheese and chilies on it. Very good size. Unfortunately, the fries were quite soft (probably due to delivery in a closed container). Mozzarella sticks were ok. I will definitely order burgers here more often. Tip: it is cheaper if you order directly there instead of via Lieferando

I was a customer at Street Break for a very long time. Unfortunately, I then switched from Lieferando to Uber, and I didn't get my burgers with the first order. When I wanted my money back from Uber, the store told me that they had it would have delivered. For me, this is the end of this regular customer relationship. I ordered 2 burgers, a normal cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger, the double cheeseburger station was slightly warm, the normal cheeseburger was almost cold. The burgers still taste good

Hi, Unfortunately I don't know how to write a review on Lieferando, so I ended up here. So even after eating I'm still really speechless. I didn't expect that at all. I'm used to a lot of delivery services, sometimes there are some good ones, but this was like eating in a restaurant!! Burger 11/10 uff. Cool. Coleslaw tops even my Canadian grandma's. And honestly, why are the fries at Lieferando so bad? I was about to give up on it myself, but people don't do it!!! They were some of the best delivery fries I've ever had. Sure, there were no sweet potatoes fried on caramelized onions, but rock-solid fries that you can't make at home. Please ensure that the store in Neuss gets the most attention. I've moved here and will tell everyone about it now. Please keep it up! No, I wasn't paid for it, I just act according to the motto, do good and report it :)

Leckerster Burger in ganz Neuss!!!

Das Essen ist super lecker sowohl der Chickenburher als auch der Veggieburger sind einfach perfekt. Die Käse Pommes kann man sich auch kaum entgehen lassen ganz toller Laden sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Habe bereits viele Burger Neuss probiert und habe jetzt meinen Lieblingsburger gefunden. Die Chili Soße schmeckt besonders lecker und die Chili cheese Pommes waren spitze. Gerne wieder!

Die Burger (chiili cheese) waren sehr lecker und so wie man es erwartet schön scharf aber nicht zu extrem. Die chiili cheese pommes mit extra Soße damit die pommes nicht matschig wird war auch sehr lecker, die jalapeños haben ordentlich eingeheizt 🔥 alles in allem gute Qualität zu einem fairen wenn auch im Vergleich zu anderem fast food höheren Preis.

Schneller Service und leckeres Essen,was will man mehr. Die Burger schmecken einfach genial,gefühlt wie zuhause vom Grill, anders als bei den bekannten großen Ketten .War nicht zum letzten mal da 😊

Leckere Burger, jedoch muss man an der Verpackung für die Pommes arbeiten, die kommen leider weich und nicht mehr kross an. Ich glaube wenn das behoben ist, gibt es von mir fünf Sterne

Update zur Zweiten Bestellung : im Februar 2023 Der Burger kam leider diesmal kalt an und durch gebraten trotzdem war die Qualität super und der Burger lecker. Erste Bestellung: Die Burger super lecker und frisch alles kam sehr warm an die Pattys selbstgemacht und perfekt Medium trotz Lieferung. Die Pommes waren knackig warm und sehr große Portionen. Die Lieferung erfolgte genau nach 1 1/2 Stunden wie angegeben. Der Bote war sehr nett zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hier eine dicke Empfehlung wenn man sich einen ordentlichen Burger Nachhause kommen lassen möchte ! Immer wieder gerne sehr sehr überrascht.

Haben heute zum ersten Mal bestellt. Zwei Burger, Pommes Frites und Kartoffelsalat. Lieferung erfolgte pünktlich zum erbetenen Termin. Alle Speisen sehr gut zubereitet, warm aber nicht pappig trotz der Entfernung.Portionen waren dem Preis angemessen. Gerne immer wieder, dem Team wünschen wir weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Mit Wunschlieferzeit 1 Stunde vorher bestellt, leider trotzdem 45mins zu spät. Essen kam warm, Pommes hätten krosser sein können, Burger waren gut. Preislich in Ordnung, aber wegen Lieferverzögerung werden wir trotzdem nicht mehr bestellen.

Wir haben schon mehrfach Burger und auch Currywurst bestellt und finden es super lecker. Die Pommes sind auch echt gut. Absoluter Favorit zur Zeit der Miami Beef Burger. Yummy.

Tolle Burger, klasse Geschmack!

Schnell, warm, lecker, Pommes knusprig. Für unser erstes Mal wirklich gut und lecker. Wenn ich beim nächsten mal noch die Zwiebeln auf dem Burger bekomme gibt es auch fünf Sterne. Alles in allem aber TOP. Werden bestimmt bald nochmal bei euch bestellen.

Die Lieferzeit war deutlich schneller als angegeben. Das Essen war auch noch warm nur leider hat der Bürger etwas Künstlich geschmeckt aber ansonsten war alles super. Preis Leistung ist auch in Ordnung.
