Medium disaster for €17.90 (small burger, small fries, small beer). Then rather McD.

It was my first time eating at Five Guys and it did not meet the expectations that my acquaintances had created for me. The prices are reasonable (taking into account that it is a fast food chain and we are in Germany), but the presentation, flavor and offering border on just passing. The vegetarian sandwich is actually a burger with the meat removed and mushrooms added. The Cajun potatoes were nothing like any seasoned potatoes I had ever tasted, and they were quite soft, as if they had been cooked for quite some time. The soda machine did not have any sugar-free or caffeine-free soft drinks.

The food is ok but not really worth it for the price. It's a lot of food though and it's possible to be nauseous.

I think the prices are a bit too high for what you get. The food was OK. You just have to remember that you pay around 20 euros for a meal (hamburger, drink, fries).

The concept is good as free refiil drinks and ketchup-mayo and the drink opportunities are very rich.

If you want to eat a reliably good burger, Five Guys is a good recommendation. Unfortunately I can only give two stars because the burgers are placed on the receipt.

Today was the first and last time I went to Five Guys in Bonn. I won't be setting foot in there again. I absolutely can't recommend it. It was too expensive.

I felt discriminated by a girl from the stuff yesterday, i was picking up an order for a customer and i asked her if i can use the toilet because i have health problems and she refused to let me use it although my colleagues was using it, i suppose to represent the customer

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, but way too expensive. A bacon burger small fries drink and a hot dog small fries with milkshake. For 41 € I think it's a lot for the fact that it tasted like 08.15.

We ate at Five Guys this morning and the service was nice. In the afternoon we had to go to the toilet and asked the nice waitress who knew us. He told us the code and we went towards the toilet. The code didn't work the first few times. Then two other conditions came, one was the boss and asked us if we had an invoice. We wanted to explain that we were there in the morning but he didn't let us finish and said straight away that we didn't have any. He then asked us about the service. The boss then leaves. A friend of mine then found our invoice but the condition that was there with the boss then said it was a “lie”. In the end we were able to go to the toilet. We'll never go there again 😡. Always these prejudices against young people 😡. As if there are no “nice” teenagers.

The food is typically tasty for Five Guys (but also rather expensive), so there's nothing to complain about. What really bothers me is the inflationary use of packaging material, which is even used for in-house orders. The energy used to produce aluminum foil in one day alone is enough to make coffee for 100 years. And I seriously wonder whether this is a community store or a discotheque. The music is so loud that conversations are almost impossible. The music itself is very well chosen for my taste, but the volume...my goodness!

My first visit to Five Guys was an immediate success and I was immediately impressed by the American atmosphere. The cheeseburger, accompanied by fries, was excellent and in no way inferior to other burgers - that's what a burger should taste like! Of course the free peanuts also played their part ;) In contrast to many other fast food restaurants, the store was very clean and the service was friendly and quick. Let's face it: I don't go to burger restaurants because they're particularly healthy, but rather to treat myself. And that's exactly what Five Guys is all about! I think the prices are quite reasonable. I pay €16 for a cheeseburger that can be compared to a Big King Others have to imitate that first. Next time I'll limit myself to a small cheeseburger 😂

It was my first time at Five Guys. The prices are really overpriced. For a burger 12 euros, for a fries just under 8. Add something to drink and you're at 25 euros. The burgers are very greasy, taste ok. Unfortunately the fries were soggy. The ambience was also ok. However, the employee at the checkout couldn't speak German, which wasn't a problem for me. However, this could lead to complications for other people who cannot speak English. All in all it's ok, but at Mäces or BB you get cheaper and you don't get a burger dripping with grease. It's a shame

It was my first visit to Five Guys in Bonn. The concept is the same in all the chain's stores: basic burger that can be customized with different toppings free of charge. Rather expensive, but the taste is okay in my opinion. Very juicy. I had the bacon cheeseburger as a base (also available as a small one with just one patty).

Die Pommes zusätzlich in die Papiertüte geworfen geht nicht. Kross in der Fritteuse wäre schön gewesen. Der Preis für knapp 8,00 ist viel zu hoch. Den Burger in Aluminiumfolge eher ungewöhnlich. Die Getränke aus dem Automaten sind eher von schlechter Qualität. Sauberkeit an den Tischen, na ja. Geht besser. Lautstärke zu hoch. Ungebetene Gäste immer wieder im Restaurant. Stört extrem. Ein zweites Mal. Nein danke. Für knapp 23 Euro finde ich ein besseres Preis Leistungsverhältnis in Bonn...

The seller hardly spoke any German. Prices are completely exorbitant. For that money I'd rather get 30 cheeseburgers from MCS in the future. Not recommendable!!!

First of all, I think it's great that you can freely choose the toppings. However, the hot dog just doesn't taste good. You could eat it, no question. But it didn't taste that good. I think the restaurant itself is beautiful. Not very clean though. The floor was super sticky and everything was kind of dirty. Price/performance wasn't right at all. I wanted to give the Cheese Hot Dog a try. Also at €8.25. It was too small of a hot dog for that. The drink was okay, but the device only worked with a long delay and the mezzo mix tasted strange. All in all, I will probably refrain from visiting Five Guys again.

Bacon cheeseburger with small fries €17.90 is too much. Packaging is to go even if you eat on site (endless garbage, fries out of a cup). Complete speech in English 🙄. Burger 🍔 difficult to eat, cajun fries very tasty. I think the system will have a hard time.

Top cheeseburger, the price-performance ratio is right here. 2 cheeseburgers with a large fry and 2 refill cups for around €40, the quality is fair. Not comparable to the golden M or the Burger King. The selection of drinks is mega. The fries are mega delicious fried in peanut oil.

If you're looking for an upscale fast food restaurant, you've come to the right place. Also cool is the free refill of the drinks with a wide selection of soft drinks. The price is already crisp - why does a cheeseburger cost €2 more than a hamburger? But I will still come back 👌

A clean and bright shop with very friendly service. You can see how the burger was made very hygienically (clean and new gloves!). The burgers, which you can put together yourself (choice of different toppings and sauces), were very expensive despite the very good taste. The price differences between, for example, the hamburger and cheeseburger (9.95 vs 11.95) were not easy to understand... Drinks can always be refilled. The devices were very easy to use and there was a lot of choice of different drinks.

Very tasty burgers, the fries fried in special oil are also really tasty and despite the location directly opposite the main train station you can usually get a seat, although I prefer to order take away. Seating is also available outside and you can watch the hustle and bustle.

At Five Guys you can't even get pills to eat here. There are no menus! And the music is extremely loud in the toilet... Can't understand the hype... Never again!!!!!!!

I've had a burger and Cajun fries. The burger was tasty, but it fell apart quite easily, more easily than usual at Five Guys. The fries were a bit undercooked and too soft. The Mayo was empty and I had to ask at the counter. Very nice employee took the order.

Burgers are good and taste good, but the bun is somehow nothing. Fries are fresh and flavorful. As a newbie, you somehow don't really get picked up when ordering, as is the case here. Good shop but for me personally too expensive for what is on offer.

Attention homophobic/queer-hostile store! Employees make fun of you. And that in 2024. Just write it on your website if you don't want to be visited by LGBTQ+ people.

Schönes Hamburger und HotDog Restaurant der „Five Guys Kette“ direkt am Bonner Hauptbahnhof und somit in der Innenstadt. Schnelle Zubereitung mit den gewohnt guten Geschmack. Hervorzuheben ist wie immer der sehr gute Milch Shake Erdbeere. Preislich ist ein „Menü“, welches es als Menü leider nicht gibt, aber doch aus einer Beilage, einen Burger und einen Getränk besteht, etwas zu hoch und wird scheinbar auch immer höher.

Citizens were okay, but you have a slight greasy film on your lips when you eat. Fries weren't crispy. Unfortunately everything was muddy. But you could eat it. In 2021 the quality was a lot better. Drinks machine was good, but there was a lot of ice in the container. The mayonnaise and ketchup were left in the sun and unfortunately the mayonnaise was even empty. Price performance wasn't right. We paid 50 euros for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 fries and 2 soft drinks. Next time we'll go back to McDonald's because it's only half the price.

The milkshake was extremely good and tasty and the place had a nice American flair. -The burger didn't really look appealing and tasted more than mediocre, but at least it was freshly made. - 7€ for a single small burger is more than excessive. I only tried it because I wanted to know what it tasted like at Five Guys, and I have to say it was one of the worst burgers I've eaten so far, especially considering the price . - The shake tastes extremely good but almost €6 is also a real statement for a 0.4 milkshake. Well, I tried it once but I don't want to go there again, that's it for me with Five Guys.

Extremely overpriced for what it is. The only thing that justified the star was the milkshake. Bread is really a joke and the grilled cheese for 7 euros is nothing but a burger bun and 2 slices of cheap cheese..

Five Guys im Bonner Maximiliancenter. Der Laden ist ordentlich und sauber, die Bedienung ist freundlich. Die Burger schmecken schon echt gut, genauso die Pommes. Preis ist ziemlich hoch, für zwei Personen zahlt man aktuell um die 40€. Trotzdem lohnt es, schon alleine wegen der umfangreichen Getränkeauswahl!

Five Guys halt. Wer hier hingeht, weiss was er bekommt ;-) Wir hatten keine Wartezeit und kamen direkt dran. Demnach waren die Burger und Fritten heiss und frisch zubereitet. Shakes waren auch wie immer gut. Für mich immer einen Stop wert!

Ein überdurchschnittlich guter Five Guys Restaurant. Menü Übersicht aber dennoch für jeden was dabei (der einen Bürger möchte) Fleisch top nicht zu trockencund die besten Pommes die man bekommen kann. Gerne wieder.

Essen war gut, der Service ausbaufähig und die Räumlichkeiten leider sehr kalt und dreckig. Auf den Tische lagen noch Rest, die bei Betrachtung Stunden hier verbracht haben müssen.

In accordance with the other locations of the chain, quality modifiable burgers, good fries and peanuts a plenty. The portions are larger than you expect when you're used to competitors, so hold off on the gluttony :-) our host was exceptionally friendly and took time to chat on a personal yet non invasive level - a welcome experience for weary travellers.

Wollte nur Getränke kaufen. Erst spielen Kinder an der Maschine rum. Dann ist fast alles leer. Die Mitarbeiterin ist etwa 15 Minuten weg. Für einen Vorgang, der bei McD 2 Minuten gebraucht hätte, hab ich 20 Minuten Lebenszeit verschwendet. Danke für absolut gar nichts.

22 € für einen mittelmäßigen Burger mit mittelmäßigen Pommes und einer verdünnten Cola sind das Vergnügen auf keinen Fall Wert!

Für mich persönlich ist der Laden nichts. Wir waren gestern zu zweit bei Five Guys und haben jeder Burger Pommes und Getränk gekauft. Dafür haben wir circa 50 € bezahlt. Dafür muss ich leider sagen hätte ich mehr erwartet. Die Pommes waren tatsächlich recht lecker, der Getränkeautomat hat nur an einer Seite funktioniert aber es gibt eine große Auswahl an Getränken. Auch so Sorten wie Cola Limette waren sehr lecker. Allerdings kann ich die Bürger nun wirklich nicht empfehlen. Unsere Bürger waren beide kalt und absolut nach gar nichts geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war Ungewürzt, das Brötchen total zerquetscht & die Topping waren jetzt auch nicht. Gut, finde ich, dass man für die Wartezeit umsonst Erdnüsse bekommt aber auch das ist den Preis von 50 € einfach nicht wert. Das Ambiente war ordentlich die Tische waren sauber, der Müll wurde regelmäßig geleert, aber geschmacklich hat es uns einfach nicht überzeugt und wir werden nicht noch einmal dort hingehen. Dann lieber zu einem richtigen Burger Laden da bekomme ich für den selben Preis deutlich besseres geboten.
