She turned around, shouted the name of one of the workers, and told me he spoke English. I said I speak German, and she turned away. I'm from Poland. Then she stood next to the employee who only spoke English, since I had ordered in German. I don't speak English. She didn't try to help him. It was hard for both of us. When I sat down, she started shouting at the employees before hiding. Black hat and black apron = a serious attitude problem. I feel very sorry for the other hard-working and friendly employees.

Fries are already cheeky. In the competition it would have been 3x from the “children’s” box. Plus it's soft and not hot. Limited drinks available. Ambiance is very sparsely furnished and has little flair. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Table was visually clean, but still sticky in some places. Not cleaned properly. Staff busy at the counter. But nice and helpful during the ordering process. I don't think we'll eat here again in Essen at Limberger Platz. It was by far the weakest fast food chain we ate at. In any case, I came from further afield to eat there again because it was so delicious before, ordered normal cheeseburgers (the employees didn't speak a word of German) then of course just €15 a burger, we bit into the burgers and it tastes completely tattered, how can I best describe it, like rotting fish, you couldn't taste a bit of beef and everything else on the burger was completely disgusting. Disgusting and given the abnormally high prices, such a service is a disgrace.

Overall, the burgers have never been a disappointment in terms of taste. Unfortunately, I have to admit that the fries are pretty hit-or-miss. For us, the positive experience outweighs the negatives here too. The free refill option for drinks is a big plus for us. I wouldn't say the drinks are watered down either. Of course, if you're used to drinking the syrup straight, you'll notice a difference. Finally, the milkshakes are amazing. You shouldn't miss this if you're in the area. In terms of price, it's definitely a different price than McDonalds, but if you want to eat high-quality burgers, you'll have to spend a few euros more. I and we give FiveGuys in Limbeckerplatz an unreserved recommendation to try.
