Schnitzel tasted worse than I've ever eaten anywhere before - whatever this was, it didn't taste like meat! Fries cold and unsalted. Delivery after 1 hour and very angry when I called, despite a friendly request. There used to be a really great Pizza Pazza on Neumarkt! This one only has the name. What a shame!

I ordered a pizza over the phone for 19.90 euros instead of the person on the phone honestly and correctly saying hey, 10 cents more and you save 4 euros. No matter, customer loyalty is something different. Either the boss doesn't get enough or employees don't take the job seriously.

I had a takeaway pizza. Had the Pittsburgh pizza with chicken, creme fraiche and spinach and it was honestly one of the tastiest pizzas I've ever eaten. I would definitely like to get it again soon. Of course it's fast food, but it really tasted great! Staff also very friendly and quick. I just think the price of €13 for the smallest size is a little high for fast food. I will still come back 👍

Actually, I've been a regular customer for years, but today it was enough for me, after 30 minutes the driver called and was almost 8 km from the right address, 20 minutes later he was at the right address and boldly asked for another delivery fee, which we almost paid 10 minutes of discussion with the boss didn't pay... Pizza cold and hard... lost a regular customer... a shame.

We ordered by phone. Due to an inquiry we called twice in one evening. Both times our order was listened to first, only for us to be passed on because the woman apparently didn't understand us due to a language barrier, so we had to say everything again. I ordered fried noodles with my dish, but ended up with plain boiled rice, unfried, without anything. The breaded chicken was extremely dark so it was hard and dry and I finished it after 3 pieces. The accompanying curry sauce tasted like water with curry powder. The sweet and sour sauce we ordered was really cold, as if it had just come from the fridge. The only positive thing to mention is the relatively quick delivery time, but that didn't help me with this meal either. My friend’s pizza was probably “okay”.

I wanted to order something to eat. The man on the phone said to me “I’ll stick the pizza up your ass” and hung up. Very unprofessional behavior. I will never order anything there again.

1 out of 2 orders wrong (collection). However, this was not pointed out. The error was only admitted when asked after a long wait, otherwise they would have tried to prepare the correct dish later. Therefore, the second order, the only one that was prepared correctly, was probably in the oven too long.

Just received pizza, instead of double cheese as ordered, there was half cheese on it and it was bone dry with no taste, the cheese doesn't taste good at all, it's like plastic. Is that actually cheese? It really turned into a juice shop. I would have preferred to have a frozen pizza for 3 euros, it would have been 10x better. I'm super disappointed. I have to add, why do you put the tender cooked ham on the cheese before baking? So that it's dry like jerky afterwards? I don't understand it.
