That was the last time I waited over an hour 😔 What a shame

We ordered three large pizzas the day before for a children's birthday party, and I have to say, we were thrilled. The pizzas were fantastic, both in taste and appearance. The delivery was also perfectly on time. The staff were very friendly both when we placed the order and when they delivered. You definitely deserve five stars!

I called at 2:30 PM and ordered three pizzas and two aioli for 4:03 PM. At 4:10 PM, I called again to ask where my order was. He said it would be delayed and that he'd send me a free Coke. I called three more times after that. The pizza arrived around 4:45 PM, and it was soggy and cold—inedible. I find this outrageous and will never order from here again.

We ordered today, and the meat was missing from my Chinese meal. We called, and it was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this never happened.

We just ordered from Pizzaboy and are super happy. Here's a picture of what the €3.50 pizza rolls look like. Really great, and a lot of people are very happy for the price. Fast delivery and friendly delivery people. I can definitely recommend them :)

Unfortunately, I've never received a complete order from this place. Instead, they always charge for herb butter, aioli, double cheese, donuts, salad dressing, etc., and then don't deliver. Even if you write in the comments that they won't accept the order if it's incomplete again, they don't even add the free garlic to the pizza, let alone the double cheese or anything similar. If you order in person and make sure everything is complete, the pizza is actually delicious.

Instead of an arugula salad, I got a pizza – without arugula, and I don't like their pizza. It was a walk in the evening, thanks for nothing. It was also quite overpriced. The Asian dishes are okay. But I won't order from there again for a while.

We took part in the 2 for 1 pizza promotion at Lieferando and requested garlic on our pizza. They only delivered one pizza, and they also forgot the garlic. After a friendly phone call, they said there was nothing they could do. What we can do: Don't order from there again.

I ordered through Lieferando and I ordered 2 pizzas for 1 price and they only delivered one when I called them they said they were delivering and I'm still waiting for the pizza I don't recommend ordering from there

Today we ordered food for our daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, it was inedible. After a brief consultation, new food arrived, but the exact same problem. We won't be ordering from there again; for almost €40, you'd expect better quality.

We ordered two salads with chicken breast, one breaded and one plain. It was the best salad from a delivery service I've had in years. Very tasty and with lots of fresh, varied ingredients. Also, hot, filled pizza rolls with spinach and cheese were just as great. The delivery arrived within 30 minutes. Highly recommended. I'll definitely order again on my next visit to Solingen.

The food (2 pasta dishes) I ordered through Lieferando took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive, and it was completely cold. I don't know what kind of customer service you have, but it would have been better if you hadn't delivered the food at all. Maybe you should replace the employees.

The food was inedible, all dishes were delivered cold and the wrong size. Small pizzas were delivered instead of large, but they charged for a large one. I complained! The owner showed no appreciation for his mistakes and was rude and unfriendly. Never again Pizzaboy!

I thought long and hard about whether to write a review. Two days ago, I ordered two Atlanta pizzas, and they were the worst pizzas I've ever eaten in my life. Even a frozen pizza has more potential than this pizza. Delivery took 1.5 hours, and both pizzas arrived cold, with the crusts already hard. The tuna pizza rolls tasted acceptable. Sorry, but for €38, you can expect hot food. I'll never order from Pizzaboy again.

I ordered pizza rolls a few days ago and I have to say I was very disappointed. After almost 2 hours the order arrived burnt. I called them and was told in a cheeky tone that I should return the pizza rolls and then I could get a voucher or new ones... Nowadays the pizza rolls are also expensive, so I expect nice service and no waiting time of 2 hours. Unfortunately never again :(

Unfortunately, a disastrous experience! I ordered from the Solingen branch on March 15, 2025 and after a long wait I received the wrong food. Mistakes can happen, but the handling of my complaint was absolutely unacceptable. I was rudely told on the phone that I would either get a voucher (which I can only redeem there) or I would have to wait another hour for my real food. They also demanded that I return the incorrect food immediately - as if it were my duty to correct the mistake immediately. No apology, no accommodation - instead a disrespectful tone. Customer service looks different! Very disappointing.

I was looking forward to my meal after a long day at work, unfortunately they forgot to deliver the herb butter and aioli and didn't let me know. Food is quite ok. Disastrous subsequent delivery due to incorrect delivery. We actually waited about 3 hours for one to arrive after delivery. I understand that if you order on the weekend it takes a little longer, but that's really an imposition.

I have ordered several times in the last few months: Pizza is delicious. It still tastes good cold the next morning. Salad average. Unfortunately, this time the special request without tomatoes was not taken into account when ordering via the homepage; it worked previously via Lieferando. Luckily I'm not allergic, I just don't like them. The breaded chicken in the salad was very good. There were only a few peppers in the salad despite the extra charge. Last time the pineapple in the salad was canned! Absolute no go. I would never order pineapple again. Yogurt dressing is good. Pizza rolls very tasty and lots of them too! :) They're definitely enough for several people.

Ordered large 4-season pizza twice. Usually that means: Four quarters: ham, mushrooms, tuna, artichoke. I got a little bit of each ingredient mixed across the whole pizza and instead of artichoke there was the cheapest salami. Price 40 euros. Thank you, not again.

Pizzaboy only gets 2 points from me... The food there is not tasty, a lot of it is not processed properly. Meat raw/cartilaginous and smells strange! The driver gets the only 2 stars because he was super nice and punctual. I always like to order because it's delicious. Unfortunately, the ability to read does not seem to be a requirement here. 2x pizza rolls 2x herb butter Only one herb butter is delivered. Bacon burger with extra cheese. No cheese on it. Cheeseburger with extra bacon? No bacon on it. If you order here, you can be sure that the extra ingredients will be expensive, but will not end up on the meal. Either the work in the kitchen is not done properly, or there is a deliberate attempt to make the customer pay for things that they then do not receive. Either way, an absolute exclusion criterion for future orders.

Pizzaboy ist die größte Frechheit die ich jemals gesehen & bestellt habe sowas unfreundliches und das vom " Chef" Persönlich man erhält eine Pizza die mit Extra Zutaten bestellt wurde die aber nicht die PIZZA ist die man bestellt hatte nach dem man bei Pizzaboy angerufen hat muss man 10 min am Telefon mit dem Chef diskutieren das man eine neue Pizza bekommt darauf hin kommt nur wir haben das geliefert was bestellt wurde wir haben keine Zeit mehr wir schließen gleich Telefonat war um 22.25 geöffnet bis 23 Uhr also sorry das wars NIE WIEDER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Die Pizza ist eigentlich echt lecker, aber wenn man bestellt, wird leider immer etwas vergessen, ob es der doppelte Käse, Knoblauch, oder was auch immer ist. Das macht einen wirklich sauer. Kann der Pizzabäckerei nicht lesen? Man kann wirklich immer davon ausgehen, dass irgendwas falsch ist. Es nervt. Wenn man hingeht und seine Pizza die ganze Zeit im Blick hat und dann nochmal kontrolliert, bekommt man eine gute Pizza.

Immer lecker und nette Lieferanten. Selbstverständlich sind die Lieferzeiten lang über 1 Std wenn man am Wochenende bestellt oder Abends. Da sollte mal jeder nachdenken das dass eine Zeit ist wo jeder bestellt und die Leute nicht fliegen können. Wenn man in der Woche bestellt Mittags oder Vormittags ist das Essen immer richtig schnell da. Also weniger meckern hier mehr Gehirn einschalten liebe Menschen die Bestellen . Wenn ihr innerhalb 5 min euer Essen haben wollt dann fahrt zu mcs .

Diesmal haben die Nudeln mit Bolognese leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Sonst waren sie immer sehr gut.

Die Einrichtung ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit auch nicht 100%. Aber die Pizza ist gut, Mitarbeiter sehr nett, die Preise fair. Ich würde nicht empfehlen vor Ort zu essen, aber bestellen kann man hier wunderbar.

Solide Geschmacklich ganz gut, aber dennoch ausbaufähig. Leider einiges der wenigen Lokale in der Innenstadt. Der Service ist grottenschlecht. 1. Dauert es seine Zeit bis man überhaupt trotz ansprechen wahrgenommen wird. Bei der Bestellung wird kaum zugehört und teilweise Mitarbeiter angequatscht. Ich fühle mich je nach Mitarbeiter auch sehr unwohl. Generell unterlaufen regelmäßig Fehler in den Bestellungen.

Wir werden dort nicht mehr bestellen- haben heute 2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet - hätte man ja ehrlich am Telefon bei der Bestellung sagen können, aber so echt unmöglich, gerade mit einem Kind. Beim letzten Mal hatten wir das falsche Essen - und heute das! Die Pizza war zwar lecker, aber wir haben echt genug. Schade.

The best Pizza place in Solingen mitte. Also like the Chinese food there. Always delivery is fast.

Fast alles ist gut Service gut Essen schmeckt aber die Lieferzeiten können die 0 einhalten ich bestelle schon oft bei denen und 50 Prozent kam die Bestellung 1 Stunde nacher an wo ich kein Hunger mehr hatte und bei so einem guten Essen soll das essen auch pünktlich kommen also kommt das nochmal vor bestelle ich woanders mein Essen.

Eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden, schnelle Lieferung, guter Service, nettes Personal, lecker, frisch. Ein etwas älterer Fahrer ist manchmal etwas unhöflich wenn man nicht viel Trinkgeld geben kann. Und heute war das Essen zum allerersten mal kalt gewesen daher ein Stern abzug. Aber wir können es trotzdem sehr empfehlen.

Habe hier immer sehr gerne Pizza bestellt, jedoch meistens auch direkt abgeholt. Heute wollten wir den Lieferservice beanspruchen und haben 3 Pizzen telefonisch bestellt. Uns wurde eine Lieferzeit von 45 min genannt. Nach 1,5 Stunden waren die Pizzen immer noch nicht da und wir fragten telefonisch nach. Es hieß, die Pizzen seien noch dort und es würde eine weitere halbe Stunde dauern. Als nach über 2 Stunden (!) endlich der Lieferant kam, wollten wir die Pizzen zwar noch annehmen, aber von den 24€ nur 15€ bezahlen aufgrund der unverhältnismäßigen Lieferzeit. Der Lieferant erreichte seinen Chef nicht und das Resultat war, dass er zusammen mit unseren Pizzen wieder wegfuhr und wir uns anderweitig um Essen kümmern mussten. Sehr schade..so habt ihr auf jeden Fall langjährige Kunden verloren.
