Pizza HAMM in Düsseldorf

Wir haben hier Pizzabrötchen für unterwegs geholt. Sie haben wirklich gut geschmeckt. Es ist eine richtige Pizzeria für Abholung oder Lieferung (daher die 3 Sterne).

I stumbled upon this snack bar by chance while passing through (I'm actually from Kiel). I was served quickly and very politely. Really delicious food, especially the cheeseburger, I highly recommend it. If I'm ever in Düsseldorf again, I'd be happy to come back.

The worst takeaway I've ever seen. Completely disappointing. The fried chicken wings I ordered were a total disappointment; some were almost burnt, others were still slightly pink inside. They also smelled and tasted strongly of curry and were very sour for some reason. I will never order from here again!

Last night, I ordered a Margherita pizza, French fries, and a chicken burger. They were delivered in 35 minutes, so very punctual and fast. However, they didn't taste great. The pizza was particularly thin and almost burnt on the bottom. The burger, however, was good and freshly prepared. So, all in all, three stars: one for the fast delivery, one for the good price, and one for the fresh burger.

The delivery time was stated as 50 minutes, but after three phone calls, the phone finally rang after 90 minutes. We ordered a 43 cm pizza, but the delivery was only a 36 cm pizza. Of course, we called and complained, but were immediately insulted, saying that this couldn't be right and that we had no idea. You can still use a folding ruler, right? Although, given the way the man was talking and cursing on the phone, I'm surprised he can operate the oven and knows how to pick up the phone. The taste was okay, but we lost our appetite during the call. Once, never again. I've rarely experienced something so rude and customer-unfriendly.

I ordered pizza and pizza rolls with friends around 1 a.m. The food arrived an hour and a half later than stated, and the pizza was rubbery, and the pizza rolls used Aldi bacon instead of regular ham. I spoke to the owner on the phone and was insulted, saying I had no idea what pizza should taste like and that I shouldn't surprise him. What was delivered was simply outrageous. Just like the way they treated customers. Incredibly brazen for a new business. I definitely wouldn't recommend it!
