Pizza HAMM in Düsseldorf

We got pizza rolls here for on the go. Tasted really good. It really is a pizzeria for take-away or delivery. (hence the atmosphere 3*)

I stumbled upon this snack bar by chance while passing through (I'm actually from Kiel). I was served quickly and very politely. Really delicious food, especially the cheeseburger, I highly recommend it. If I'm ever in Düsseldorf again, I'd be happy to come back.

The worst snack bar I've ever seen. Unfortunately, the baked chicken wings I ordered were completely disappointing. Some were almost burnt, others were still a little pink inside. They also smelled and tasted strongly of curry and were very sour. For whatever reason, I'll never order from here again!

Last night I ordered Pizza Margherita, French fries and chicken burger, they were delivered in 35 minutes so very punctual and quick, but the taste wasn't tasty, especially the pizza was really very thin and almost burnt at the bottom, but the burger was good and freshly prepared. So all in all 3 stars: one for the fast delivery, one for the good prices and one for the fresh burger

Delivery time was stated as 50 minutes, but after three phone calls we finally rang after 90 minutes. A pizza with a diameter of 43 cm was ordered, but only a 36 cm pizza was delivered. Of course we called them and complained, but were immediately insulted that that couldn't be right and that we had no idea. You can still use a folding rule, right? Although - the way the gentleman talked and swore on the phone, I'm surprised that he can operate the oven and knows how to pick up the phone. The taste was okay, but we lost our appetite during the phone call. Once and never again. Rarely have I experienced something so cheeky and customer-unfriendly.

I ordered pizza & pizza rolls with friends around 1 a.m. The food came 1 1/2 hours later than stated and the pizza was like it was made of rubber and bacon from Aldi was used instead of normal ham in the pizza rolls. I spoke to the owner on the phone and was insulted because I had no idea what a pizza tasted like and I shouldn't upset him... What was delivered was just cheeky. Just like dealing with customers. Incredibly bold for a new company. Definitely not recommended!
