Sehr enttäuschend. Die Preise sind plötzlich extrem gestiegen, ohne dass die Qualität besser geworden ist. Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr. Das Personal war zudem unfreundlich und EC-Zahlung ist seit langer Zeit nicht möglich. Auch die Parksituation ist furchtbar. Werde nicht mehr kommen.“

Unglaub leckere Halal Bürger und Pommes. Die Pommes waren richtig knusprig und warm. Der Bürger saftig und sehr geschmacksintensiv. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierhin. Zudem ist das Personal sehr freundlich.

Die Qualität ist hier genauso top wie an den anderen Standorten. Super Essen und ein sehr freundliches Team. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Hähnchen war nicht richtig durchgegart und ihre Erfahrung ist sehr begrenzt.

Heute wollten wir die Wuppertaler Filiale unserer Lieblingsmarke ausprobieren und wir waren wirklich begeistert. Alles war sehr lecker und schön vorbereitet. Die Burger-Patties waren schön saftig und die Pommes mit Schale waren richtig knusprig und aromatisch.Besonders schön fanden wir die kleine Aufmerksamkeit im Ramadan – die Datteln und die Milch waren eine sehr nette Geste. Auch die kleine Ecke zum Beten ist ein tolles Detail für alle, die danach suchen.Vielen Dank, dass ihr eure Arbeit mit so viel Sorgfalt macht. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden. Es war unser erster Besuch, aber ganz bestimmt nicht der letzte!

Wir waren heute zum Abend hin bei 3h's. Das Essen (Smash Burger Menü) war sehr lecker, die Portion mehr als sättigend und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Alles war top. Ein großer Pluspunkt war der Verkauf von Afri Cola und die Helal Zertifizierung. Vielen Dank

Wir haben an Ramadan bestellt und für das Ankommen extra die Zeit vor İftar angegeben . Nach 30-40 min Verspätung haben wir angerufen und es wurde gesagt dass unsere Bestellung auf dem Weg ist. Nachdem die Bestellung sich eine ganze Stunde verspätet hat , haben wir erneut angerufen und uns wurde gesagt das unsere Bestellung vergessen wurde , das einzige was angeboten wurde war ob man die Bestellung stornieren oder jetzt losschicken soll jedoch keine einzige Entschuldigung. Der Mann an dem Telefon hat Sehr hochnäsig gesprochen und ich frage mich wieso man im ersten Telefonat lügt anstatt seine Fehler zu gestehen . Nach einer Stunde warten und Lügen hatten wir selber auch keine Lust mehr auf den Stress und haben storniert . Service sehr schlecht .

Leider hat das Essen extrem nachgelassen und dafür aber die Preise recht gut angepasst. Vor Jahren war 3hs noch mein Lieblings laden , aber was ich heute gegessen habe war echt billig . Der Burger war noch ok , aber halt nichts besonderes mehr. Die Pommes war bestimmt zwei Jahre alt. Wirklich schade. Preis / Leistung passt leider nicht mehr.

The service is ruining the place. The staff has no clue about their job, constantly mixing up orders, and there's a 30-45 minute wait because Uber Eats orders are prioritized. The main thing is that every Uber Eats order gets out before closing time. Customers who have been waiting for their food for several minutes aren't allowed to eat in because they can't manage to put the food out on time.

I ordered from them via Lieferando. After waiting for more than 2 hours, I cancelled the order via the customer hotline.

We ordered three large H's burgers but only received two. We wanted ketchup, and the cashier said, "This sauce is better; I'll give you that." How stupid is that? Besides, it cost way too much.

The food wasn't cooked through. I had to wait 15 minutes longer.

The person on the phone was very unfriendly. I had a problem with my order. I always order from the same address, which isn't far from 3HS. Unfortunately, the chicken burger wasn't a typical crispy chicken burger, but rather unbreaded chicken fillet. The taste was okay. I was overcharged and didn't receive a receipt.

The food was absolutely delicious! We placed a large order for eight people and everything was ready at the same time without any problems. The children were very well looked after. We'd definitely order again.

The burgers taste good. The rest is nothing special. Service = only the bare minimum. They take your order, say thank you, please, and goodbye. They've tried to create some ambiance, but there's no music, dead silence in the place, and only Arabic chatter that's distracting while you're eating. It's not a place where you could spend a pleasant evening. One visit was enough. If I go back, it will only be by order.

The burger was truly delicious! As for service... empty store... the employee was apparently preparing an order... For several minutes, there wasn't even enough time for a response to my greeting, but at some point, "I'll be right there" followed... that was pretty odd, then an employee in baggy sweatpants walked by...

I think it's good that I order food, even though I come from the restaurant industry. We waited for over two hours!! Arrival time isn't updated despite multiple phone calls! Employees say nothing other than "We're sorry, it's too busy at the moment." The manager claims exactly the same thing and thinks the matter is settled. But if you truly value a customer, offer compensation, be it a voucher or deducting part of the bill! A little tip: the arrival time should be updated regularly. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. I was only told during the phone call with the business that the driver was on his way, and it still took an hour, which isn't a problem. But these typical restaurant-related reasons are useless after a long time. A cookie as compensation, which doesn't even cost €1 to make, is really pathetic!! We won't be coming to you or ordering again! The service department can't solve problems any more than the boss can, because anyone who's after money should look after their customers and appreciate them when something like this happens.

I find it incredibly disrespectful how it takes 1:50 minutes to deliver an order on a Sunday, even though I live just 10 minutes away from the branch. The food is obviously cold and doesn't taste cooked at all. The prices for such unprofessional delivery are disgraceful. I will never order from there again, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone on a tight budget. A rip-off to the max!!!

So, taste is king at 3h's, definitely 1000%. Keep it up! The taste is amazing, hard to put into words. I can recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately, there isn't one near me in Dortmund, otherwise I'd be a regular. It's a bit pricey, but it's still totally worth it.

Delivery was supposedly 40 minutes, but after 90 minutes, still nothing. I called 6 times, no one answered. They're playing with patience. Never again.

Friendly staff, delicious food But as far as I know, the price of the meal is inclusive (fries and a Coke). However, the bill included an extra charge for the Coke, even though a meal was ordered. I ordered the food two hours ago and it still hasn't arrived. No one answers the phone; it either goes to voicemail or the line is busy. I've called 10 times now (I counted). Considering those prices, it's a pretty big no-go.

If a meal costs 13.20, which is what it says on the board, you can't charge an extra €1 for the sauce. And if you order an extra patty for €3, it's never €21.50. Either they're trying to rip off the customers, or the customers don't notice. But I do. The food tastes good, no question about it.

You can get really good burgers there. I had the 3h's Burger. It was really tasty. Except for the turkey bacon. I would have preferred real bacon. But otherwise, everything was great. 😋👍

Yes, halal, fast, and fresh. Really delicious. The fries were crispy and homemade. The ketchup tasted very fresh. The burger was delicious, the meat was tender, without any gristle or tendons, and the bread was also fresh and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It deserves 5 stars. The 3hs Burger on the menu was simply fantastic – perfectly cooked meat, incredibly juicy, and full of flavor. I own the store. I enjoyed visiting it until yesterday. I think hygiene is a foreign word. The employee with the Cappy was probably hungry and simply helped himself to fries. Everyone can be hungry sometimes, then you make yourself a plate and eat during the break. But just grabbing the fries with your fingers, not even wearing gloves, and eating them right in front of the customer is disgusting. Then they look at me and put fries from the same batch on my plate. 3 employees were on site, so many customers came in, no one greeted the customers or asked how they could be helped. Apparently there was nothing to do. Then an Uber Eats order comes and the employees are upset about it. If you don't want to work, I recommend you go to the employment office. These customers who come in or order for delivery pay your salaries. Very unfortunate.

I was at the burger seller today and ordered 2 menus and when I was allowed to pick up my menu I was shocked and immediately pointed out that they didn't put enough potatoes on it and then gave a cheeky answer: there is no more. I think you're serious and that's all there is to it. Guys, are potatoes so expensive???? Never come back! Think about it

Tasty and good. I've ordered there so many times that it's gotten boring again. Ambience isn't half as good as the burgers. There are not only halal burgers but also halal bacon. I still avoid the bacon because it just sounds weird and I can't get used to it.

Unfortunately, the gentlemen at the checkout as well as in the kitchen were extremely slow. We were the only guests and waited almost half an hour for two burgers and two side dishes. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm, even though there were no other orders other than the two of us. What a shame!

We really enjoyed eating at 3h's often and often ordered there. Today the negative experience was bad. Once again we had burgers delivered to our home with the note: The first burger should come without turkey bacon and the second without barbecue sauce. What arrived? Turkey bacon on the first burger and the barbecue sauce on the second. I'm really not petty. Mistakes can happen. That's why I called the restaurant and wanted to find a solution. The gentleman initially admitted his first mistake, but vehemently insisted that he had not put any sauce on the second burger. He suggested with his words that I was lying. When my husband left because his collar was bursting, the man on the phone became more than just unfriendly. Instead of offering new burgers or making a counter-suggestion, he said: “I'll send you your money back, never order from us again! Bye!” on. In the battle of words, sentences like: “Yeah, just take it down.” That would only have been an option if the turkey bacon hadn't already stood out in terms of taste on the whole burger (speaking from experience here). I got the money back myself through Ubereats. The store can then keep the unfriendly and disgusting behavior of the staff to itself. Preferably 0 stars and the owner should perhaps train the guy again in terms of customer friendliness and general respect.

I've been waiting for my order for almost 2 hours now. The Lieferando app has been saying for an hour that my order is about to arrive. My calls are not being answered or it is busy. Of course the money has already been paid. It said order time was between 20-45 minutes and not 2 hours. The order is still not there.

We made a reservation yesterday and especially said that there were like 10 people and we were told that we should come an hour earlier and when we got there they said we weren't allowed to move the seats and that we should sit separately. I've never seen anything like that loaded into a 3hs I've experienced something like that and I'll never eat in 3hs Wuppertal again because I find it really outrageous that everything is fully booked in Wuppertal and we have to open our iftar in a worse way

Überhaupt keine Empfehlung, wir gehen auch stark davon aus das nichts frisch ist und sogar das Fleisch verdorben ist. Waren am Freitag da und übergeben uns seit Freitag wie Weltmeister. Alle aus der Familie! Uns gehts dreckig. Uns ist vor Ort sofort aufgefallen wie dreckig die arbeiten, hatten aber schon bestellt und hatten auch Hunger, als nächstes konnte ich meine joopiesosse garnicht essen, weils einfach schlecht war, höchstwahrscheinlich abgelaufen? Stand zu lange draussen? Keine Ahnung. Das Fleisch war einfach abartig, Pommes war labbrig, ich kannns einfach nicht mehr erzählen mir wird es schon wieder schlecht. Der junge der das essen zubereitet war stark mit seinem Handy beschäftigt, fand ich genauso eklig. Ohne Hände waschen wird mein tablet zubereitet ab und an das Handy in die Hand genommen.... tablet war sowieso einfach nur dreckig. Ach zum bestellen mussten wir auch auf den jungen Mann warten, weil er ja mit seinem Handy beschäftigt war....

The guys in the kitchen are doing a great job! We once had the Beef Chilli Cheese Burger & the Chicken Chilli Cheese Burger. Both were very well filled, the bread was super tasty and the meat was real pieces of meat (not like in other shops where you have to look for the meat in the burger). The sauces go well with it. The fries are a 5/5. How do you get the fries to be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside? Yummy! Next time we will eat locally. The menus are TOP!

alle Speißen sind Halal gehalten, also Optimal. Sehr leckere Burger mit Hausgemachten Pommes. Man zahlt zu 2-3 Personen vieleicht 5-10€ mehr im Vergleich zu den Eckel Burger Ketten aber alles wird offensichtlich vor deinen Augen zubereitet. Meine Familie ist froh das es euch gibt. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Ich würde diese Rezension nicht schreiben, wenn alles perfekt wäre… In den letzten Monaten/ Wochen ist mir folgendes aufgefallen: Pattys sind durch, Pommes sind Tiefkühlware, Mitarbeiter lustlos… ich finde es wichtig, dass man Menschen einstellt, die Bock darauf haben. Das wirkt sich auf das Ambiente, das Essen und auf den „Ich komme wieder“ Faktor aus. Leider schmeckt es nicht mehr so gut, was mich traurig stimmt. Seit Jahren wart ihr die Nummer 1 in Sachen Geschmack, Freundlichkeit und „Halal“. Natürlich wissen wir Kunden, dass alles teurer wird. Aber als Laden bleibt man dann stark, wenn man Beständigkeit versteht und weiterhin dieselbe Qualität anbietet. Nimmt diese Rezension zum Anlass, alles wieder besser zu machen. Ich möchte GERNE zu euch.
