My first choice for vegetarian/vegan burgers! If it's not too crowded, you can get your food very quickly. Attentive waiters round off the service to my complete satisfaction.

The burgers change very often and offer a good variety. Overall, I thought the offer was a little better in the past, but I think that's a matter of taste. There are a lot of vegan products, a large vegan burger menu, salads, nuggets and also a bowl. The homemade drinks are delicious and the cocktails taste good too. Children are always immediately greeted with a coloring book and pencils and it wasn't a problem that they were constantly jumping around. As always, the food came very quickly and was delicious. I had a salad for the first time. Overall very tasty but it could have been crunchier, otherwise the taste was great. Service as always very friendly and quick.

I was really surprised. I'm always rather reserved when it comes to chains. But everything was really right here: the atmosphere was very cozy, the service was courteous and extremely friendly and the burger was also excellent - and at a reasonable price.

As with every Hans im Glück, the food was simply great. The burger sauce in particular is my favorite for a classic beef burger. The fries were perfectly crispy. The ambience is very atmospheric, especially in the evening with the subtle lighting and a little surprise for us, eating in the swing. Great all around and therefore 5 stars😊👍

Very tasty burgers and really successful drinks/cocktails. The atmosphere invites you to linger and the service is very courteous and friendly. Waiting times were practically non-existent and I can therefore only recommend this restaurant! I would definitely reserve in advance during peak times.

The food sometimes varies a bit, which I wouldn't expect from such a large chain. The service could sometimes come by more often, sometimes you wait a long time if you want to pay, otherwise it's fine.

Wir waren schon öfters zum Mittagstisch im Hans im Glück in Wuppertal und waren bisher immer zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, gerade im Sommer kann man gemütlich draußen sitzen. Unsere Servicekraft hatte an dem Tag scheinbar sehr schlechte Laune. Gelangweilter und genervter konnte man die Bestellung nicht aufnehmen. Zum Glück wurde die junge Dame schnell von ihrer gut gelaunten Kollegin abgelöst. Die Burger & Pommes sind superlecker und auch die Durstlöscher kann man sehr gut trinken – allerdings muss man süß mögen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis kommt mittlerweile an seine Grenzen. Für den Mittagstisch bezahlt man je nach Bürger mittlerweile gute 20 Euro. Das ist heftig. Vor allem, da die Portionen in letzter Zeit kleiner geworden sind.

When it came to delivery, we were only able to order from 50 euros. That's why we had to take drinks and a dessert. The food is delicious, no question. But the portion of “apple strudel” is really exorbitant. The piece is no wider or longer than two women's fingers.

My mother and I were really craving burgers and chose this place. Our first visit to Hans im Glück. Briefly overwhelmed by the extensive menu. A really nice and very helpful service helped us and we were soon able to place our order. The selected, fresh lemonades were brought to us in no time. A refreshment for the eye (highly recommended strawberry-basil and blackberry-rosemary)!! Shortly afterwards our burgers and the crispy, golden-yellow lucky fries were brought, also by very friendly waitresses. Everything was fresh and hot and really delicious. The selection is huge and there are plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans too. The large portion of fries was too much for us, so we immediately asked if we wanted to take them with us. So my great dinner for the next evening was already secured (crisped up in the hot air fryer - as if freshly prepared). Conclusion: clear recommendation! I would love to come back here

Bloß KEINE Cocktails!!! Ambiente - sehr geschmackvoll Bedienung - sehr freundlich Burger - Fleisch sehr gut, bei Bestellung keine Nachfrage über den gewünschten Gargrad. Ban etc. durchschnittlich Hausgemachte Durstlöscher - lecker, viel Grünzeug, tlw. sehr künstlich Cocktail: NO GO!!! PARADIESVOGEL: weißer Rum, brauner Rum, Mango, Maracuja, Falernum, Basilikum & Balsamessig Das Glas war zu 1/4 mit teils wabbeligem Basilikum vollgestopft, Blätter tlw. braun bis schwarz, viele dicke Stängel, schmeckte dementsprechend eckelig, muffig, moderig. Kellner bot nach Hinweis einen neuen ‚frischen’ Paradiesvogel an, der mit der Begründung abgelehnt wurde, dass man an den ekeligen Geschmack nicht erinnert werden möchte. Ein anderer Ersatz, Cocktail (wir reden von 2 Cocktails a 9,90€) wurde nicht angeboten. Wir werden hier NIE WIEDER hin gehen, da hilft einem das schöne Ambiente auch nicht, wenn man verdorbene Lebensmittel untergejubelt bekommt. Zum Glück war das Patty „well done“ serviert worden.

I have been to Hans im Glück in Wuppertal several times and all of my visits have been good. For anyone who has never been to a Hans im Glück, you should know that if you stay for a longer period of time and depending on where you sit, sitting can be uncomfortable. The lack of a backrest in some seats and the lack of padding on the seat are not ideal. Normally you know what you're getting yourself into when you go to Hans im Glück 😉 The cocktails and burgers were good as always, but I personally didn't like the coleslaw. The food came very quickly, the drinks sometimes took too long until you had the chance to reorder, but it was also very busy. I will eat there again at any time because it is really very good. But there's still a bit of time left until it's exceptional.

Jedzenie baaaardzo dobre, drinki pierwsza klasa, chociaż trochę za dużo owoców, które zatykały słomkę i utrudniały picie, obsługa uprzejma, chociaż w pewnym momencie byłyśmy z koleżanką obserwowane przez parę kelnerów , którzy szeptali coś między sobą, co wprawiło nas w dyskomfort. Jednakże cała reszta wielki plus! Polecam serdecznie:)

Wij hebben hier een heerlijk menu met vegan/plantaardige burgers gegeten. Er was ruime keuze. Wij namen een menu voor nog geen twintig euro waarin burger, 500 cl icetea of andere drank en een warme drank bij inzat.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, die Bedienung freundlich, jedoch finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. Das Essen ist zwar lecker, allerdings habe ich für die hohen Preise etwas mehr erwartet.

10/10 wirklich toll hier!! Der service war sehr höfflich , sympathisch und die Kellner bemühen sich , dass der Kunden zufrieden ist. Im generellen kann man sagen, dass die zufriedenheit des kunden an erster Stelle kommt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und “ das Auge konnte mitessen “ . Die atmosphäre war sehr angnehm, jedoch dass einzige was ich kritisieren muss sind die umbequemen sitzplätze. Sonst habe ich meine zeit hier sehr genossen

Wir haben unsere Mädelsrunde im Hans im Glück genossen. Der Service war nett und zuvorkommend. Die Bestellung kam schnell für alle Personen an. Es hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Einen Punkt ziehe ich beim Dessert ab. Das Eis bei "Omas Geheimnis" hat uns zu künstlich und zu süß geschmeckt. Ansonsten ein perkter Abend :)

Wir waren als Gruppe da und wurden super bedient. Von der Online-Reservation über den Service und die Qualität des Essens war alles Top.

Sehr gute Burger im mittleren bis höheren Preisniveau. Markantes Konzept in sehr geschmackvollem Ambiente. Allerdings ist die Bestuhlung nicht für längeres Sitzen gedacht. Die Sitze sind trotz Polster extrem hart und die Sitzgelegenheiten sehr eng. Der Service war sehr freundlich und humorvoll. Entsprechend dem vollen Restaurant ging dennoch alles recht flott. Nur auf die Möglichkeit, um die Rechnung zu erbitten, mussen wir lange warten. Es hatte den Eindruck, als ob Tische, die mit Essen und Trinken erstmal versorgt sind, nicht länger im Fokus bleiben. Das kann aber auch Zufall gewesen sein.

Leckere Burger, hatte den Eitlen Gockel. Die Bedienung war mega freundlich. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die äußerst unbequemen Sitzgelegenheiten.

Netter Service, Speisen wurden rasch serviert, habe bei anderen Restaurants der Kette schon etwas besser gegessen, daher ein wenig Abzug. Sehr schönes Lokal!

Wie immer war das Essen gut und das Personal freundlich. Die Fritten waren diesmal etwas salzig, aber sonst war das Essen top. Das Ambiente ist ansprechend und hat ein Hauch von Natürlichkeit durch die Baumstämme und das Holzinventar. Witzig finde ich die Schaukeln auf denen mein Mann und ich saßen. Da kommt man sich vor, als wäre man noch ein Kind. Alles in Allem hat es uns wieder einmal sehr gut gefallen 👍😁

Also über die veggie/veganen und normalen Burger muss ich kaum ein Wort verlieren , sowie über die Beilagen alles Top!!! Besonders möchte ich erwähnen dass meine Frau heute Geburtstag hat und die Jungs und Mädels von Hans im Glück Wuppertal sich extra in Schale geschmissen haben und uns das Essen als Nikolaus brachten... Meine Frau war total perplex und ich will mich auf diesem Wege nochmal herzlich beim gesamten Team bedanken :)

We visited here for lunch and ate outside on a terrace area on a beautiful day. The Staff was very attentive - more so than most other European restaurants - and was quite friendly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The food was excellent. Loved the burgers. The menu is large and you have many options. Prices were about average, though there were lunch specials. Certainly recommended!

The mix of taste is heaven! From fries, to the sauces available on the table, to homemade drinks and burgers! It is a must to visit this while in Wuppertal!!

Fellow Americans, this is a great place to visit when you’re in town. They were very accommodating with menus in English. We had burgers which they had a variety to choose from with a side of fries or sweet potatoes. Burgers were good and their sauces were too. They also have vegan options which is great for those of you who opt from meat. There was more than enough seating which can be hard to find sometimes in the city. We were able to pay with a credit card which was also great! We’d go here again.

I just choose the place from TripAdvisor. it was really crowded. the place is good. there was a DJ during the meal who was also good. the only problem when I get my meal asked for bill nobody cares and after 15 minutes I go to the cashier and insist on paying the bill :) ıt was a little weird the waitress forgot me.

I thought that was a very unprofessional comment, the young girl may have just finished school but management need to provide her with customer service skill training .

The restaurant has an interesting interior, but it does not have a cosy atmosphere. The menu includes a creative selection of high quality fast food. A nice and fast service round off the positive impression we have of this restaurant.

The concept is various types of burger including vegan, choose with or without bun. The menu is imaginative and extensive, we had one beef and one chicken without bun. They arrived with lots of salad as well as their different toppings and were delicious. Will use again

We had lunch menu. For reasonable price it was a lot of good food. A lot of possible burger combinations (different buns, meat and extras) with great salad (better than pommes in hot day) homemade lemonade and coffee. It was a well spent time after visiting Wuppertal Schwebebahn
