Burgers and fries were delicious. Unfortunately you couldn't pay by card and had to go through the hassle of withdrawing money somewhere. OK. Happened. Ambience was rather so-so. Could you do more with it? But I would go again.

The burgers are edible, nothing spectacular. The fries are the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. They are almost black and appear to be cocked with recycled oil.

I have eaten here very often and have never been disappointed. The food tastes very tasty and is halal. The staff is always very friendly. Perhaps the selection of drinks could be expanded to include iced tea, juice and water (still). I can definitely recommend 3'HS.

Juicy burgers. Staff is very friendly. Drink selection too monotonous for me, especially only from a certain brand unfortunately.

We were there by chance because we were planning our vacation from Düsseldorf airport and left the day before. After walking on the city beach, we went there to eat with our son and were pleasantly surprised. The burgers and fries are delicious and the staff is very friendly. The price for 2 1/2 people was around €35. That's still okay, although the children's burger was very small. (But it was just enough since we also gave away some fries) The ambience is tidy and clear. We recommend it overall. Thank you

Even it is a self service restaurant, you get the feeling of best service and food for the entire stay. Tables are clean and food is very good.

A place that sells burgers with halal meat in Germany. I loved the bread and the meat. I wanted BBQ Burger and the sesame bread was very successful. The portion is large and filling. There are plenty of potatoes. I highly recommend it to those who are going to Düsseldorf.

The area is a bit small and you have to wait in a line, but the burger is very good

OK it needs a little bit of a manual. You order at the cash register like at a snack bar. You will receive a Buzzer that will go off and then you will pick up your order. In the meantime, find a place. So not really a restaurant. Good atmosphere.

Unfortunately the quality of the chicken burgers 🍔 is not good, fries and the Juppie sauce are just as bad. The tables were sticky and the toilet is in terrible condition. In 2024 they ONLY accept CASH!

Hello, the service on the phone was tip top! But the food wasn't that nice, with the veggier burger we forgot everything we wanted outside and the meat tasted like frozen meat was really not that lit. But marketing is a 10/10. And we waited 45 minutes longer for our food than agreed brooo not so nice, I really thought the place would be lit.

The 3h burger in the menu and chili chicken burger. The 3h burger was an explosion in terms of taste, which I didn't expect at all. The burger was nice and juicy and tasty, you could taste all the ingredients, including the turkey. Bacon caramelized, onions and much more, thumbs up. The chili chicken burger wasn't that appetizing and didn't taste good either, so it wasn't for me, the fries on the other hand were very crispy and tasty and I had the jupi sauce with it. I didn't like it, but it's for everyone. The location was fine. The toilets could be a bit cleaner, but otherwise I have nothing to complain about. Overall it was good. 👍👍👍👋

Everything is halal and really tasty, the veggie burger is world class with the new recipe! The amount of fries has become smaller and when you order to go, sauces are often forgotten. Therefore one point deducted.

Traveled from far away to try the famous burger but never got around to it as card payment wasn't accepted. In 2024, card payments should be standard in every store.

We went here for the first time for a burger on Saturday. First of all, it was very crowded when we arrived, which of course means that the food was good. When we ordered we were informed that cash payment was unfortunately not possible, which we didn't realize beforehand, a bit of a shame but no problem as we had enough cash with us. The food was very good, the castles tasted great and it went quite quickly despite it being so full. The atmosphere is quite hectic and loud because it is so crowded and there are a lot of families there, but that wasn't a problem for us. Since there is only self-service here, the service at the counter is very nice, but there is simply no more service. The prices are perfectly reasonable for the portions. Thank you very much, it was very tasty, we would love to come back.

Not enough burger selection for a burger shop, The quality of the meatballs was terrible. The Jooppie sauce was simply spread with mayonnaise, it just didn't taste good and then the chicken sticks... simply ready-made chemical paste. Other burger shops do this with chicken breast fillet and, at 3 hours, just disgusting chemical sticks. Never again.

Absolutely not recommended. The quality of the meatballs is the cheapest there is. Comparable to swimming pool eating. The Düsseldorf location wasn't really clean either. The only plus point were the fries. Overall still too expensive

Today was my first time at 3h’s burger! i went there for iftar and got there an hour before iftar and waited for my family to come so we can order. it was brought to my attention by one of the employees that I have to order before I sit down but since we didn’t know and we were a big family with kids, the manager was very nice to let us sit! This action alone, makes me come back 🥰 The food was great and the burgers didn’t feel oily or heavy🤩 they really felt homemade, gerne wieder ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The burgers are recommended! Unfortunately the fries didn't live up to expectations. The sauce also seems a bit too stale. It's self-service, from ordering, picking up to clearing away. Because of the loud beepers that scream every minute and cannot be pushed away, a relaxed meal is not really possible. Overall, it has more of a canteen feeling. Price/performance appropriate. Unfortunately, only cash payment is possible, but you can withdraw money around the corner.

After I walked out of that store, I wasn't even sure if it was a restaurant or a cowshed on a farm. Luckily I didn't have to go to the toilet otherwise they would have seen me when the door opened. “Be careful, it’s the Chiliese” was what my son was told after he took my tray. He later tried it and said that the only thing that distinguished the Chilliese from his cheeseburger was the name. After I saw the dining room floor I didn't want to know what the kitchen looked like. There was definitely a cow there that had already chewed the meat three times.

The burgers tasted great and they were the best, crispiest fries I've ever eaten. I just found it sad that there was no changing facility in such a big store.

The meat is juicy and flavorful, the rolls are fresh and soft and the ingredients are all of the highest quality. What is particularly noteworthy is that the meat is halal. This means that Muslims can also enjoy the delicious burgers without any worries. The staff is friendly and attentive. The service is quick and uncomplicated. The restaurant is clean and cozy. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a delicious burger. I will definitely come again!

The burgers are incredibly tasty and fresh, the fries are also absolutely delicious, everything is very fresh and prepared in the open kitchen. Nice staff, good operating system. The only thing that bothers me as a resident of the area is the customers constantly standing around in groups in front of the restaurant. It's usually loud, there's always smoking and you have to force yourself to walk down the street. The cars that are parked in front of the restaurant as planned despite the parking ban aren't exactly a hit either. Full. If the owners could somehow solve this problem over time, that would really be a relief for residents...

We bought a hamburger menu the day before yesterday, it was so bad. Not only the meat but also the fries were so bad. Yazik 25€ verdik, para cöpe gitti!!! 25€ thrown in the trash.

Das Veggie-Burger-Menü war lecker. Der Service war freundlich und recht flink.

Ihr wart mal früher viel besser. Die Burgerportionen wurden kleiner, Brot Rezept wurde geändert. Das saftige ist iwie verloren gegangen. ABER: WARUM HABT IHR DIE POMMES SO DERMAẞEN VERÄNDERT??? Euer Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist leider weg. Schade.

Burger und Fritten waren kalt. Das Brot war ungefragt dunkles Brot. Der Laden macht beim Energie sparen gut mit, mussten uns in Wärmedecken einpacken um nicht zu erfrieren. Leider nie wieder!

Habe diesen Laden aus Zufall mit Freunden entdeckt und seitdem gehen wir regelmäßig hier Essen. Burger sind Top und Mitarbeiter alle nett :)

Wir haben den Cheeseburger probiert: es war eigentlich lecker, vielleicht wäre es noch besser wärmer gewesen aber leider mussten wir sehr lange warten (es war nicht viel los). Außerdem wäre vielleicht eine größere Auswahl an Getränken schön gewesen. Aber die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön, es gibt genug Auswahl an Menüs (der Preis ist angebracht) und es ist halal. Soweit ich mich erinnere gibt es auch einen vegetarischen Burger. Parken muss man etwas weiter weg. Kartenzahlung ist mittlerweile möglich. Die Hygiene ist eigentlich gut, die Toiletten haben nicht gestunken und waren sauber.

Bin begeistert! Geschmack 10/10 ! Keine Musik, keine Bilder von Lebewesen! Es wird auf so gut wie alles geachtet, vielen Dank für die schöne Erfahrung! Hier könnten sich einige Restaurants etwas abschauen!

The best hamburger I've had in Germany. My favorites are barbecue and cheesburger.

Die Burger sind frisch, der Veggie Burger ist sehr gut, aber auch die Fleischvartianten. Die Pommes haben etwas Schale dran und sind richtig lecker. Selbst bei Lieferung nach Hause ist alles frisch und lecker.

Unfassbar krasse Erfahrung. Die lockere Atmosphäre die durch die Innengestaltung hervorgerufen wird, das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal sowie das deliziöse Gericht ließen mich mit einem breiten Grinsen sowie einem glücklichen Herzen den Laden verlassen

Sehr stark nachgelassen trotz gutem Service und netten Mitarbeitern. Der Burger ist nicht mehr das was es war, wenig Salat drin, das Fleisch fast geschmacklos und die Pommes sind garnicht mehr wie früher.

Leider bin ich von diesem Burger Laden wieder sehr enttäuscht worden. Wann immer ich beim 3h's Burger bin, ist das Essen wieder teurer. Einher geht das Ganze mit einer abnehmenden Qualität des Essens. Warum erhöht ihr die Preise wenn die Qualität des Essens abnimmt? Der Burger war geschmacklich ganz okay. Die Fritten sind entgegen des Versprechens nicht mehr Homemade. Joppie Sauce ist keine originale Joppie Sauce mehr. Der Eimer einer Joppie Sauce kostet brutto etwa 10 Euro. Bei den Preisen, die abgerufen werden, kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen, weshalb hier auf Kosten der Qualität gespart wird. Rechnung wurde uns leider auch keine ausgestellt, obwohl wir hier danach gefragt haben.

Schönes Restaurant in der Nähe der Haltestelle Nordstraße. Es gilt Selbstbedienung. Das Angebot ist ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Die Burger haben eine gute Größe und die Pommes sind super lecker. Das Restaurant überrascht im hinteren Teil total, weil es sehr urig-gemütlich und durch verglaste Durchbrüche in der Decke sehr hell ist. Vielen Dank, gern wieder.
