Unfortunately, the portions have gotten much smaller again. Just look at the fries; you can count them on two hands. The chicken sticks have also shrunk by almost half, and they no longer come with sauce. When I missed the sauce on the tray and asked about it, the employee said you now have to buy it separately. You don't get full from one portion. We paid almost €47 for a veggie burger, a chili burger, and chicken sticks meal. I don't understand why a single burger has to cost €10? A single burger costs €10!

We got two cheeseburger menus. The fries could have been placed in a bowl instead of on a tray. But the fries were very good. The burger wasn't as impressive, the bun wasn't cooked properly, and the lettuce inside was dead. Since no one was crying, I cried.

Can't complain about anything at this place. Could eat it every day!

I used to eat at 3h for almost 10 years, at the beginning I was really addicted to its burger how „was super delicious“ compare to any other burger restaurant, unfortunately its quality has been reduced along the time specially last 2 years, in addition price has increased as well, even so I thought it might get better, today I really get shocked with my order, the burger it self very very thin, fries is less than normal, no any extra sauce. By today order with this unexpected experience, I’ll stop order anymore from 3h until „hear“ back to its original quality.

The taste was truly excellent, and the menu is varied. There used to be significantly more fries, but now the portions are unfortunately smaller. The prices are also a bit high. Overall, though, it was still a good experience.

Still one of the best burgers in Germany. Ordering and food are quick, too. Everything is freshly prepared, and the burger arrives piping hot. The bread, sauce, and toppings are all delicious. The meat could be a bit fattier, juicier, and fluffier, rather than so firm. Otherwise, full marks 👍

The burger (3Hs) was very good, just a bit too high, but absolutely acceptable given the amount of meat. The fries were good, but nothing special. The ambiance is good here, but what loses points are the frequent price increases, with the restaurant's notices sometimes seeming outdated, and the way the food is served. The fries were simply thrown onto the serving tray, and the tray itself is crooked and uneven.

Burgers seem to have gotten extremely expensive everywhere these days. Despite 3hs being one of the "cheaper" burger joints, the prices here have almost doubled in the last five years. I've been a loyal customer here since it reopened. Today was probably my last visit in a long time... unfortunately, I can't afford the burgers anymore. It should also be mentioned that the cashiers are very dry, they don't laugh in your face, they rush you, and don't even say "salam." On the other hand, the burger makers in the kitchen are much cooler. Despite everything, thank you for the great time at 3hs. Keep up the good work!

The burgers aren't bad, but the flavor isn't amazing. We returned after a long time there (about two years) and, subjectively at least, noticed that the portions, especially the fries, had gotten smaller. The staff also didn't seem particularly motivated and seemed rather disinterested. Another negative aspect is that card payments aren't accepted.

Phew, difficult, but that's how it is, or rather, that's how it was for me there. We wanted to go for a walk on the fire on that sunny day and have something to eat beforehand. My choice was actually WhatsBeef (which would definitely have been the better choice), but I changed my mind anyway. So we looked for a place nearby and came up with 3 Hs Burger. What can I say, the first time I've been fooled by reviews, or to put it mildly, I don't understand it! I ordered a BBQ burger because it looked really tasty in the picture. I'm aware of the difference between advertising and reality. And yet, what I got here was a joke. First of all, there was no bacon on it, so I had to go to the front, and then I got strange looks to see if what I'd ordered was actually correct. (I'm not a German fussy person, but this was definitely the case.) When I asked if I could have sweet potato fries... nope, just regular ones! What? Do you really only get run-of-the-mill fries in a burger place? 🙈 So, this was really the first time. So, there was only a burger and a drink. The taste was just average, and 10.90 for the burger, no, that's not possible. Even in Eidelstedt in Hamburg, where we were, the burger didn't cost 10.90 and was worlds better! Regarding the ambiance... We sat in the front, and it was just too dark. You can see it in some of the user photos here. It looked quite nice in the back and everything was a bit reminiscent of a rustic jungle. Well... I wouldn't really recommend it; there are much better places in the village, like ReelBeef.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We've been coming to 3h's in Düsseldorf regularly for a while now – and for good reason! The burgers are always fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. The friendly and attentive staff is particularly commendable – you immediately feel welcome. I also think it's great that they offer an alternative to the usual Coke. Whether you're alone or with the family – 3h's is always a good choice! One minor criticism is that the restroom is quite small and the parking situation could be better. But these are no reasons not to come back. We look forward to our next visit!

As you can see in the picture, it was raw and inedible for me. I got a new burger for the first one without a fuss. When my friend wanted to return his burger, they said... as always, medium... well... I got a new burger anyway.

The cashier is stealing money; you have to be careful. I always eat three burgers with my family for €51.50, and last time I paid €55. When I asked for the bill, the colleague left, gave the cash register to another colleague, and disappeared. The cashier said he couldn't give me the bill until the colleague returned.

Unfortunately, my visit to the restaurant this time was disappointing. When paying in cash, I was charged more than originally stated. I would like to see more transparency and fairness in pricing.

Tried it for the first time today. The burgers and fries were top-notch. Simple elegance and simply delicious!

The food is tasty, but things often get forgotten, like this time when I ordered three meals but forgot one of the fries - how does that always happen? And then I ordered a burger without onions and it came with onions. If you can read you're at a clear advantage, so canceling is no use to me because one colleague doesn't have any fries and the other one is getting a sore throat from the onions.

The prices did unfortunately almost double in comparison to 3 years ago, but the quality went down

I had a very good meal at 3H's Burger & Chicken - the burger was juicy, well topped and tasted great. The caramelized onions and the house sauce were a particular highlight. The fries were also crispy and freshly prepared. The service was friendly and the waiting time was okay. A real negative point, however, was the toilet - unfortunately not clean, which spoils the overall impression somewhat. Nevertheless, if you value good food, this is the place for you. I would come back, but I hope that next time more attention will be paid to cleanliness in the sanitary area.

I would have preferred to only give half a star. The whole food is far dry and unfortunately too expensive... It tastes like you just dumped a few frozen things together. I haven't been to 3h's in a long time, but I have to say, they've had a really delicious burger. I haven't had such a delicious burger in a long time. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and of course, the burgers were amazing. Price-wise, I thought it was okay because quality has its price. I can only recommend it again.

We wanted to reserve a table, they told us that we didn't need it, we should just come in. When we got there, the shop was overcrowded and there was a queue up to the entrance. An impudence.

Delicious food but with room for improvement I had a hamburger here and it was really tasty! The ingredients were fresh, the meat was juicy and the taste was convincing. However, there are some points that could be improved. The service could be more attentive, and the hygiene and atmosphere in the restaurant could also receive a little more attention. We had dinner at 3h's in Düsseldorf after a comedy event. The food was very tasty. It was my first time there and I told the cashier, “Just make me something tasty.” I was then given two burgers that pleased my taste buds. Absolutely recommended!

Unfortunately I'm disappointed. Burger was mediocre. The meat was just too dry. And I think it's yesterday's news that there are no sweet potato fries. All in all, I can't recommend it.

I think it absolutely fits with the company's policy of "Halal burger" if you don't sell boycotted drinks. There are now so many alternatives to these drinks. I definitely won't come here a second time.

Had a chicken and a chili cheeseburger. Unfortunately, I cannot make any recommendations for either method. No option for sweet potato fries. With the chicken burger you get unparished chicken breast.

I often ate here. There has been a malfunction in the EC device for over a year 🧐😏👀 CASH PAYMENT ONLY. Every time the employees become unfriendly and more monotonous. You can't even joke anymore. Tables are not cleaned for the next customers. You have to do it yourself. Most unsympathetic person at the checkout I've ever encountered. December 1st, 2024 was the last time I ate here. Quiet place to eat, good atmosphere. It is important that you bring cash, since they do not charge you with a card there, so be prepared. I had a chili burger, very tasty and spicy; added to potatoes and Pepsi. Very good quality and delicious, it really made me want to order another burger. It cost me around €14 for everything. Quite well priced on menus like hamburgers, fries and drinks.
