Quiet place to eat, good atmosphere. It is important that you bring cash, since they do not charge you with a card there, so be prepared. I had a chili burger, very tasty and spicy; added to potatoes and Pepsi. Very good quality and delicious, it really made me want to order another burger. It cost me around €14 for everything. Quite well priced on menus like hamburgers, fries and drinks.

I have eaten here very often and have never been disappointed. The food tastes very tasty and is halal. The staff is always very friendly. Perhaps the selection of drinks could be expanded to include iced tea, juice and water (still). I can definitely recommend 3'HS.

Halal beef and chicken burgers. Small menu but so far always very good and the prices are very, very fair compared to other burger shops. A clear recommendation for a good burger in between meals.

👎😭🥵We had a very bad experience with this restaurant, 3HS Burger. After eating there we had vomiting and diarrhea. The meat was not cooked properly and there was a very bad smell coming from the burger meat. 👎😤😡

They forced me to give ketchup and mayonnaise. It's a strange business. Hamburgers are not filling. The bread is very delicious

As you can see from the picture, the meat is not cooked through. To be honest, I find that very questionable, especially because you wait so long and end up being served raw meat. I also tasted that it was raw. The fries were inedible, they didn't really taste "fresh", but like frozen fries that had been briefly fried. Since card payment wasn't possible, I was brushed off at the first attempt and had to quickly find a bank nearby. The first cashier was very unsympathetic and unfriendly. However, when I returned, the second cashier was very friendly and polite, which is why I'm giving it two stars. I think it's important to greet customers with a certain level of friendliness. All in all: You can try it, but it was my first and last time. I traveled to Düsseldorf specifically to try these burgers. I hope that the criticism is heeded.

Very kind staff, burger is a bit pricey in my opinion but it was not bad at all and the köfte inside was quite large. It's halal so that's amazing obviously. I would be happier if they didn't sell -any- boycott drinks. They gave us a place to pray which was actually a masjid and not a closet, so I'm really really happy and grateful about that, thanks guys! The lighting is quite low in my opinion, could use more light.

We wanted to get to know the owner-managed 3hs today before we possibly go to a French student later. To do this we drove from Essen to Fischerstrasse First impression, cool store, cool atmosphere, nice reception. We ordered and were told at first that the card payment was canceled, neither Google Pay Pay Pal real-time transfer as a backup was unfortunately not on offer. That was certainly a helpful process, so one of us first had to go to the bank 700 meters away to withdraw money. Some customers then left But we were kindly told that we could take a seat and the order would be freshly prepared as soon as one of us was on the way back from the ATM. Ordered 4 chilli chicken and 2 children's menus. It went pretty quickly, about 10 minutes later everything was ready. Burgers and bread quite good, fresh and juicy. Children's menu (very small burgers) with nice gimmicks but the cardboard box, which is mandatory everywhere, could have been left out in the interests of sustainability. Very clean, fresh air, top ventilation system, no smell of frying noticeable. It's a shame that the stylish furnishing line was interrupted by some b/w plastic stools (Ikea) and children's high chairs (Ikea). You could also have placed various stylish wooden stools and a high chair made of chic dark wood here. Furthermore, there were about 12 blue, empty Pepsi crates piled up on the wall, which was a real break in style. Toilets: floor very wet, wastebasket overfilled and open with blue garbage bag doesn't do justice to the beautiful store. Tollettes are always a figurehead for a noble store.. and the paper dispenser flashed red means "empty." We told the service department who was responsible for it thanked for the note. Priced at just over 70 euros for a meal for 6 people, it's really okay Quality good.. Conclusion: nice shop with small weaknesses, otherwise a clear recommendation from us.

If you’re looking for a place where you can eat in peace and chill with your friends then this is not the place. We were asked to leave as we just finished eating. It felt quite rude and unprofessional. So not visiting this place again.

Super tasty halal burgers and the employees are also very nice. If you can't find a parking space, there is also a parking garage nearby. I've been a regular for years and plan to keep coming here for a long time. Whether card payment is possible is unfortunately always a matter of luck, but there is a savings bank nearby

The food is very tasty and the fries are great and low in fat. The atmosphere is also more than excellent and it is a quiet place suitable for families. The restaurant is extremely clean. The only downside is that you have to buy the sauces, ketchup and mayonnaise separately and their taste is rather poor, unlike the restaurant's own sauce which is simply great. Overall, it's the first choice for burgers in Düsseldorf, and I highly recommend it.

Burgers and fries were delicious. Unfortunately you couldn't pay by card and had to go through the hassle of withdrawing money somewhere. OK. Happened. Ambience was rather so-so. Could you do more with it? But I would go again.

The burgers are edible, nothing spectacular. The fries are the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. They are almost black and appear to be cocked with recycled oil.

We were there by chance because we were planning our vacation from Düsseldorf airport and left the day before. After walking on the city beach, we went there to eat with our son and were pleasantly surprised. The burgers and fries are delicious and the staff is very friendly. The price for 2 1/2 people was around €35. That's still okay, although the children's burger was very small. (But it was just enough since we also gave away some fries) The ambience is tidy and clear. We recommend it overall. Thank you

A place that sells burgers with halal meat in Germany. I loved the bread and the meat. I wanted BBQ Burger and the sesame bread was very successful. The portion is large and filling. There are plenty of potatoes. I highly recommend it to those who are going to Düsseldorf.

The area is a bit small and you have to wait in a line, but the burger is very good

OK it needs a little bit of a manual. You order at the cash register like at a snack bar. You will receive a Buzzer that will go off and then you will pick up your order. In the meantime, find a place. So not really a restaurant. Good atmosphere.

Unfortunately the quality of the chicken burgers 🍔 is not good, fries and the Juppie sauce are just as bad. The tables were sticky and the toilet is in terrible condition. In 2024 they ONLY accept CASH!

Hello, the service on the phone was tip top! But the food wasn't that nice, with the veggier burger we forgot everything we wanted outside and the meat tasted like frozen meat was really not that lit. But marketing is a 10/10. And we waited 45 minutes longer for our food than agreed brooo not so nice, I really thought the place would be lit.

The 3h burger in the menu and chili chicken burger. The 3h burger was an explosion in terms of taste, which I didn't expect at all. The burger was nice and juicy and tasty, you could taste all the ingredients, including the turkey. Bacon caramelized, onions and much more, thumbs up. The chili chicken burger wasn't that appetizing and didn't taste good either, so it wasn't for me, the fries on the other hand were very crispy and tasty and I had the jupi sauce with it. I didn't like it, but it's for everyone. The location was fine. The toilets could be a bit cleaner, but otherwise I have nothing to complain about. Overall it was good. 👍👍👍👋

Everything is halal and really tasty, the veggie burger is world class with the new recipe! The amount of fries has become smaller and when you order to go, sauces are often forgotten. Therefore one point deducted.

We went here for the first time for a burger on Saturday. First of all, it was very crowded when we arrived, which of course means that the food was good. When we ordered we were informed that cash payment was unfortunately not possible, which we didn't realize beforehand, a bit of a shame but no problem as we had enough cash with us. The food was very good, the castles tasted great and it went quite quickly despite it being so full. The atmosphere is quite hectic and loud because it is so crowded and there are a lot of families there, but that wasn't a problem for us. Since there is only self-service here, the service at the counter is very nice, but there is simply no more service. The prices are perfectly reasonable for the portions. Thank you very much, it was very tasty, we would love to come back.

Not enough burger selection for a burger shop, The quality of the meatballs was terrible. The Jooppie sauce was simply spread with mayonnaise, it just didn't taste good and then the chicken sticks... simply ready-made chemical paste. Other burger shops do this with chicken breast fillet and, at 3 hours, just disgusting chemical sticks. Never again.

Absolutely not recommended. The quality of the meatballs is the cheapest there is. Comparable to swimming pool eating. The Düsseldorf location wasn't really clean either. The only plus point were the fries. Overall still too expensive

Today was my first time at 3h’s burger! i went there for iftar and got there an hour before iftar and waited for my family to come so we can order. it was brought to my attention by one of the employees that I have to order before I sit down but since we didn’t know and we were a big family with kids, the manager was very nice to let us sit! This action alone, makes me come back 🥰 The food was great and the burgers didn’t feel oily or heavy🤩 they really felt homemade, gerne wieder ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The burgers are recommended! Unfortunately the fries didn't live up to expectations. The sauce also seems a bit too stale. It's self-service, from ordering, picking up to clearing away. Because of the loud beepers that scream every minute and cannot be pushed away, a relaxed meal is not really possible. Overall, it has more of a canteen feeling. Price/performance appropriate. Unfortunately, only cash payment is possible, but you can withdraw money around the corner.

Portions are becoming smaller and more expensive

After I walked out of that store, I wasn't even sure if it was a restaurant or a cowshed on a farm. Luckily I didn't have to go to the toilet otherwise they would have seen me when the door opened. “Be careful, it’s the Chiliese” was what my son was told after he took my tray. He later tried it and said that the only thing that distinguished the Chilliese from his cheeseburger was the name. After I saw the dining room floor I didn't want to know what the kitchen looked like. There was definitely a cow there that had already chewed the meat three times.

The burgers tasted great and they were the best, crispiest fries I've ever eaten. I just found it sad that there was no changing facility in such a big store.
