Burger Box in Düsseldorf

We've eaten here several times—both in-house and via delivery. The burgers are consistently delicious, and the Swiss Burger is my favorite. A portion of fries was left out of our last order, but the mistake was quickly and courteously corrected: the fries were promptly delivered, even with a small apology. Truly great service!

We ate here for the first time last week. We found the Burger Box quite by chance. It made a good impression from the outside and that continued even further. We liked the interior straight away. The service was quick, very friendly and attentive. The food was great and we were very impressed. We will try the breakfast next week, which we really liked and which made us curious. We will definitely come here more often and try a few more things we saw on the menu. The only thing we didn't like was the large number of smokers in the conservatory, which made it quite unpleasant to enter the restaurant and made it impossible for non-smokers to sit outside, let alone eat in the conservatory. Definitely a minus point in summer. Otherwise, we can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant.

The order was initially taken incorrectly. When we got home, we found several insects in the burgers (probably from the lettuce). A plus star because we were able to keep the fries for free, which the cashier had incorrectly billed.

There's always a large selection of cakes that taste incredibly delicious. The service is very courteous, attentive, and, above all, friendly! Personally, I didn't enjoy it at all. I also didn't like the ambiance, and the service was, in my opinion, very slow and unfriendly, and they took the order incorrectly because they didn't speak German.

A complete disappointment! I waited over 30 minutes for my burger box – and then it wasn't even complete. The service seemed disinterested, used dishes were left standing, and no one cleared the table, even though it was obvious they were. On top of that, the air was stuffy because there was no air conditioning. To me, that's neither professional nor customer-friendly – I definitely won't be going back!

Tried the cheeseburger for €9.90. I have to say I should have gotten two double cheeseburgers from MC instead. The taste was very poor. And unfortunately, the people at the counter don't listen; we ordered without onions, but it wasn't noted. Luckily, we asked another employee again... The atmosphere is okay, but unfortunately, the decor isn't as well thought out. I probably won't buy a burger there again; I just expect more in terms of taste for €9.90.

If I'd known how dirty the restrooms were, we wouldn't have eaten there. The burgers and fries were OK. Nuggets were delicious. Service was excellent, fast, and friendly. We liked the menu with its many veggie and vegan options, but unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

The waitress walked past us three times and didn't even look at us as if we were unwelcome as a German. After 15 minutes we left.

Incredibly bad service. First, no food, then the wrong one. My husband didn't get his at all. After repeated requests, it finally arrived, although I had already finished my meal long ago. He was then told he could take it and wouldn't have to pay. When we declined and received the bill, the food was still on the bill, even though we hadn't accepted my husband's food and it was given to another table. The service was absolutely terrible...

From 25 minutes on the phone to 1.5 hours plus... Forget having it delivered

We were greeted with free soup and black tea, the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The fries were crispy and hot, the falafel patty was juicy and tasty.

I was in the Burger Box Düsseldorf yesterday and I was absolutely thrilled! The burgers are incredibly juicy, the ingredients are fresh and the burgers are perfect. The fries were crispy and the homemade sauces were a real highlight. The service was super friendly and the waiting time was short. Definitely one of the best burger shops in Düsseldorf – I’ll definitely be back! We can only recommend the cafes, cakes and burgers! Kind regards to the lovely, young, brown-haired man from the kitchen and the young ladies! I haven't seen such nice, friendly and good staff in a long time!

First of all, I am a regular customer of BurgerBox. In the first few years when it opened and didn't have much success, we still went with family and friends. Somehow this company struggled, and once it became established, waiters' attitudes changed. The female waitress in particular was very selfish and not friendly at all. The taste is still good, but after my order today that was delivered to my home, I noticed that the chicken patty was too small, the food arrived cold and it took an hour for my food to even be delivered. Therefore I will no longer prefer this restaurant.

What a nice restaurant. It's fastfood in the right way. We had some very nice chicken burgers, falafel and chicken kebab. The desserts were very good: tiramisu and macarons. Very friendly people and an American truck-restaurant style decoration. The prices are low for what you get. Good food, big portions. The only thing I didn't like was the smoking on te outside covered terrace. It was impossible for us to sit/eat there with the kids and even inside in the restaurant you could smell the smoke if you were near the door.

Were there with the family. A perfect ambience, a large playground right in front of the door, and despite the cold, cozy and warm because of the enclosed terrace and the breakfast we can recommend to everyone! I can only recommend it.

We ordered delivery there twice. At the For the first time, the additional ingredients (for which we pay extra) were swapped. The drinks in the children's boxes were missing. Instead From Uludag came Sprite (which is still okay). Because of the good taste, we ordered another time. Here the drinks were forgotten again. On My complaint was only accepted over the phone and subsequently ignored. It's a shame that such small mistakes mean that we don't order anymore.

I went there with a friend just to have a coffee, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to our expectations at all. The coffee cups were dirty, the table wasn't clean, and the general atmosphere seemed unkempt. The way we were treated by an employee was particularly unpleasant. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were given the impression that she had personal problems, which had a major impact on her interactions with guests. Friendliness and good service are the be-all and end-all for me, and that was completely missing here. Despite the bad first impression, we decided to have something to eat and ordered burgers. Unfortunately, they were very hard and didn't taste good either. This is of course disappointing for a restaurant. Overall, I would neither recommend this restaurant nor visit it again myself. Cleanliness, service and quality of the food leave a lot to be desired.

The ambience is very nice. You can sit comfortably outside or inside. The food is great and varied. I had the Greek Box. Very tasty prepared. My thanks to the kitchen. Sweet potato fries very tasty. A little tip if you take it with you, use a foamed folding box, I would pierce it with a fork so that the fries stay crispy. Otherwise they will get wet from the heat that collects in the box. Everything modern and digital. Class! Price performance = mega! If you still go to Mc's, it's your own fault!

A good place for fast food. If you feel like a burger or breakfast, you can get your fill at the Burger Box. The food is edible and ok, the prices are clear and the place is beautifully decorated. The service has often changed within a few months and is in need of improvement. The head waitress was arguing with the others behind the counter so loudly that we could hear it. Our order was also taken incorrectly and sometimes it takes longer than it should.

I've rarely eaten so badly. We waited a good 1.5 hours for the food and it arrived cold. Unfortunately, it "tasted" accordingly. We ordered Mezzo Mix as a drink, we were apologized at the door that there was no more Ayran and that's why Mezzo Mix was available. Something positive... The drinks were in glass bottles and chilled. Unfortunately that was it. Don't come to my house again.

We like going there. We didn't like the burgers and side dishes. The fries were cold and old. The burger was also a bit raw and generally not satisfied. Location is great. In the concept, the owner has thought about every detail, even how it is served. The great thing is that the playground is directly opposite and you sit under a very well-made roof. We had the Chilli Chees Burger. Everything looks fresh BUT unfortunately the sauce doesn't taste like anything. So disappointing. Too bad. Kids Menu is also well thought out but poorly implemented. The chicken was totally oily and had been in the deep fryer for too long. I think this owner's biggest problem is the staff. It's such a shame that the owner has a great concept, a great location, but the staff is too slow and not motivated enough to implement the whole thing so well that it resonates with the customer as the boss intended. I think it would help if he was there longer himself

We went to the “Burger Box” for the first time today and decided on the big Turkish breakfast. We are just thrilled. Very rich, with feta cheese, olives, nuts, sausage, cheese, bread; Nutella, 3 different sweet spreads (honey with cream, jam and sesame paste), boiled egg. Plus, for € 2, a fried egg with Suzuk. Turkish tea as much as you want would like.Very nice and courteous staff and very pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

I wish I could have given a good review but unfortunately I won't be eating there again. The shop was very busy so my wife and I thought we would go and eat there. We quickly sat down and pressed the call button that was attached to the table so we could order, but unfortunately after 10 minutes no one came so I had to order at the front. 10 minutes later our pager rang and I went to the front to pick up the food. There was a mix-up and I had to wait another 5-7 minutes at the front until ours was ready. I could handle all of that. But the burger was really one of the worst I've ever eaten. The bottom piece of bread was completely wet and squishy. The meat really can't be compared to any burger shop in Düsseldorf, absolutely the worst. The fries were relatively good but unfortunately the rest left me deeply disappointed. Unfortunately I won't go there again even though the outside terrace looked very good.

I had a culinary revelation at this fantastic burger joint! The juicy patties are grilled to perfection, the fresh ingredients provide an explosion of flavor, and the homemade sauces are to die for. The friendly service and the cozy atmosphere make the visit a completely successful experience. An absolute must for burger lovers!

Nettes, ordentliches Restaurant welches mit seiner modernen, einfachen Einrichtung erstmal ein falsches Bild aufkommen lässt. Wer sich trotzdem auf einen Besuch einlässt, wird ganz sicher nicht enttäuscht!!! Die Burger verdienen den Namen zurecht. Es empfiehlt sich den Burger als Menü zu nehmen. Das was einen dann erwartet, sucht seines Gleichen! Die Burger sind topp gebraten, super belegt und schmecken grandios. Die dazu gereichten Pommes werden sehr gut frittiert! Majonäse und Ketchup werden selbstverständlich sofort dazugegeben. Die Bedingung ist Mega freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat alles im Blick. Wer nach der gereichten Portion noch Platz hat, sollte das selbstgemachte Baklava probieren!!! Der abschließend gereichte Tee rundete das Erlebnis ab. Einzig anzumerken ob man das vielleicht ändern möchte ist, das Papier auf dem Teller. Der Sinn erschließt sich nicht ganz. Das weicht nur durch und landet mitunter auf der Gabel. Eure Burger sind so Mega groß dass man sie kaum zum abbeißen auf die Hand nehmen kann.

Ate here for the first time a couple months ago (5), that time wasnt great. However upon returning everything was better: really friendly staff and waaaay better burgers. We even got tea offered on the house. Pricing is okay, neither cheap nor expensive (15eu for a bacon burger, fries & drink), and the food fills up nicely. Can now wholeheartedly recommend this place

Haben gerade zum Liefern bestellt, extra mit Hinweis, welche Klingel zu betätigen ist - wurde nicht genutzt. Cheeseburger hat keinen richtigen Käse, sondern Käsesoße - zusätzlich zur Burgersoße eine ziemliche Sauerei. Marrocan Burger war geschmacklich super. Die Burger sind ziemlich groß, die Pommes XL wären dafür in jedem anderen Laden nur Beilage. Für 6€ eine Frechheit. Wir hatten außerdem Jalapenos als Side separat bestellt, die wurden auf einen der Burger gepackt - zufällig auf den richtigen. Wir werden vermutlich nicht nochmal bestellen.

Der Cheeseburger war saftig, leider war das brioche Brot aus dann wär er bestimmt noch besser gewesen..Pommes ok weil ich eher die dünneren mag aber das ist halt Geschmacksache! Der Chef war super nett und es gab noch einen Softdrink aufs Haus!

Cool restaurant with delicious food located in Rath , Düsseldorf. I will admit this area doesn't have many good food locations so I was really overjoyed when I discovered this joint restaurant and café on Westfalenstraße. I tried the breakfast and the burgers ( Swiss box and Chili-Cheese Box) and can confirm that they are worth the price. Service was really solid and also really quick. The atmosphere is quite alright but a good addition would be some music, decoration, etc. Overall worth the visit!

Nicht empfehlenswert. Patties sind ungewürzt und ungesalzen, die Menge an Pommes die man im Menü bekommt ist ein Witz. Außerdem bekommt man hier keine für Pommes geeignete Mayo, sondern Salat Mayo die stark nach Zitrone schmeckt! Die Bedienung machte einen sehr genervten Eindruck und hat sogar ihre Augen gerollt als wir nachträglich etwas zum mitnehmen bestellen wollten. Das einzige positive an dem Laden war die Größe der Cola Flasche. 0,4 L sind echt gut. Aber ansonsten hat uns der Laden nicht überzeugt.

Bislang kann ich den Laden durchaus empfehlen. Der Gast erhält gute und reichliche Burger Menüs, das Fleisch ist gut zubereitet und die Bedienung zwar etwas konfus aber stets nett, jung, freundlich. Gut zu erreichen mit der Straßenbahn 701, gelegen in einem Neubauviertel an einem schönen Platz mit alten Eichen, schönen Häusern und Rewe-Megastore sowie Eissalon mit guten Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Preise sind in Ordnung, durchaus gute Cocktails und annehmbaren Kaffee. Düsseldorf Rath erlebt eine langsame Aufwertung zu einem "In-Viertel." Hat sich an der Westfalenstraße doch einiges qualitativ geändert.

Frühstück sehr lecker und dekoriert. Frisch gepresste Saft zum empfehlen. Küchensorte Snickers 👍👍👍 Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet..uns hat es gefallen!

Das Essen ist lecker und die Portionen ausreichend groß. Die Portion Pommes macht einen nach dem Burger satt und es schmeckt. Der Service ist allerdings sehr schlecht. Ich weiß nicht, ob sie einen schlechten Tag hatte oder immer so ist, aber die Bestellung wurde nicht verstanden, musste mehrmals wiederholt werden (und trotzdem wäre fast ein Getränk vergessen worden), es ist nicht nach Soßen bzw. Dips gefragt worden (die im Menü bei dem Pommes dabei sind), es ist auch nicht nach dem Burgerbrötchen gefragt worden und dass das vegetarische Patty 2€ mehr kostet ist auch sehr merkwürdig. Die Tische und Stühle sind gemütlich und machen einen schönen Eindruck, die Musik passt aber überhaupt nicht ins Bild. Es ist kein durchdachtes Konzept erkennbar. Leider insgesamt nur mittelmäßig.

Essen sehr lecker. Mich bekommt man selten mit einer Portion satt, die Leute von der Burger Box haben es geschafft. Kann ich nur empfehlen
