The food was truly delicious, and the drinks were also excellent. I'd especially like to highlight the service – a huge compliment to Kosta and Vanessa. Both were attentive, friendly, and their positive attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere within the team also seemed very harmonious, which you can immediately feel as a guest. The food was incredibly delicious and a great choice, even for vegetarians. My husband and I were served by Vanessa, who does a fantastic job. She's friendly, super attentive when, for example, drinks were empty, and a real ray of sunshine. One of the best servers we've ever had. I can absolutely recommend it!

The food was delicious, there was a lot to choose from and it was very individual. The music was a bit annoying as it was too loud, but it was turned down when we asked. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Today my friend and I accidentally found ourselves in this restaurant. The service on this cool evening was very comfortable and emotionally warm. A gorgeous cake and a very tasty cappuccino. I want to say a huge thank you to the waiter Julian, who served us today, for his professionalism, tact and attentive attitude.

A very nice visit to Hans im Glück. The food was great; I personally can especially recommend the "Fireworks" burger. The atmosphere was super pleasant, and the service was absolutely top-notch. You can feel the positive vibe among the team, which makes the visit friendly and enjoyable. The man at the bar was also very friendly and helpful. I also really like the new outdoor lighting. The food itself was good, but we got the wrong salad and had to complain about the fries because they were cold. Everything also took a very long time, and we had to ask for the fries again, even though it wasn't unusually busy for a Friday night. There are better places in Düsseldorf.

We sat down at a free table outside and waited 30 minutes to be served. When no one came, despite waving repeatedly, we left and instead had a great burger across the street at Eigelstein. Of course, things like that can happen when it's busy. But that wasn't the case here.

Always happy to go to HANS IM GLÜCK in the Media Harbor! The location is modern, elegant, and stylishly decorated, with a truly high-class flair. The terrace is a highlight: new, comfortable furniture, great lighting with candles, heaters, and atmospheric lighting – truly cozy! The team is super friendly and attentive, especially the manager, who is always present and engaged. The burgers are, as usual, top-notch, fresh, creative, and there's something for every taste. The smashburgers, in particular, are incredibly juicy and delicious. The cocktails and homemade sauces are also impressive. For me, one of the best spots in the Media Harbor: top quality, a relaxed atmosphere, and perfect service.

A regular customer for years – always delicious, but there's room for improvement I've been a regular at Hans im Glück in Düsseldorf for over two years and can honestly say: It's always been a good meal. The service is top-notch – fast, attentive, and friendly. Even after serving, they always ask if everything's okay. That makes a big difference and feels appreciated. The restrooms are always clean, as are the dishes and cutlery. And as for the burgers: really great! I've never had any gristle in the meat, the food has never been cold, and the taste is always good. I do have two minor criticisms, though: 1. Unfortunately, the hard end of the lettuce is often left in the bowls – it's bitter and simply inedible. 2. The sauces are left on the table all day, which I personally don't like, even if they're vegan – for example, the vegan mayo, which just doesn't taste good warm. Perhaps it would be more hygienic (and tastier) to bring the sauces fresh to the table as soon as guests are seated. Addendum: The prices are quite high these days – a bowl costs as much as a Caesar salad. For two people, we now pay at least €60, which I consider a considerable amount. The portions are very large, but there's almost always leftovers – which is a shame. Perhaps a little less – at a fairer price – would be a better approach. They're now charging for things that were previously free. Nevertheless: I enjoy coming here and like the concept, the food, and the service. Just a few tweaks would make the experience even better.
