Lion's Burger in Düsseldorf

This is absolutely beautiful and fits well with the modern culture in Europe. Everything is beautifully designed here, including the furniture and the design of the walls. The food, which tastes good either way, is made better by the atmosphere. The food is also top. I can only recommend this store. Especially if you want to pay a fair price.

Super tasty chicken burger, everything fresh and juicy, large selection of meat and vegetarian burgers, nice selection with pleasant music. The burger pictures on the wall were also a nice idea. Always my pleasure!

...I don't even know where to start. First off. If you want to eat on site, you should not bring a dog. Not a big deal, but you should know. I tried to eat there with my mother and sister and it was a disaster. First of all, the completion time kept getting pushed back and we didn't have unlimited time. Then we arrived when the order was supposed to be ready. Well, it's a shame they only started making them then. Absolutely no accomodation, rather cheeky sayings. Impossible. And then give the wrong burger too. Hearty congratulations. NEVER AGAIN!

Order from there very often and are always very satisfied! Despite being delivered, the burgers are still warm, very juicy and simply delicious :) the fries also taste very good! Were very surprised about this store. Inconspicuous from the outside, very functionally furnished and a console to pass the time. Then the burgers and the vegie versions were absolutely delicious. The fries were also a hit. Prices were also completely okay.

I've been there a few times and have always had delicious food. One evening I had a migraine shortly after placing the order and as a result my appearance was less than pleasant. The service employee that evening asked what was going on. I replied that I just got a migraine and it wasn't the restaurant's fault. She immediately asked me for water but I politely declined. After a few minutes she put the water on the house for me and I thank this lady to this day. It helped me more than I thought. Unfortunately I haven't seen her for a long time.

Ordered at 9:10 p.m Instead of 35-55 minutes delivery time, it suddenly became almost 90. At around 10:00 p.m. the order was canceled after 45 minutes! That's very unfortunate! The sum paid in advance via Paypal was then refunded even without the tip given in advance. Thanks for nothing!

We ordered and burgers were very yummy and pretty warm for home delivery, of course had to warm up the french fries in the oven to make them crispy, but thats on delivery! We will order again 🍔

I ordered the Cheeezy Burger and unfortunately I am deeply disappointed. The meat didn't taste good at all. It had the taste of a typical frozen patty. I also felt extremely sick after eating it. This has nothing to do with the Lion Burger I visited a few years ago. Too bad. I wish I hadn't eaten the burger instead.

A great burger joint. For 15 euros I had a chilli cheese burger menu that was really tasty. The meat was halal and tasted good in the burger. The melted cheese was very tasty. The fries were great and the homemade sourcream was also perfect. The service is also completely relaxed and humorous. I followed the employee's recommendation and he kindly didn't sell me the most expensive one, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere is also super relaxed and cool. You have a good view of the street and can make the waiting time a little more enjoyable at a small console if necessary. I'll definitely come back. Peto also has a great selection for vegans.

Slow, unpunctual, mediocre food - the Uber driver is not to blame, he had to drive around the block 3 times because you took too long for a simple burger.

Ordered via Lieferando, got the wrong burger. Not bad, it can happen. Big no-go: the restaurant is not accessible! After calling 6 times for over an hour, I got through once and couldn't be understood on the phone because the reception in the store was so bad. So there was never a conversation. The error has not been corrected. I didn't have any dinner.

I would like to share an extremely negative experience I had at Lions Burger. First of all, the wait was absolutely unacceptable. Despite a relatively moderate number of guests, we had to wait an incredible hour and forty minutes for our food to be served - and that was only in theory. Because we couldn't last that long. After this outrageous wait, we finally got up and left without even getting our burgers. There was no communication from the staff during this endless wait. No apology, no explanation, not even an indication of how long it would take. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers. Another annoyance was the only waiter in the shop, who was obviously completely overwhelmed and didn't know what to do with himself. It seemed as if he had no clear task and was just wandering around aimlessly. To make matters worse, the chef seemed to be the only one preparing the burgers, which obviously led to the immense delays. It was clear to see that savings were being made everywhere - be it in terms of sufficient staff or a sensible organization. The lack of efficiency and chaos left us with the impression that management had no interest in providing customers with a pleasant and satisfying experience. In summary, Lions Burger was a huge disappointment. The one hour and forty minute wait is absolutely unacceptable and the lack of communication and overwhelmed staff only adds to my anger. We didn't even wait to eat and will definitely avoid this place in the future. I definitely cannot recommend Lions Burgers.

Unfortunately I received one with meat instead of the Beyond Burger. I can judge this because I've eaten the Beyond Burger before. What's much worse is that no one responded to my complaint. Since the whole thing is a no go, I would have at least been happy about a credit or discount code. Can also prove the error with photos. Well then there's a bad review here.

This is the best burger i have experienced so far in germany.

Four tables and 6 delivery guys kept waiting for more than 1.5 hours and only two girls managing the service. After 90 minutes wait time, half cooked breads with a sad looking patty arrive making us wonder the masterpiece of dinner they took eternity to prepare. Extremely Disappointed

What happened?😭 You used to be my go to shop when you ordered burgers and today I was in the mood for it again after a long time and was so happy about it - that's no comparison to before... fries were bad, the amount of coleslaw was a disgrace for 4.50 , the portion was different and this time it wasn't seasoned well (the pool of liquid that you put in the coleslaw to make it seem fuller, can you save yourself, or do you think I drink it as a soup?... not only The burger bun is burnt, but also the meat, ...I understand a lot of things, even if something is raw or, for example, if steak is too well done, I don't complain about that because it can happen to anyone....but the fact that it is burnt You can see that it's a real shame to put it out like that, cheesecake is also a finished product and inedible, even if it's cheap at 1.90. Answer: Yes, I completely understand that the catering industry has a hard time, which is why I'm very careful in my reviews about what I criticize...I'm also happy to spend a little more money if the quality is right (I never complain about anything is flaky or cold (due to delivery, because I know that can happen)...inflation and stuff like that, yes I understand and everything is getting more expensive...but at the same time it will be more expensive but at the same time you save on quality and give out smaller portions and obviously burnt food? ....everyone has to look after their money and I don't want to be annoyed if I left almost 30 euros there...then there should be compensation and no excuses because I'm stuck with the money I wasted. Das Restaurant ist schlecht, es dauert lange. Für Leute, die die Bestellung entgegennehmen, sind sie nicht gut, und meistens verzögert sich die Bestellung um mehr als 20 Minuten, und es ist nur ein Burger, ich gebe ihm nur einen Stern.

Ich bestelle hier regelmäßig oder nehme mir etwas zum Essen mit und es ist jedes Mal super lecker. Die Pommes sind knusprig und gut gewürzt. Die veganen und vegetarischen Burger kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Hi Lions-Team, ich wollte euch wirklich loben. Ich habe oft bei euch bestellt und jedes Mal kommt das Essen in ausgezeichneter Qualität an. Ich habe selbst lange Zeit in einem bekannten Burgerladen in Düsseldorf gearbeitet. Was ihr leistet, ist wirklich TOP! Eure Pommes sind immer perfekt gegart (trotz Transport nicht weich), die Burger ebenfalls perfekt medium gebraten und der Untergrund wird beim Transport nicht soggy. Der Geschmack ist immer gleichbleibend gut. Hut ab und macht weiter so!

Es war mit ganz großem Abstand das Beste was ich seid langem auswärts gegessen habe. Burger mit Aubergine und Walnuss. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Lieferung und das sehr frische Essen. Sehr gerne wieder👍

Leider werden auf Unverträglichkeiten keine Rücksicht genommen - auch im Nachhinein sieht man hier den Fehler nicht ein. Dadurch, dass die Zwiebeln püriert ins Fleisch kommen, wäre die Unverträglichkeit ja weg und der Burger somit ohne Zwiebeln.....?! Stattdessen geht man lieber auf die vielen positiven Bewertungen ein (was meiner Unverträglichkeit auch nicht hilft?). Das Patty ist auf der Karte anders deklariert als es ist (100% Rindfleisch, es ist allerdings abgesehen von ein paar "Gewürzen" nicht pures Rindfleisch, sondern mit Zwiebeln). Klares Nein von mir - allein schon wegen der Ignoranz Edit: es geht hier um Transparenz und es gibt neben den kennzeichnungspflichtigen Hauptallergenen auch noch weitere Unverträglichkeiten, welche nicht gesetzlich geregelt sind. Als Gast erwarte ich dennoch, wenn ich auf eine Unverträglichkeit explizit aufmerksam mache, dass hierauf Rücksicht genommen wird oder transparent mitgeteilt wird, dass keine Rücksicht genommen werden kann.

Mega lecker immer wieder cool. Die Zubereitung könnte schneller sein.
