Very poor service and hygiene. After the stuff smoke a cigarette she didn't wash her hands she just prepare the food with bare hands no gloves. Disgusting

I wanted to order and the order was canceled. I didn't get any food and even got €0.50 less paid back. Absolute disaster.

We have only ordered pizza trays so far and it was very good. Price/performance ratio is also great. Always happy again

Ordered at 7:41 p.m. Now the dirty shop is closed. No delivery!!! Nobody answers the phone either. Apparently they don't need any customers. Never again!!!! Disappointing.

Pizze geschmacklich gerade so ok, Asia Gerichte fürchterlich. Die Pekingsuppe schmeckte zB eher wie verdünnte süß saure Sauce. Lieferzeit in Ordnung

Delivery was relatively quick, 45 minutes, but the pizza was almost cold, the salad had 90% of the sauce in the bag instead of on the salad and the lasange didn't come at all, apparently forgotten!!! After another 40 minutes the lasange arrived. I used to like to order there, but now I'm more likely to break the habit. No further orders from me Fun fact, lasange doesn't come through freshly made, lukewarm and pasta sheets. There is no need to say anything more about it

I can't recommend ordering here. The pizza came late and was so greasy that it gave me a stomach ache.

I was hungry and didn't feel like cooking. I ordered from the boys. The lasagna was great, keep it up guys. Price is also completely okay

Doner kebab was super tasty, and so was the pizza. Wasn't the last visit when you're hungry.

This is the third time we have ordered from the Brechtener Pizzeria - unfortunately this time it was a big disappointment and definitely the last time. Among other things, Tortellini Gorgonzola with spinach was ordered. The sauce felt like it only consisted of cream - no seasoning, no taste, just greasy and boring. There was also a mushroom cream schnitzel with fries. Here too: the sauce was simply cream, no trace of a spicy cream sauce. The fries were completely soggy due to the packaging. A calzone was also ordered, explicitly without artichokes and without cooked ham, but with the request to put some metaxa sauce in it. Unfortunately, this request was ignored - the Metaxa sauce was completely missing and the cooked ham was still there. It's particularly annoying because the affected person doesn't eat meat or poultry and therefore couldn't eat anything. We then called the pizzeria to complain. But the boss or employee reacted completely indifferently - no apology, no accommodation. In the end, the entire meal ended up in the trash because it was inedible. We then ordered again somewhere else - everything worked perfectly there and it was really tasty. Conclusion: disappointing, poor taste, special requests are ignored, customer service poor. It's a shame about the money - we'll never order there again.
