Today we ordered from Heinsburger again for delivery and what can I say, he simply looks for the same here in the circle, unbelievably well, we were even recognized on the phone even though we hadn't ordered for a while this time, which really made us very happy, and the friendliness is the same great keep it up please keep it up

***As of June 1, 2024, it seems as if The Burger Club at the Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 70, 45468 Mülheim an der Ruhr location is closed. **** As a typical American, there are times I just want a good burger, and I found that at The Burger Club. The service is great! The young girl that has been there each time I have gone is a true delight. Friendly, patient, knowledgable, and always with a smile. The curly fries are amazing! The flavor and size of the burgers are great, too. I have had the following burgers: Machete, Der Bonze, and Speedy Gonzalez. All great, but all very different. What really excited me was seeing Cholula Sauce on the table. It's far better than tabasco sauce and can really enhance the flavors of the burgers and fries. This is my go-to burger shop.

Our visit was a disaster. We were there with 2 adults and 2 children. There were restrictions when ordering: neither bacon nor jalapeños were available, and the only drink available was canned Coke. After 30 minutes of waiting, we noticed hectic activity in the kitchen. Frozen fries were smuggled in. After another 15 minutes my burger arrived. A sad sight: carelessly slapped together, the patty charred and tasteless, far too small for the bun. The fries were inedible, but the kids choked them down because they were hungry. After another fifteen minutes I asked about the remaining orders. The answer: "We'll do it little by little." Unbelievable. Another 30 minutes later the remaining burgers arrived, all together on a plate, unrecognizable and loveless. I demanded my money back. The staff apologized multiple times, but they are not the problem. The management of this store is a disaster. Anyone who eats here either hasn't read this review or wants poor quality at exorbitant prices. Definitely not a recommendation. Addendum: I can understand if the place is full and everyone is under stress and so the meal takes a little longer. But we were the only customers the entire time we were there!! 😂

Burger below average, potato wedges too. And then there is the fact that the website advertises much cheaper prices! Danger!!! According to the website, I would have had to pay 10.50 euros for a pre-ordered menu, but when I picked it up I was asked 16.50 euros. To me it borders on fraud.

Very tasty tacos, burgers and fries. The opening times are also very convincing (even during the week it is open comparatively late). The staff is very hospitable and communicative.
