The burgers at this restaurant are delicious, juicy, and made with high-quality meat, justifying the slightly higher price. However, it's very warm and noisy inside, so I recommend sitting outside or taking your food to go. There are good seats with shade in front of the shop. Overall, I recommend it.

The food is really delicious, but you often have to think about whether you want to wait that long. Despite pre-ordering for pickup via their app or by phone and a stated wait time of 20 minutes, you end up waiting for about 30-40 minutes. The system needs to be revised, or they simply provide honest wait times!

The food tastes absolutely top-notch – but everything else is an absolute disgrace. The time management borders on disrespect. We always pre-order via the app to avoid unnecessary waiting, yet we still regularly end up waiting forever. It's possible to say it took 5-10 minutes – but 45 minutes last time, and 37 minutes again today? And then something's missing from the order. An apology or compensation? None. Apparently, neither reliability nor customer service is valued here. If the food weren't so good, the issue would have been resolved long ago for us. Unfortunately, this only leaves a bitter aftertaste that we, as customers, feel no appreciation whatsoever.

Dear Team, Yesterday I visited your restaurant in Mönchengladbach (not Rheydt) and was unfortunately very disappointed by the condition. • The tables were very dirty and greasy. • The floor was greasy. • The screens above the cash register were covered with a thick layer of grease. • Additionally, the entire dining area was filled with smoke/fumes as soon as the burger patties were prepared. The unhygienic conditions have already made me feel unwell while waiting, and since yesterday I've also had stomach upset – I hope it's not related to the visit. I would like to continue eating at your restaurant, but for now I will only visit the Rheydt branch. I'll check out the Mönchengladbach location again in a few weeks, hoping that the hygiene situation will have improved by then. Please take hygiene and cleanliness seriously – this is of great importance both for your guests and for your company's reputation.

We ordered from Take Burger today via Uber Eats and are unfortunately very disappointed. The delivery took a total of 2.5 hours. We ordered at 7:50 p.m., but the delivery was promised between 8:45 p.m. and 9:05 p.m. However, we didn't receive our food until 10:30 p.m. – and that only after asking twice. There were also several problems with the order: • One portion of fries and three portions of truffle mayo were missing. • Two burgers were delivered incorrectly (among other things, the "Take Burger" had barbecue sauce instead of the house sauce). • Both portions of sweet potato fries were partially raw. • There was significantly too much pepper on all the patties, so the burgers tasted very spicy to everyone. • The entire meal was cold. Of course, mistakes can always happen, but in this case, unfortunately, many things came together – from the extremely long delivery time to missing and incorrect products to poor quality. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We would have refrained from writing such a public review. Unfortunately, we were unable to contact the store directly, as there was no email address available online or on their website.

I knew the place from Düsseldorf and was really disappointed by the differences. Firstly, the cashier was totally unfriendly, even though the place was empty. The food tasted completely different than usual. The patty was abnormally thin, and even hours later, I still had a stomach ache. The cooks seemed nice, but the cashier didn't greet me at all and was irritated because she didn't know what I wanted within a second. I wouldn't go there again.

I once ate there with a colleague. The burgers tasted okay – edible, but nothing special. For €10-11 per burger, I honestly expected more. The pieces are quite small; after three bites, the thing was practically gone. What really bothered me: We ordered two different burgers, but we got two that looked exactly the same. Nobody said which was which – we had to bite into them and guess. Of course, everyone got the wrong one at first. We didn't think it was a big deal, but that shouldn't happen. The ambiance is nothing special either. Just standard. No atmosphere that sticks. And the smell of grease permeates the entire street – not exactly inviting. Overall, okay, but not convincing for the price. There are better alternatives.

The shop is absolutely filthy!!!! The toilets have been blocked for a week!!! Believe me, a portable toilet is cleaner! The first shop was much better!!! I'm not coming here anymore!!! Disgusting!

The food itself tastes good, except that I personally find the buns too soft. Delivery is a problem; it often takes forever or you're forgotten! They also forget additional ingredients but charge you for them! I also have a complaint about how the food is packaged when it's delivered. Hygiene is a concern, which can't be maintained and also offers little security for the customer. Burgers shouldn't be left open, but packed in bags; that would keep everything warm. Both on the phone and in person, everyone is always friendly; cleanliness often stops at the restrooms. All in all, it's okay, but there's still work to be done.

I've never eaten such a delicious burger. The meat is extremely crispy and well seasoned. The cheese is really tasty, the bread and the made sauce round everything off perfectly. This is really, really good.

The fact that these are smashed burgers is a bit lost when you're there for the first time and look at the menu hanging high up. Smashed means that the pattie is crispier, but at the same time less juicy. I had a Smoky BBQ, the sauce was a little hotter than you would normally expect from BBQ sauce. Still, the burger was tasty. Unfortunately, the fries are below average, although thin, crispy and far too much per portion as they are hardly seasoned (only salt). Plus truffle mayo for 50 cents extra in a tiny amount that isn't even enough for half the fries. I don't know where it comes from, but truffle mayo isn't anything special. 400 or 500 ml at Edeka costs around €7. There was maybe 20 ml in the pot.

I usually order from Lieferando. Delivery times are UNDERGROUND. More than 2 hours waiting time. Not even an apology or anything. One employee is always very unfriendly (doesn't even say hello etc. and is playing with his cell phone or talking on the phone all the time). How about you get off your asses and provide reasonable services for the prices?

You can only give the whole thing a 10/10. There is something for everyone, very diverse & fresh & I can personally recommend the drip burger & the pastrami sandwich, especially for meat lovers! When you look at the burgers you can tell that the meat is freshly prepared, which is a huge plus. Price-performance ratio is therefore great! You pay around €15 for a menu. The side dishes are also very diverse, as is the selection of drinks. The delivery time is also absolutely solid & the food always arrives hot! All in all, highly recommended :)

Disappointing experience - never again! I ordered from Take the Good Food, which is only 450 meters away from me as the crow flies. Quoted delivery time: 40-60 minutes. Actual delivery time: over 2 hours! Then the driver calls and says he can't drive in - I should meet him. Absolutely unprofessional. When I called the restaurant to ask, they were also rude on the phone. That's not how customer service works. The food was okay, but after this waiting time and the poor service you'll lose your hunger. My first and last order!

Actually always been very tasty. But recently it has no longer been possible, at least with the delivery service. After waiting for over an hour, the side dishes for the burger menu were forgotten. So we only got the burgers. After another hour the fries arrived (which were basically cold)...but the drink was forgotten again. It's not the first time something has been forgotten and you can't expect more than a sorry as compensation. Maybe it's better to order locally, but I would now advise against ordering.

Ordered two menus ~€40 The citizen rolls were very small. Overall just great. The price for such a citizen is also completely reasonable considering the amount of meat. Very nice people, food is really great!! Don't believe what people tell you. The burgers were super fresh and the bun very soft. Just a pity that there was no tomato on my burger. Orders for pickup are a disaster. Each time the order is ready 15-20 minutes later than the agreed pickup time. It's happened to us for the 5th time now and it's just annoying.

I was eating there today with my wife and child and had a misunderstanding when ordering. It was clarified in a very friendly manner and we were even given a chip as a gift, even though it wasn't necessary. We found that extremely positive, we've rarely experienced something like that. The food tastes very good and I will definitely go there again. The only thing I think could be improved is the tables and seating, they are small and very wobbly. But I'm also a very tall person. My order never arrived. The customer service was virtually non-existent and they made no effort to help me or even accommodate me in any way. Very disappointing and never experienced anything like this before.

The restaurant leaves mixed impressions. On the positive side, the atmosphere is clean and the employees are very friendly. However, there are a few points that cloud the overall impression. A big deduction is that payment is only possible in cash, which is rather impractical these days. A further point deduction is for the small portion sizes of the sauces for the fries. I find it audacious that they also charge €0.50 for these mini portions. As you can see from the picture, I still had a lot of fries left, but the sauce was already gone, which made the meal quite dry. As far as the taste of the burgers goes, it was pretty average. Too much spice was used which detracted from the overall experience. Overall the place is okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Our experience at this fast food was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and couldn't even respond to a simple greeting like 'Hello'. Nevertheless, we quickly ordered something because of our short lunch break. But when paying we were informed that only cash was accepted and card payment was not possible. Stopped here on the way because I wanted a good burger. The ambience is snack-like. There isn't much room to sit inside and is probably designed for pickup/delivery. I ordered a double spicy bacon burger with sweet potato fries and truffle mayo. The burger patties are homemade, well seasoned and here they are smashed flat. Of course, you don't get a medium burger, but they taste very good. The bun was pleasantly soft and didn't tear up the palate. The fries were very tasty. Well salted and excellent with the truffle mayo. 😋 The service is friendly, added more mayo when asked and is very customer-oriented. Good. 😊👍 All in all, a tasty, albeit different, burger. Well recommended. Therefore a full 5 points.
