TAKE - THE GOOD FOOD in Mönchengladbach

Ich habe einmal vor Ort gegessen. Das Essen hat mir zwar geschmeckt, aber die Hygiene hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Das war leider kein guter Eindruck. Noch schlimmer ist der Lieferservice. Jede einzelne Bestellung wurde erst nach über einer Stunde geliefert, teilweise hat es fast zwei Stunden gedauert. Das ist einfach viel zu lange. Man hat den Eindruck, als gäbe es nur einen Fahrer oder als würde die Lieferung zu Fuß erfolgen. Hier besteht auf jeden Fall großer Verbesserungsbedarf, denn mit einem besser organisierten Lieferservice könnte man deutlich mehr aus dem Laden machen. Schade, denn das Essen ist eigentlich gut.

Unübersichtlicher Service. Etwas lange Wartezeit. Super leckeres Essen. Insgesamt also ein etwas zwiespältiges Gefühl. Aber das Essen ist es wahrscheinlich wert.

Leider zum wiederholten Male falsch geliefert man bestellt ohne Tomate und ohne Mayo den Burger und es kommt trotzdem mit an nach dem anrufen sagt man oh sorry hab ich übersehen beim nächsten Mal anrufen. Essen werde ich dort nicht mehr und empfehlen würde ich es auch niemand anderem

Ich schreibe nur selten Google-Bewertungen, aber hier möchte ich eine Ausnahme machen. Der Mitarbeiter Niaz war sehr freundlich und hat mir sogar erzählt, dass sich der Franchise-Besitzer geändert hat. Das hat man deutlich an der Führung des Ladens gemerkt. Trotz der starken Hitze heute habe ich und jeder andere der anwesend war sogar ein Wassereis bekommen eine wirklich nette Geste von Niaz. Das Essen war wie immer lecker, und ich kann den Laden nur weiterempfehlen. Besonders für die späten Uhrzeiten am Wochenende, wenn fast nichts mehr geöffnet hat, ist das eine tolle Anlaufstelle. Wenn man nicht immer Pizza essen möchte, findet man hier eine gute Alternative. Preis und Qualität sind meiner Meinung nach definitiv besser als bei McDonald's oder anderen Läden, die um diese Uhrzeit noch offen haben. Ich gehe daher lieber hierhin und komme gerne wieder. Das Essen Vorort ist einfach fantastisch. Der Burger Saftig, die Pommes knusprig. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich. Haben sogar kostenlos bei dem Warmen Wetter Eis verteilt.

War schon oft hier und mittlerweile riecht es hier nicht mehr so krass nach Essen. War schon damals immer sehr zufrieden aber das ist ein weiter plus Punkt für mich. Kann den Laden nur weiter empfehlen.

Nias bester Mitarbeiter dort hat mir bei meinem ersten besuch einen sehr krassen burger empfohlen.Ich glaube werde zum stammkunden nur wegen dem mann.

Es war sehr lecker! und haben sogar etwas aufs Haus bekommen, also man kann sagen die Inhaber sehr großzügig und Respektvoll und vor allem sehr sehr nett.

Man riecht nach einem Besuch im Laden 3 Tage nach Fritöse und Fett. Die Abluftanlage in der Küche ist nicht in der Lage die Rauch/Dampfentwicklung abzutransportieren. Burger sind Weltklasse. Pommes mal gut mal weniger. Personal immer super freundlich.

Leider musste man über eine Stunde auf die Bestellung warten und dann klingelt der Fahrer noch, obwohl ich extra drum bat angerufen zu werden. Denn der Fahrer war am Telefonieren während ich in die Lautsprecher sprach. Super unfreundlich war dieser dann leider auch noch. Immerhin war die Bestellung richtig…

Der Laden sieht ein bisschen aus wie so eine billige Imbissbude. Drinnen schlägt einem dicker, verrauchter Rauch entgegen, als ob die Lüftung kaputt wäre. Zum Glück kann man draußen an großen Picknicktischen sitzen und essen. Das Essen ist überraschend gut. Die Burger sind lecker und nicht zu groß. Das Brötchen ist durch die Soße etwas durchgeweicht, aber ansonsten sehr lecker. Die Portion Pommes ist riesig, ich würde sogar sagen, etwas zu viel für eine Person.

Ich war heute da, ich supporte den Hustle von den Bres auf jeden Fall. Nettes Personal, Essen war lecker. Burger sogar so lecker, dass meine Lebensgefährtin die sonst keine Burger isst, meinen weggegessen hat. Damn. Einzigen Sachen worüber man sich beschweren könnte sind die Soßenportionen (zu klein für 50ct) und, dass das Essen trotz vorheriger Bezahlung noch etwa 10 Minuten zubereitet wurde als wir da waren. 5 Minuten wär cooler gewesen. Aber sonst hab ich den Eindruck bekommen, dass das Essen seinen Preis auf jeden Fall wert ist und qualitative Zutaten benutzt wurden. 👍🏽🔥

Sterne erhöht da 🍔 halt echt gut. Essen ist sehr gut, aber vor Ort ist der Laden nicht zu empfehlen das Essen bleibt jedoch gut. Laden Bewertung: Toiletten dreht man sich direkt wieder um, alles schmutzig. Laden Einrichtung fällt auseinander und man hat Angst auf den Bänken zu sitzen. Musik sehr laut das man sich nicht ruhig unterhalten kann. Die Türe nach aussen schließt nicht selbst und steht immer offen so das ein Durchzug bei den Sitzmöglichkeiten entsteht. Personal sehr unfreundlich und mit einer egal Einstellungen. Burger sind sehr gut und geschmacklich top. Empfehlung geht lieber nach Rheydt zum Essen nicht in Gladbach

If you eat in, the burgers and fries are simply fantastic. It smells like typical fast food, but that's okay. It sometimes gets cold when the door is opened, but otherwise, great people with really good burgers.

It wasn't very good, unfortunately. Honestly, it was awful. I was charged for a "double" burger (I only got one patty), and when I asked if I could have nine nuggets as a side, he said yes. In the end, I got a burger with only one patty and regular fries.

A 3-hour delivery time is simply outrageous.

The wait was extremely long, and even longer than announced. After over two hours, we finally received cold food, which was also missing some items. The promise that the missing food would be delivered was not kept.

The biggest disaster! Ordered at 5 PM, still nothing. We called, and the woman on the phone said she'd call back in 5 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago! We've been waiting for 2.5 hours now, and nobody's answering the phone anymore!! Never again!

Ordered from Lieferando, called after 1.5 hours and our food wasn't even being prepared. So we drove there ourselves, and when we asked about the €3 delivery charge, they rudely shoved €4 into our hands (basically, "Here's an extra euro, just leave"). Never again!!

The food deserves 5 stars – but I initially only wanted to give it 1 star. Something went wrong with the order, and I waited almost three hours for the food. In the end, however, I received the entire order free of charge.

I was told another half hour, and then another... No apology or anything. Instead, they laughed and said the previous customer had been too optimistic. The fries were awful, but that's typical for deliveries. Everything was just thrown haphazardly into the bag. The chicken burger was really good. The ground beef burger was salty and soggy. It used to be a great place, but today's turkey was a disappointment. The Rheydt location is much better and more organized. I'm used to the service and quality from Rheydt...

My colleague and I each ordered the burger meal and had it delivered to our workplace. The cheesy burger was excellent (although mine was unfortunately missing the bacon. What a shame...). Nevertheless, the burger and especially the sweet potato fries were very, very tasty. We'll definitely order again.

Very unhygienic! The guy at the cash register—I think he was the boss—wasn't wearing gloves! He touched everything: money, his pants, then the fries, the hamburger, then he scratched his arm, touched his nose, and then touched the food again. He did everything with his bare hands, without gloves! Eww. The burger was okay, but the mozzarella sticks tasted like, I don't know, expired cheese. I reheated them at home, and the cheese inside was still very hard and kind of like chewing gum. I only ate two. I threw the rest away, so I just wasted five euros. I'm never eating there again.

I've been a long-time customer of 'Take The Good Food' and have always been satisfied, but today's order was completely different. Both burgers were cold and hard, and the fries were carelessly packaged, also cold and rock hard. I filed a complaint, and while the restaurant did send me a replacement, the second burger also had a very strange, salty aftertaste and was inedible. I've given the restaurant plenty of chances, but unfortunately, the quality hasn't improved. I'll be ordering from somewhere else in the future.

We're used to long delivery times, but this time the food didn't make up for the long wait. The only good thing was the burgers, hence the two stars. The fries were completely oversalted and therefore inedible, and the ordered chili mayonnaise tasted like a completely different sauce. So we paid for something we never received. The high prices no longer reflect the quality.

The staff was very friendly. We had a mashed burger. Not my first choice. The food was... very spicy. I found it a bit too much. Too much salt, too much pepper, something else too much. The music was too loud. The whole place is on the corner of two busy streets. That doesn't leave much room for ambiance. It wasn't bad, but unfortunately not really to my taste.

ATTENTION! The shack in the Schaffrath parking lot is no longer occupied by TAKE THE GOOD FOOD, as they have moved to Waldnielerstraße 65 in 41068 MG. But they still offer great quality, great taste, friendly staff, and fast, always hot delivery...very, very tasty!!! The burgers are truly amazing and absolutely affordable. Affordable doesn't mean particularly cheap or inexpensive here, but rather they are worth the price. They are simply absolutely perfect and absolutely delicious! The fries are also perfect and crispy, and one portion is enough for two people. Ordering an extra pot of the delicious homemade special sauce doesn't hurt, though. Since we had our first burger at "TAKE - THE GOOD FOOD," we've never eaten a McDonald's or Burger King again...those places simply don't exist anymore. Thank you for your "GOOD FOOD," which really makes our lives a little bit better, and see you at the next TAKE. :)

After my bad experience with your branch in Rheydt, where something was always missing from my order, I wanted to try your branch this time. Unfortunately, my order requests weren't fulfilled. I ordered a burger without sauce but it came with sauce. One of the fries was completely forgotten, and the sauces were also delivered incorrectly. So don't get me wrong, there's no point in having many branches and doing everything wrong. It's better to focus on one and do everything right. I spent over €40 on two meals and I'm really disappointed. I'm only giving it two stars because the burger was good; otherwise, it would only be one star.

Ordered via Uber Eats at 9:40 PM Delivered at 11:00 PM Refund from Uber the next morning at 10:00 AM. What was once really good is now absolutely disgraceful. This was the last attempt to give you another chance. Your time management and customer service are absolutely outrageous and brazen. On top of that, the quality is getting worse and worse.

The food is amazing! Unfortunately, the wait times are correspondingly long, too. Especially in the afternoons and evenings. What's quite dangerous is the floor in the store. It's completely covered in grease and slippery. At first, I thought it might happen once in a while, but unfortunately, it's a permanent condition. If you slip there, it could be expensive for the owner and painful for the customer.

We placed our order through Lieferando. After an hour and a half, we called the restaurant to ask where the delivery was. They said the driver was already on the way and it would take a maximum of 15 minutes. After two hours, we still hadn't received our food. We called again. They said the order had been lost and would be delivered immediately, which also took another 30 minutes. We finally got our food after two and a half hours. The fries were cold, and instead of sweet potato fries, we got regular ones. The burgers were delicious, but you can save yourself a lot of trouble by ordering elsewhere...

The burgers at this restaurant are delicious, juicy, and made with high-quality meat, justifying the slightly higher price. However, it's very warm and noisy inside, so I recommend sitting outside or taking your food to go. There are good seats with shade in front of the shop. Overall, I recommend it.

The food tastes absolutely top-notch – but everything else is an absolute disgrace. The time management borders on disrespect. We always pre-order via the app to avoid unnecessary waiting, yet we still regularly end up waiting forever. It's possible to say it took 5-10 minutes – but 45 minutes last time, and 37 minutes again today? And then something's missing from the order. An apology or compensation? None. Apparently, neither reliability nor customer service is valued here. If the food weren't so good, the issue would have been resolved long ago for us. Unfortunately, this only leaves a bitter aftertaste that we, as customers, feel no appreciation whatsoever.

The food is really delicious, but you often have to think about whether you want to wait that long. Despite pre-ordering for pickup via their app or by phone and a stated wait time of 20 minutes, you end up waiting for about 30-40 minutes. The system needs to be revised, or they simply provide honest wait times!

Dear Team, Yesterday I visited your restaurant in Mönchengladbach (not Rheydt) and was unfortunately very disappointed by the condition. • The tables were very dirty and greasy. • The floor was greasy. • The screens above the cash register were covered with a thick layer of grease. • Additionally, the entire dining area was filled with smoke/fumes as soon as the burger patties were prepared. The unhygienic conditions have already made me feel unwell while waiting, and since yesterday I've also had stomach upset – I hope it's not related to the visit. I would like to continue eating at your restaurant, but for now I will only visit the Rheydt branch. I'll check out the Mönchengladbach location again in a few weeks, hoping that the hygiene situation will have improved by then. Please take hygiene and cleanliness seriously – this is of great importance both for your guests and for your company's reputation.

We ordered from Take Burger today via Uber Eats and are unfortunately very disappointed. The delivery took a total of 2.5 hours. We ordered at 7:50 p.m., but the delivery was promised between 8:45 p.m. and 9:05 p.m. However, we didn't receive our food until 10:30 p.m. – and that only after asking twice. There were also several problems with the order: • One portion of fries and three portions of truffle mayo were missing. • Two burgers were delivered incorrectly (among other things, the "Take Burger" had barbecue sauce instead of the house sauce). • Both portions of sweet potato fries were partially raw. • There was significantly too much pepper on all the patties, so the burgers tasted very spicy to everyone. • The entire meal was cold. Of course, mistakes can always happen, but in this case, unfortunately, many things came together – from the extremely long delivery time to missing and incorrect products to poor quality. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We would have refrained from writing such a public review. Unfortunately, we were unable to contact the store directly, as there was no email address available online or on their website.

I knew the place from Düsseldorf and was really disappointed by the differences. Firstly, the cashier was totally unfriendly, even though the place was empty. The food tasted completely different than usual. The patty was abnormally thin, and even hours later, I still had a stomach ache. The cooks seemed nice, but the cashier didn't greet me at all and was irritated because she didn't know what I wanted within a second. I wouldn't go there again.

Anyone ordering here should have eaten well beforehand—otherwise, you'll starve while waiting. 40 minutes was promised, but after 70 minutes, I call and am told: "Normal, a lot of orders came up." I once ate there with a colleague. The burgers tasted okay – edible, but nothing special. For €10-11 per burger, I honestly expected more. The pieces are quite small; after three bites, the thing was practically gone. What really bothered me: We ordered two different burgers, but we got two that looked exactly the same. Nobody said which was which – we had to bite into them and guess. Of course, everyone got the wrong one at first. We didn't think it was a big deal, but that shouldn't happen. The ambiance is nothing special either. Just standard. No atmosphere that sticks. And the smell of grease permeates the entire street – not exactly inviting. Overall, okay, but not convincing for the price. There are better alternatives.

A burger joint located at the junction of Mönchengladbach. The burger 🍔 was not too bad, bread good, lettuce good, sauce good, just the patty was a bit overcooked hence oily. Other than that, everything here is on point, including the service.
