In my opinion, the burgers are highly recommended. The sides are also decent. The staff is friendly. We'll be eating here again soon.

The food was good as always, which is why I'm rating the place. The tables were very dirty, you couldn't even sit comfortably on them; one table even started to wobble. I get the feeling the staff aren't in the mood to work, but like I said, the food is quite delicious.

Top-seasoned burgers at a great price/performance ratio. A small, cozy shop with an outdoor seating area, ideal for summertime dining. Friendly, smiling staff.

I've never eaten such a delicious burger. The meat is extremely crispy and well seasoned. The cheese is really tasty, the bread and the made sauce round everything off perfectly. This is really, really good.

The fact that these are smashed burgers is a bit lost when you're there for the first time and look at the menu hanging high up. Smashed means that the pattie is crispier, but at the same time less juicy. I had a Smoky BBQ, the sauce was a little hotter than you would normally expect from BBQ sauce. Still, the burger was tasty. Unfortunately, the fries are below average, although thin, crispy and far too much per portion as they are hardly seasoned (only salt). Plus truffle mayo for 50 cents extra in a tiny amount that isn't even enough for half the fries. I don't know where it comes from, but truffle mayo isn't anything special. 400 or 500 ml at Edeka costs around €7. There was maybe 20 ml in the pot.

I usually order from Lieferando. Delivery times are UNDERGROUND. More than 2 hours waiting time. Not even an apology or anything. One employee is always very unfriendly (doesn't even say hello etc. and is playing with his cell phone or talking on the phone all the time). How about you get off your asses and provide reasonable services for the prices?

You can only give the whole thing a 10/10. There is something for everyone, very diverse & fresh & I can personally recommend the drip burger & the pastrami sandwich, especially for meat lovers! When you look at the burgers you can tell that the meat is freshly prepared, which is a huge plus. Price-performance ratio is therefore great! You pay around €15 for a menu. The side dishes are also very diverse, as is the selection of drinks. The delivery time is also absolutely solid & the food always arrives hot! All in all, highly recommended :)

Unfortunately not a single vegan burger. What's the point of offering a vegan pattie if even the bread isn't vegan?

The food is always delicious and we order there every Friday. However, lately it is taking an incredibly long time for the food to be delivered. Waited 2.5 hours today and unfortunately always around 2 hours the last few times, even though the restaurant is 5 minutes away. Very unfortunate...

The food is very good, but the shop is not recommended locally, but the food remains good. Loading rating: You turn around the toilets straight away, everything is dirty. Shop furnishings are falling apart and people are afraid to sit on the benches. Music is very loud so you can't have a quiet conversation. The door to the outside does not close itself and is always open so that there is a draft in the seating areas. Staff very unfriendly and with an uncaring attitude. Burgers are very good and taste great. Recommendation is to go to Rheydt to eat rather than in Gladbach

Disappointing experience - never again! I ordered from Take the Good Food, which is only 450 meters away from me as the crow flies. Quoted delivery time: 40-60 minutes. Actual delivery time: over 2 hours! Then the driver calls and says he can't drive in - I should meet him. Absolutely unprofessional. When I called the restaurant to ask, they were also rude on the phone. That's not how customer service works. The food was okay, but after this waiting time and the poor service you'll lose your hunger. My first and last order!

Highly recommended, always happy

Actually always been very tasty. But recently it has no longer been possible, at least with the delivery service. After waiting for over an hour, the side dishes for the burger menu were forgotten. So we only got the burgers. After another hour the fries arrived (which were basically cold)...but the drink was forgotten again. It's not the first time something has been forgotten and you can't expect more than a sorry as compensation. Maybe it's better to order locally, but I would now advise against ordering.

Unfortunately only two stars, with our first order the food arrived cold and sticky after about 2 hours. Since we wanted to give it another chance, we ordered there again, which was unfortunately also disappointing. The delivery time was again 2 hours long, the food was good, but one chip was missing. As an apology, I was given extra fries and 2 drinks, but I'm still very disappointed because of the long waiting time and the poor service.

Grabbed lunch while traveling through. Good flare of burgers, fries, and mozzarella sticks. I will add asked for no cheese on my burger the cashier asked if I wanted butter as well.

So to be honest, at some point it's over. How often do you want to give a store a chance? This constant delivery time is exceeded, no more orders arrive in less than 2 hours, no matter when you order, ridiculous, Then last time there was a lid of some kind of sauce in the burger, which is also normal for these people.

Delivery is always clearly late, realistically 2 hours. - The price-performance ratio isn't right here, the food is generally delicious, but the meat is always too peppery and far too expensive for what you get, not to mention the optional extras. Only recommended if you have too much time and want overpriced food.

I pay €15 for a citizen which is the size of McDonald's, I order it and the delivery still hasn't arrived for 2 hours. Was a regular customer there, never again!

Ordered two menus ~€40 The citizen rolls were very small. There were several cartilages in the meat and the chef apparently didn't feel like opening the burger bun completely and positioning the patti in the middle. The fries were cold and hard. I ordered a cola and got an iced tea. Delivery takes 1 hour. Took 54 minutes. All these pictures of the beautiful burgers look more like something to show off (friends or family advertising the shop) Our two burgers looked worse than the ones from the fast food chain with the clown and that means something. For me it was the first and last time.

We have been waiting for our food for more than 2 hours. Lieferando has stated a maximum delivery time of 45 minutes. After a call I received: “Just sent out now”. No apology or anything like that. Very unfortunate

I don't want to hide the fact that I've had a more comfortable meal: the place is quite small and to compensate for the open kitchen, the door is often open, so it's rather cool and drafty. In addition, the operator and I obviously have different ideas about music...:-) But honestly: considering what comes out of the kitchen, such trivialities are rather irrelevant. My two children and I each had a burger with different fries and dips and afterwards we all agreed that our meal was excellent. We voted 3-0 for the burgers from "Take" to be the best in the city - well seasoned and perfectly (!) grilled! And yes, we also know the higher-priced offers elsewhere...:-) Nevertheless, we have found our place to go at "Take" if you want it to be delicious. Keep it up guys!!!

Now miles away from the original quality. Ordered burger at 6:25 p.m. (app says estimated delivery time 45 minutes) Order confirmation says the food should arrive at 7:55 p.m. OK! It's now 9 p.m. and there has still been no delivery. It was definitely the last order from you. I'm curious when the supplier will show up, or if 🤦🏼‍♂️😂

I ordered today for the first time, and I have to say not the last time. I ordered the Drip Bürger twice and it was really delicious. The meat was tender and juicy and the fries were very seasoned. Overall just great. The price for such a citizen is also completely reasonable considering the amount of meat. Delivery time today 10 minutes later than planned, I hope they still keep the times they specify next time.

The food is great but the delivery times are damn annoying. When I order via Lieferando, the delivery time is often 1.5 hours from 30 minutes... I have to let you know and it is updated immediately. In this case, the food often came cold. Please mend your ways people. The food is otherwise great, but for the price it should be.

Very nice people, food is really great!! Don't believe what people tell you. The burgers were super fresh and the bun very soft. Just a pity that there was no tomato on my burger. In addition, a tip to put caramelized onions on the burger will express the taste of the smashed burgers even more. All in all highly recommended and will definitely come here more often.

Orders for pickup are a disaster. Each time the order is ready 15-20 minutes later than the agreed pickup time. It's happened to us for the 5th time now and it's just annoying.

I was eating there today with my wife and child and had a misunderstanding when ordering. It was clarified in a very friendly manner and we were even given a chip as a gift, even though it wasn't necessary. We found that extremely positive, we've rarely experienced something like that. The food tastes very good and I will definitely go there again. The only thing I think could be improved is the tables and seating, they are small and very wobbly. But I'm also a very tall person. Otherwise great food, great burgers

Always problems with uber eats deliveries. Once I ordered, app showed arrival time, courier came 30min before, I wasnt home so he left food on the street… Today I was waiting 3 hours for order, I contacted restaurant and they told me that driver was calling me and I wasnt at home…. My order never arrived. The customer service was virtually non-existent and they made no effort to help me or even accommodate me in any way. Very disappointing and never experienced anything like this before.

The restaurant leaves mixed impressions. On the positive side, the atmosphere is clean and the employees are very friendly. However, there are a few points that cloud the overall impression. A big deduction is that payment is only possible in cash, which is rather impractical these days. A further point deduction is for the small portion sizes of the sauces for the fries. I find it audacious that they also charge €0.50 for these mini portions. As you can see from the picture, I still had a lot of fries left, but the sauce was already gone, which made the meal quite dry. As far as the taste of the burgers goes, it was pretty average. Too much spice was used which detracted from the overall experience. Overall the place is okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Over 2 hours delivery time for 2 burgers that were ice cold for over 25 euros and no way to reach anyone. Simply bad!

Hot chicken burger was very good, but friend who had cheeseburger wasn't blown away (meat was dry and tasted bland). It was eatable for sure, but not above average. Hope they turn up their beef game again.

Our experience at this fast food was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and couldn't even respond to a simple greeting like 'Hello'. Nevertheless, we quickly ordered something because of our short lunch break. But when paying we were informed that only cash was accepted and card payment was not possible. That's why we decided not to order and left the store. This experience was extremely unpleasant and we cannot recommend this place at all.

Quite expensive but also quite tasty

Stopped here on the way because I wanted a good burger. The ambience is snack-like. There isn't much room to sit inside and is probably designed for pickup/delivery. I ordered a double spicy bacon burger with sweet potato fries and truffle mayo. The burger patties are homemade, well seasoned and here they are smashed flat. Of course, you don't get a medium burger, but they taste very good. The bun was pleasantly soft and didn't tear up the palate. The fries were very tasty. Well salted and excellent with the truffle mayo. 😋 The service is friendly, added more mayo when asked and is very customer-oriented. Good. 😊👍 All in all, a tasty, albeit different, burger. Well recommended. Therefore a full 5 points.

Small but nice stand. Food is amazing. The burgers are incredibly delicious. Bruno brings so much good mood and music. Everything was great, I always enjoyed being there. Ambience gets 5/5 stars, even though it is a stand, because it is clean and serves the purpose. I'm looking forward to the next double cheesy. 🍔

You can't complain and you definitely get a very, very good burger for your money! Update: Been there three times now. Always very tasty and the staff is very polite, always a pleasure to come by! Ein grosser Name für ein winziges Streetfood- Kiosk. (Eine Mini- Hütte wie auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt unter dem vor Regen schützenden Vordach von Schaffrath- immerhin, in dem Möbelhaus gibt es Toiletten und vor der Tür einen riesen Parkplatz ) Die Mitarbeiter haben richtig gut zu tun, bleiben aber freundlich. Die Burger, Beilagen und Saucen schmecken richtig gut ... wir sind Fans der Chili- Majo! Das Takeaway Food wird hübsch in Papier verpackt und umweltfreundlich in einer stylischen Papiertüte serviert. Gerne wieder ! PS Take zur Hof Food ist ein Burgerhaus- es gibt hier kein " gesundes Essen.' Ein Bürger mit Falaffel ist veggie.

Was ist los mit euch? Gibt es jemanden neuen, der die Burger zubereitet? Die Burger waren mal krass gut. Die letzten Tage waren die Burger ungenießbar! Ganz anderer, nicht leckerer Geschmack.

Noch nie hab ich solch ein netten Lieferanten gesehen. Das Essen war frisch und extrem lecker. Perfekt einfach. Wenn Ihr bock auf gute Burger habt dann Bestellt hier.

Ein richtig geiler, kleiner Foodstand, die Burger sind immer wieder klasse und die Süßkartoffel Pommes sind der Hammer. Leider wurde bei der letzten, etwas größere Bestellung, die Chili-Cheese Poppers vergessen, aber sowas kommt schonmal vor. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Chickenburger!

Sehr gute Burger! Leider keine Sitzmöglichkeit...

Gute Portion, Drip saftig und zart, Süßkartoffeln Heiß und Knusprig. Perfekt! Ambiente auf dem Parkplatz nicht so dolle, aber darauf kommt es ja nicht an beim To-Go-Geschäft.

Tolle Qualität, toller Geschmack, nettes Personal, schnelle Lieferung, immer heiß...sehr, sehr lecker!!! Die Burger sind wirklich genial und absolut preiswert. Preiswert bedeutet an dieser Stelle aber nicht besonders günstig oder billig, sondern sie sind ihren Preis wert. Sie sind schlichtweg absolut stimmig und überaus köstlich! Auch die Pommes sind perfekt und knusprig und eine Portion reicht bei uns für zwei Personen. Ein zusätzliches Töpfchen von der leckeren hausgemachten Specialsauce zu bestellen, schadet allerdigs nicht. Wir holen unsere Burger meistens persönlich in der Hütte auf dem Schaffrath-Parkplatz ab (die 5 Sterne für's Ambiente sind also als reine Zusatzsterne für das Essen und den Service zu verstehen). Ab und zu gönnen wir uns aber auch mal eine Lieferung. Das ist zwar ein wenig teurer, aber manchmal muss man auch einfach mal bissi faul sein dürfen. Seit wir bei "TAKE - THE GOOD FOOD" den ersten Burger gegessen haben, gibt es für uns kein McD oder BK mehr...die Läden sind für uns einfach nicht mehr existent...denn bei Lust auf Burger geht's nur noch Richtung Schaffrath-Parkplatz. Danke für euer "GOOD FOOD", das unser Leben echt bissi schöner macht und bis zum nächsten TAKE. :)

Sehr freundlich und guter Bürger!! War heute mal wieder da!... freundliche sind sie immer noch, aber die Burger sind nichts mehr!! Das hack wird so dünn gedrückt das man nichts Zum Kauen hat... ne sorry!

Bisher nur zur Lieferung genutzt, was schnell und problemlos erfolgte. Das Essen ist einsame Spitze! Toller handmade Burger, super Süßkartoffel Pommes, klasse Saucen. Bin schwer begeistert und werde gerne wieder bestellen.

Ich bestelle hier gerne öfters und finde die Smash Burger wirklich super lecker. Auch die Pommes überzeugen. Zusätzlich ist der Lieferservice wirklich äußerst freundlich. Mein einziges Manko ist, dass die Burger gerne etwas größer sein könnten. Ich esse zugegeben oft viel, aber muss hier immer zwei Burger bestellen, damit ich auch satt werde. Sonst wie gesagt alles top.
