Excellent value for money. Great smash burgers with unique sauces. I'm a total burger fanatic and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The popcorn chicken was also fantastic 👍

I've been waiting over two hours for my order, even though it was supposed to be delivered 45 minutes ago, and I can expect my food to be delivered cold. It's a shame, because this store was great when it first opened, and now it's declined so much. This is the last time I'll get anything from there, and I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends. Just sad.

Ordering is no fun. I definitely won't order from here again.

I don't want to play with other people's meat and bread, but this is just not acceptable. I don't know what it was; I ate some of it because I was hungry, but selling something like that as a doner pizza is really not okay. It tasted really weird; I don't know if it was the meat. I hope it doesn't make me sick.

Since our favorite burger place was closed, we decided to try it out. The friendly staff should be highlighted positively. I also like the ordering system: you place your order via an ad and pay directly, which makes the process uncomplicated. However, there are a few points that marred my visit. A big drawback is the lack of overview of the burger ingredients. There is no clear information on either the menu or the ordering screen - you can only guess based on the pictures or have to ask. According to the menu, the only difference between the burgers is the sauce, which isn't very helpful. Unfortunately, the meat didn't taste good at all - neither to me nor to my companion. There was also far too much sauce on the burger, which further worsened the taste experience. Cutlery and additional sauces for the fries were only available upon request, and napkins were not even on the table. Conclusion: I ended up just eating the fries and went home hungry. Luckily it was okay in comparison for the price, but still not a place I would visit again.

This concerns the branch on Mont-Cenis-Str. Was there today with a friend. You couldn't eat the BBQ smash burger. The meat tasted old and looked like it had been heated several times. We both took one bite each and left the rest. The chicken was ok, the burger was really disastrous.

It actually far exceeded my expectations. The food there is really delicious, clean and of high quality. Price-performance ratio is right here. Delivery was also very quick and problem-free. The pizza there is great and the Crispy Chicken is just as original as KFC if not even better. Overall, I can only recommend it!

Food was ok, burger was quite tasty. Fries were just wobbly and disgusting and basically not the variation that was described. Of course, it is difficult to guarantee reasonable fries quality when delivered, but if you were to change the Styrofoam packaging it would certainly help. Unfortunately, the restaurant is always very dirty inside. Tables are not cleared even though there are no other guests there. Even pointed it out, but apparently no one cares - unfortunately. The wings are delicious, but the employees don't seem to want to clean up afterwards. Even when the store is closed, there is no cleaning up beforehand.

We ate there so often, it was always top and fresh. However, the store was closed for a while, now that it's open again, the price for a MixBox has increased from 19.99 to 26.99 and that's without fries. Inflation or not, I can get it for less at the real Kentucky, or at least with fries. It was always better than at Kentucky but I feel ripped off. Really really a shame!!! Don't come anymore.

Wir hatten 20 Minuten bevor der Laden öffnet, unsere Bestellung für 16:45 Uhr aufgegeben. Wir mussten dann um 17:05 Uhr nachfragen und uns wurde gesagt, die Bestellung sei unterwegs. Der Weg dauert bis zu uns nur 10-15 Minuten und nach 20 Minuten kam immer noch nichts. Nach erneuten Fragen haben wir bescheid gegeben, dass wir um 17:30 Ihr keine Bestellung mehr annehmen und auf einmal wurde unsere Bestellung storniert. Danke für die Zeitverschwendung und den Hunger den wir haben.

Sehr leckeres Essen, das Händchen soo saftig und zart und die Bedienung ist wirklich sehr sehr freundlich. Die Location ist sehr schön und angenehm. Ich empfehle wirklich jeden diesen Laden!!!

Gute Burger für die Lieferung nach Hause. Die burger schmecken sehr gut und machen satt. Große Patties und gute Saucen. Der "Kinderburger" ist genauso groß und teuer wie die anderen. Ein Menü mit kleinerem Burger und Capri Sonne o.ä. wäre super. Das Ambiente ist (Stand heute) nicht empfehlenswert für Familien. Aber zum Liefern lassen kann ich dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.
