Hab über wolt was bestellt. Das Essen ist nicht angekommen. Auf Anrufe wird nicht reagiert und der Kundenservice von wolt wird zwecks Stornierung auch warten gelassen.

Ich war da mit freunden und wir können ehrlich nichts negatives sagen weil uns hat wirklich alles gefallen.Da wir eine gruppe von 13 waren haben wir davor Reserviert was ich bei einer großen gruppe sehr empfehle. Dankeschön für das leckere Essen 🙃

Also das Essen ist sehr lecker muss ich sagen, aber die Lieferung nimmt über eine Stunde in Anspruch und sogar länger. Und nein, nicht nur einmal sondern sehr oft. Auch die dazu geschriebene Notiz wird manchmal nicht beachtet. Ich war Stammkunde und habe die Bürger geliebt, aber dann wird wohl nicht mehr bestellt.

Blazing Luke kann ich sehr stark empfehlen. Ansonsten sehr leckeres Essen, ist recht zügig fertig ohne großes schnacken.

es schmeckt zwar nicht schlecht aber der service ist eine absolute katastrophe 2 mal habe ich dort bestellt beide male habe ich knapp 2 stunden gewartet und bei beiden bestellungen wurden die getränke vergessen wo wir auch nochmal 20 min drauf warteten mussten

Wir bestellten Pommes frites mit Käsesauce und Paprika, kamen nach Hause, öffneten die Packung und es waren 6 frittierte, scharfe Käse-Pommes darin.

Für mich gibt es nichts besseres als big on bite wir bestellen immer chicken Burger , heute haben wir hot Wings bestellt und ich bin einfach sprachlos es geht nicht zu übertoppen es schmeckt so gut Allahumma barik und die Burger einfach alles perfekt und frisch ! Man sieht und schmeckt das alles frisch gemacht ist und keine tiefkühlware Und die Verpackung is Mega hochwertig geworden tausend mal besser als Kfc

Preis Leistung top. Gute smash Burger mit ausgefallenen soßen. Bin absoluter Burger freak und muss sagen das ich angenehm überrascht war. Auch Popcorn chicken top 👍

I've been waiting over two hours for my order, even though it was supposed to be delivered 45 minutes ago, and I can expect my food to be delivered cold. It's a shame, because this store was great when it first opened, and now it's declined so much. This is the last time I'll get anything from there, and I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends. Just sad.

I've already mentioned that there shouldn't be any sheep on it, that's not supposed to be on it, and they still put it on it. I'd drive all the way from Bielefeld just to eat another pizza from you. I've only had pizza from you twice (chicken hollandaise) and it was the best pizza I've ever had. I'm pretty sure the rest of your menu is just as delicious! Keep it up!

Ordering is no fun. I definitely won't order from here again.

I ordered a doner pizza there. It was delivered really quickly, but it was truly the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I don't want to play with other people's meat and bread, but this is just not acceptable. I don't know what it was; I ate some of it because I was hungry, but selling something like that as a doner pizza is really not okay. It tasted really weird; I don't know if it was the meat. I hope it doesn't make me sick.

Like everywhere else, there are mistakes. The cool thing about you is that you also help people who speak. :) My impression of you has always been really good, and the food is always really delicious! When the burger was delivered incorrectly, it was all made right, and I got a free dessert! Keep up the good work, you're great and highly recommended.

The delivery was incomplete, cold, took over 90 minutes, and wasn't really that tasty. Probably due to the distance and ordering on a Sunday, but it just doesn't work. It's a different story on location. But the delivery was a complete disaster. A refund was requested and accepted.

Splinters of wood in the burger! Ordering by phone is hardly possible - no German spoken. With so many 'employees', the question arises as to whether hygiene is even guaranteed.

Since our favorite burger place was closed, we decided to try it out. The friendly staff should be highlighted positively. I also like the ordering system: you place your order via an ad and pay directly, which makes the process uncomplicated. However, there are a few points that marred my visit. A big drawback is the lack of overview of the burger ingredients. There is no clear information on either the menu or the ordering screen - you can only guess based on the pictures or have to ask. According to the menu, the only difference between the burgers is the sauce, which isn't very helpful. Unfortunately, the meat didn't taste good at all - neither to me nor to my companion. There was also far too much sauce on the burger, which further worsened the taste experience. Cutlery and additional sauces for the fries were only available upon request, and napkins were not even on the table. Conclusion: I ended up just eating the fries and went home hungry. Luckily it was okay in comparison for the price, but still not a place I would visit again.

This concerns the branch on Mont-Cenis-Str. Was there today with a friend. You couldn't eat the BBQ smash burger. The meat tasted old and looked like it had been heated several times. We both took one bite each and left the rest. The chicken was ok, the burger was really disastrous.

Unfortunately, smashburgers have nothing to do with a smashburger. The patties were way too thick. Fries and chicken side dishes were also tasteless. We spent a total of 1 hour there even though there was only one customer in the store. Apparently a lot of orders were placed online. Our order arrived at different times and a burger was forgotten and we had to wait another 20 minutes. Once and never again.

It actually far exceeded my expectations. The food there is really delicious, clean and of high quality. Price-performance ratio is right here. Delivery was also very quick and problem-free. The pizza there is great and the Crispy Chicken is just as original as KFC if not even better. Overall, I can only recommend it!

Food was ok, burger was quite tasty. Fries were just wobbly and disgusting and basically not the variation that was described. Of course, it is difficult to guarantee reasonable fries quality when delivered, but if you were to change the Styrofoam packaging it would certainly help. It took forever even though there seemed to be no business in the store. The ambience was chic, just a bit thrown together but that was part of the charm.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is always very dirty inside. Tables are not cleared even though there are no other guests there. Even pointed it out, but apparently no one cares - unfortunately. The wings are delicious, but the employees don't seem to want to clean up afterwards. Even when the store is closed, there is no cleaning up beforehand.

However, the store was closed for a while, now that it's open again, the price for a MixBox has increased from 19.99 to 26.99 and that's without fries.
