Bissmarck92 in Herne

Wir haben uns das Essen bisher immer liefern lassen und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Burger und Pommes haben eine gute Qualität und sind super lecker. Die Pommes sind dabei auch noch richtig kross. 👍

Heute muss ich mich leider einmal negativ zur Qualität der gelieferten Speisen melden und zum Ausdruck bringen, dass wir total enttäuscht sind. Die Pizza wurde am 2.7. nach über einer Stunde geliefert. Temperatur der Pizza nur lauwarm. Schwarze Ränder und bei der Pizza mit Lachs war der ganze Karton durchgeweicht und eingerissen. Sehr schade!!! So etwas hatten wir bisher bei Bissmarck 92 noch nie. Für den Preis leider eine Katastrophe!!! Email leider nicht beantwortet

Für eine Liefergebühr von 4 Euro, darf man doch wohl erwarten, dass die Burger noch heiss sind. Das war nicht der Fall und das heiss machen im eigenen Backofen, führte dazu das das Burgerbrötchen Knochenhart wird. Also, für Qualität zahle ich gerne mehr aber nicht für das was heute geliefert wurde!

Ein wirklich wirklich toller laden und auch der Lieferservice ist Klasse Alles kommt warm an Die Pommes sind knackig (was beim liefern echt schwierig ist) Aber das absolute Highlight sind die smashburger und der biss Mack Einfach lecker nicht viel schnick schnack Kann ich nur empfehlen

Essen kam erst nach fast 2,5 Stunden Pizza war verbrannt und die anderen essen zum Teil kalt.

Sehr gutes Essen! Wir haben immer draußen gesessen. Deshalb kann ich die Räumlichkeiten nicht beurteilen.

Die Speißen sind sehr gut, das Ambiente für eine kleine Pizzeria gut, Service freundlich.

Normalerweise mag ich Käse, doch bei Bissmarck ist es leider viel zu viel des Guten. Man kratzt an wenigen Stellen etwas Käse herunter und kann damit gefühlt eine komplette 2. Pizza belegen. Leider ist auch immer ungewiss, kommt die Pizza nach 20 Minuten oder doch nach eineinhalb Stunden. Aus dem Grund nutzen wir manchmal die Vorbestellung. Diese wurde wiederum dann teilweise komplett vergessen, besonders ärgerlich, wenn man für einen Geburtstag bestellt hat. Ich esse auch gerne schinken auf einer Pizza, da hier aber nur ein Imitat verwendet wird, fallen für mich weitere Pizza Alternativen weg. Am traurigsten ist jedoch, dass es in Herne nichts besseres gibt.

Super leckere Pizza (Neapolitano) und super Burger. Preis und Qualität sowie Menge passten total. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Essen war auch zeitnah auf dem Tisch. Kann ich ganz klar weiterempfehlen!

Vor dem Hintergrund dass das Bissmarck 92 ein Imbiss ist, für das Essen volle fünf Sterne. Wenn ich könnte auch sechs Sterne. Beste Burger in Town mit Pattys der Metzgerei Schmidt - 'Neuland-Tiere'. Meines Wissens in Herne ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Und das schmeckt man auch. Die Salatauswahl eher klein, aber die Bowls in absolut toller Qualität. Niemand bekommt im Lieferservice die Fritten so frisch geliefert wie Bissmarck92. Auch dafür volle Sterne. Das Bissmarck92 ist ein Lieferservice mit Schwerpunkt Burger und Pizza. Diese beiden Kernkompetenzen spielen im gehobenen Bereich mit und können problemlos ausgewiesenen Restaurants das Wasser reichen. Zusätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit Speisen vor Ort zu essen in modernen 'Tavernenstil' mit Tischservice. Das geht ohne Zweifel in Richtung Restaurant. Salate/Bowle in kleinerer Auswahl, aber auch hier weit über den Erwartungen eines Standard-Lieferservices mit Sitzplätzen. Die genannte Meztgerei verarbeitet ausschließlich sogenannte 'Neuland'-Rinder, welche artgerecht gehalten wurden. Das hat seinen Preis im Einkauf. Diesen muss man bereit sein zu zahlen, wird dann aber auch meines Erachtens mit außergewöhnlich guten Burgern belohnt. Empfehlenswert, empfehlenswert, empfehlenswert!

Die Burger sind wirklich sehr gut! Schmecken schön nach Rind und sind mit der Sauce für den Cheeseburger perfekt. Tomate, Salat und Zwiebel runden es lecker ab.

Für mich eines der besten Burger Restaurants in Herne und Umgebung. Aber auch alle anderen Speisen wie Salate, Pommes (mega knusprig) oder die Neapolitan! Pizza schmecken richtig gut. Man merkt die Liebe zu den Produkten. Auch der Service ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Was ich allerdings nicht verzeihen kann, dass der Street-Burger von der Karte genommen wurde 😉

Super Burger super fries, gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Leider war das Tiramisu noch teilweise gefroren.

Leider wurde die Karte verkleinert, was durch die Online Karte welche noch verfügbar ist, nicht ersichtlich war. Es gab einige Enttäuschungen an unserem Tisch deswegen. Die Burgerpatties waren frittiert und die Pommes waren so knusprig hart, dass diese wie dreimal frittiert schmeckten. Insgesamt habe ich die Qualität des Ladens anders in Erinnerung gehabt. Dies gilt auch für den Service. Keine Nachfrage ob alles ok sei oder ob man noch weitere Getränke möchte. Zum Zahlen musste man selbst zur Kasse. Der Laden selbst ist modern und nett eingerichtet! Ihr konntet das alles mal besser...

Schon ein paar Mal dort zum Abholen bestellt und jedes Mal darum gebeten, dass die Pizza nicht geschnitten wird – und trotzdem war sie jedes Mal geschnitten. Die Pizza schmeckt okay, nicht atemberaubend, aber man kann sie gut essen. Der Service hingegen bekommt von eine -5. Wozu nimmt man Kundenwünsche an, wenn sie am Ende doch nicht umgesetzt werden?

Wir haben heute zum erstenmal dort bestellt. Die Lieferung sollte zu einem festgelegten Zeitpunkt erfolgen. Kurz um, es hat alles gepasst. Die Lieferung war pünktlich und sämtliche Speisen waren super lecker. Dies war garantiert nicht das letztemal, dass wir dort bestellt haben.

I really hate writing this review, because I've been a regular customer of Bissmarck since it opened 10 years ago. Over all these years, I've happily supported you, recommended you to friends, and always looked forward to your food. That's why the way things have gone lately is so disappointing. On my last visit, shortly after opening, I waited 40 minutes, and parts of my order were forgotten. I overlooked that, thinking, "These things happen." But today, the delivery took 1 hour and 45 minutes – even though 1 hour and 30 minutes (as stated on the phone) is already a long wait. And when I opened the boxes, all four pizzas were the wrong size. I was already surprised by the price when I paid. Honestly, this doesn't feel like a minor mishap anymore, but rather like a complete lack of care. I'm not angry – but truly disappointed. After so many years of customer loyalty, I would have expected more attention to detail and reliability. I sincerely hope that you will return to the standard that made me so happy to order from you for so long.

The burgers are delicious; we tried several different options from the menu, and every single one was fantastic. The fries were by far the best I've ever had—crispy, golden brown, and simply amazing. The service was also incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

Simply the best burger in Herne and the surrounding area! The black pepper fries are also a great addition to your burger! And the new Hot Chick Deluxe Burger is one of the tastiest burgers I've ever eaten!

There was a Rebell B Burger. It was okay, except the burger patty was cold. The portion wasn't very large, but it cost €14.90. I also ordered sweet potato fries for €6.00. They were quite tasty. There were also beef and cheese fries, a portion for €13.90. These were quite good, the only drawback: they were served in a large bowl. The fries were on the bottom, the meat sauce on top. If I wanted a fry from the bottom, I had to be careful not to push the rest of the food over the edge. Including a 0.33l beer and a 0.25l still water, we paid a total of €41.40. I think that's too expensive, and we won't be coming back.

You simply feel at home at Bismarck 92. The food is uncomplicated, down-to-earth, and above all, delicious – exactly as you'd expect. No frills, just good quality and generous portions. The staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring you thoroughly enjoy your visit. Whether for a cozy meal for two or with a larger group – we always enjoy coming back. A definite recommendation!

Waited 2.5 hours for delivery on a Tuesday, yes, 2.5 hours. When I called, I was immediately cut off and muted for 60 seconds. I couldn't say anything. After I asked, I was muted again for about 10 seconds. I called after 2 hours... The answer was: "Food is ready, will be delivered in 20 minutes." Oh my goodness, I thought. That's disproportionate. The email said "delivery in 45 minutes." No, it was delivered after 2 hours and 15 minutes. The pizza was burnt around the edges (black). Anyway, I threw 50 euros in the trash and waited 2.5 hours even though it was only 11 minutes away. I was lucky I even got the food. I won't order from you again. 1. Long wait on a Tuesday! The food was simply fantastic – every bite a delight! The dishes are so incredibly delicious that you'll want to order the entire menu and try everything. Every plate was prepared with love and bursting with flavor. The service was also outstanding: attentive, friendly, and pleasantly unobtrusive. You feel completely comfortable and welcome. A place you'll definitely want to visit again and again – not just to eat, but to enjoy!

We ordered, among other things, the 103a (6x stuffed pizza rolls with cheese, beef pepperoni salami, and hot sauce) and the 510 (Cheesy Pizza) online. The pizza rolls were extremely spicy due to the sriracha sauce and, in my opinion, difficult to enjoy (even if you like spicy food), but the pizza was extremely tasty and a truly excellent combination. We ordered from the restaurant, and the delivery arrived relatively quickly. However, fries were missing, which we complained about over the phone. They told us to call to request fries on our next order because the delivery person was too busy. I would have appreciated a little "compensation," for example, via email. Additionally, the delivery boxes were "soaked in oil" in some places, as the contents of the pizza had already leaked into the corners of the box. All in all, there's room for improvement, as the products definitely have potential!

We always love ordering here! The food is freshly prepared, which you can taste, the atmosphere is perfect, and the service is always friendly. Of course, it can take a little longer if we're busy, but that's clearly stated when ordering. Anyone who complains should cook for themselves ;-)

Yesterday, I went there with my girlfriend for dinner after a long absence. We started with a mixed salad with delicious rolls and a delicious herb butter. Then we had a Gambera Napoleone pizza. The fluffy crust, thin base, and toppings were absolutely delicious. The service was also very good. The waitress was very attentive and very friendly. We had another lovely evening. Unfortunately, the delicious food didn't make it into any photos!

We ordered there and waited for 1.5 hours. After waiting so long, we tried calling them for the first time, but to no avail. However, after several attempts, we finally managed to reach someone. The person on the phone told us we would have to wait another hour. After this notification, we immediately canceled the order. Waiting 2.5 hours for your food is outrageous. We will never order from here again, unless we plan to eat the food the next day—if it even arrives.

Ordered through Lieferando, called after a 1.5-hour wait. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone for 15 minutes. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told I'd have to wait another hour. The wait is way too long, and they're not getting up to speed. It's unacceptable that you have to wait over 2.5 hours for an order these days. Temu is faster.

The burgers are simply unbeatable! The meat is always perfectly prepared, juicy, tender and exactly how I want it. The salad is always fresh and crunchy. The selection is always surprising, from classic variants to creative compositions, I always find a new favorite here. Whether it's burgers, pizza (normal or Neapolitan style), pasta or salads, what Naseem and his team recommend is always a hit. What a shop, Naseem and the team are so warm, attentive and hospitable, you have to visit it. The classics, some of which have been reinterpreted, make you want more: one thing is clear, there is fast food here, not for New Year's resolutions, but delicious. We really celebrate local support, whether it's beef or drinks, a lot of it comes from the region, great! We can recommend it and will come back. Definitely recommended local visit 💙

I've eaten here several times, never of my own free will, but because others ordered and I joined. Every time the food has been disappointing, but today's order really topped everything - in a bad way. I ordered a double patty burger (without sauce), which was a disgrace as soon as I opened the packaging: the bottom of the cardboard box was completely under water (no lie: half of the bottom half of the box was literally under water!), which put the bottom bun in turned into inedible porridge. The patties were tasteless and medium fried without being able to change the cooking level. The entire burger had no taste and was just plain disgusting. Selling something like that as food is unacceptable to me. The pizzas I've tried here before aren't any better either: the base is always damp, probably from condensation, which makes the cardboard box soggy. The taste is also boring, bland, just not good. I have given this delivery service several chances, but after this last experience I can only strongly advise against ordering anything here. How this store can have so many positive reviews is a complete mystery to me.

I ordered food and the food was delivered only after 1 hour and 47 minutes. I was told on the phone it would take an hour. This waiting time is simply unreasonable and I have not received any compensation. This is the last time I will order there!

If you like eating delicious burgers, this is the place for you. We had the Bissmarck's Classico and BBQ Burger. Simply delicious. Unfortunately this time the food only arrived lukewarm. We will still continue to order from you, the burgers are nowhere better.

Had a meal from here again in a long time. The burgers are very good and nicely prepared. The service staff is nice but lacks a little professional experience. The atmosphere could be described as a high-quality snack bar. Overall, a very satisfied visit - you just shouldn't expect a restaurant standard when eating on site.

Please check your online order page. When I place an order and specify a time, I want the food at that time and not an hour earlier. Problem solution = 0! It's not our fault if this isn't transmitted to you online. You can then at least accommodate the customer instead of getting sour at the door because no time is given!

Update: Service stars changed to 4 (from 1) and overall to 4. The owner took the time to call and explain himself and address the points mentioned below. The conversation was very good and I really appreciate his honesty! We ordered food for 2 people: 2 burgers and one special fries. The whole thing costs around €37. The food arrived after 2 hours of waiting and was cold + things were missing from the fries. So you called and told them that it wasn't okay for the price and then you were told on the phone "that can't be right" and "these are burgers, they just have lettuce on them that is cold". My “but the meat is cold too” was no longer answered. In general the breakfast was simply very outrageous. Bissmarck used to be our absolute favorite - but more and more often the food arrives cold and the service becomes more and more soggy.

Online order from 09/13/24 5:52 p.m. I'm really sorry but this is going too far. The first time I thought, well, almost 2 hours. Waiting for an online order is tough. Okay, everyone deserves a second chance, we'll order again and unfortunately the same game. And as stupid as I am, I ordered it again today. After 1 1/2 hours my husband calls and asks. Answer: the driver just left, cool, I was happy😃 I'll see how long it takes the driver to get to Sodingen, well who knows??? It took the driver 45 minutes🤔 The food was cold, the fries were soggy, the pizza was rubbery. If my men hadn't been so hungry, I would have sent the food back. Sorry guys, you really used to be better. 🙁☹️

It's a mystery to me how the term "service" can be so fundamentally misinterpreted! We waited two hours for our food and finally asked where it was. We were told that our order was still not prepared after two hours, but should be delivered in 20 minutes. However, that didn't happen - instead we had to wait another 30 minutes. If the restaurant is so overcrowded that the existing staff can't keep up, then you just hire an additional 540 euro person! A quick gastronomy basic: The customer is king and should not be treated like dirt. The food arrived cold. You might be able to understand that with a pizza with fresh toppings, but cold burgers? Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else – this was definitely the last order for us.

It was a little too quiet for a Saturday but the service was very good and the food was excellent, I recommend this place to everyone whether it's dining in or take out. I've been here for a second time, the service is slow, only half the table getting food and the others having to wait ages .... for a salad 😴. Seems takeout takes priority over guests and that's not on!!!

I ordered it there once for almost €25. Unfortunately, a lukewarm pizza arrived that was just dripping with fat and wasn't even cut. The food was handed to me at the door without any comment about the fact that instead of the ice cream I had ordered, there was tiramisu as dessert. I honestly found it a little sad because I consciously didn't choose the tiramisu. You should have at least said something or called when the food was handed over... unfortunately that wasn't the case. We will not order from you again.
