The food was delicious, but I'm deducting one point because we simply prefer the food at Gans im Glück in Wuppertal. I can't explain why, but it's true. We ate at Hans im Glück today; the vegetarian burgers were delicious, and the lunch menu is a great deal. What impressed us most, however, was the friendly employee Zelal, who quickly took our order while single-handedly managing all the guests. Despite the hectic situation, she always had a smile on her face and was incredibly dedicated! She made us feel very comfortable right away. A huge compliment and thank you to her!

I'm really disappointed today. I ordered a lunch special. However, the service was incredibly slow because the waitress kept dropping all the glasses and the staff was busy cleaning up. My burger bun was so hard it was impossible to cut. When I told the waiter, he brought me a new burger. However, I received less than half the size of the new burger, even though I'd only taken two bites of my original one. On top of that, the plate was simply placed on the table without a word – just a curt "Here." It's a real shame – it was a complete waste of money for so little food. If I had known they were going to take away half my burger, I would have gone somewhere else.

Hans im Glück in Cologne is also definitely worth a visit. I was at Hans im Glück in Münster a while ago, and just like there, the food in Cologne was really good and delicious, and we had really nice and friendly service there too. I can also highly recommend Hans im Glück in Cologne.

The Hans im Glück burger was very good and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, the list of intolerances, such as gluten intolerance, which can only be accessed via a QR code, is poorly prepared. The waiter was very helpful, and the problem was resolved, and a gluten-free dish was prepared.

In my opinion, Hans im Glück is always a place where you can be sure of the right product and quality. The Geißbock Burger, in particular, is absolutely outstanding in my opinion – with a delicious, sweet fig flavor. The meat on the burger deserves special mention, too, as it always tastes sensational. Anyone who fancies a homemade lemonade to go with it won't be disappointed – and the selection is really good, making it difficult to decide. The service is always friendly, and, as mentioned, the quality is always very high.

Tonight I went to Hans im Glueck am Ring — it was my first time in Cologne. The food and drinks came out really fast The waiter was really nice and started talking with me. He explained the menu in Arabic in a really good way. I asked if the meat was halal, and he was honest and said no, but they had a Vegetarian burger. It was my first time trying one with spinach and cheese, and honestly, it was super tasty! This is what I called a good service

There was a hair or a piece of lint in my food. My fries were cold. The waitress was very friendly but young. Out of "customer friendliness," I was offered a drink voucher, even though I live in Switzerland. The alternative was to deduct one of my companion's drinks from the total price. Neither the hair nor my drink was included in the food served.

Today we went for some burgers to Hans im Glück. We had a great time! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was really cozy. Our waitress Kira was super friendly and did an amazing job. She spoke very good Englisch by the way and made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely come back!

As with any chain restaurant, some places are better, some are worse. The service here was a bit lacking. The food itself was good, though the prices were a bit steep for the quantity and quality offered. A solid 3+ from me.

We spontaneously went there on a Friday evening and got a table right away. I like the decor with the birch trunks, a bit like forest bathing 😊 I ordered a vegetarian burger with goat cheese on a multigrain bun and found it a bit dry. Our waitress, Sila, then got me two sliced ​​tomatoes and two small tomatoes, which made the burger juicier. Overall, I found her super refreshing, friendly, and with a sweet smile. Super delicious food and drinks. I was very satisfied. The place was completely packed, and the atmosphere was loud and tense. The waiter took a very long time to serve us and took the wrong orders for several of us, then also charged us incorrectly. He never asked if we wanted anything else or anything like that. So there's still room for improvement.

Great burger and salad shop. They offer vegan, vegetarian, and regular burgers with meat. They offer a set menu for lunch and dinner at a regular price. So far, we've always managed to get a table without making a reservation. If you want to be on the safe side, you can easily reserve in advance via the website. The food is quite delicious! Ambiance: Very nicely decorated. Sometimes there are days when the music is so loud that you can barely hold a conversation. In my opinion, that's not necessary for a restaurant. But that doesn't happen every day. Parking: If you want to make things easy, you should park in a nearby parking garage, as the restaurant is located right on the main road.

The food tasted okay, but the prices were very, very expensive. The location in the center of town is very nice, and the surroundings are beautiful. There's no private bathroom and no diaper changing facilities anywhere in the building. When the bill came, we were charged the wrong amount, and only after we inquired was the error corrected. E
