Burger King, do you have no conscience at all? Is this what a €6 roll is supposed to look like? The woman who works there licks her fingers while she flips through the paperwork, and then goes off to prepare food without washing them. How is that even possible?

The ambiance is really nice after the renovation, but the staff and the quality are abysmal. A case for Wallraff. Burger buns from the day before. Nuggets are kept warm in the 20-piece pack and then placed on the burgers from the pack. Staff who don't speak German just shout in their own language. Unhygienic strangers are working in the kitchen area. Honestly, fire them, close the place down, and be done with it. If you can't afford decent staff, then don't do it!

Everything has been made nicer and newer! Now please train the employees in service… My order was simply thrown onto the counter without my number being announced. Customers feel like a necessary evil…

Unfortunately, this isn't a regular Burger King location. There's no mobile ordering, and the app and QR code aren't usable. Furthermore, the ordering terminals only work to a limited extent. The atmosphere is quite nice, but it shouldn't call itself a Burger King if the usual standards aren't met. McDonald's locations at airports are generally quite standard, and all the app and promotional benefits are fully usable. We'll be happy to try again if anything changes.

A complete disaster. You get burgers served without salad, you can't use coupons like you usually can at any Burger King, and the Coke tastes like water with syrup. There was no carbonation in it, and it was completely stale. When I tried to explain my problem to the staff, I got a rude answer and was sent away. During our time here, I wasn't the only one to complain about this place. The food tastes very poor, so unfortunately, only one star.

Located in T1, they give substandard food I feel.. I ordered for a chicken nugget burger which was advertised on the machine as with salad and what I got was just chicken nuggets pieces with bit of sauce inside a bun. No Salad as mentioned on their website and machine.

The price and taste were okay. The Burger King app wasn't accepted, as is typical at airports. However, I would have liked to see Club Avolta accepted when it was advertised at the terminals. The staff were friendly.

Ordered a plant based big king burger meal with no gherkins. My burger came with no lettuce or cheese at all. Asked for it with cheese and lettuce and then received a beef burger with cheese, rather than the plant based one I ordered. Didn't bother asking for another one after that. Not up to the standard of other Burger Kings I have been to in Germany.

Supervisor Daniel B. served us superbly with his respectful, friendly, and cheerful manner. He also took our order promptly, and the food was prepared quickly.

Ordered two burgers, one of which was the wrong one. I complained and got a new one, which was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. I complained again and got another cold burger. The fries were also cold and incredibly small for the price. Absolutely not recommended.

Never go there, folks!! It's a franchise branch, so it's owned by a private individual! No coupons available! They only sell the most expensive items! Don't throw your money away... Very limited selection, so it's better to treat yourself to something else for your money.

When you stand at the cash register you can see how clean the kitchen is. Gloves were discovered to use it

Unfortunately, my family and I discovered that our visit to the aforementioned Burger King was a complete flop. The burger buns were dried out, and two items from our order were left out. After pointing this out to an employee, I was met with a cheeky remark that essentially amounted to, "It seems we're just trying to steal the mayonnaise because she (the employee) put it on the tray." Thanks for the visit, but you won't see us here again.

Very unfriendly staff, including the supervisor. Out of three meals, two of them were wrong burgers.

The manager, oh someone very rude, made a mistake when serving me the hamburger, obviously I realized because I had asked for a double mozzarella... And I went to ask... And in a bad way I had already started to eat the hamburger... She got angry and instead of changing it since it was her mistake... She just puts the meat and gives me back the hamburger.!! What's wrong with them?

Delicious food, Burger King, you know. Unfortunately, the staff can't tell the difference between veggie nuggets and a veggie nugget burger, and the employee doesn't seem to know what Sprite Zero is either. This should probably be improved.

I placed an order for a 0,5l sprite, the machine was not working at the time apparently, i kept asking the lady at the counter about it, after 20 minutes of waiting and asking for information, she gave me a bottle of still water :D

I actually just wanted to try the new Whopper. When I was looking for a place after ordering, I would have liked to call Günter Wallraff directly. The time is no excuse for the store to be full of dirt. Tables not cleaned, floor sticks. Oh yes and the new Whopper unfortunately disappoints across the board. Apparently BK has already capitulated to its franchisees and no longer monitors compliance with the basic guidelines regarding hygiene and service.

Plant based Long Chicken ordered. Opened up in the car. Get X tra Long Chili cheese... Apparently you have to unpack and check beforehand.

The cheese on the burger was fridge cold. Regarding the complaint, the shift manager/owner said: “We never heat the cheese”. You don't need to know more.

The vegan food tasted sour and they simply forgot half of our order to take away with us and there weren't many food options available either. The waiting time was also really long, especially if you don't have long and have to go straight back to the bus. There were hardly any people there so there was no reason to take so long to order.

Unidentifiable foreign body in the burger. When I complained it was claimed it was part of my jacket (??). Impossible dealing with customers. Definitely not recommended!

Plant nuggets are repeatedly sold warmed up here. About half of the nuggets are significantly more cooked and don't taste good.

It's dirty, the employees are extremely unfriendly, and the food is just plain squashed. When we got there after a long flight and my kids were excited to eat a burger, we went to Burger King. The employee then shouted at us and said it was better not to order because it would take an extremely long time and it wouldn't taste good either! You have to imagine this. Plus it was disgustingly dirty there!

Very friendly staff eat good Burger King fast food and the cleanliness of the branch is also okay for the Cologne Bonn Airport location as other branches at the train stations can copy something

Short break from the visitor terrace before heading back to Cologne main station. Unfortunately staff.very unprofessional and unfriendly. Since the vouchers are not valid, we asked whether the King Box was available and twice the good gentleman didn't understand what we were asking. But just said 20 nuggets. Since we didn't get a clear answer, we skipped our food and just got the Kids Box. There were also problems when we picked it up. Instead of our number as on the receipt, a different number was shown on the display. I asked the employee if it was our order and the answer was mushy. Customer-friendly is different. This store is not worth another visit.

Cola was watery and non-carbonated. Curly Fries were too salty. Was very disappointing…

Considering that prices are usually sky high in airports, €7.29 for a "meal" option of double cheeseburger + small fries + small coke did nicely. The coke was a bit flat, but, hey, I was paying €7.

Beware of rip-offs, €3.59 for a bad cheeseburger. The store should be banned!

Unfortunately, the coupons are not valid here, but the nice young lady helped me find an alternative, so I was able to get more information about the coupons and also a better overview of the selection. Very motivated and friendly, TOP employee!

I was unlucky and came across an old roll that tasted like a roll from a stall near the station in Radom.

I ordered a King's Beef DM I was served a hamburger sandwich. When I pointed this out, the sales assistant arrogantly added a slice of cheddar and some cold bacon. When I refused to eat that sandwich because it did not comply with the company's quality standards, the sales assistant became upset but unfortunately for her she was attacked by everyone present to try to make the sandwich again. Top company but I met an order worth zero

How in God do these comments come about? I was just at the counter to order. Two people stood behind the counter and my person took a look at me. One person copied something from the monitor and the other person wiped down tablets. I was seen but ignored. Tip: just say something like, “we are closed; one moment please; I'll be there for you in a moment; What can it be for them?” Would be a good start. I haven't been treated so disrespectfully in ages.

Very unfriendly employees who would like to throw the food onto the tablet from the kitchen. And when a customer asks in a friendly manner whether he could still have ketchup because he had forgotten it again, he first gets a mushy answer and then the ketchup is slapped on the table so unfriendly that the customer even briefly moves back 1 meter. Many customers behind me who saw this also immediately went to MC Donald

Unfortunately my cheeseburger had the taste of “yesterday”. The coupons cannot be redeemed here, so they are always full price.

Large and modern branch. The staff is very friendly. Prices are more expensive than other locations, but is normal at the airport. There are lots of seating options there.

An extremely bored employee showed me very clearly how much she disliked guests and her job. Really sad and annoying when you a) don't have time and b) you can expect at least a smile, a greeting and a farewell for your money. After I said “thank you and goodbye” very clearly and she didn’t even begin to react, a greeting came back from the kitchen…funny but ultimately a real shame.

Ein großer Flughafen. Wir hatten anfangs ein bisschen Schwierigkeiten uns direkt zurecht zu finden. Gepäckabgabe und einchecken war tatsächlich kein Problem auch das Boarding verlief problemlos. Die Mitarbeiter im Rewe am Flughafen könnten ein bisschen an Freundlichkeit, Kommunikation und Umgang mit Kunden arbeiten. Es gibt nur augenscheinlich nur SB Kassen, obwohl auch eine am Ausgang steht. Man wird schon sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen diese zu benutzen, um dann noch den Eindruck vermittelt zu bekommen, man wäre zu dumm die Kasse zu bedienen obwohl keine Hilfe erbeten wurde. Schon unschön. Ansonsten ist der Flughafen okay.

Leider ist die Aussicht nicht so gut wie am Düsseldorf Flughafen der leider dauerhaft geschlossen ist. Ein Besuch lohnt sich wenn man von weit her kommt leider nicht.

Das Essen war gut lecker war auch sauber was mir nicht gefallen hat war das Leute im ersten ersten Stock laut waren und der Mitarbeiter der an die Kasse war nichts gemacht hat nur nach oben von unten aus hat aber nicht reagiert

Leider war mal wieder nicht alles verfügbar und ein Terminal hat nicht funktioniert, was aber zum wiederholten Male erst zum Ende der Bestellung klar geworden war. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Habe noch nie so schlecht schmeckende Burger King Burger gegessen. Irgendwas hat da überhaupt nicht gepasst.

Es ist ein Burger King wie jedes andere auch. Generell recht sauber. Das Essen ist gut. Ein Mitarbeiter kam rum und hat meiner Tochter eine Papierkrone aufgesetzt, das fanden wir sehr nett.

Burger King eben... Essen war frisch und eine gute Möglichkeit, vor dem Flug noch was zu essen. Leider gab es keine Garlic Fries mehr... Dafür aber Heiniken aus der Dose👍

Was will man großartig über Fast Food schreiben. Man hat Lust drauf! .

Convenient and clean food place in the airport. It has vegetarian options, which are cooked separately, available.

Bei meinem Besuch eine verhältnismäßig lange Wartezeit, was aber immer mal passieren kann. Mehr als ärgerlich hingegen ist die Tatsache, dass in der Tüte mit veganen Nuggets zwei Hühnchen Nuggets waren (Ja, ich bin absolut sicher und kann als Fleischesser den Unterschied durchaus gut erkennen). Wir waren leider nicht mehr vor Ort um zu beschweren, aber es spricht grundsätzlich nicht viel für die Art und Weise wie in dieser Filiale gearbeitet wird, wenn solche groben Fehler passieren. Ich glaube ich werde nicht nochmals das Risiko eingehen dort zu essen.

French fries tasted mouldy! A sure fire way to put you off your food.

First, the machine for food selection didnt print out a receipt and a pickup number, so we mentioned it. In stead of putting up a sign they just said to wait and look for the plate if it had our food, other food selection machine had the a similar problem. Second, they made my ice cream first and it was standing there waiting till the hamburgers were ready. Third, They gave my hamburger (without cheese) to the wrong person, twice! So i had to wait for it a long time. In the meantime i asked for my ice cream because it was already becoming very liquid. There were so many people behind the counter, it looked they were being in each others way constantly for the 15 minutes we were waiting. Please get your act together!

They don't speak English, moreover they gave me the wrong order.. Order made by the totem machine..

Deze airport is een mooie duidelijke locatie waar je menig soorten eten kan kopen, zelf heb ik alleen maar koffie gedronken en deze was goed.
