I've been going to 3Hs regularly for 7 years now - and to be honest: they just have it. The burgers are juicy, fresh and exactly how you want them every time. Buns soft, patty grilled perfectly, the sauces on point. What I celebrate: It always tastes good, no matter when I go. No fast food feeling, just real quality. For me it's one of the best burger shops - and has been for years.

The exterior cleaning was not very successful. The vehicle was washed gently, but that didn't bother the dirt. Especially stubborn dirt wasn't removed, the pillars remained dirty, and even the surfaces weren't completely clean. Lotus wash isn't exactly a sign of quality. When you subsequently complain, you're told that you should wash the vehicle more often. The second pass, which was reluctantly granted, still didn't completely remove the dirt. This is not how I imagine car cleaning in a car wash should be.

I just ordered here via liferando and today was the 3rd time they cancelled my order AFTER I WAITED FOR 1 HOUR FOR IT. And they don't even pick up the phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't even TELL YOU WHY the order was cancelled .. made me wait 1 hour for NO FOOD
