Ordered via UE (Uber Eats) for the first time today and was absolutely disappointed. Both sides of the burger were burnt. The meat was dry, and the salad tasted stale. It was also the last time. At least the driver was nice.

Often good prices and a nice shop with a cozy restaurant. All in all, it's modern. The entrance and exit are a bit tricky. It's also often very busy.

Koblenzer Str. 1-9Received an incomplete delivery. When I called, they told me I packed everything correctly and accused me of lying. The store seems to be doing well, considering how they treat their customers. Luckily, I got my money back through the delivery service.

Dürener Str. 122I just ordered here via liferando and today was the 3rd time they cancelled my order AFTER I WAITED FOR 1 HOUR FOR IT. And they don't even pick up the phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't even TELL YOU WHY the order was cancelled .. made me wait 1 hour for NO FOOD
