Ilayda provided excellent service and we were completely satisfied. We would gladly return, especially since she supports Veganuary, unlike the competition where the vegan burger on the lunch menu seems to have vanished into thin air.

What an experience! The burgers are simply perfect and unlike all the other overpriced burger joints. The taste and appearance are fantastic. The price is fair.

I get along really well with the Burger King employees. Top people. Truly great. As a token of my gratitude, I even showed up on Christmas Day dressed as Santa Claus for free. The frontline staff are absolutely top-notch. Burger King's problem lies in the management, in the offices of the bosses. We went there today to test our new laptop on the Wi-Fi network. The employees told me the Wi-Fi is still broken. For weeks, for months. And the bosses aren't sending a technician. My credit card data is being transmitted through a broken Wi-Fi network. A completely negative experience. The receipt also states: "Company j.u.s.t.u.s GmbH on behalf of Burger King." What a shame. We then went next door to McDonald's. McDonald's has outsourced the Wi-Fi service to Telekom AG. Why doesn't Burger King sign a contract with, for example, O2 Telefónica?

Burger King, do you have no conscience at all? Is this what a €6 roll is supposed to look like? The woman who works there licks her fingers while she flips through the paperwork, and then goes off to prepare food without washing them. How is that even possible?

We used to enjoy going here; the burgers were good, the fries very good, but the portions were a bit small. Unfortunately, the prices have been steadily increasing for years, and the value for money is no longer there.
