⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Burger waren frisch, saftig und voller Geschmack. Das Hähnchen war knusprig, zart und perfekt gewürzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und der Service schnell. Das Restaurant ist sauber und einladend. Man merkt, dass hier Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit an erster Stelle stehen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann 3H's Burger & Chicken in Köln jedem Burger-Liebhaber empfehlen!

Das Essen sehr lecker. Ich hatte einen Chilli Burger mit Doppel Paddy für circa 13€. Finde ich überteuert, aber wenigstens war es lecker. 4 Sterne dafür. Der ältere Mitarbeiter leider isst mit vollem Mund hinter der Theke. An der Kasse starrt der ältere Mitarbeiter runter beachtet einen nicht auch keine Begrüßung. 0 Sterne Ich habe das Tablett mit Bürger an den Tisch draußen serviert bekommen. Ohne alles. Keine Serviette oder Feuchttuch. 1 Stern Ambiente ist halt ein Imbiss. Der Platz draußen am Fenster quietscht und ist etwas locker beim Sitzen. 2 Sterne Es waren neben mir noch 3 weitere Gäste da. Also nicht viel los, trotzdem habe ich circa 20 Minuten auf den Burger gewartet. Datum: 2. JUNI 2026, circa um 19 Uhr

Der Chicken Burger war unglaublich wow so zart und lecker. Nur zu empfehlen und die Pommes waren auch top. Bedienung und Ambiente war auch top.

Ich war zum ersten mal dort und habe definitiv mehr erwartet. Der Laden sieht suffig aus. Egal wie die Burger schmecken, in so einem ungepflegten, herruntergekommenem Laden vergeht einem der Appetit. Sorry, für die schlechte Berurteilung. Aber kann doch nicht schwer sein, so einen kleinen Laden sauber zu machen. Und paar kaputte Regale auszutauschen.

Die ehrliche Wahrheit: Fangen wir mit dem Positiven an: Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und haben einen Top-Job gemacht. Der BBQ-Burger selbst hat auch wirklich gut geschmeckt. Das Problem an der Sache? Die Pommes. Die haben mich leider absolut nicht umgehauen und dämpfen den guten Eindruck vom Burger spürbar. Zum Vibe: Innen ist der Laden relativ klein, was es schnell eng macht. Alles ist top Nur der Chili Cheeseburger hat keine eigene Sauce, sondern nur Ketchup Mayo. Ich würde mir eher Wünschen, dass der Chili Cheeseburger eine Schäfer Sauce haben sollte Anstatt Ketchup und oder mayo.

Top Essen zu einem guten Preis. Die Qualität überzeugt

Unfreundlicher und inkompetenter Service. Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt. 3hs hat die Bestellung dort nie bestätigt, uns am Telefon jedoch gesagt, die Bestellung sei unterwegs. War sie aber nicht. Anstatt nach einer Kundenfreundlichen Lösung zu suchen, werden Anrufe ignoriert und wir wurden angelogen. Da bereits online bezahlt wurde, bleibe ich auf dem Geld sitzen.

Wir haben für 2x 3H's Burger (groß) 13,50€ je ohne Menü, Chicken Filet Burger 9,50€ je ohne Menü, 2x Chicken Cheese Pommes 8,50€ je und noch 2x Cola Zeros 57,90€ bezahlt. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Huhn war nur etwas trocken, aber die 2H's Burger waren unglaublich. 2 Patties mit salat, Röstzwiebeln (Truthanbacon haben wir nicht gekauft) sehr lecker.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie dort und sind wirklich begeistert! Das Essen hat uns allen richtig gut geschmeckt – frisch, saftig und einfach top. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Preis-Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Wir kommen definitiv öfter wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Leider nicht mehr der alte 3h's von früher.

Ich bin inzwischen seit über fünf Jahren treuer Kunde und habe in dieser Zeit sowohl die Filiale in Düsseldorf als auch in Wuppertal und mittlerweile auch die Filiale in Köln mehrfach besucht. Ich kann wirklich mit Überzeugung sagen, dass das Essen und das gesamte Konzept für mich absolut unschlagbar sind. Gerade das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Die Qualität ist konstant auf einem extrem hohen Niveau, und man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Die Pommes sind für mich ein absolutes Highlight – aus echten Kartoffeln, mit Schale, selbst gemacht und geschmacklich einfach unschlagbar. Dazu die Yuppie-Soße, die perfekt dazu passt. Auch die Chicken-Sticks sind einzigartig und gehören für mich jedes Mal dazu. Mein letzter Burger war ein Chili-Cheeseburger, und er war einfach perfekt: genau die richtige Schärfe, ein superleckeres Bun und insgesamt perfekt abgestimmt. Für mich ist das der perfekte Burger. Ich komme immer wieder gerne und kann den Laden jedem Burgerliebhaber uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ich habe immer bei Ihnen bestellt, aber gestern nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag habe ich ein Menü und eine Afri Cola bestellt. Leider kam die Bestellung kalt an, und die Afri Cola hat gefehlt. Der Lieferant sagte, dass er überhaupt nichts mit Ihnen zu tun habe, und ist einfach gegangen. 22 € wurden somit praktisch weggeworfen. Das war meine letzte Bestellung. Vielen Dank.

We've been going to 3hs Burger for years now – almost every week. The burgers are, as always, incredibly delicious and highly recommended! The quality is consistently top-notch. The staff is very friendly, fast, and attentive, and the place is always clean. You always feel welcome and are served promptly. We will definitely continue going there – a real favorite spot for truly great burgers!

Last Thursday was my first time at this place, and I will absolutely never go back. I was greeted by an unpleasant man at the checkout who could barely speak German. I had to tell him at least five times what I wanted, and in the end, I still received something completely different. Behind him stood two other men with brownish skin who pointed at me, said something in their language that I couldn't understand, and then laughed very loudly. The portion was also quite small and didn't live up to the expectations conveyed online. The taste wasn't bad, though. I apologize for the language, but overall, I felt like I was in a zoo.

3HS Burger has become one of my all-time favorite burger places! The burgers are always freshly prepared, incredibly juicy, and bursting with flavor. You can immediately tell that quality and freshness are their top priorities. The homemade fries are especially noteworthy – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and simply delicious. The portions are generous, and the combination of burger and fries is just perfect. The service is also friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home.

Really good but a bit expensive

Received an incomplete delivery. When I called, they told me I packed everything correctly and accused me of lying. The store seems to be doing well, considering how they treat their customers. Luckily, I got my money back through the delivery service.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The burger was completely burnt, as was the small piece of meat inside. The fries were cold. When I called to explain the problem, they simply hung up. The second time they called, they simply said they didn't have time to talk on the phone, and the employee became even more rude when I pointed out their rude manner. This was definitely the last time I order from 3Hs. It used to be much better. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. Dinner ruined and €24 wasted.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten

I ordered from your restaurant with my family for the first time today (order value approximately €50). I ordered a children's menu with a cheeseburger for my 2-year-old son. To my horror, I discovered that the burger wasn't cooked properly on the inside. My son took the first bite and immediately found it unpleasant – understandable, since the meat was raw. After contacting your restaurant by phone, I was told this was "normal." However, for me, it is absolutely unacceptable to serve raw meat to a small child. Unfortunately, the employee showed no understanding and simply said they would do better next time. Such an incident is very disappointing for me and also poses a health risk. For this reason, I will not order from you again in the future.

However, I noticed that the yuppie sauce tastes a bit different than before. Has the recipe perhaps been changed? If not, greater standardization would be beneficial. Friends of mine have also noticed this difference. Service 💰 Here I'd like to discuss the value for money. The portion sizes have changed significantly over the years. Previously, the wooden tray was completely covered with fries, with a menu price of around €9. Today, a menu costs around €15, which is about 65% more. Of course, everyone decides for themselves whether they want to support this – the desire to support the restaurant is there, but with this value for money, it's hard to believe. Atmosphere 🪑 I couldn't find any changes at the main location – it still looks the same as before. Unfortunately, the chairs aren't padded, which can be uncomfortable for people with back problems (bringing your own cushion is almost mandatory). The tables outside are quite wobbly, so you have to be careful when placing drinks on them. 👉 These comments aren't meant to be negative, but rather as constructive feedback for improvement.

I've been going to 3Hs regularly for 7 years now - and to be honest: they just have it. The burgers are juicy, fresh and exactly how you want them every time. Buns soft, patty grilled perfectly, the sauces on point. What I celebrate: It always tastes good, no matter when I go. No fast food feeling, just real quality. For me it's one of the best burger shops - and has been for years.

I tried the hamburger with the fries and beauty sauce and I'm just ecstatic! The burger was juicy, seasoned perfectly, and the bun was simply excellent. The fries were crispy and hot, just right. But the beauty sauce was the thing that made everything perfect, it is so delicious and gives the whole dish a special twist. In addition, this is a Hillel hamburger, so it is also kosher for me. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back again.

I am very disappointed with my visit to this burger joint. The prices have increased, but the quality of the food has significantly decreased. The fries were extremely greasy and didn't taste good at all - from the photos in my review everyone can see how inedible they were. But the employees found it completely normal and said it was just the way it was. We paid €29 and even paid extra for french fries sauces that we couldn't even eat due to the poor quality. This is definitely not acceptable and I will not be eating here again.

This shop claims that the food is halal. When I called to ask, it was called brother. All meat is halal. There is no halal or haram, as far as I understood correctly. Get your meat from Aldi or Lidl. All HALAL EATERS do not visit this store

Catastrophic! Absolute disappointment! I don't know what attracts so many good reviews about this store, but don't be fooled - the visit was a complete disappointment! As soon as you enter you are greeted by unfriendly staff who ignore you rather than serve you in a friendly manner. The atmosphere feels more like a youth center, where young people shout loudly and show little consideration for the guests. But the worst thing was when I looked into the kitchen: there were apparently children working on the grill – and you could see it. This makes you wonder whether quality is really being paid attention to here. The burgers were not only mediocre in taste, but also completely carelessly put together. All in all, the store is definitely not worth its high ratings. If you're looking for good service, a well-kept atmosphere and food that tastes like more than just fast food, you should avoid this store. I definitely won’t come back!”

Super delicious food and friendly service! I recently went to 3h's Burger & Chicken in Cologne and am absolutely thrilled! The burgers are juicy and tasty, the chicken wings are crispy and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous and you can tell that quality is important here. The service was also great - the staff was friendly and attentive, even though the store was busy. The ambience is modern and inviting, ideal for a relaxed evening with friends. Definitely worth recommending, I would love to come back!

I was looking for a Halal place in the area and this place came to me by chance. I have to say that the place is a little small, so one has to wait or share a table. It's the only thing I can complain about. The service was very attentive, and they are attentive to the customer. And the food was incredible. The fries are of high quality and the burgers are unbeatable. We ordered the '3h Burger' for 16 euros and the 'Chicken Burguer'. The chicken was juicy and the sauce that accompanied it was very delicious. But the '3h' burger was amazing. In conclusion, if you are in Köln you should try these burgers, at least I know where to eat when I return.

The creative specials and the crispy fries with homemade sauces are a particular highlight. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere invites you to feel good. Absolutely recommended!

One if the best places in town , i visit every time i am in the city

Terrible. It's a shame the food was quite good. But the gentleman at the checkout was simply unfriendly and incompetent! All other guests had their food brought to them, we had to get it ourselves (which is no drama). Some of the wrong food was given to us at the counter, but since I was indecisive anyway, I didn't notice it while eating. Suddenly the checkout employee in question stood next to me and complained to me that I was eating the wrong thing and he now had the right one, while at the same time he looked at my burger, which I had already started eating, and said I should have the 'real' one. Just take the burger with you. Took it off the plate (by hand! Without gloves or similar) and literally threw it on my plate. I then told him that he could take this burger back with him. Because I won't eat it after he touched it and threw it on my plate like that. - he didn't understand. In the end, my companions had to help me get the burger off my plate and take it back with me. Furthermore, this place is just dingy. The tables are cleared but not wiped down, even though there are leftover food on them and they are extremely sticky. Very unfortunate. But I will NEVER set foot in this store AGAIN!

I drove all the way from Rösrath and had the pleasure of visiting 3H's Hamburger again and was absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere was small, but cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was simply amazing! The selection of hamburgers was impressive and I loved the freshness of the ingredients and the creativity in the flavor combinations. Every bite was a true taste experience! The portions were generous and the prices were excellent. On top of that, the presentation of the dishes was appealing and made the meal a real pleasure for all the senses. I highly recommend 3H's Hamburger and look forward to eating there again on my next visit!

The employee with light brown hair shows zero motivation. Had a question about the menus and he looks at me like a car like it's a weird question. I can only advise against ordering. My review therefore only relates to ordering and not consumption on site. I ordered via UberEats. The time given was 35-55 minutes. Arrived in over an hour. But that was the least of the problems. The burger buns were very soggy, tasted more like they had been thawed and weren't crispy at all. Only the most expensive burger had a “typical” bun. Meat was okay, but the burgers were too sauce-heavy in places. But fries were too greasy. It wasn't anything special but it wasn't something you would want to buy again either. Unfortunately just not worth the price.

This place is a disgust..don't bother with it

We waited over an hour for our order of almost €39. The driver came with an incorrect order for €10. We didn't take the order and the driver said he would bring the correct order in 10 minutes. We called 3h’s Burger. At first we were told the order had been canceled, which is strange since the driver came and we could track the order on the app. The correct delivery didn't work because the store was supposedly already closed. So a very disappointing experience. It is too unreliable for us to order there again.
