3h's burger & chicken Köln in Köln

Super delicious food and friendly service! I recently went to 3h's Burger & Chicken in Cologne and am absolutely thrilled! The burgers are juicy and tasty, the chicken wings are crispy and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous and you can tell that quality is important here. The service was also great - the staff was friendly and attentive, even though the store was busy. The ambience is modern and inviting, ideal for a relaxed evening with friends. Definitely worth recommending, I would love to come back!

The burgers have declined over the years. And these chicken sticks taste like schnitzel. Otherwise, overall the food was delicious. Therefore only 3 stars.

Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably deteriorated, and the Joppie sauce in particular did not meet expectations. It would be desirable if the original sauce was used again, as this greatly affects the taste.

Most burger joints deteriorate after a short period of time. 3h's is still good even after years. However, I recommend using the light bread for the chili cheese burger. Default is the darker one.

I've been a regular customer for years and am always impressed. The burgers are juicy, fresh and simply delicious. The creative specials and the crispy fries with homemade sauces are a particular highlight. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere invites you to feel good. Absolutely recommended!

I was looking for a Halal place in the area and this place came to me by chance. I have to say that the place is a little small, so one has to wait or share a table. It's the only thing I can complain about. The service was very attentive, and they are attentive to the customer. And the food was incredible. The fries are of high quality and the burgers are unbeatable. We ordered the '3h Burger' for 16 euros and the 'Chicken Burguer'. The chicken was juicy and the sauce that accompanied it was very delicious. But the '3h' burger was amazing. In conclusion, if you are in Köln you should try these burgers, at least I know where to eat when I return.

One if the best places in town , i visit every time i am in the city

Terrible. It's a shame the food was quite good. But the gentleman at the checkout was simply unfriendly and incompetent! All other guests had their food brought to them, we had to get it ourselves (which is no drama). Some of the wrong food was given to us at the counter, but since I was indecisive anyway, I didn't notice it while eating. Suddenly the checkout employee in question stood next to me and complained to me that I was eating the wrong thing and he now had the right one, while at the same time he looked at my burger, which I had already started eating, and said I should have the 'real' one. Just take the burger with you. Took it off the plate (by hand! Without gloves or similar) and literally threw it on my plate. I then told him that he could take this burger back with him. Because I won't eat it after he touched it and threw it on my plate like that. - he didn't understand. In the end, my companions had to help me get the burger off my plate and take it back with me. Furthermore, this place is just dingy. The tables are cleared but not wiped down, even though there are leftover food on them and they are extremely sticky. Very unfortunate. But I will NEVER set foot in this store AGAIN!

Unfortunately the store wasn't clean. The tables were sticking. The burger was okay, but the fries weren't tasty at all. Apparently the fries were fried in old oil. It's a shame, unfortunately it's very slacked off.

This burger was by far the best I've had in a long time. My absolute favorite is the 3h’s Burger. The combination of meat, caramelized onions, bacon, BBQ sauce and the bread is over the top awesome. I congratulate the person who invented this creation from the bottom of my heart and wish everyone tries this burger.❤️❤️❤️ The fries are of the highest quality, delicious and crispy, especially together with the delicious Joppie sauce. The service was very quick. I can definitely recommend it to everyone.🫶🏼 You can park for free for 1 hour right next door at Fressnapf using the Parkster app👍🏼

I ordered a menu and the drink was missing. It’s not the first time this has occurred with these guys but the dude on the phone just shoved me off and blamed the Uber driver. Instead of offering replacement he preferred to get rid of me. Burger was mediocre nothing special. Fries were cold and seemed old.

The food is just perfect! Unfortunately, the drinks are still from companies that support war crimes in Palestine, which is a shame!

I drove all the way from Rösrath and had the pleasure of visiting 3H's Hamburger again and was absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere was small, but cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was simply amazing! The selection of hamburgers was impressive and I loved the freshness of the ingredients and the creativity in the flavor combinations. Every bite was a true taste experience! The portions were generous and the prices were excellent. On top of that, the presentation of the dishes was appealing and made the meal a real pleasure for all the senses. I highly recommend 3H's Hamburger and look forward to eating there again on my next visit!

There was too much cartilage in the meat. It used to be better. Zero stars.

I said several times that I didn't want to drink Pepsi or Coca-Cola. Alternatively, please include other varieties. was not done. I've now come back and it still hasn't been implemented, so I'm sorry. I definitely wouldn't come back to eat because I personally pay attention to it and don't support it. Such companies.

The employee with light brown hair shows zero motivation. Had a question about the menus and he looks at me like a car like it's a weird question. Then he served me completely charred fries, which of course I gave back. This never happened to me in the 3hs branch in Düsseldorf, where service is very important ;)

I can only advise against ordering. My review therefore only relates to ordering and not consumption on site. I ordered via UberEats. The time given was 35-55 minutes. Arrived in over an hour. But that was the least of the problems. The burger buns were very soggy, tasted more like they had been thawed and weren't crispy at all. Only the most expensive burger had a “typical” bun. Meat was okay, but the burgers were too sauce-heavy in places. But fries were too greasy. It wasn't anything special but it wasn't something you would want to buy again either. Unfortunately just not worth the price.

This place is a disgust..don't bother with it

We waited over an hour for our order of almost €39. The driver came with an incorrect order for €10. We didn't take the order and the driver said he would bring the correct order in 10 minutes. We called 3h’s Burger. At first we were told the order had been canceled, which is strange since the driver came and we could track the order on the app. The correct delivery didn't work because the store was supposedly already closed. So a very disappointing experience. It is too unreliable for us to order there again.

Ordered through Wolt. Super good food. They know how to make burgers. The fries were great too. I'll definitely order from there again! 🤤 They forgot my Mirinda on the cheeseburger menu but it's not too bad for me. Had soft drinks ready on site🫣

Pros: The fries are good and homemade. Burger bread was very soft and tasty. Neither pros nor cons: Long wait, not a typical fast food restaurant. Cons: Lots of hype in the comments, but nothing behind it. The cheeseburger was very sauce-heavy and you couldn't taste the cheddar. You couldn't really taste the meat. The employees seem extremely unhappy and you don't feel welcome. The shop is quite small and has seating for about 24 guests. The cheeseburger is not enough for a 77 KG man. My personal conclusion: I won't visit the store again. Price performance is too much for me. Few seats, shop space too small and restrictive.

Food was super delicious, everything was great, nice prayer corner Allahumma barik only thing I have to criticize is that they didn't stop the business with Coca Cola for the love and loyalty to our brothers and sisters in Filistin... there are so many alternatives Fritz Cola etc.

I was there with my family, although everything is very narrow and there are very few places to sit, I still found the atmosphere very nice. It's enough for a quick restauration. The food came quite quickly. We really enjoyed the food.

I have a problem with the restaurant. My problem is that I got there very early, even before I knew other burger places. This has set the bar very high. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best burger shop I know. This is really good juicy meat. Not that flat, flimsy thing like so many of them do. The bread is brutal. Just sitting in the restaurant you can smell the strong aroma of fresh bread. The toppings are simply amazing. I started coming here when they opened and I haven't found anything better since then. Delicious food, homemade fries. We ordered via Lieferando on Saturday evening and it turned into 2 hours from 1 hour. I totally understand when there's a lot going on, but then you can call and inform the customer... the delivery person sat in the car for a long time and we waited outside, all we got was: oh, we have so much to do, sorry. But then you hurry up and don’t sit in the car?… The burgers arrived almost cold, which is a shame because they taste good but there could have been more lettuce on them, unfortunately only a thin leaf.

Besuch ist schon etwas länger her… Aber Man kann nicht mit Karte zahlen, was ich echt blöd finde... Leider schien mir die Bedienung etwas halbherzig an der Sache zu sein. Es wird mit einem nur genuschelt, sodass man nichts versteht. Und der Kassenbon wird auch gerne mal in den Müll geworfen statt mitzugeben. Außerdem lag auf dem Herd in der Ecke irgendwas in Alufolie eingepackt… War also nicht sehr hygienisch…

Das Restaurant bietet eine exquisite Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen und die Atmosphäre ist einfach fantastisch – definitiv eine großartige kulinarische Erfahrung!

Die Burger schmecken hier phenomenal, sehr lecker und frisch. Ich komme hier gerne mit meiner Familie essen.

Ich weiss nicht, wie es vor Ort abläuft, aber Bestellungen funktionieren hier nicht. Bei einer Bestellung wurden die Pommes nicht geliefert, bei der nächsten wurde ohne Soßen geliefert und die Pommes waren schon kalt. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass die Soßen in 20 Min. nachgeliefert werden, jedoch wurde nichts geliefert. 55 Euro verschwendet. Nie wieder.

Sehr leckere Pommes ! Fleisch und Brötchen waren sehr lecker andere Zutaten waren auch sehr frisch einzige was ich bemängelt ist die Zusammenstellung des Chilli Cheeseburgers ansonsten von Service Preis Leistung und Qualität des Essens sehr gut

Empfehlenswert ist dieses Restaurant für jeden, der gutes Essen und erstklassigen Service schätzt. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann 3h's Burger und Chicken uneingeschränkt 5 von 5 Sternen geben.

Ich fahre bewusst nach Köln obwohl Neuss und Düsseldorfer Filiale näher zu mir sind. Die Jungs machen es einfach mit Liebe und benutzen nicht die Maschine für die pattys das macht sehr viel aus. Wieder mal super lecker gegessen hamdulillah 👌

Besser als jede amerikanische Fastfood kette

Die Burger gehören mich zur absoluten Top Five in Köln! Die Pommes könnten sogar die Nummer 1 sein, nur kenne ich mich auf dem Gebiet dann doch zu wenig aus. Hier geht man zum Burger Essen hin. Punkt. Ambiente findet man woanders und es könnte sein, dass anschließend auch eure Klamotten nicht mehr verbergen können, was ihr euch Gutes angetan habt. Der Geruch bleibt schon mal ein Weilchen. Wenn ihr euch für keine Variante entscheiden könnt, empfehle ich den Cheeseburger!

Das erste mal im 3h‘s war ich 2017. Da hatte es einen absoluten Super Standard. Das letzte mal im April 2022 in Köln. Der Burger war verhältnismäßig nicht mehr so gut wie 2017. Die Hähnchensticks, die neu im Sortiment sind, sind sehr sehr lecker! Es ist immer noch eine bessere Alternative als die großen Fastfood-Ketten, jedoch war ich vom letzten Besuch eher weniger zufrieden.

Chickenburger war ganz lecker, ansonsten durchschnittlicher Burgerladen.

Kleines und gemütliches Lokal, das Essen schmeckt lecker, ich habe den 3h's Burger als Empfehlung genommen und es war ne gute Idee. Das Fleisch ist auch helal, nur zu empfehlen

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir uns auf dem 20 minütigen Weg begeben und waren mehr als begeistert! Das Essen ist super frisch und das schmeckt man. Wer auf der Suche nach keinen 0815 Burgern ist, ist hier goldrichtig. Knackige Pommes, zartes Fleisch und würzige Saucen. Für Burger Fans ein Muss! Barakallahu feekum. Bei unserem nächsten Köln Trip kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

War schon Ewigkeiten nicht mehr dort und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Für mich sind 🍔Burger, die in solchen Läden verkauft werden, kein klassisches Fastfood, deshalb nehme ich gern eine gewisse Wartezeit in Kauf. Seit eh und je achte ich auf gute Qualität bei meinen Lebensmitteln und gebe dafür gern auch mal ein paar Euro mehr aus und erkenne definitiv schlechte oder billige Ware. Für mich hat hier alles gepasst und ich fands megalecker. 😋 Ich habe mich für ein Menü entschieden. Cheesburger, Pommes und Softtrink. Gefallen hat mir, dass die Getränke in Glasflaschen angeboten werden.👍 Insbesondere die riesige Portion Pommes🍟 hat mich begeistert. Frisch, knusprig, gut gewürzt und nicht überdermaßen fettig (gehört ja nun mal zu Pommes dazu🤭). Da es mir zu viel war nahm ich den Rest in einer Papierbox mit, stellte kein Problem da. Erwähnen möchte ich den Dip - mal was anderes! Feuchttücher gab es ebenfalls, denn es bleibt nun mal nicht aus, dass die Hände kleben. Gibt es nicht überall. Das Ambiente zeigt sich ein bisschen im Industrielook. Beabsichtigt oder die Deckenverkleidung vergessen? Egal, ich mochte es. Vor dem Laden gibt es ein paar Tische nebst Stühlen. Gemütlich sitzen ist aufgrund der Lage eher nicht, was auch nicht der Anspruch ist. Ich habe drinnen gegessen und NICHT nach Essen gerochen. Tische waren sauber. Ich vergebe gern ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ und werde gewiss wiederkommen.

War schon 3-4 mal hier und muss sagen, dass das Essen sehr gut und lecker ist. Die Preise sind ok. Ich persönlich achte generell ganz genau auf das Fleisch. Hier muss ich sagen, schmeckt das Fleisch besonders gut! Weiter so!

Top Veggie Burger mit leckeren Pommes und Soßen. Ambiente passt zum Imbiss könnte aber noch ein wenig liebevoller gestaltet sein. Das Pattie ist mit Gemüse und mal was anderes als die Beyond Patties. Passt auch perfekt in demas Bun.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Besuch bei 3H's Burger & Chicken in Köln. Der Burger war saftig und voller Geschmack, die Beilagen perfekt gewürzt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Restaurant empfehlen.

Hat gut geschmeckt. Wurde kurz vor Feierabend noch bedient, fand ich toll!

Das Essen war sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Leider wurde auf den Sitzplätzen draußen geraucht und der Rauch zog direkt rein in den Laden, da er natürlich recht klein ist und die Tür immer offen ist.
