The employees are mostly friendly and nice. There are also warm meals here. Only the gas pumps are quite narrow in my opinion.

Actually a very nice gas station. Everything was very clean and tidy. Large shop offer. Hot drinks, snacks, sandwiches and warm food. Two stars deducted because of the excessive prices for fuel as well as for the shop and bistro. This is probably due to the proximity to the highway.

For me, the Westfalen gas station in Cologne turned out to be one of the best gas stations in the region. Every time I stop here I am impressed by the cleanliness and well thought out organization. The staff are always friendly, courteous and always seem to be in a good mood, which makes the visit particularly pleasant. The shop is excellently stocked, with a large selection of fresh snacks, drinks and even small everyday items. I particularly like that the quality of the products on offer is always high and the prices remain fair despite the central location. Even at peak times, when the gas station is busy, you will be served quickly and the service remains friendly and professional. Another highlight is the car wash, which is always well maintained and leaves my car sparkling clean every time. It's obvious that attention is paid to detail here, making the entire visit a positive experience. I always enjoy coming here and can only warmly recommend the Westfalen petrol station in Cologne!

I'm not a driver, so I'm just rating the shop and the surrounding area. As part of a bike tour, it's perfect to treat yourself to a hoppy soft drink in the sales room. What's positive is the spacious outdoor seating area, which means you can usually get a seat, especially in the evenings.

Friendly staff. Here you can also use the toilet at no additional cost. The toilet was very clean. With a little more time, I would have liked to have breakfast there. The atmosphere was very inviting.

Horrible LNG refueling. Very often one of the 2 filling stations does not work. I have not been able to fill Adblue for 3 weeks in a row.

We are extremely disappointed with our visit. As women, we felt uncomfortable and harassed by other customers while the cashier joined the other customers instead of remaining neutral or protecting us. When we pointed out that this was unfair, we were simply thrown out, even though the men were wrong. We hope to take appropriate measures so that customers can feel safe regardless of gender.

I took my car to the car wash yesterday. The pre-cleaning, especially the rims, was inadequate. The Westfalen gas station employee who was called in confirmed that it was loose dirt that should have been removed with a thorough pre-cleaning. They kindly offered me a repair. Which I declined due to time constraints. 2 stars because the person in charge of the base was very friendly.

Neuer Besitzer.Altes Personal übernommen. Die Tankstelle wurde komplett modernisiert. Nettes Personal.

Tankstelle halt. Schön groß und alle nett. Aber was hier teilweise los ist mit den Ladesäulen Blockierern, was hier Abends da alles so an Autos die Säulen blockiert...das ist unglaublich.

Gute Preise, gute und leckere Zwischenverpflegung. Hilfsbereites Personal. Und zur Zeit werden wallboard/Ladestationen gebaut. Fertigstellung konnte man mir nicht sagen. Betreiber auch nicht. Ich liefere nach, sobald ich mehr erfahre. Und hier die versprochene Nachlieferung: Der erste Schnellladesäule läuft und zwei weitere warten auf den Anschluss. Mein Eindruck: Die Säule ist wirklich sehr schnell. Mein BMW I3 lädt bis 90 % in weniger als 30 Minuten: Anstecken, rüberlaufen zum Timberjack, Bestellen und bevor das Essen kommt ist das Tanken fertig. 50 Meterlauf, Abstecken Auto rüberholen. Dann kommt das Essen… Noch einfacher: In der SVG-Tanke gibt’s auch gute und preiswerte Verpflegung in gemütlicher Atmosphäre!!!

Sehr schöne Sitzecken. Allerdings stört es die Mitarbeiter wohl, wenn man dort Platz nimmt. Essen sieht lecker aus wird aber teilweise ohne Handschuhe oder gewaschenen Händen gemacht. Teils sehr unfreundliches "männliches" Personal.

Eine Tankstelle neben der Autobahn, schon den Preisvorteilen wegen ein Besuch wert. Allerdings ist die Zapfsäulenanordnung (zumindest die ich gesehen habe) nur für PKW erreichbar, mit einem Gespann kommt man nicht rein.

Halt eine typische Tankstelle mit großem Sortiment

Klassische Tankstelle und freundliche Bedienung,aber das An- und Abfahren ist etwas kompliziert, da man rückwärts wieder die Tanksäule verlassen muss und der Parkplatz von Burger King angrenzt.

Sehr gute Waschstraße kann man nur empfehlen. Hier besser mitten in der Woche Waschen . Am Wochenende recht voll.

Hier kann man auch gut Auto waschen, man kriegt viele Produkte wie im Supermarkt.

Zum Tanken ok um etwas Einzukaufen muss man etwas mehr bezahlen,trotzalken günstig getankt und Kassiererin sehr freundlich 😉

Musste aufgrund von Motorproblemen leider einen Liter (ich wiederhole einen (1)) Motoröl kaufen. Zack 31,50€ weg....... Sonst....Shop und Personal OK. Hatte ich schon erwähnt, dass ein Liter Öl 31,50 €kostet?

Seit dem letzten Pächterwechsel hat sie diese Tankstelle um 360 Grad verändert, leider ins Negative!! Muss man ganz klar sagen!! So wie ich es mitbekommen habe, die Mitarbeiter, die nicht Vollzeit in dieser Filiale arbeiten, leisten mehr als die Voll und Teilzeit Mitarbeiter! Was sehr traurig ist! Dass man sowas als Stammkunde mitbekommt, ist sehr bedauerlich, diese Tankstelle werde ich nie wieder betreten!
