Oft ist die Tankstelle im Vergleich und Lage noch ganz okay von den Preisen her

Vereinzelte Mitarbeiter sind leider sehr unfreundlich. Mitunter treiben sich hier sehr fragwürdige Gestalten rum. Kein Ort, an dem man sich gerne aufhält.

Sehr freundliches Personal, helle und große Verkaufsfläche, mit netter Sitzecke zum Verweilen. Innen und außen sehr sauber.

Schade. Ich kam freundlich hinein, habe gegrüßt und einen respektvollen Umgang erwartet. Der Mitarbeiter wirkte jedoch sehr unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Freundlichkeit kostet nichts und gehört für mich zum Kundenservice dazu. Da ich selbst im Verkauf arbeite, weiß ich, wie wichtig ein höflicher Umgang mit allen Kunden ist. Leider war das hier nicht der Fall.

Tolle Tankstelle mit tollen Mitarbeitenden. Alles modern, sauber und mit m. E. angemessenen Preisen auch für Speisen und Getränke. Ich komme gern wieder.

Wir wohnen bei der Westfalentankstelle "öm de Eck´ eröm" , und wir mögen sie sehr ! - Es fühlt sich fast an wie ein großer moderner Nachfolger eines " Tante-Emma-Ladens" , mit unschlagbaren Öffnungszeiten, wo wir außerdem noch tanken können.... - und mit echt immer ungestresst-supersympathischen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. - Wäre es nicht ein bisschen weird, würde ich sagen, dass es mein Lieblingsladen ist ....liebe Grüße und vor allem : weiter so : ) ! Sehr gut ausgebaute Tankstelle. Personal ist freundlich mit ruhiger Sitzecke drinnen und drausen. Perfekt um rast oder Pausen zu machen. Für eine längere Fahrt idealer ort um letzte Vorbereitung zu treffen.

Nun lassen wir mal die Kirchendorf. Die Spritpreise haben ja nichts mit dem Service der Tankstelle zu tun. Das Ambiente ist super, dass Personal immer gut gelaunt und die Produktvielfalt ist beispiellos loss. Sogar eZigaretten kann man dort in großer Vielfalt kaufen.

Leider gibts den HVO100 Kraftstoff hier nur für LKW. Schade! Der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse konnte mir auch nicht sagen, wo ich den mit meinem PKW tanken kann (mein Tipp: bei Westfalen in Bonn). Ansonsten normale Tankstelle

Ich arbeite im Außendienst und gehe sehr oft tanken. Es gibt keine Tankstelle die mit so positiv auffällt wie die Westfalen in Bocklemünd. So ein durchweg gut gelauntes und freundliches Personal ist für mich und den Betreiber ein Segen. Alles sieht sauber aus. Man wird als Kunde gesehen und beachtet oder es wird Hilfe angeboten. Das ist ein Spitzeneindruck und Spitzenservice. So etwas ist leider extrem selten geworden. Fantastisch, bitte weiter so....ich bin begeistert.

Komische Säulenanordnung aber ansonsten gut!

Wie in ganz Deutschland gibt es auch hier nicht genügend Parkplätze für Lkw.

Unfreundlicher geht wohl nicht, wollte nach dem tanken einen Kaffee bestellen, wurde am Kaffeestand stehen gelassen um danach harsch aufgefordert zu werden mich erneut an der Tankkasse anzustellen (hinter 8-9 Menschen). Wohlgemerkt am Kaffeestand war kein Schild das man am Tankschalter zahlen soll und vor allem kann man das dann in einem freundlichen Ton mitteilen!

Im Internet wurde mit HVO100 geworben und als ich vor Ort gab es das nicht.

Sehr arrogante Mitarbeiter, besser wo anders Tanken und einkaufen, die Tankstelle hat es anscheinend nicht nötig.

I had an emergency call there today because I desperately needed windshield washer fluid and had to stop on my way to the animal hospital. The cashier couldn't do math!! The water cost €23 and a few cents, and I paid €40! At first, I only got a few cents back, and then after I complained, I got another €5! €10 is still missing!!! A rip-off!! Never again!! Yes, I know I should have been more careful, but when you have to take a sick animal to the animal hospital, things like that tend to get overlooked!!

Friendly service at the checkout. However, the pumps are only partially suitable for long vehicles (Sprinter etc.) or vehicles with trailers, as they are too closely spaced and too close to the building.

Extremely unfriendly service. I politely asked if they also had plants available as gifts, in addition to the bouquets of flowers. The rude reply was simply, "Are we a garden center?" Such disrespectful treatment of customers is completely unacceptable. If you can't be bothered to answer simple questions, you shouldn't be working in customer service. I will definitely avoid this gas station.

It's inexpensive because it's a self-service gas station. The shop is well-stocked. One thing that takes some getting used to: you have to back away from the pumps.

The car wash is amazing. The program normally €16.50 is available on Tuesdays for €13.50. Best car wash within a 100 km radius. I even got windshield washer concentrate as a Christmas present.

I only had one tea there, but the people selling/serving were remarkably friendly! - you immediately feel twice as comfortable!

According to Tankapp and Google, this gas station offers climate-friendly diesel (HVO100), which is not entirely correct: trucks and buses can refuel with it, but apparently only cars up to model year 2014 are compatible, so newer models are not suitable for the Russell gas station.

Large gas station...started there on the way home from Cologne...prices were OK....

Here, the staff are familiar with the EV charging station and issue a standard fuel receipt! No need to download an app, no waiting weeks for receipts from the provider for billing purposes.

Often good prices and a nice shop with a cozy restaurant. All in all, it's modern. The entrance and exit are a bit tricky. It's also often very busy.

THE gas station in the greater Cologne area! Very reasonable prices on fuel, beverages, sweets, merchandise, coffee, and more – all types of fuel are available. Very friendly staff! On the way home, this gas station is always my stop for a break and a fill-up!

I find the parking spaces for refueling rather unusual and tight. Prices were okay, but otherwise I would avoid this gas station because of the very tight spaces.

I'd like to add my positive experience: an incredibly wide selection of snacks and hot drinks, no matter what time of day; extremely friendly, attentive staff; and the price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable for a gas station 👍!!! If you order a large coffee ☕, then the coffee is actually large and not just in a big mug 😉👍‼️ The opening hours are unbeatable, and the selection is up-to-date 👍‼️

I was very pleased with my visit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; they really took the time to help me think things through and answer questions. This immediately created a pleasant impression and made for a pleasant shopping experience. I was also pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-organized the store is. There's truly everything here – from everyday necessities to specific products you can't find just anywhere. Everything is clearly presented, which makes shopping very easy. Compared to the nearby McDonald's, this location is a real breath of fresh air. While the fast-food chain can often be crowded and cluttered, this store exudes calm and order. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality, good service, and a wide selection under one roof.

The exterior cleaning was not very successful. The vehicle was washed gently, but that didn't bother the dirt. Especially stubborn dirt wasn't removed, the pillars remained dirty, and even the surfaces weren't completely clean. Lotus wash isn't exactly a sign of quality. When you subsequently complain, you're told that you should wash the vehicle more often. The second pass, which was reluctantly granted, still didn't completely remove the dirt. This is not how I imagine car cleaning in a car wash should be.

Not always the cheapest fuel, but otherwise very good service with package acceptance, lottery acceptance and watching football games live, although no alcohol is allowed, but everything else.

Super gas station. There is an Ablu pump for cars. Car wash, vacuum cleaner, car mat cleaner. Delicious snack, coffee and mini store.

Feel free to fill up your tank here and then eat a bockwurst with ketchup and mustard. It's always nice and hot and crunchy... I'd love to come back...

What crap. Please do not write 11.59 p.m. in your opening times for the Hermes parcel shop and then you can only pick up your parcel until 10 p.m.! Absolutely not recommended.

The employees are mostly friendly and nice. There are also warm meals here. Only the gas pumps are quite narrow in my opinion.

Actually a very nice gas station. Everything was very clean and tidy. Large shop offer. Hot drinks, snacks, sandwiches and warm food. Two stars deducted because of the excessive prices for fuel as well as for the shop and bistro. This is probably due to the proximity to the highway.

Close to the highway exit. Charger for electricians. Fuel price Approx. Right next to it is Burger King and McDonald's and a great steakhouse. I recommend making a post here
