Good connection to the motorway

I had an emergency call there today because I desperately needed windshield washer fluid and had to stop on my way to the animal hospital. The cashier couldn't do math!! The water cost €23 and a few cents, and I paid €40! At first, I only got a few cents back, and then after I complained, I got another €5! €10 is still missing!!! A rip-off!! Never again!! Yes, I know I should have been more careful, but when you have to take a sick animal to the animal hospital, things like that tend to get overlooked!!

Friendly service at the checkout. However, the pumps are only partially suitable for long vehicles (Sprinter etc.) or vehicles with trailers, as they are too closely spaced and too close to the building.

Extremely unfriendly service. I politely asked if they also had plants available as gifts, in addition to the bouquets of flowers. The rude reply was simply, "Are we a garden center?" Such disrespectful treatment of customers is completely unacceptable. If you can't be bothered to answer simple questions, you shouldn't be working in customer service. I will definitely avoid this gas station.

It's inexpensive because it's a self-service gas station. The shop is well-stocked. One thing that takes some getting used to: you have to back away from the pumps.

The car wash is amazing. The program normally €16.50 is available on Tuesdays for €13.50. Best car wash within a 100 km radius. I even got windshield washer concentrate as a Christmas present.

I only had one tea there, but the people selling/serving were remarkably friendly! - you immediately feel twice as comfortable!

According to Tankapp and Google, this gas station offers climate-friendly diesel (HVO100), which is not entirely correct: trucks and buses can refuel with it, but apparently only cars up to model year 2014 are compatible, so newer models are not suitable for the Russell gas station.

Here, the staff are familiar with the EV charging station and issue a standard fuel receipt! No need to download an app, no waiting weeks for receipts from the provider for billing purposes.

I'd like to add my positive experience: an incredibly wide selection of snacks and hot drinks, no matter what time of day; extremely friendly, attentive staff; and the price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable for a gas station 👍!!! If you order a large coffee ☕, then the coffee is actually large and not just in a big mug 😉👍‼️ The opening hours are unbeatable, and the selection is up-to-date 👍‼️

I was very pleased with my visit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; they really took the time to help me think things through and answer questions. This immediately created a pleasant impression and made for a pleasant shopping experience. I was also pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-organized the store is. There's truly everything here – from everyday necessities to specific products you can't find just anywhere. Everything is clearly presented, which makes shopping very easy. Compared to the nearby McDonald's, this location is a real breath of fresh air. While the fast-food chain can often be crowded and cluttered, this store exudes calm and order. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality, good service, and a wide selection under one roof.

The exterior cleaning was not very successful. The vehicle was washed gently, but that didn't bother the dirt. Especially stubborn dirt wasn't removed, the pillars remained dirty, and even the surfaces weren't completely clean. Lotus wash isn't exactly a sign of quality. When you subsequently complain, you're told that you should wash the vehicle more often. The second pass, which was reluctantly granted, still didn't completely remove the dirt. This is not how I imagine car cleaning in a car wash should be.

The employees are mostly friendly and nice. There are also warm meals here. Only the gas pumps are quite narrow in my opinion.

Actually a very nice gas station. Everything was very clean and tidy. Large shop offer. Hot drinks, snacks, sandwiches and warm food. Two stars deducted because of the excessive prices for fuel as well as for the shop and bistro. This is probably due to the proximity to the highway.

Close to the highway exit. Charger for electricians. Fuel price Approx. Right next to it is Burger King and McDonald's and a great steakhouse. I recommend making a post here

You can't say anything negative. Large gas station, also with AdBlue and LPG pumps. Bistro and indoor toilet. Large “kiosk” offering and, in my opinion, good car wash. Always actions. There are always enough employees on site, you never have to wait long.

For me, the Westfalen gas station in Cologne turned out to be one of the best gas stations in the region. Every time I stop here I am impressed by the cleanliness and well thought out organization. The staff are always friendly, courteous and always seem to be in a good mood, which makes the visit particularly pleasant. The shop is excellently stocked, with a large selection of fresh snacks, drinks and even small everyday items. I particularly like that the quality of the products on offer is always high and the prices remain fair despite the central location. Even at peak times, when the gas station is busy, you will be served quickly and the service remains friendly and professional. Another highlight is the car wash, which is always well maintained and leaves my car sparkling clean every time. It's obvious that attention is paid to detail here, making the entire visit a positive experience. I always enjoy coming here and can only warmly recommend the Westfalen petrol station in Cologne!

I'm not a driver, so I'm just rating the shop and the surrounding area. As part of a bike tour, it's perfect to treat yourself to a hoppy soft drink in the sales room. What's positive is the spacious outdoor seating area, which means you can usually get a seat, especially in the evenings.

Friendly staff. Here you can also use the toilet at no additional cost. The toilet was very clean. With a little more time, I would have liked to have breakfast there. The atmosphere was very inviting.
