Clean, delicious, and fast Best Burger King I've ever been to.

Waited 20 minutes for the order. Unacceptable. The burgers were prepared with way too much sauce. They weren't tasty.

Unfortunately, the store manager didn't bother to help me at the checkout or help me with the coupons. He couldn't either, and the boy at the cash register wasn't willing to work either. I had to go to another one with my daughter without eating. In my opinion, the store should be closed if they don't want to work.

Definitely better than its competitor on the same street.

The food tastes good and is prepared in a way that is visible to the customer and very clean.

We went to the drive-thru. The moment we heard the intercom, we were more than impressed by the gentleman. So friendly and polite. We were so pleasantly surprised by his friendliness. The food was really good; it was still hot when we got home, and everything tasted fresh. From now on, we'll only go there, even though we live in Königsdorf (Frechen).

A classic Burger King. Since it was a bit crowded, it was quite uncomfortable and took a very long time.

After entering the store, you have to be careful not to slip because the floor is extremely sticky and slippery. There's no soap, sanitizer, or hand-drying wipes or air in the restrooms. The waitress is overwhelmed and asks the customer again what they ordered, even though the order slip is on the tray in front of them. Overall, one of the worst Burger King locations I've ever seen. Today I remembered why I rarely go to Burger King and the like.

Well, you don't expect culinary highlights at Burger King. So, another point goes to the food. The toilet and cleaning are deducted. I'm not quite sure what's stickier, the toilet doorknob or the floor. Soap on the sink would have been nice, too.

If you knowingly sell hot "cold" drinks, you should at least be able to refund the money collected in the event of a legitimate complaint. But a shift manager who simply announces, with his shirt wide open, that he can't do that, shouldn't be surprised if the place is empty.

There's not enough space for a rest stop. In the evening, you can't even stop for a short time in the car park because the trucks block everything.

The wait times here are endless, even for small orders and when it's quiet. In terms of customers, it feels like Berlin's Gropiusstadt, and they understand German even though only a few...

The food itself initially tasted perfectly fine, but now several of us have stomach aches and nausea. The staff was very unfriendly and quite incompetent. Items were missing from our order, or the wrong ingredients were on it. When we questioned them, they simply provocatively asked us to return the sauces we hadn't ordered so we could get the ones we had ordered. While I understand this, the tone was very spiteful. We later learned that the same thing happened to other guests. Of course, you don't expect much from fast food restaurants, but a little friendliness would have been nice.

We wanted to eat at Burger King again, so off we went to the nearest one. Ordering via screen is good, we're familiar with it from the big M, I like that too, I don't like talking to people :). The menu navigation is intuitive and well-structured. Contactless and card payments are no problem, I don't know how to use cash, I haven't used it for a long time. The order number then appears on a screen, and the wait begins. I'm a hygienic person and like to wash my hands before eating. Unfortunately, the restrooms were completely closed; I would have liked a sign at the entrance. Otherwise, I would have left. Disinfectant is not hand washing! While we were waiting for the food, an older man stood in front of the waitress, who, in my opinion, was overwhelmed. He saw two orders on the screen and wanted to order a burger and fries. The answer: "You have to order on the screen!" The man: "I can't do that; I'm too old." He waited for a response from the employee, who just shrugged and went back to her screen, intently concentrating on processing our order. The man left the store hungry. Customer service looks different, and I think everyone understands helping a customer who isn't familiar with the new technology. If necessary, more staff or, better yet, training would help. In the meantime, if you wait 10 minutes, the food is ready. I can definitely live with that time. Cold fries, wrong size, wrong sauce, and forgot the sauce. The burger was okay, but in the end, it wasn't my cup of tea, but the staff couldn't help that. My wife was fine so far. I think we'll save ourselves the drive in the future.

I'm willing to travel a bit further, as I've never been disappointed here. I always get what I order, and the burgers are served with plenty of sauce. Unfortunately, that's not the case at the burger joint in Ehrenfeld. If you're lucky enough to get the right order there, you can usually only guess at the sauce on the burgers. Therefore, I give this burger joint 5 stars. Here, I get what I expect from a restaurant of this type.

It should always be like this, but you usually have a different experience with wait times of 20 minutes. I'll be back next time. Update: Second visit: Everything was great again! They really are fast food. A €40 order was ready in 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, the quality of the nuggets was completely inadequate: They were cold, hard, and clearly not fresh. To ensure that this wasn't a one-off, we tried two – both in the same inedible state. We then complained. Unfortunately, the response from your staff was also unsatisfactory: Although we received a new portion, it was precisely counted, without any kind of consideration. Furthermore, it was indirectly suggested that we had only faked the complaint in order to receive more food. This insinuation is not only rude, but also inappropriate and disappointing. We expect not only impeccable food from a company like Burger King, but also respectful treatment of paying customers. I request a statement and appropriate compensation for this experience. Otherwise, I will seriously reconsider my trust in your brand and products.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Burger King Filiale von der Franchiseunternehmerin Große-Allermann GmbH. Ich war auch schon beim "Tag der offenen Küche" vor einigen Jahren wo sich Frau Große-Allermann persönlich Zeit genommen hat und alles zur Filiale und der Zubereitung der Produkte erklärt hat. Es wird in der Filiale auf noch so ungewöhnliche Wünsche eingegangen. Die Speisen sind frisch und auch Appetitlicha angerichtet.

The Burger King Bocklemünd is the best I know in the Cologne/Düsseldorf area - here the burgers are prepared the way they should be and the employees are also the fastest. At other branches the preparation isn't quite right, the roll isn't quite fresh, there's something missing or there's too much mayo and the waiting times are longer. The Burger King Bocklemünd could be the chain's training branch in the Cologne area.

Order delivery took a relatively long time. Then received 1 wrong menu, which was not ordered. When the 🍔 was replaced, the cheese was missing and the bacon that was specially ordered. There were maybe 10-12 guests. That should be manageable. Sorry but really experienced it.

Well, it's my own fault. I always check whether what I ordered and, above all, paid for is actually in the bags. Just not today. As a thank you, for a total amount of 38 euros, 2x onion rings and 1 Chlli cheeseburger were missing. Of course, this was only discovered at home (12 km away). I don't want to reveal what was going on inside me here. The store wasn't particularly busy, so stress couldn't be the cause of this complete failure. At least I don't think it was intentional.

We paid for a 3 person meal and only got a 2 person meal.. I’m trying to get compensation for the missing part of the order, can’t find any solutions for this either.. totally just stole some money from us! NOT HAPPY!!!

I got the impression that they are very uninterested in serving customers and that they dismiss every question or call for help. In particular, older customers who are unable to order at the terminal are not helped. I then had to call the boss, who, however, behaved very correctly and helpfully. The checkout staff was also so uninterested that I had to help three customers in the 10 minutes I was there. The young black lady at the checkout gave me an angry look when I asked her why she wasn't helping even though the drive-thru was closed and there were enough employees present. I went to this Burger King branch for lunch with my wife and son. A very nice gentleman with glasses (I guess the shift leader) explained the electronic order board to us very well. The food came quickly and everything was fresh, warm and very tasty. Everything was clean in the restaurant and the toilets were also cleaned well. We would love to come back here. 👍

It was a really great idea from the branch manager to have a person take the orders who speaks or understands almost no German. After a few minutes I stopped trying to order, and then I was allowed to complain to the branch manager because the unsuccessful attempt to purchase food was apparently due to my incorrect ordering method and not to his employee's lack of German language skills.

Unfortunately not tolerated by the staff. After my burger was cooked incorrectly twice and I complained twice, I was really yelled at. I had ordered incorrectly, but this was clearly refuted with the help of the receipt. Not a word of apology, instead continued impossible behavior. The third attempt was correct in terms of composition, but the bacon was completely flabby.
