Burger King Bocklemünd/Mengenich in Köln

Hier bekommt man gute Burgerking Burger von Netten Personal nur was leider nicht machen darf als Kunde ist in die Küche reinschauen dort arbeiten die Leute Ohne Handschuhe und man kann immer wieder zu sehen wie Personal erst das Geld anfasst und dann in der Küche arbeitet ohne sich die Hände zu waschen daran bitte noch arbeiten. Sonst sehr nett.

Hier hat der Name Fast Food seinen Namen nicht verdient. Es hat sehr lange gedauert, bis wir unser Essen hatten. Bei anderen Gästen fehlte zwei Mal etwas bei der Bestellung, aber statt einer kleinen Entschuldigung kam.... nichts!!! Schade, hätte man besser lösen können. Essen war i. O., aber qualitativ nicht so, wie man es sonst von Burger King kennt. Das Restaurant war nicht sehr sauber.

Nach dem Umbau wesentlich ansprechender von der Inneneinrichtung... Das Essen war gut... Da gibt es nix zu meckern....😃 Es bleibt dabei guter Service

Ewige Wartezeiten. Hat mit einem Schnellrestaurant nichts mehr zu tun. Mitarbeiter sind so krass überfordert. Was macht eigentlich der Manager dieser Filiale beruflich? Lächerlich

Wir haben über Wolt bei dieser KFC-Filiale bestellt. Wie es bei Fast-Food-Restaurants leider oft der Fall ist, wurde die Bestellung wieder einmal falsch zusammengestellt – es hat ein Artikel gefehlt. (Komischerweise fehlt nie etwas zu unseren Gunsten – ist euch das auch schon aufgefallen? 😁) Diesmal haben sie es sogar geschafft, ausgerechnet den teuersten Artikel zu vergessen: ein Eis für 8 Euro, das auf der Rechnung sogar als eigener Posten aufgeführt ist, getrennt von den übrigen Menüs. Für die Bestellung haben wir insgesamt 36 Euro bezahlt. Einfach katastrophal. Selbst 1 Stern ist für euch eigentlich noch zu viel.

Über 30 Minuten Wartezeit bei einer Standardbestellung ist frech und als Gipfel waren die Bestellungen dann auch noch falsch

Wir habwn direkt drauf hin gewieswn... 0,4 Milchshake beTellt, 0,3 liter waren es. Haben dies bei beiden bemängelt. Komentar vom Mitarbeiter, das kommt so aus der Maschine. Kundenverasche pur.

Total blöde das ich 1 Stunde grad auf mein Essen warten musste. Dadurch weil die ganzen Klein Bestellung die nach gekommen sind bevorzugt wurden leider kann ich das nicht verstehen weil es der erste Bürgerking ist der die Kunden so stark vernachlässigt Ich habe das Personal recht Freundlich darauf hingewiesen das ich gerne wissen möchte wieso mein Essen so lange andauert darauf hin wurde ich gekonnt ignoriert irgendwann wurde wir aufgerufen mit der Aussage es sei die ganze Zeit fertig wir haben es vergessen… schade ich weiß beim nächsten mal Bescheid das ich liebe zu dem McDonald neben an gehe

Service war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Männer WC sind in einen nicht sehr sauberen Zustand. Tische schmutzig, die Tablettwagen voll, schade für den Rest.

Wie sieht es bei Euch mit dem Menschen als Kunden aus? Seit wann gibt es bei Euch keine Kassensysteme zum bestellen, wieso kann ich nicht von Mensch zu Mensch bestellen? Ob das im Sinne des Betreibers ist?

Mir hat besonders gut gefallen, dass es eine türkische Sprachoption auf der Speisekarte gab.

Leider lief die Musik sehr schlecht und hat alle zwei Sekunden wieder angehalten und gestartet was sehr gestört hat. Nachdem ein Kunde darauf hingewiesen hat haben sich die Mitarbeiter lauthals darüber lustig gemacht und gesagt, dass er doch dann zu MCs gehen soll wenn es Ihn stört.

Musik war sehr laut. Mitarbeiter schienen sehr genervt und hatten kein Bock auf ihren Job. Tische waren dreckig.. Ignoriert wurde man auch am Thresen, sodass man an dem Automaten bestellten musste.

Burger nicht mehr warm, Pommes labrig. Schade kenne es anders...

Ich habe gerade hier bestellt, und da ist ein Mädchen in der Küche mit ihren (wirklich langen) Haaren, die zurückgebunden sind. Ein anderer Koch hingegen trägt trotz seiner viel kürzeren Haare eine ordentliche Schutzhaube. Außerdem trägt sie nur ein T-Shirt mit Firmenlogo, während der Koch eine richtige Kochuniform trägt… Ich kenne seinen Namen nicht, aber es wirkt nicht sehr hygienisch.

Der jenige der uns bedient hatte war super nett.

Der Besuch bei Burger King war ganz okay. Die Bestellung ging sehr schnell. Wobei ich und ein anderen die einzigen Gäste waren. Wie es ist, wenn es voll ist kann ich nicht sagen. Das Essen ist typisch Burger King. Das Servicepersonal hat mir auch einen Tipp mit dem Dip für die Onion Rings gegeben. Das fand ich sehr nett.

Unser Tisch war verschmiert mit Ketchup und Essensresten.Nebentische waren nicht abgeräumt und auch verschmutzt. In mehreren Ecken lagen Verpackungen auf dem Boden. Das Essen war dagegen sehr gut.

Für mich der beste burger King fahre extra 12 Kilometer dahin! Immer heiss und saftig alles

Ich möchte den Laden eigentlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer super freundlich und alles hat gepasst. Eben musste ich aber feststellen, dass eine Plastik-Banderole in meinem Burger drin war… Ich komme nicht mehr wieder.

Sogar Bestellung mit extra sind kalt und allein vom Personal diese Lustlosigkeit ist nicht auszuhalten

06.02.2026 21:00 Uhr King des Monats bestellt als Double Beef mit Gitterkartoffeln und Sour Cream bestellt in Large für 8,49€. Überraschung Zuhause beim auspacken, Burger nur Single Beef und die Sour Cream fehlte. Aufpreis von Single auf Double 2€ umsonst bezahlt. Filiale war um 21 Uhr mässig besucht, daher sollte das Personal nicht unter Stress gestanden haben, was zu diesem Fehler hätte führen können. Geschmacklich war alles zufriedenstellend.

Heute Überarbeitung: laut Öffnungszeiten sollte der Laden um 11 Uhr aufmachen. Fehlanzeige. Kein adrive in und auch im Laden niemand zu sehen. Leute ändert bitte die Zeiten auf die Realität!!! Die Qualität der Burger schwangt. Bestellt man hier an verschiedenen Tagen den gleichen Burger, kann es (insbesondere) bei der Sauce zu größeren Mengenabweichungen in die eine oder andere Richtung kommen. Manchmal hat man das Gefühl es wäre zu wenig Personal da. Aber satt geworden bin ich immer :-)

Mitarbeiter waren nett aber das essen war so trocken und alt.. konnten es nicht fertig essen weils schlecht war.. leider nie wieder.

Bin super gut mit den Mitarbeitern von Burger King. Top Menschen. Echt super . Aus Dankbarkeit habe ich am 1 Weihnachten Tag sogar gratis im Nikolaus Mantel mich sehen gelassen. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort an der Front sind absolute Spitzenreiter.. das Problem von Burger King liegt in der Verwaltung in den Büros der Chefs . Wir sind heute dort hingekommen um im WLAN netzt unseren neuen Laptop zu testen. Das WLAN ist immer noch kaputt sagten die Mitarbeiter mir. Seit Wochen seit Monaten. Und eben die Chefs senden keinen Mechaniker. In einem kaputten WLAN gehen aber meine Kreditkarten Daten durchbu.a. absolute negativ Tag . Auch steht auf der Quittung. Firma j.u.s.t.u.s GmbH im Auftrag für Bürger King . Schade .wir gingen dann eine Türe weiter zu mc.donalds. MC Donalds hat die WLAN Veranstaltung an Telekom AG abgegeben. Warum macht Burger King nicht einen Vertrag zb mit o2 Telefonica ,?

I was at the Pulheim branch today at approximately 4:30 PM. The service was a disaster. I wanted to place my order at the register because I am severely visually impaired. The order wasn't accepted, and I was directed to the terminal, which I can't use due to my visual impairment. I informed the staff of this. The staff then told me that this was my problem and that the appointment was still available. When I asked for the branch manager, I was ignored; the responsible employee was nowhere to be found. The other employees acted as if I didn't exist. I asked several times who could help me! There was absolutely no response. This branch is absolutely not recommended. As a long-time Burger King customer, I am deeply disappointed and saddened. Never again.

Fast food? With a 30-minute wait! That reflects a lack of efficiency. Taking out is faster!? The toilet and floor are okay. 😉 The food is as usual at Burger King. Taste is okay, but the temperature is lukewarm. 🙃 The display board is even slower. 😅

These bad reviews are fake! We were out and about and just happened to walk in. The place was clean (even the accessible restroom was clean). The service was very friendly and overall excellent. Greetings from Hesse!

Waited 20 minutes for the order. Unacceptable. The burgers were prepared with way too much sauce. They weren't tasty.

Unfortunately, the store manager didn't bother to help me at the checkout or help me with the coupons. He couldn't either, and the boy at the cash register wasn't willing to work either. I had to go to another one with my daughter without eating. In my opinion, the store should be closed if they don't want to work.

We went to the drive-thru. The moment we heard the intercom, we were more than impressed by the gentleman. So friendly and polite. We were so pleasantly surprised by his friendliness. The food was really good; it was still hot when we got home, and everything tasted fresh. From now on, we'll only go there, even though we live in Königsdorf (Frechen).

A classic Burger King. Since it was a bit crowded, it was quite uncomfortable and took a very long time.

After entering the store, you have to be careful not to slip because the floor is extremely sticky and slippery. There's no soap, sanitizer, or hand-drying wipes or air in the restrooms. The waitress is overwhelmed and asks the customer again what they ordered, even though the order slip is on the tray in front of them. Overall, one of the worst Burger King locations I've ever seen. Today I remembered why I rarely go to Burger King and the like.

If you knowingly sell hot "cold" drinks, you should at least be able to refund the money collected in the event of a legitimate complaint. But a shift manager who simply announces, with his shirt wide open, that he can't do that, shouldn't be surprised if the place is empty.

Well, you don't expect culinary highlights at Burger King. So, another point goes to the food. The toilet and cleaning are deducted. I'm not quite sure what's stickier, the toilet doorknob or the floor. Soap on the sink would have been nice, too.

There's not enough space for a rest stop. In the evening, you can't even stop for a short time in the car park because the trucks block everything.

The wait times here are endless, even for small orders and when it's quiet. In terms of customers, it feels like Berlin's Gropiusstadt, and they understand German even though only a few...

Clean, fresh burgers, well-made in terms of taste.

The food itself initially tasted perfectly fine, but now several of us have stomach aches and nausea. The staff was very unfriendly and quite incompetent. Items were missing from our order, or the wrong ingredients were on it. When we questioned them, they simply provocatively asked us to return the sauces we hadn't ordered so we could get the ones we had ordered. While I understand this, the tone was very spiteful. We later learned that the same thing happened to other guests. Of course, you don't expect much from fast food restaurants, but a little friendliness would have been nice.

We wanted to eat at Burger King again, so off we went to the nearest one. Ordering via screen is good, we're familiar with it from the big M, I like that too, I don't like talking to people :). The menu navigation is intuitive and well-structured. Contactless and card payments are no problem, I don't know how to use cash, I haven't used it for a long time. The order number then appears on a screen, and the wait begins. I'm a hygienic person and like to wash my hands before eating. Unfortunately, the restrooms were completely closed; I would have liked a sign at the entrance. Otherwise, I would have left. Disinfectant is not hand washing! While we were waiting for the food, an older man stood in front of the waitress, who, in my opinion, was overwhelmed. He saw two orders on the screen and wanted to order a burger and fries. The answer: "You have to order on the screen!" The man: "I can't do that; I'm too old." He waited for a response from the employee, who just shrugged and went back to her screen, intently concentrating on processing our order. The man left the store hungry. Customer service looks different, and I think everyone understands helping a customer who isn't familiar with the new technology. If necessary, more staff or, better yet, training would help. In the meantime, if you wait 10 minutes, the food is ready. I can definitely live with that time. Cold fries, wrong size, wrong sauce, and forgot the sauce. The burger was okay, but in the end, it wasn't my cup of tea, but the staff couldn't help that. My wife was fine so far. I think we'll save ourselves the drive in the future.

I'm willing to travel a bit further, as I've never been disappointed here. I always get what I order, and the burgers are served with plenty of sauce. Unfortunately, that's not the case at the burger joint in Ehrenfeld. If you're lucky enough to get the right order there, you can usually only guess at the sauce on the burgers. Therefore, I give this burger joint 5 stars. Here, I get what I expect from a restaurant of this type.

I ordered a burger, a chili cheeseburger, but unfortunately without cheese. This wasn't an isolated incident; it's happened quite often. It's a real shame.

This was the first time I've gotten a large vegetarian order really quickly. 4 burgers with extras, 4 fries, 4 snacks, and a drink. Everything was perfect. Nothing was missing. It should always be like this, but you usually have a different experience with wait times of 20 minutes. I'll be back next time. Update: Second visit: Everything was great again! They really are fast food. A €40 order was ready in 10 minutes.

A Burger King like any other. The vendors are always friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the dining area leaves something to be desired. The restrooms should be cleaned more often.

Dear Burger King Team, On May 19, I ordered a portion of chili cheese nuggets from your branch. Unfortunately, the quality of the nuggets was completely inadequate: They were cold, hard, and clearly not fresh. To ensure that this wasn't a one-off, we tried two – both in the same inedible state. We then complained. Unfortunately, the response from your staff was also unsatisfactory: Although we received a new portion, it was precisely counted, without any kind of consideration. Furthermore, it was indirectly suggested that we had only faked the complaint in order to receive more food. This insinuation is not only rude, but also inappropriate and disappointing. We expect not only impeccable food from a company like Burger King, but also respectful treatment of paying customers. I request a statement and appropriate compensation for this experience. Otherwise, I will seriously reconsider my trust in your brand and products.

Completely overwhelmed, the toilet doesn't work, and the soap is gone. The store doesn't look good at all. The health department should come by.

I went there for dinner shortly after the restaurant opened on Tuesday. The restaurant was very clean, and the burger menu was freshly prepared. The staff were very friendly.

The wait was a bit long, and the restaurant wasn't particularly clean. The tables were sticky, and the floor in the restaurant wasn't particularly clean either. But unfortunately, that's nothing new these days, so it's not something specific to Bürger King Bocklemünd.

I will re-enter it over and over again when it gets deleted. I won't eat at Burger King anymore. The reason is 2 graces who stand behind the counter. I'm standing alone in the lobby and wanted to order a burger at the checkout and not from the stupid machine. I think the dehumanization is very bad now. I'm not taking part in it. I want to order from a person at the counter. If you think you're the king at Burger King and then have to stand around with several people and argue, then do it without me in the future. App uninstalled. Bought vegetables from farmers. The Mystery Cauliflower and the Action Kale. Totally great and healthy! Thank you for the better food, dear farmers.

Burger King is always good for a quick snack. Unfortunately, it became quite expensive despite coupons. This time we had to wait a little longer even though the store wasn't really full.

The long chicken burgers are delicious as always, but the drive-thru ordering machine was broken, which led to unusually long waiting times.

Eaten King's Selection menu! As fast food, I don't think the food is bad. But you have to say around €15 per menu is not cheap.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Burger King Filiale von der Franchiseunternehmerin Große-Allermann GmbH. Ich war auch schon beim "Tag der offenen Küche" vor einigen Jahren wo sich Frau Große-Allermann persönlich Zeit genommen hat und alles zur Filiale und der Zubereitung der Produkte erklärt hat. Es wird in der Filiale auf noch so ungewöhnliche Wünsche eingegangen. Die Speisen sind frisch und auch Appetitlicha angerichtet.

The Burger King Bocklemünd is the best I know in the Cologne/Düsseldorf area - here the burgers are prepared the way they should be and the employees are also the fastest. At other branches the preparation isn't quite right, the roll isn't quite fresh, there's something missing or there's too much mayo and the waiting times are longer. The Burger King Bocklemünd could be the chain's training branch in the Cologne area.

Order delivery took a relatively long time. Then received 1 wrong menu, which was not ordered. When the 🍔 was replaced, the cheese was missing and the bacon that was specially ordered. There were maybe 10-12 guests. That should be manageable. Sorry but really experienced it.

Long waiting time. Food comes in stages. Partly already cold. A bit dingy locally. Burgers from promotions very small.
