We were here for our birthday on Wednesday evening and it was a really nice evening. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The burgers were very large and tasty. The price-performance ratio is incredibly good. Thank you for the lovely evening.

I've eaten at Coopers a few times now The map was even changed/expanded in between, which I thought was great. The burger simply tasted great, not too dry and went very well with the sauces. The choice of sides for the burger is very diverse. Ambience just as great. Hope it stays that way Update 10/28/2023 Just like every other restaurant in Hamburg, this one has lost quality. On Saturday evening at 9 p.m. you will be welcomed with the words, on weekends only with reservation. A quarter of the store is empty. And after us only one table was added. Now after 10 p.m. the store is only a quarter full. At first it was said that chicken was completely sold out. When asked repeatedly in the kitchen, this was denied and some was given. Ordered Waited almost 40 minutes. Crispy chicken has been fried for too long and has already become hard. Steakhouse fries not cooked through and not seasoned.

I ordered online and it took them 2 hours to deliver it. Now I had to it a stale and cold fries with a cold hamburger. Never again 👎🏻

I would prefer to give 0 stars. This service is an absolute disaster - unfriendly, slow and completely incompetent. I've never experienced anything so bold. Never again! Disastrous customer service – Absolutely useless! Unbelievable what is being sold as “support” here! I call because I have a problem with my order and the rep just tells me he doesn't even have the number of the franchise I ordered from? What kind of customer service is that supposed to be? Add to that this unprofessional, direct word-do – it doesn’t work at all! If your support doesn't offer any help, then just save yourself the hotline. Absolute waste of time!!

Rask og god service. Hyggelig personale som var tilgengelig. Maten var perfekt og med gode alternativer for vegetar og vegan. Kommer definitivt tilbake ved senere besøk!

Unfortunately, it takes a long time for the food to arrive. The first time it took 40 minutes, the second time it took 50 minutes and the shop was almost empty.

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend. Es kam zu längeren Wartezeiten, da viel los war. Die Kellner haben dennoch einen tollen Job gemacht, so kann über die Wartezeit hinweg gesehen werden :)

I've only had good experiences so far, both with eating in and with home deliveries. I usually order cheese burgers with fries. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation are always very good. Today (March 2nd) I pre-ordered 'my' burger menu again for 8 p.m. Unfortunately, my food came a little late (8:13 p.m.), which I don't think is a bad thing during rush hour... Unfortunately, the burger was only lukewarm and the fries were cold. I immediately complained by phone. The very friendly, new (2 day) employee apologized and immediately offered me a replacement delivery. I refused this because I am against food waste and also didn't want to wait again. I asked for an 'accommodation'. Since the employee (understandably) had no experience with this, she asked if I could be called back after consultation. The call back was later made by a very friendly colleague who offered me a partial refund. That was more than I expected. Now I am not only convinced by the food, the quality and the service, but also by your 'complaint management'! Thanks so much! See you soon!

Too expensive!!!! 25-30€ for a burger with fries and a soft drink is completely overpriced...who can still afford that??? I used to enjoy going to Hans im Glück, but that's far too expensive for me... The burgers are otherwise ok, the drink selection is good. But value for money is poor...

Preferably 0 STARS! This company also makes French Loco Chicken! I ordered a bucket of chicken and a side of fries for €4. The fries weren't delivered, and they weren't listed on the receipt. Nevertheless, I was charged for them! Customer service refuses to resolve the issue. Absolutely disappointing – €4 just gone! I wouldn't recommend it!

Every now and then, I have to treat myself. Labeling food orders with Hamburg street names is a nice idea. But you have to listen carefully...
