Nice atmosphere where I got very good fries to take away.

The hamburgers were so good! My son is a big burger fan and he loved it. Everything was fresh and tasty, the place was clean, with a cozy atmosphere i like. Service was excellent and we hardly waited for the food.

I've eaten at Coopers a few times now The map was even changed/expanded in between, which I thought was great. The burger simply tasted great, not too dry and went very well with the sauces. The choice of sides for the burger is very diverse. Ambience just as great. Hope it stays that way Update 10/28/2023 Just like every other restaurant in Hamburg, this one has lost quality. On Saturday evening at 9 p.m. you will be welcomed with the words, on weekends only with reservation. A quarter of the store is empty. And after us only one table was added. Now after 10 p.m. the store is only a quarter full. At first it was said that chicken was completely sold out. When asked repeatedly in the kitchen, this was denied and some was given. Ordered Waited almost 40 minutes. Crispy chicken has been fried for too long and has already become hard. Steakhouse fries not cooked through and not seasoned.

I ordered online and it took them 2 hours to deliver it. Now I had to it a stale and cold fries with a cold hamburger. Never again 👎🏻

Friendly and attentive staff. The food was served quickly on site, the burgers were tasty and well topped. The side dishes, such as fries, also tasted good. The branch is clean and cozy, you immediately feel at home. And good background music. Overall a pleasant experience, I'll be happy to come back! 👍

Unfriendly, lazy and incompetent staff. Placed an order and said they would call when finished. After a while I hear my name called and they say the foods been ready for 10 minutes and they tried to call me..but obviously I didn't hear and you didn't bother to walk 10 meters and stick head out the door? And you expect tips for this? I mean, seriously...And also a piece of advice: If you plan to have a business dealing face to face with customers in the middle of an international tourist area, perhaps hire someone who speaks a minimum of English. Unfortunately I couldnt tell if at least the food was good, because it was cold.

The only good things were the friendly staff and the drinks. The Burger Patties tasted like pre-made frozen food. For a €19 Burger, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

Unfortunately the food isn't that good, but the service is nice and the food is good, but it tastes really artificial....

KFC is KFC! But there is chaos here! Over 40 minutes waiting time, I didn't even get the right food that I ordered.

The service was very disappointing! Poor and rude customer service. The lady and driver were very arrogant! Minus Minus Minus 5 stars!!!

Okay place and good food for the price. But the service lags, we sat for 25 minutes and waited for our waiter to come again after he had given us the dessert card and had brought what we ordered to drink with the dessert, which we managed to drink before. So we skipped dessert
