Absolutely recommended! The store is also very child-friendly.

In general the place is quite loud, but that didn't bother us at all as it gave the restaurant life. The waitresses were very personable, courteous and attentive. We didn't have enough space on the table and were moved to a larger table. 👍🏻 Unfortunately there is no vegan burger on the menu, but all burgers can also be ordered vegan if desired. Smash burgers are delicious, but I personally don't understand the hype. But I was even more blown away by the fried tofu with the sweet and spicy sauce. My personal recommendation! All in all a great restaurant to eat burgers. ✌🏻

We waited 15 minutes, no one brought us a menu. We picked up the menu ourselves. When no one came even though we called several times, we didn't give the restaurant another chance. This was our second visit, the first time we waited too long too. I don't think we will go again. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Warm welcome, fast, competent and very friendly service. Food was good, the citizen could only have been a little warmer for my taste, it was too cool for me, although the food actually came quickly. Ambiance could be made a little more comfortable, but it was fine.

Mega great shop! Every wish is catered for, naturally and in a very friendly manner! This was the best burger (I've had beef) I've had in ages and for the price you can't beat it. I could have indulged in the fries, great. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Even when things get hectic, you have a smile on your face, you're a great team! I can also highly recommend the wasabi mayo. I'd love to come back.

The burgers are very tasty, whether meat, vegetarian or vegan. The staff is friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, in the evening it gets very loud very quickly, simply because of the space itself. Otherwise, I can highly recommend Otto's Burgers.

Great burgers, great sweet potato fries, truffle mayo and other dips and various shakes, including Oreo shake. Great every time! I just don't like the atmosphere in Ottensen. The branch at the university is much more comfortable.

The service was super friendly and attentive. So she remembered the whole order and even that we shared the fries. The burgers were also super tasty and the vegan patties are also highly recommended. In addition, the food came quickly, not too much and very tasty. The mirrors on the toilet looked like a burger.

Yesterday the team went to Otto's Burger at my request and it was again extremely tasty. Since I have an intolerance to vinegar, an alternative sauce had to be found, but that wasn't a problem, the team was able to help immediately. The food and drinks came quickly and everything was very good down to the smallest detail. The service was unbeatable, even though she was alone and only had one helper to serve the food. Friendly, fast and super smart. Hats off, the store was full and the performance was simply top. I'll definitely be back.

We had smashed burgers. They were also delicious and just right. Not too big, so you don't end up overeating. The service was super friendly, but could be more attentive and effective. I had to take care of the cutlery and napkins myself, the drinks came when we had already finished eating. I had to go in to pay myself because no one showed up. There is still potential here. Ketchup etc. costs extra. There are also vegetarian options. I would still come back because it was delicious.

I really enjoyed it, even as a version without the beef patty. However, only served lukewarm. Ambience/furnishings functional and not appealing to me now. It took us a bit too long between ordering the invoice and paying.

Way too expensive Ottensen, the scene demands money

Nice shop, good burger, fair prices. Good selection of drinks and all burgers can be vegetarian. Unfortunately, my coleslaw was more carrot-heavy than white cabbage. Didn't meet my expectations.

We went to Hamburg for a weekend, and you couldn't have been to Hamburg without eating a hamburger. Otto's Burger was close to our hotel and it immediately looked nice! We found out on the menu that the burgers are vegetarian by default and that you pay extra for the meat, we thought this was a good initiative! The burger was super tasty and the service was super friendly!

Great food, extremely nice service. I would say the prices are okay for Hamburg standards. Not a huge portion but it was actually enough for dinner. I would recommend it to everyone.

Otto Berger showed the way and whichever his Berger orders gets the vegetarian version as standard. If you really think you can't live without meat, you have to order it explicitly and pay an extra charge. I think this is exactly the right approach and honestly the vegetarian burgers are at least as tasty as the animal meat versions.

I can't say it's great. Maybe my expectations were too high. But it went well with truffle mayonnaise and french fries and beer.

Have you ever paid n euros for ketchup on your fries at a burger shop? Expensive shop with no face or charm. Typical for the new shops in A location.

Patty doesn't fit the size of the bun, you have too much roll in your mouth when you bite off and afterwards you're just left with rolls and no meat. The ratio isn't right. Otherwise it was tasty but not a highlight either. Dulf's is way better

You are always welcome here and receive a warm welcome. Super tasty, great service and my first poutine experience. The Portobello Burger is my favorite and the Lavender Kombucha was awesome too. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

The service is great, the restaurant is solidly furnished and the selection of drinks, food and side dishes is great! However, I don't think the buns are good at all. Rather dry brioche buns...a shame as the rest of the burger was very good.

Great burger place. Modern but cozy atmosphere. I like to go at lunchtime, relaxed atmosphere, very nice service. Particularly good: The “normal menu” is vegetarian, “real” meat costs extra. However, it's not necessary because the burgers are also delicious with plant-based ingredients. Top quality for the side dishes too.

The food was delicious, but I still had to pay extra for real meat instead of the vegetarian version. That spoiled my stay a little. I also find €4.5 for 1L of tap water to be more than just overpriced.

If you're in the mood for a burger, my favorite in Ottensen. Burger classic and not overloaded.

Unfortunately, the most recent visit to Otto's Burger was quite disappointing. The shop in Ottensen has too many seats and is unfortunately quite loud. The burgers we ordered (Smash Burger and Mr.T, both vegetarian) were ok, but nothing more. Sauces and cheese were somehow tasteless and the bun wasn't even toasted. The latter was perhaps due to the high number of guests and the associated, visible, high utilization of the service and kitchen. Otherwise, the service was quick and friendly and even fulfilled small special requests. The waffle fries and regular fries were flavorful and crunchy, but didn't soften the overall impression of an otherwise bland meal. Since each citizen alone costs upwards of 11 EUR and you have to pay extra for every side dish and sauce, you quickly end up with more than 20 EUR per head. Unfortunately, this is too expensive for the performance offered.

So great that Ottos is back in Altona! Was missing... the burgers 🍔 are simply awesome. And I love that "real" meat costs more - that's exactly how it should be

Letzten Samstag waren mein Bruder und ich bei Ottos Burger, wo wir je einen Burger und ein Bier genossen. Die Gesamtkosten betrugen knapp 40 €. Leider entsprach das Erlebnis nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, und wir haben beschlossen, nicht wiederzukommen.

Good burgers, good service and very quick

Wir hatten HOLY GUACAMOLY (mit Fleisch) und CHIKK'N'PARM (vegetarisch), Pommes und die home-made Pear&BlackTea Limo. Alles war sehr lecker! Obwohl die Speisekarte vegetarisch ist, gibt es auch Fleisch-Alternative. Nette Bedienung, die Einrichtung hat uns auch gut gefallen, es ist gemütlich und süß (die Bürger-Spiegel auf der Toilette sind extrem nice :D). Es gibt kostenlos Zitronenwasser, welches man sich selbst einschenken kann, cool! Absolute Empfehlung!

Das Restaurant bot ein geschmacklich gutes Essen, jedoch waren die Portionen etwas zu klein für meinen Geschmack. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider stimmten die auf der Speisekarte angegebenen Preise nicht überein, was einen kleinen Minuspunkt darstellt. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung mit Raum für Verbesserungen.

Ich hatte einen vegetarischen Smash Burger, der war leider sehr langweilig und hatte nichts mit einem Smash Burger (dünn, knusprig und voller Geschmack) zu tun. Der Laden ist nett eingerichtet und die Bedienung ist freundlich.

Einer der besten Burgerrestaurants ever 😍

Ich war mit meinem Bruder am Samstag Abend dort essen. Es war wirklich Klasse und der Burger wurde wunschgemäß medium gebraten und war sehr schnell da. Die Beilagen - Zwiebelringe und Süßkartoffel Pommes - waren auch sehr gut. Tolle Bedingungen und gute Bierauswahl. Gerne wieder!

Netter Burgerladen mit guten Cocktails und hübschen Kellnerinnen. Man muss dazusagen, dass man die Bürger mit Beef will. Aber dann kann man sie direkt auch medium bestellen. Als Beilage ist der Coleslaw sehr toll.

Sehr angenehmer Ort. Farben sehr beruhigend und lebendig zugleich und essen absolut natürlich, Frisch und lecker. Preise auch sehr angemessen.

Sehr netter Service. Super vegabe Optionen. Oder besser gesagt, super Fleischoptionen, weil hier ist vegan normal, aber alles kann man für 1 Eu Aufpreis auch in Echtfeisch haben. Super Geschmack. Coleslaw sensationell! Die Buns könnten etwas mehr Ei vertragen, halten aber gut zusammen dafür. Zu empfehlen. Fritten knackig, aus echten Kartoffeln, mit Rosmarin und nicht zu salzig.

Super leckere Bürger (Trüffel-Burger 🤤), tolles Konzept da alle standardmässig vegetarisch oder vegan sind und nur auf Wunsch mit Fleisch 👏👏 so soll es sein! Pommes sind Standard-Qualität, leckere Saucen. Preise sehr gut! Service war nach dem Essen leider etwas nachlässig & die Atmosphäre ist eher wie in einem Fast-Food Lokal aber für das Essen super geeignet, würde jederzeit wieder kommen würde ich in Hamburg wohnen 😁

Habe den T1Burger mit Cole Slaw und eine Cranberry Schorle bestellt. Die Bestellung war so schnell am Tisch, das ich mich fragen musste wie das geht. Die Senfkruste konnte ich nicht schmecken und die glasierte Zwiebeln waren sehr fade. Ich hatte eher ein Karotten Salat als die bestellte Cole Slaw und die Saftschorle war leider gefärbtes Wasser. Alles in allem, ein nüchternes Erlebnis. Sorry .

CheeseBurger war gut (habe mit Rind genommen, Standard ist ein Pflanzlicher Burgerpattie), Pommes auch. Nicht gut war, dass der Tisch neben uns voller Krümel war und auch während der ganzen Zeit in der wir essen waren, nicht gesäubert wurde (Sonntag Oktober 1 gegen 16h).

One second you look inside and you see the waiter touching the bread to feel if its warm or not for serving. He is not a kitchen staff hence no sense of hygiene..

Ich habe nicht gelesen, dass es eigentlich ein Veganer Restaurant ist. Aber für 1€ mehr gab es ja "echtes Fleisch" , Bürger ohne Fleisch ist auch kein Bürger, das ist ja wie Sahnetorte ohne Sahne:-). Und man wurde auch gefragt ob Medium oder durchgebraten. Für 13€ gab es einen Bürger mit Barcon aber ohne Beilagen (aber das sind halt today die normalen Preise) welcher TOTAL LECKER schmeckte. Auch Supernette Bedienung= sehr zu empfehlen diese Location, auch für Antiveganer :-)

Tolles Konzept. Grundsätzlich alles vegetarisch!! Burger schmeckt richtig gut. Bun ist top. Patty war in der Mitte ein wenig weich. Lag aber auch bestimmt an der Soße. Alles andere war top. Wer Fleisch möchte muss etwas mehr zahlen, 1€ ist fair!! Preis Leistung finde ich auch sehr gut.

Good burger and fries. It's a vegan concept, but they also have beef or chicken option. Decoration/style is functional and ok, but lacking a bit in ambiance.

Bin mit meiner Freundin extra zu Happy Hour vorbeigekommen. Die Drinks waren sehr klein aber lecker. Leider wurden sie uns zum vollen Preis berechnet und als wir es angesprochen haben, wurde uns gesagt, dass der Happy Hour nur für zwei gleiche Drinks gültig ist. Wir hätten davon gerne vorher gewusst! Vom Schild ging die sinfonisch nicht hervor. Bitte denkt dran, es den Kunden beim Bestellen mitzuteilen, wir kamen uns lowkey verarscht vor.. Ansonsten ein süßer Laden.
