Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Meal lasts about 1 hour. where it wasn't full. Then the wrong food was served. No new questions were asked about drinks or whether you would like anything else. A drink was promised for everyone for the wrong meal, unfortunately to no avail. You didn't get to pay either, you had to go to the waiter and there was only one, well, sorry. Don't ask for compensation or anything but a tip. Never ever. Food was ok but service was shit. Then it's better to go diagonally across from Fr Möller. Mega delicious and top service, even when it's understaffed and the house is full.

Liebes PP-Team, bin gestern nach Längerem mal wieder bei Euch gewesen. Schöner Platz, guter Service, Kulinarik in Ordnung. Wir hatten zweimal 'Peter's Mittagsmenü' für je 9.90 Euro. Dann kam die Rechnung. Nicht über 19,80 wie zu erwarten war, sondern über knapp 54,-- Euro. Die Preise für die Burger (15 und 19 Euro) kommen hinzu. Das 'Pluszeichen' habt Ihr schön versteckt in der Speisekarte. Das ist beschämend und diskreditiert Euch leider zutiefst. Wenn ich bereit bin mittags für einen Burger, Pommes, Saft und Kaffee 30,-- Euro zu bezahlen, muss ich nicht bei PP auf der Holzbank sitzen. Schade! Stefan aus Hamburg

Das Essen war bis auf die Süßkartoffelpommes (die waren sogar ziemlich schlecht) gut, die Bedienung war freundlich, aber die Preisdarstellung für das Mittagsmenü ist irreführend. Auf den ersten Blick kostet es 9,95 €, aber erst bei genauerem hinsehen erkennt man, dass dies nur für Pommes, Getränk und Frozen Joghurt ist. Der Burger muss dann extra bezahlt werden, was man aber wie bereits erwähnt erst bei genauerem Hinsehen (bzw.. bei uns dann leider erst beim Bezahlen) erkennt. Ein Menü ohne Hauptgericht ist jawohl ein Witz und hinterlässt bei mir den Eindruck, dass das mit voller Absicht passiert. Das war in jedem Falle unser letzter Peter Pane-Besuch!

Were there on February 24th. There was already a problem at the entrance. Since a friend of ours is pregnant and has back pain, we asked for a place with a backrest and addressed this too. After a discussion with us, the waiter provided a seat. We found this very unpleasant and not guest friendly. Afterwards the waiter ignored us for 20 minutes and we could only order from the other waitress even though there were only 4 other guests in the restaurant. We were also ignored when paying and he just stood around in the room without coming to us. The planned visit to the restaurant was really not nice, but the food was delicious. Please change something about the service and we will be happy to come back.

Hello ⚓️, We had a nice afternoon together here and celebrated a bachelorette party. For me personally it was the first time here. The vegan options are fantastic, as are the non-alcoholic options, even 0.0%! Before we had our table with the good and best Daniel as waitress, we weren't very well looked after because we had to keep calling attention to ourselves for the menus, etc. - But that's also completely ok and can happen from time to time. We would all be happy to come back, thank you for your hospitality.

Food is OK. It's just a mass-produced product and not really something fresh. Very unfriendly service, you felt like you were on an assembly line, just do it and leave quickly. The only positive thing is that it is always beautifully decorated.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our visit to Peter Pane in the Long Row today. We had to explicitly ask for menus and then look for someone again so we could place our order... After an hour we had to ask again when our food would come. This came for 3 of 4 people and the last menu was served later. The taste was ok. When I explicitly pointed this out when paying and didn't leave a tip, the answer I got was that the service couldn't do anything about it... overall the waiter gave us the impression of being annoyed. We won't come again.

Super delicious food in a brilliant atmosphere by really nice people!!

Visited today with 4 people. After about half an hour we had to speak to the waiter ourselves to place an order. After another hour we had to ask the waiters where the order was. Three of the four meals were then delivered immediately. The fourth meal was obviously not given up and then arrived another 10 minutes later. During the rest of the evening we were not served or spoken to once by the waiters. During the payment process, a card was rejected twice by the cashier. The waiter who was collecting the money then became very rude and rude. There was no apology for the late delivery of the food or for the virtually non-existent service. In return, people spoke very rudely about the payment process. The food, however, was great and highly recommended. Unfortunately, there is a lot wrong with the service. A simple, sincere apology or a drink on the house could certainly have relaxed the mood significantly.

Todo fue genial aquí excepto por el hecho de que las personas que estaban detrás de mí se suponía que eran mi respaldo. No creo que apreciaran esto. A pesar de ser unas cuantas mesas libres nos sentamos entre otras mesas pero no hay respaldos a los asientos y están juntos con otros pueblos sin respaldo. ¡Muy incómodo! Pero ok hamburguesas y ok valor y ok ambiente, solo sin el apoyo de la espalda! ¡Así que si quieres sentarte en un bloque de madera sin respaldo tendrás una buena comida! Poco sabía que era una cadena de restaurantes que constaba de más de 55 ubicaciones en toda Europa. Lol. ¿Necesito dejar un comentario para un lugar que tiene tanto éxito? ¡También podría! Aquí tienes. Atmósfera/Aspecto: Desde afuera se puede ver la grandeza de lo que hay que contemplar dentro, pero una vez a través de las puertas me quedé SORPRENDIDO. Los techos eran altos, la decoración era FABULOSA! ¡Me transportaron a una selva o algo así! Grandes, altos árboles, bancos, un gran bar directamente en el centro del restaurante y tan buena energía aquí! Servicio: No recuerdo quién nos cuidó cuando fuimos, pero no recuerdo tener problemas con el servicio. Alimentos: Así que este lugar se centra principalmente en sus diversas variedades de hamburguesas! Ofrecen hamburguesas smash, hamburguesas de pollo, hamburguesas vegetarianas, hamburguesas sin bollos, papas fritas y varias ensaladas. En mi primera visita probé el Don Dattel que era una hamburguesa de 150 g, tocino, crema de dátiles, verduras, jalapeños rojos y una salsa blanca ahumada. ¡Estuvo bastante bien! No hay nada loco que gritar desde el cielo, pero me gustó. También probé las papas fritas de trufa y me ENCANTARON. Puedo decir que era un aceite de trufa que se usaba por lo picante que era el olor, pero no me importaba. Lol. Sinceramente no recuerdo qué hamburguesa comí en la 2a visita, así que no debe haber sido memorable. Las patatas fritas estaban bien también. Valor: Es una hamburguesería, así que tu cartera debería sentirse muy segura aquí. En conclusión, este lugar era genial. Si quieres algo seguro, echa un vistazo a Peter Pane cerca de ti, pero... (Last visited 1/20/2023.) Working in Hamburg for a couple of weeks and while wandering around the town I found a place called Peter Pane that looked pretty well put-together so I checked it out! Little did I know it was a chain of restaurants consisting of more than 55 locations around Europe. Lol. Do I even need to leave a review for a place that is that successful? Might as well! Here goes. Atmosphere/Appearance: From the outside you can kinda see the grandness of what there is to behold inside, but once through the doors I was BLOWN AWAY. The ceilings were high, the decor was FABULOUS! Like, I was transported to like, a jungle or something! Big, tall trees, benches, a big bar directly in the middle of the restaurant and such good energy in here! Service: I can't remember who took care of us either time we went, but I can't remember having a problem with service at all. Food: So this place focuses mainly on its diverse burger varieties! They offer smash burgers, chicken burgers, vegetarian burgers, bunless burgers, fries and various salads. On my first visit I tried the Don Dattel which was a 150g burger patty, bacon, date cream, greens, red jalapenos and a smoked white sauce. It was pretty good! Nothing crazy to shout from the Heavens about, but I enjoyed it. I also tried the truffle fries and I LOVED those. I can tell it was a truffle oil that was used because of how pungent the odor was, but I didn't mind. Lol. I honestly don't remember what burger I had on the 2nd visit, so it must not have been memorable. The sweet potato fries were okay as well. Value: It's a burger joint, so your wallet should feel very safe here. In conclusion, this place was cool. If you'd like something safe, check out a Peter Pane near you, but... I always am about supporting a local business just trying to make it.

The food was quite good, but unfortunately the orders for our table came very differently, so either we couldn't eat together or it got a bit cold. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the atmosphere is quite good, just a bit noisy and not that cozy. Still, I would come back because it wasn't bad.

When we come to Hamburg, our first visit is usually right here! Food, ambience is very good! Service is definitely a top priority here. Thank you for the nice stay and kind regards to Marvin who served us today.

I was at Peter Pane today and I have to say the service was simply outstanding! Our server Zac was incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. He always had a smile on his face, knew the menu inside out and was able to give us great advice on choosing dishes. What was particularly pleasant was that he was able to wait for the right moment to ask what we wanted without seeming intrusive. Overall, the service made our visit a special experience. Highly recommended!

Yesterday we were at Peter Pane in the Long Row, a table was reserved at 5 p.m., 4 adults plus 3 children, we wanted to comfortably feed everyone. Unfortunately, we initially waited 15 minutes until we received the menus, then an incredible 45 minutes until the burgers were served (almost an hour of waiting with three hungry children). Unfortunately, not all of the food was served at once; a burger was apparently “forgotten” in the kitchen. We also ordered the PP “Dream Wedding” (a breadless burger) with extra mushrooms for 1.50 euros => and there were 3 small half mushrooms on the plate. If it hadn't taken so long, we would have complained. All in all, a tiring evening there, we won't be spending our money here again anytime soon.

Tested today and found to be good. Food, drinks, everything was perfect. It also happened relatively quickly.

We have been to the restaurant for the third time. Last time I ate was on Sunday after the birthday celebration. What is recommended on Sunday is that the children's menu costs €5.99 instead of €10.99, so you can save a lot of money and delight the children with delicious citizens, fries, a drink and dessert. The children were full and satisfied with the menu. There are also plenty of options for adults to choose from, either from citizens or from menus. The citizens are very tasty and fresh. I was super full from one with double meat and cheese burgers (you can choose an extra side dish if you wish). Atmosphere is very harmonious and cozy. Staff very friendly and helpful when choosing.

TL;DR: Great food, a gasp when greeting is apparently the opposite of "Hello, nice that you're here", kitchen understaffed, waiters in constant stress, long waiting times, small touches on the house well thought out, but unfortunately not consistently implemented - different treatment of guests. We spontaneously went to Peter Pane for dinner today. As a greeting, there was a snort from the first waiter - that would probably have suggested that it would be better to leave straight away and that it would take a little longer today - but being greeted like that means a lot. Then 10 minutes of waiting for the card, another indefinite time until we could place the order. And then the real waiting began. Not just for us, but most likely for everyone if you looked around. All the waiters were visibly tense and stressed. After an eternity, we offered to shorten the waiting time with a few nachos, as the kitchen was unfortunately a bit slack today - unfortunately the nachos didn't come to fruition as our food finally came. Burger top, we've never had any complaints! The offer of nachos or other little things was still there, the waiter told us again in a friendly manner. Unfortunately nothing came of it because after endless attempts to contact the waiter (sometimes even ignored) we just wanted to pay after the meal. The offer of a little something on the house was no longer an issue for us - at other tables it was... espresso, nachos, ice cream... we won't find out why people treat their guests differently... because This was the last visit for us.

My wife and I were in Hamburg at PP in the gym 👍 at lunchtime! We were very kindly offered a place for 2 people. assigned to our choice with a friendly smile! The waiter was very friendly and accommodating! The drinks come very quickly as does the food! For dinner we each had a burger with cheese gratin! One each of sweet potatoes and one of normal fries 👍. Both very tasty! For dessert there was frozen yogurt with strawberry sauce 🫶🫶🫶. Highly recommended! The atmosphere in the gym is second to none 👍 very tastefully decorated with lots of details 🫶. All in all. Is it worth a visit after a leisurely walk along the Alster 👍. The team is very hard working and nice! Thank you a satisfied guest 👍

Today we spontaneously visited Peter Pane as a family. The restaurant was very busy and even though we didn't have a reservation, we were still offered a free table. The restaurant is housed in a large hall with a high ceiling. In the middle there is a long counter where drinks and cocktails are prepared. The hall is modeled on a tree house. With the many small dimmed lights it is a very nice ambience. The food was sensationally good. We all ordered a burger with homemade fries. The ingredients used are very fresh and tasty. The large selection of burgers and the possible combinations were convincing. There is also a large selection of vegetarian and vegan burgers. We can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience. Therefore 5 stars from us, we will be back.

Peter Pane not only offers a pleasant ambience for diners alone and large groups, their excellent food is only surpassed by their top service staff. There is a very wide range of different burgers and fries as well as a large selection of vegan and vegetarian alternatives. The drinks on the menu can compete with any cocktail bar. I would particularly like to highlight my service worker today, Sandra. Despite being understaffed and with a large number of new guests, she was very caring for me. Constantly asked if I still had a wish or if everything was okay. She responded to feedback immediately and appreciatively. I noticed that even when things were quieter for a moment, she hardly took a breather. If there was no order to be taken or served, she cleared away, wiped tables or cleaned or completed the table decorations. I also noticed the person responsible for the drinks. When all the service staff in the back of the restaurant were busy looking after guests, he assigned new guests a seat and already handed out the menus. This is a well-coordinated team in which everyone pays attention to each other and puts the overall goal of "the satisfaction of each customer" before their personal needs. Thank you for this very pleasant evening. I've been visiting Peter Pane in various cities for years and really enjoy coming back to Hamburg.

Ich war mit 3 Freundinnen bei euch Essen, wir wurden nett empfangen und schnell Platziert, Wir hatten auch einen Echt Süßen Kellner der hammer nett und Sympatisch war. Das essen an sich war Lecker hat aber fast 45min gedauert. Auf den Kassenbon stand der Name Christian, aber der Kellner sah nicht so aus als wär das sein richtiger Name. Er hatte Dunkle Haare und eine Graue Anzugshose an und wir würden uns freuen, wenn ihr uns kontaktiert damir wir uns für den Tollen Service bei ihm bedanken können.
