I treated myself to the Boss Burger – the name promised power, flavor, and probably a bit of megalomania. 😄 And the Thanksgiving salad, because after a burger, you at least want to pretend it's healthy. The burger: Truly strong! A real highlight in terms of flavor – juicy, flavorful, with that little wow moment. Size: more middle management than executive suite – for €16.90, the "Boss" could have shown a bit more presence. The salad: Generous portions, a bit on the pricey side. It's not a disappointment in terms of taste, but it's not a culinary holiday either. More harvest than thanksgiving, if we're honest. Cleanliness & ambiance: Everything is sparkling clean, nice and cozy – even the salad feels at home there. Verdict: Burger: Top-notch. Salad: Intern with potential. Overall, 4.5 stars and a clear recommendation – I'll be back, but this time the Boss won't be serving greens! 😂🍔

I love this place so much. Wide variety of burgers to choose from. You find meat, vegetarian, and vegan options along with salads and drinks. I like the decoration as well, very cute! The staff is nice and helpful.

It was really great at Peter Pane. A few more vegan options for dessert would have been nice. Otherwise, it was very good and worth a visit for everyone.

The place is good but the food is not great and not worth the price. The service is terrible, they don't try the tables and they take a long time when you get to the cash register. The burgers are not great and neither are the cocktails.

Nice ambiance, friendly service, but that's about it. These days, you'll pay at least €20 for a meal that includes a frozen patty—and you can taste it, too. This was truly the worst burger I've had in a long time.

The food isn't my thing at all. The teachers ordered the same thing for all of us, and we were only allowed to choose the patty. The sauce on the burger isn't exactly good either. The staff are nice and friendly, and they serve us super quickly. The restaurant looks great from the inside, but the interior doesn't match the food. The chicken wasn't that good. The beef wasn't great either.

The ambiance is very nice, spacious, and pleasantly quiet. Even when it's full, you can still have a wonderful conversation. The service is fast, attentive, and makes you feel completely welcome as a guest. The food is delicious, and the cocktails are exceptionally large and absolutely fairly priced. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended, and I'd be happy to return anytime.

I always enjoy going to Peter Pane. The burgers and fries always look fantastic, and they taste just as good. I recently ordered a salad and was delighted. No matter how busy it was, I was always served in a friendly manner. The service is excellent. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Great service, but chain burgers with pre-made patties and syrup sodas for the price of handmade items. There are much better options around.

Unfortunately, not good. We waited over half an hour for our drinks, then we were told that the Limoncello Spritz (which was on offer) was out of stock. So we ordered a water, which we also had to pay for in full... sorry, but we did that once and never again.

I went to Peter Pane in Schlump, Hamburg. It's really nice; they offer a whole menu for €10 if you go during the week. It was incredibly delicious, and the service was very friendly.

The food is really good, but the wait, despite ordering online via QR code at the table, is truly unacceptable. It took over 45 minutes for the drinks to arrive. In my opinion, that's not acceptable service.

Ordered through Lieferando. I had to wait an hour, and when the delivery person finally arrived, the wrong order was there. I wasn't offered a new order, only a cancellation, which couldn't be completed. Now I have to wait for a refund... I won't be ordering from there again for a while.

We ended up here by chance and it was just great, great service and great food 🥰

The best shop ever. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Samuel, who is the nicest man I've ever met. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, I'd be happy to come back anytime.

Not worth it for the stomach ache

Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied with our visit. The service left a lot to be desired – we had to ask several times before our food finally arrived. The burger was already cold upon arrival. Since no service came to our table, our only option was to order online, which unfortunately prevented us from redeeming our NEO Taste voucher. Overall, the visit was disappointing and unfortunately didn't meet our expectations.

There's absolutely nothing to complain about here. And the staff is super friendly and gives great tips.

HAIR IN THE FOOD!!! I ate here with a friend last week. When she unsuspectingly bit into her burger, not one but four hairs came out. They looked like whiskers, including a matted ball of hair. TOTALLY DISGUSTING! My friend put the burger down and almost threw up. This borders on assault. We then explained the situation to the waitress and showed her the hair, and he said he'd speak to the manager. The response was: "There's nothing we can do because we should have reported it at the beginning (unluckily, we only discovered the hair in the second-to-last bite). In the end, we had to pay the full price of €30 per person." The waitress then brought us cake and ice cream, which we didn't actually want, just to try to salvage the situation somehow. Unfortunately, it didn't really work out. We won't be eating here again!!!

Macho Nacho is the perfect burger with enough meat and cheese. I added a topping of bacon and it's heavenly. Peter pan is always the best choice for burgers 🍔 . They are friendly and it's not too difficult to find seats even for four people. I highly recommend it.

Sorry, but in my opinion, the value for money isn't right. It's way overpriced, over €9 for a portion of sweet potato fries 😳, and they weren't exactly a highlight. The burgers weren't either... The patties seemed like they were factory-made, dry, and not at all juicy, as you'd expect. There are much better and more affordable burger joints out there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

I don't want to waste too much time on words. Samuel and his team made our girls' weekend a wonderful experience. From the welcome, to the ordering, to the food, to the finale, it was a wonderful experience... Many thanks to the entire team; we felt completely comfortable and welcome, even without a reservation.

We were visiting Hamburg and decided to eat here spontaneously. Our waiter, Samuel, was fantastic! We were seated at our chosen table, even though it was reserved for later, and were "guided" through our ordering in a relaxed, humorous manner. The food was served very quickly and was exceptionally good! We haven't experienced service like this at any other Peter Pane restaurant, especially since the next table, which was full, was served simultaneously by two colleagues. All in all, a very successful evening, and thanks to Samuel and the rest of the team. We'd love to come back next time we're in Hamburg!

Dear Peter Pane Team, I generally go to your stores without having particularly high expectations. For me, Peter Pane is the better Burger King version with waitress service – a chain restaurant, in other words. But that's precisely why I expect absolute reliability in one thing: consistent quality and precision – that should be the foundation of your concept. But that's exactly where it's currently falling short. I love your White Cookie dessert. At just under €6, it's an absolutely fair price – especially considering you get it in a restaurant. But it can't be that I have two completely different experiences with the same dessert in two different branches. Holstenstr: Here, the dessert is always perfectly presented, the consistency is just right, the ice cream arrives cold and in the right shape, even the decorations are lovingly crafted. Service? Friendly, attentive, just as you'd expect. Schäferkampsallee: A completely different story. No trace of decoration, the spoon is missing, the ice cream is half-melted before it even reaches the table. That's annoying enough – but unfortunately, it doesn't stop there. The service? Frankly, a complete no-go. When you take your order, they shake their heads – why is that? Two quiet children seem to be reason enough to get annoyed. A friendly greeting? None – and I don't even expect much. How can it be that two branches of the same chain show such drastic differences? My honest advice: Get support from your colleagues on Holstenstrasse. Things work there, you feel welcome there – and you get the product you expect there.

Absolutely disappointing and poor service! We were there late at lunch today, and it must be said that there were hardly any customers. The interior was empty, and only a few tables outside were occupied. No one bothered to attend to us for over 30 minutes right from the start. Only after actively asking (we had to go inside) did the lady behind the bar hand us menus. We thought they must have noticed we were there. However, it took another 15-20 minutes before a member of staff even showed up outside. The food arrived relatively quickly after placing our order and was okay. However, to order dessert/a hot drink from the lunch menu, we had to actively go back inside to let them know we were ready to order. Here, too, it took a while for the waiter to finally arrive. The bar staff seemed very listless and unmotivated overall, spending more time on their phone or smoking than attending to anything. The waitress only appeared when actively asked, but otherwise disappeared and was unresponsive. The other guests fared no better; they were also ignored, let alone served. The staff offered no explanation or apology. Due to the poor service, this is unfortunately not a place we will visit again.

Mark is a very friendly service employee, the atmosphere is pleasant, the interior is spacious, and Peter Pane also has a lovely outdoor terrace. Dogs are also welcome!

Very long wait times. Really, really long, and the employees ignore you and don't ask any questions. You can't find anyone to take care of your outside needs. I really recommend anyone go there.

Great Burger Forge. The first time I visited, I had the chicken salad, and the second time, it was one of the burgers. You can choose the toppings (different buns, extra patties, sauces, etc.). The portions are definitely filling. Nice atmosphere, good music in the background, and very friendly service. I'd be happy to come back.

If you want a delicious burger, this is definitely the place to go. Absolutely delicious! The kids' menu on Sundays is also great for €5.90 (burger, side dish, drink, and dessert). The atmosphere is cozy and modern. Be careful when paying – we were charged extra for a cappuccino that we didn't even drink.
