We went to Peter Pane with a large group (8 children!) and had a really great time. We would particularly like to highlight our waiter Mark, who was there for everyone with an incredible amount of patience, friendliness and a smile on his face. He took great care of the children, responded to every request and made us feel really welcome. The food was absolutely top! Fresh, delicious and exactly what you would hope for at Peter Pane. Thank you for the great service and the relaxed atmosphere! We'd love to come back!

We were at Peter Pane am Schlump and were served by Samuel - a real highlight! Super friendly, attentive and wonderfully funny service - we immediately felt at home. Samuel gave us honest advice when we had questions and gave great recommendations, which made the selection even easier (and tastier!). The food was delicious, fresh and lovingly prepared. The location is also great – easy to reach. We would definitely like to come back!

Very attentive and friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere. Everything was very clean and tidy. The only thing I found sad was that some idiots tagged and graffitied the beautiful toilet rooms.

Not only did they not serve the promotion through a Neotaste, but they also brought the wrong burger, for which they had to pay 4 euros more. Shame!

I thought it was really cheeky to get frozen petis for the price. Half of the drink was ice cubes and even just a bit of syrup with frozen water was really not recommended for my Peters Lemonade. Service was ok, we got the wrong food twice but otherwise it was nice. What a shame for the nice atmosphere and really not nice food. I won't come back.

I would like to share my experience with Lea in service, and I cannot emphasize enough how great she was! Their customer service was outstanding and super professional. She really cared about my concerns and went above and beyond what I expected. Your friendliness and helpfulness made the entire service a pleasant experience. I can only warmly recommend Lea and her service! The food and drinks were absolutely first class! Every bite and every sip was a delight. The menu offered a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes.

We were here in the evening and ordered a burger and half a pound of fries with mushrooms and parmesan. The atmosphere is beautiful and very comfortably furnished. The burger patty was probably frozen because it didn't taste like fresh meat. The salad was fresh and tasty, fries were good, tasty sauces. I personally found the cocktail with Baileys very tasty. However, I wouldn't necessarily come here for the citizens. More like ambience, cocktails and fries. Very nice employees. You can definitely try it. There are good offers at lunchtime.

Yesterday we went to Peter Pane am Schlump for the first time. We were completely satisfied. The vegan burgers (all vegetarian and vegan burgers for 9.90 euros on Mondays) were fresh and delicious. Fast and very friendly service is also excellent. Small point of criticism: our seating area and the toilets could have been a little cleaner. We'd love to come back.

€65 for a man, woman, and child is insane. Frozen patties that taste absolutely nothing and are poorly cooked. Several items on the menu are unavailable. The service and ambiance are really great, but the presentation on the plate is completely off.

Not recommended. The food is okay, but definitely not worth the price. The menu is a complete rip-off. You pay the standard price plus €12.90 for a drink and 10 fries (small bowl). What bothered me most was that at the end, some people ended up paying a few euros more than if you added it all together. I have no idea where the extra charge came from. The tip came afterward. The atmosphere itself is nice, but the restroom is absolutely to be avoided. It smells, looks disgusting, and there's graffiti everywhere.

This was by far the tastiest burger I've ever eaten. I had a nacho macho. It doesn't get any better than this. The sides, chili cheese fries, were also absolutely top-notch. Mark's service was also absolutely fantastic. I will definitely come back. 10/8.

We come to this restaurant often and always have a pleasant experience. The service staff is always friendly, no matter which server you're in front of. The food is always delicious, and we've already tried quite a few things from the menu!

We come to Peter Pane regularly and thought it was time for a positive review! 😊 We think it's particularly cool that you can reserve a table online at short notice - super practical! The drinks are really tasty, especially the Zero thirst quenchers. The ability to order burgers without bread is also a big plus for me due to an intolerance. The staff is always nice and accommodating and the food tastes simply great! A small point of criticism: The cocktails and thirst quenchers often have a lot of ice in them and therefore relatively little of the actual drink, which makes the price seem a bit high. We always note it, but so far there has been no change. Maybe the amount of ice cream could be reduced a little here. Otherwise, we love it here and would love to come back again and again! 🍔🥤✨

During service training you are always told that guests don't notice good service, but bad service even more so. Bullshit. Ennes proves time and time again: really good service stands out and is remembered. When we were there for the first time, neither of us knew exactly what we wanted to eat and were overwhelmed by the huge selection. As a vegetarian, I am particularly not used to being able to choose from more than two dishes. Ennes remedied this by advising us and even recommending cocktails. And the food was great! The other day I arrived and was hangry af and Ennes quickly brought me exactly the right burger! There is only one drawback: the music unfortunately sucks. But that's a matter of taste and as compensation the Peter Pan audio book is playing in the toilet <3

We were at Peter Pane with a large group and had reserved in advance. When we spontaneously came a little earlier, that wasn't a problem. We had a great, cozy seating area with several tables. The service was very friendly, humorous and regularly asked whether everything was tasty. Despite so many people, all the food we ordered came pretty much at the same time and nothing got mixed up. Respect :). All intolerances could also be taken into account. It was a wonderful evening, we will definitely come back again.
