Friendly and quick service, even though the restaurant was very busy! Food was great, what more could you want.

€65 for a man, woman, and child is insane. Frozen patties that taste absolutely nothing and are poorly cooked. Several items on the menu are unavailable. The service and ambiance are really great, but the presentation on the plate is completely off.

Not recommended. The food is okay, but definitely not worth the price. The menu is a complete rip-off. You pay the standard price plus €12.90 for a drink and 10 fries (small bowl). What bothered me most was that at the end, some people ended up paying a few euros more than if you added it all together. I have no idea where the extra charge came from. The tip came afterward. The atmosphere itself is nice, but the restroom is absolutely to be avoided. It smells, looks disgusting, and there's graffiti everywhere.

This was by far the tastiest burger I've ever eaten. I had a nacho macho. It doesn't get any better than this. The sides, chili cheese fries, were also absolutely top-notch. Mark's service was also absolutely fantastic. I will definitely come back. 10/8.

We come to this restaurant often and always have a pleasant experience. The service staff is always friendly, no matter which server you're in front of. The food is always delicious, and we've already tried quite a few things from the menu!

We come to Peter Pane regularly and thought it was time for a positive review! 😊 We think it's particularly cool that you can reserve a table online at short notice - super practical! The drinks are really tasty, especially the Zero thirst quenchers. The ability to order burgers without bread is also a big plus for me due to an intolerance. The staff is always nice and accommodating and the food tastes simply great! A small point of criticism: The cocktails and thirst quenchers often have a lot of ice in them and therefore relatively little of the actual drink, which makes the price seem a bit high. We always note it, but so far there has been no change. Maybe the amount of ice cream could be reduced a little here. Otherwise, we love it here and would love to come back again and again! 🍔🥤✨

During service training you are always told that guests don't notice good service, but bad service even more so. Bullshit. Ennes proves time and time again: really good service stands out and is remembered. When we were there for the first time, neither of us knew exactly what we wanted to eat and were overwhelmed by the huge selection. As a vegetarian, I am particularly not used to being able to choose from more than two dishes. Ennes remedied this by advising us and even recommending cocktails. And the food was great! The other day I arrived and was hangry af and Ennes quickly brought me exactly the right burger! There is only one drawback: the music unfortunately sucks. But that's a matter of taste and as compensation the Peter Pan audio book is playing in the toilet <3

We were at Peter Pane with a large group and had reserved in advance. When we spontaneously came a little earlier, that wasn't a problem. We had a great, cozy seating area with several tables. The service was very friendly, humorous and regularly asked whether everything was tasty. Despite so many people, all the food we ordered came pretty much at the same time and nothing got mixed up. Respect :). All intolerances could also be taken into account. It was a wonderful evening, we will definitely come back again.

Unfortunately it takes a long time for the food to arrive. The first attempt took 40 minutes, now the second attempt took 50 minutes and the store was almost empty.

You can't go wrong with Peter Pane at Schlump, it's best if you're already a Schlump and get the lunchtime snack for €10 A citizen, a small portion of fries and a thick 0.5 thirst-quenching (homemade) drink (blueberry and mint-mango my favorite drinks). Can't complain. The citizens are also top notch and fair for the price and the ambience is very pleasant. Definitely recommended for anyone who likes citizens.

Peter Pane's "Peters Pause" for €10 is a great deal! The food is delicious, the portions are generous and the selection of burgers, sides and drinks is impressive. Perfect for a quick, quality lunch. Highly recommended!

We were here on a Saturday afternoon. After a bit of a wait we got a table without a reservation. After another wait, our order was finally taken (the colleague also apologized for the wait). I ordered the edamame burger. However, I got something different. It looked more like a chicken burger. I found it slightly unpleasant since I don't eat meat (luckily I didn't try the burger). After waiting again I got the right burger. The waitress wanted to come up with something to compensate for the oversight... Well, my friend paid and afterwards wondered why it was so expensive. We were also charged for the wrong burger... But we got the money back. Our waitress was very personable but the quality of service was rather poor. By the way, the taste of the burger was okay. The store itself is very chic and the toilets are clean.

My daughter and I dined here on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately we were informed that there was a problem with the ventilation in the kitchen and that there were only cold dishes. It was a shame for us but not a problem. As far as the food [salad plate] was concerned, everything was great, it was just quite disappointing that we couldn't get the promised dessert and while we were eating we were asked whether we could cash in so we could call it a day or whether we wanted hot drinks because otherwise the machine can be cleaned. But the biggest disappointment was that we had to pay the full price. It would have been nicer if they had simply said that it would be closed earlier today and that all the customers after us would be sent away again.

We had dinner here yesterday It was wonderful again, from the welcome to the chocolate cake at the end, everything was perfect. I had the new Burger Karate Crunch which simply tasted incredibly good 😋 Our waitress Lukas always had a smile ready for us and looked after us well. Who had the very bad idea of use an ambient spray for a restaurant? It’s overwhelming the moment you get in, it’s like entering a toilet, pretty disgusting 🤮 the burgers are not the best 🫤

Very nice atmosphere with an excellent selection of burgers and sides. Both the drinks selection and desserts have a lot to offer. The restaurant itself is kept simple but still has a relaxed atmosphere thanks to the relaxed decoration. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Was there in the evening with a larger group. From the welcome to the farewell, we were really well looked after. The team is really awesome! Everyone is friendly, open-minded and anticipates your every wish. If you want to go to Peter Pane in Hamburg, then you should go to Schlump! We'll definitely be back!!
