It was my first time at this restaurant, and I was really impressed! The burgers were absolutely delicious, the service was friendly, and the food came out super fast. Definitely recommend this place!

I hope u remember the Indian couple who loved yer cocktails , cheese cake and the little souvenir:). We were able to make a reservation at short notice. Unfortunately, the staff seemed disorganized, and we were frequently asked the same questions twice. The burgers were quite bland. The buns were dry, and the burgers tasted like "nothing." We were somewhat disappointed, given the huge hype surrounding them on Instagram. The value for money was absolutely terrible. Far too expensive for what you get.

Got ignored for 20 mins and had to take the menu from their website. When I did eventually get served, the waitress was nice, probably just overworked. Food was really excellent, I got a bunless cheeseburger rare, which is indeed rare. The salad was generous and nicely dressed, the burger was delicious. Starting impression aside, I really enjoyed my dinner here.

Really delicious food, not much to say about it, the prices are a bit on the expensive side, but what's a drag is the waiting time, I've been here twice since I wrote the review and both times I had to wait close to 45 minutes for a burger with fries.

Don't be fooled by the exterior appearance. The food and service are top-notch.

We were lucky enough to get a table at the very popular Brooklyn Burger Bar. Their popularity is absolutely justified, because the food is truly delicious. It's also wonderful that you can choose how cooked your burger patty is. In my case, Rera was truly rare! I can also report that their absolutely family-friendly service is the norm. Even with a stroller, child, grandchildren, and family, you can always get a seat here. (If you're lucky enough to get a seat ;) ) My highlight was the sweet potato fries topped with Parmesan cheese. The portion sizes are absolutely reasonable, and the burger plus the side dish is really filling. With the homemade iced teas and lemonades, we couldn't decide which we liked best. If this establishment didn't have a closing day, we would have been back the next day immediately. So, from me, a recommendation with a clear conscience and delicious calories.

What particularly impressed us was the service: Both the drinks and the burgers arrived at our table extremely quickly, even though the place was quite busy. The entire team was attentive, cheerful, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the evening. A fantastic experience that we will definitely repeat soon! We had a nice lunch meal with tasty hamburgers, fries and homemade sauces. I’m not very fond of German tap beer as they generally have only a couple of lagers and this place was no exception, but at least they had some bottled alternatives. Friendly staff and Gennaro was very kind to offer us some bourbon shots.

I absolutely don't understand any of the "bad" reviews. We walked in without a reservation, were served quickly, had two delicious burgers and coleslaw (which was very special), and felt very comfortable. The branding is very cool, the staff super friendly, and we highly recommend a visit if you're in Hamburg!

The patty was overcooked (even though it was supposed to be medium) and simply inedible. It had nothing to do with a fresh patty. To make up for it, I got a cheesecake. If the main component of a burger is so bad that you can't eat it (which I wasn't), unfortunately, cheesecake doesn't help. The burgers of the others in the group were okay. For €15 (without sides), not worth a visit.

One of the best places in Hamburg for a delicious burger. Great service, the food is incredibly tasty, and the drinks perfectly complement the whole experience. I've been there many times, whether as a couple, with my company, or with my family. I highly recommend it, and if you want to be sure of your plans, you can easily make a reservation. A few days ago, the two of us went to the Brooklyn Burger Bar. It was an absolute highlight of my visit to Hamburg. The staff was super friendly and helpful; we immediately felt at home. Kudos to all the employees! I absolutely loved the interior design; it was truly unique. We thought the food was absolutely delicious. They have special burger creations that I've never heard of before. Absolutely delicious, and the fries were the best I've had in a long time. I'm already looking forward to my next visit :)

The fries were overcooked; they had probably been in the fryer too long. The ambiance is deliberately old-fashioned, which is fine, but the chairs and tables were so uncomfortable that I got back pain. My burger had caramelized onions in it, even though they weren't listed on the menu. The waitress confirmed that this was a mistake. Overall, a very disappointing visit. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

The burger I had was really good, and the side of fries, served with the house’s own ‘BBB’ ketchup was a perfect match. The mushrooms weren’t fried at all, and the fried chicken breast was way too oily.

We weren't impressed by the evening. We sat in the restaurant. The tables were close together. To get a seat on the bench, you had to move your table, and then you were sitting close to the other guests. The atmosphere wasn't great. The burgers were just okay. I had the Kabul Nights with chicken. Unfortunately, they only offer crispy ones, with a nice, greasy coating. I didn't like it, and I think it's a shame they don't just offer grilled chicken. The combination with fig mustard and goat cheese, however, was very good. Unfortunately, the cheeseburger wasn't at all convincing! The fries are very good!

The location is great, and the place is lovingly designed. The basil burger was also very good; the caramelized onions gave it a special sweetness, the cheese was perfectly melted, the meat was very juicy, and the sauce was delicious. The dessert (a cheesecake) was very good with a wonderful vanilla flavor. Unfortunately, the burger took a little longer to cook, but the wait was worth it. I would definitely try this burger place if you're here.

It's advisable to reserve a table in advance, as the place gets busy. If you're just a couple, the staff will always find a suitable solution. A visit is definitely worth it.

Inzwischen haben wir schon viele Restaurants in hamburg ausprobiert, aber dieses war wirklich besonders gut. Es handelt sich scheinbar um ein sehr beliebtes Restaurant, das aber trotzdem eher unbekannt ist. Zum Glück bekamen wir trotz kurzfristiger Reservierung noch einen Tisch. Leider saß man dem Nachbarn ziemlich auf der Pelle, aber man fühlte sich trotzdem wohl in dem kleinen Restaurant. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und freundlich und die Bestellung kam zügig. Die Burger hatten eine besondere Note und schmeckten einfach fantastisch! Auch das Dessert war unbeschreiblich lecker. Hier kommen wir mit Sicherheit nochmal her.

Definitely worth a visit. Our server, Julian, was very attentive and very friendly. I was particularly impressed by the skinny burger offering. There's no burger bun, just the patty and the sides. You basically build your own burger and get a very fresh salad on the side. Great concept. Especially for people who are craving low-carb. I would come back anytime. Some of the chairs were wobbly or even broken. The Coke was warm. The burger was unfortunately subpar in taste and, at €12-13 without sides, comparatively expensive. The sweet potato fries were quite good, but the ranch dip tasted like natural yogurt. I can get much better food in Hamburg for that price. In my opinion, I don't recommend it...

If you love burgers, this is the place for you. Patties cooked to your liking. Medium-rare was perfect. Great burger creations and homemade dips. The burgers are also available as "skinny," without bread, but with a generous side salad. The truffle mayo is incredibly delicious. Great team, very fast and friendly. Absolutely awesome place. The music playing there reminds me of my childhood, when I was always listening to rap from the USA and imagining myself as black. The only confusing thing is that it's called the Brooklyn Burger Bar, but they play West Coast music the whole time. Otherwise, it's great. I'd love to go back.
