Brooklyn Burger Bar in Hamburg

Unser Besuch in der Brooklyn Burger Bar fing damit an, dass man uns in eine völlig überfüllte Ecke platziert hat, obwohl weitere Tische frei waren. Man saß bei den Tischnachbarn gefühlt auf dem Schoß, an den anderen Tisch kamen die Mitarbeitenden nur, wenn man aufgestanden ist. Während des Essens wurden wir mehrmals hin und her geschoben. Das Lokal ist auch recht laut. Man kann sich nicht so gut unterhalten. Das Essen war jetzt auch nicht so besonders. Es gibt definitiv bessere Burger-Läden in Hamburg. Bei Google werden negative Beiträge blockiert. Spricht auch nicht für das Lokal.

Absolutely amazing shop! The burger was perhaps the best burger I have ever eaten. For dessert there was a cheesecake. That was also super tasty! The employees were all super nice too. So overall: Great shop, great burgers & good beers!

The kids wanted a burger so we ended up here. Attractive atmosphere and friendly staff. Burgers very tasty (BBQ Burger, Cheeseburger and Tuscany Fanboy). Gladly again. Plus dessert, of which the cheese cake was divine.

In der ehemaligen Apotheke gibts es sehr leckere Burger etc. Gute Auswahl auch an Beilagen. Der Nachtisch ist auch zu empfehlen. Sehr nettes Personal in einer tollen Atmosphäre.

Es war gewohnt lecker mit sehr freundlichem Service beim heutigen Besuch in der Brooklyn Burger Bar. Übersichtliche Karte, auch schmackhafte Drinks ohne Alkohol und die Burger jede Sünde wert. Wir kommen wieder.

We were served nicely and since it was a Saturday, it was pretty full, so we had to wait an hour for our food. But it's ok. Unfortunately there are 3 points for the food. Unfortunately, the cattle had to die a second death. The pattie was so overcooked that it was difficult to eat. Unfortunately, we found out too late that we could have wished for the degree of doneness. We weren't asked, but the table next to us was... The mac and cheese didn't taste like anything. It's a shame about the food, it deserves more. It should be noted that it is quite loud in the store. If you were planning on entertaining, you should find another restaurant.

Very authentic shop, burgers were freshly made and super tasty, drinks were great! One point is deducted because we waited over an hour for our food. A little information in advance would have been quite good, then we would have been prepared.

This was recommended to me as the best hamburger in Hamburg and it's definitely one of the best we have ever had! Very friendly staff, good selection of food and drink. We definitely recommend.

Super tasty cocktails. Small place and incredibly tasty burger.

The restaurant is decorated very cool, but the tables are so close together that you can hear every word from both the left and right neighboring tables. The burgers were okay, however we were a little disappointed with the taste and proportions and probably wouldn't come back again. The staff, on the other hand, was super nice and things went very quickly, even on a busy Sunday evening.

Super nice tent, very busy but not annoying at all. A table was immediately prepared for us. The food was really great, certainly above expectations. We had to wait a long time due to the crowds, but this was reported promptly and we received something tasty while waiting. Desserts were really delicious. Definitely recommended!!

Great location, have been here many times and will come back. Service staff are always nice. The food is delicious and the cocktails are also great and can more than keep up with the top cocktail bars in the city.

We had a great visit on a Saturday evening. Even coming late (15min before kitchen close) we were greeted by a friendly staff and were able to order food. Had a mac and cheese, and a basil burger (recommendation from the server), both were really tasty and the food came very quickly! The fries were also crispy and good. Good Czech bier on tap and also a very delicious raspberry limo. The place has a great vibe and the menu selection makes you want to come back and try all the different burger options.

Drinks are awesome, food is top 10 Definitely in Germany, service, bartenders are all nice and attentive. I recommend this bar for people who want to eat good food, for the “drinkers :)” the choice is good enough. American music with hip hop (also gangsta da) rnb, pop everything is provided.

Great bar/restaurant with great ambience. You get a lot of choice here at fair prices. We had lemonades and finger food. All the lemonades tasted great! The sweet potato fries were also salted, which tasted incredibly good! The crowd was great too! The staff was very friendly.

Wir waren dort auf eine Empfehlung. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und die Qualität von Burgen und Zutaten waren perfekt. Zu den Burger gab es Süßkartoffel und normale Pommes. Beides war super lecker. Wir werden definitiv wieder hingehen. Preis Leistung top. Können wir mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

I was there with a few colleagues. We were able to sit outside, which was good because it smelled like a deep fryer inside. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food. I have no idea what went wrong. We weren't told anything, just put off... The colleagues were very satisfied with their (meat) burgers. Unfortunately, my veggie burger wasn't tasty at all, the pattie was just soggy. My 3 stars are an average of 5 (for the meat burger) and 1 (for the veggie burger). The store is kind of cool, but for me the food and service were beyond disappointing.

the burgers are really tasty. However, the prices are quite high, everything is a bit chaotic, unpleasantly loud when the store is full. Service only matters if you draw a lot of attention to yourself. To read the map you need a smartphone (QR code), but there is free WiFi for this.

The location is actually quite nice and I imagine it would be very pleasant there during the week. It was definitely too crowded on the weekend. The tables were extremely close together and at some point you could no longer understand your own words. We had to wait about 1 hour for the food and were very disappointed in the end. Unfortunately, the burgers were already cold and it took even more time for the side dish to arrive. I had a normal cheeseburger, which unfortunately all I could taste was ketchup and pickles. I like trying burger places, but for me this was one of the worst so far. Forking out around 30 euros for a burger like that, plus fries and a cola, really hurt a bit.

We already loved the old shop in Ottensen and we won't be disappointed at this location either. The food is great as always and the staff on site are also in a great mood.

Unfortunately absolutely poor service quality. Long waiting times for an order to be taken and friendliness is not particularly important. Children running around everywhere and tables tightly packed together. In any case, the shop has more potential than it makes out of it.

With the vegetarian burger, I didn't really like the vegetarian patty (not enough texture and bite) and there was accidentally animal bacon on the burger. It's a shame, but there's still potential.

Supernetter Rundum-Service, vor allem für unseren dreijährigen Sohn, der vom Barkeeper toll unterhalten wurde. Vielen Dank und bis zu unserem nächsten Besuch.

Some of the best burgers we ever had!

Good morning, Four of us dined here on a Tuesday evening. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow/sluggish, even though the restaurant was only 65% ​​full outside. I had a “Smashburger” with fries. Anyone who has ever eaten a Smashburger can tell from the pictures that this is not a real Smashburger. Meat is far too thick and significantly under-mashed and therefore hardly any roasted flavors. Fries were okay so far.

The best burgers in a long time. Great atmosphere and great selection of drinks. The service is friendly and the price/performance ratio is right. We'd love to come back. Edit: even after a repeated visit to Hamburg, the quality is still excellent and the service is top. I can only recommend this store without limits. I've been there several times over the years and have been thrilled every time.

Friendly service, you feel welcome. If it's full, it will probably take longer to eat (that's what the menu says). Our burgers and fries, on the other hand, came quite quickly (we ordered after 9 p.m.) and tasted good. Ingredients seem to be of high quality, prices are at Hamburg level. We didn't try the drinks (except for two shots - one of which was the signature shot - which were delicious). You can definitely spend an evening at the Brooklyn Burger Bar!

From the outside the shop looks a bit uninviting but you shouldn't let that put you off. We got a table very spontaneously The food is awesome. The tastiest citizen I've ever eaten. The drinks are unusual and very tasty. The friendly staff made our visit perfect. (It's a bit loud in the restaurant, music; lots of guests)

A very pleasant time spent in a local Restaurant in Downtown Hamburg Miette. We ordered Classic Brooklyn Burgers with French fries,made from domestic Potatoes and came with very special sauce.I would recommend it to anyone. The staff is very professional and friendly.
