I GOT THERE TOO EARLY YESTERDAY EVENING, BUT STILL GOT A TABLE AT THE COUNTER AFTER A SHORT TIME, GOT SUPER GREAT SERVICE, EATED EXTREMELY TASTY AND DRINK A GOOD PILS. SUPER NICE GROUP, NO MATTER THOUGH THE STORE IS FULL OF BOMBS. WE THINK IT WAS GREAT

We had a great visit on a Saturday evening. Even coming late (15min before kitchen close) we were greeted by a friendly staff and were able to order food. Had a mac and cheese, and a basil burger (recommendation from the server), both were really tasty and the food came very quickly! The fries were also crispy and good. Good Czech bier on tap and also a very delicious raspberry limo. The place has a great vibe and the menu selection makes you want to come back and try all the different burger options.

Drinks are awesome, food is top 10 Definitely in Germany, service, bartenders are all nice and attentive. I recommend this bar for people who want to eat good food, for the “drinkers :)” the choice is good enough. American music with hip hop (also gangsta da) rnb, pop everything is provided.

Great bar/restaurant with great ambience. You get a lot of choice here at fair prices. We had lemonades and finger food. All the lemonades tasted great! The sweet potato fries were also salted, which tasted incredibly good! The crowd was great too! The staff was very friendly.

Zu den Burger gab es Süßkartoffel und normale Pommes. Beides war super lecker. Wir werden definitiv wieder hingehen. Preis Leistung top. Können wir mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

I was there with a few colleagues. We were able to sit outside, which was good because it smelled like a deep fryer inside. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food. I have no idea what went wrong. We weren't told anything, just put off... The colleagues were very satisfied with their (meat) burgers. Unfortunately, my veggie burger wasn't tasty at all, the pattie was just soggy. My 3 stars are an average of 5 (for the meat burger) and 1 (for the veggie burger). The store is kind of cool, but for me the food and service were beyond disappointing.

Went there again today, burgers, fries, drinks were great. The chairs could be a little more comfortable, but if you drink more, you won't notice it. The service had its first day today, but was super confident and friendly. Everyone else also ensures a pleasant atmosphere. We'd love to come back

We already loved the old shop in Ottensen and we won't be disappointed at this location either. The food is great as always and the staff on site are also in a great mood.

Unfortunately absolutely poor service quality. Long waiting times for an order to be taken and friendliness is not particularly important. Children running around everywhere and tables tightly packed together. In any case, the shop has more potential than it makes out of it.

The location is actually quite nice and I imagine it would be very pleasant there during the week. It was definitely too crowded on the weekend. The tables were extremely close together and at some point you could no longer understand your own words. We had to wait about 1 hour for the food and were very disappointed in the end. Unfortunately, the burgers were already cold and it took even more time for the side dish to arrive. I had a normal cheeseburger, which unfortunately all I could taste was ketchup and pickles. I like trying burger places, but for me this was one of the worst so far. Forking out around 30 euros for a burger like that, plus fries and a cola, really hurt a bit.

With the vegetarian burger, I didn't really like the vegetarian patty (not enough texture and bite) and there was accidentally animal bacon on the burger. It's a shame, but there's still potential.

Good morning, Four of us dined here on a Tuesday evening. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow/sluggish, even though the restaurant was only 65% ​​full outside. I had a “Smashburger” with fries. Anyone who has ever eaten a Smashburger can tell from the pictures that this is not a real Smashburger. Meat is far too thick and significantly under-mashed and therefore hardly any roasted flavors. Fries were okay so far.

The best burgers in a long time. Great atmosphere and great selection of drinks. The service is friendly and the price/performance ratio is right. We'd love to come back. Edit: even after a repeated visit to Hamburg, the quality is still excellent and the service is top. I can only recommend this store without limits. I've been there several times over the years and have been thrilled every time.

Friendly service, you feel welcome. If it's full, it will probably take longer to eat (that's what the menu says). Our burgers and fries, on the other hand, came quite quickly (we ordered after 9 p.m.) and tasted good. Ingredients seem to be of high quality, prices are at Hamburg level. We didn't try the drinks (except for two shots - one of which was the signature shot - which were delicious). You can definitely spend an evening at the Brooklyn Burger Bar!

From the outside the shop looks a bit uninviting but you shouldn't let that put you off. We got a table very spontaneously The food is awesome. The tastiest citizen I've ever eaten. The drinks are unusual and very tasty. The friendly staff made our visit perfect. (It's a bit loud in the restaurant, music; lots of guests)

A very pleasant time spent in a local Restaurant in Downtown Hamburg Miette. We ordered Classic Brooklyn Burgers with French fries,made from domestic Potatoes and came with very special sauce.I would recommend it to anyone. The staff is very professional and friendly.

We were here for the first time, Advance reservation worked great. The indoor and outdoor areas are very attractive and cozy (the tables are closer together inside) The waitresses were very attentive and super friendly. With her great recommendation we had 2 really fabulous burgers and the Suprise Limonde was a real success. Priced completely reasonable. Conclusion: absolutely recommended!

We've been guests since the team ran the bar at Streits Cinema. Great emphasis is placed on quality here. Sometimes it can be a bit busy on weekends due to its popularity with tourists, but we always enjoy being here and sometimes even feel a little at home.

Die Beef Burger sind fantastisch. Ebenso die Fries und Getränke. Die Pilze waren leider zu pfefferig und der vegetarische Hangover Burger schmeckte nach Falafel. Die Jalapenos hatten dafür eine schöne Schärfe. Hervorragende Desserts.

Visited the location for the first time. Location is very good. You can sit outside or in the restaurant. Personally, I found it very tight inside. Sitting in the entrance area is not pleasant as a non-smoker in the summer because the door was open and the smoke kept coming in. It makes sense to reserve in advance. Ordering, food and drinks, everything was done in a reasonable time. I had the Hangover Burger and sweet potato fries with it. Both tasted very good. A star deduction for the small space and the smell of smoke. In terms of price, at 16.90 euros just for the burger it wasn't exactly cheap, but it was acceptable for the taste and size.

The food here is really tasty (had a burger (no surprise 🙄)) Unfortunately, the waiters didn't notice us and had to make ourselves known a little more clearly than normal. But it has to be mentioned that there was a European Championship game going on here and there was generally a lot going on. But the waiters are always friendly and happy to answer questions. The service and atmosphere are great but didn’t like Burger

The food is very well done, I had a burger (Truffle Bacon & Cheese), the buffalo wings, a cheese cake, a Pilsener Urquell 0.5L on tap and the beer of the month "Green Bullet" 0.33L. The beer of the month tastes very similar to Störtebeker Pacific Ale, a typical IPA DNA. Very fruity, full-bodied and slightly tart. The Urquell on tap is very tart with a nice caramel note. Perfect for the North German palate. The starter (buffalo wings) were very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce was most likely homemade. Very spicy and slightly smoky. The burger was juicy and medium rare fried/grilled and had a broad flavor profile that was well balanced. The cheese cake was very creamy and full-flavored. The fruit sauce was a great addition. All in all, the quality was very good, but also at a steep price. Buffalo wings €9.5, burger €15.9, cheese cake €6.5 Pilsener Urquell 0.5L €6.2, beer of the month 0.33L €6.2. The atmosphere was simple but cozy. I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

We haven't eaten anything yet and we're still excited. Are there with 2 children, 9 and 5 years old. We had reserved a table in advance. We were told right when we ordered that the meal would take about 45 minutes, which I generally don't think is extremely long considering it's very busy and it's a Saturday evening.
