Absolute rip-off! After three hours, my food wasn't delivered, and my money wasn't refunded either. The restaurant also falsely reported on Lieferando that my order had been delivered, which isn't the case! I will take further action.

Absolutely nothing, they're ripping people off. I ordered two burgers and two sets of 8 chicken wings. The burgers were delivered but the chicken wasn't. So they stole 12 euros from me. Unbelievable. Then I immediately came out onto the balcony and said, "Sorry, I'm missing two wings." The guy looked at me (quite calmly and without interest) and replied, "Call the boss and get lost." I was left standing there feeling completely ripped off even though I paid. So, service was absolutely terrible. Food was absolutely terrible. Staff was absolutely terrible. My recommendation: absolutely do not order from this place. Distance. Disaster. Disaster. Disaster. Disaster.

I ordered food twice. The first time, they forgot to deliver various items. After calling and waiting another 30 minutes, they delivered a replacement. The second time, half the items weren't delivered or were delivered incorrectly. The restaurant doesn't respond to calls at all. So, I was cheated out of my money. Thank you for ruining our evening with your incompetence. Please do not order from here.

We've ordered several times now. Burger Lounge is basically the last resort if you want some quality for your money after 9 p.m. Today, I was once again supposedly looking for quality because my order never arrived. At 10:30 p.m., I placed an order for €60 and paid online via Lieferando. It's now midnight, and not only have I not received any food, I can't reach anyone at either Burger Lounge or Lieferando before closing time. I'm not concerned about the €60; I've already cooked. But these crappy places only survive because all the bums in Harburg are too lazy to complain about such cases, let alone get their money back. A double middle finger to the owner who allows the underpaid drivers to do two-hour tours in fives, without getting any tips. UPDATE: It's midnight, and half the order arrived cold and soaked. It must have been raining, and orders were flying through the bag because the poor driver is under pressure and is probably the only one trying to make things work. And just to finish, the food is actually really decent for the price. Only the service, which is simply nonexistent late at night, prompted this review. As long as you're open, you've got your positions filled. Simple as that. If that doesn't work, put yourself in your place until it's up and running and don't let your customers pay for it.

Typical burger lounge atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, but sometimes preferred to sit in one of the seating areas and chat. Ordering and eating went quickly. Unfortunately, the change to the burger (missed in the number, but corrected immediately when ordering) was not correctly communicated to the kitchen. Burgers were really not good compared to the restaurant in Elmshorn. The food also comes on tiny plates, so there is hardly any space to cut the burger properly. In addition, the plates on the tables slip extremely.

Totally the nice waitress with the glasses. She is super sweet and nice :)

We ate there last week and were served very nicely. The food also tasted great and the Kinder Bueno milkshake was also great. Unfortunately, I left my headphones there after eating. I was already on my way home (300 km away) when I noticed this. Then I called the restaurant and the nice person sent me the headphones without any problem. Thank you very much for that, that was very decent. Next time we're in Harburg again, we'll be happy to come back! :-)

Preferably 0 STARS! This company also makes the Frenchise Loco Chicken! I ordered a bucket of chicken and fries for €4. But the fries weren't delivered and they weren't on the list either. Nevertheless, my money was deducted! Customer service refuses to solve the problem. Absolutely disappointing – €4 just gone! No recommendation!

Today we ate here in the restaurant for the first time in a long time (last visit was around July 2024). Apart from the fact that the restaurant was absolutely empty, the service was extremely poor. When we came in we had to wait a bit because there was no one there and all the employees were in the back in the kitchen (I see that as understandable because there were no customers here and we had to draw attention to ourselves first, absolutely understandable if there were no other customers there at that time (we were there around 7:30 p.m. on a Wednesday). After drawing attention and no reaction, we sat down at a table (further forward so that we could be seen), the service lady came a little later and was not only very unmotivated to work and you could tell that she didn't feel like serving. We then ordered drinks and I couldn't decide what to eat. She remained polite and gave us a few more minutes, but you didn't really feel comfortable, you were seen as more of an annoying guest who was now bringing in work (+ because we were alone in the restaurant and only one song was playing on a continuous loop Did that affect the whole situation) Small suggestion for improvement, instead of letting a song play in a continuous loop, maybe just enter a playlist on YouTube with the music genre ;) The waiting time for the food was okay and the food was, as always, very tasty. Unfortunately, we won't be visiting the restaurant again in the future; maybe the service will get better as time passes. LG

After 1 hour 40 we got our food. Super disgusting beef chili cheeseburger fries, with 2 cm thick jalapenios, uncooked fries, just disgusting. Half cold tasteless burgers and for an extra 4 euros 2 ice cold sauces. No idea where this place gets its short 4 stars❗️❗️

We were in the restaurant, it was empty, we were the only guests. The waitress was very attentive and usually works as a driver, the actual waitress was probably ill at short notice. Drinks and food came relatively quickly, were tasty and warm. The wrong burger was brought to me and the correction was made very quickly. The mayo took a little longer. All in all, the meal was good and the teenagers were full.

Ordered stale cola and 1 liter of white wine as shown on the menu but only received a 0.75 liter bottle. The order was also wrong and the store was empty. You definitely don't miss out here...

The driver who wasted his time watching videos in the car instead of making deliveries. To pick up the food we had to go to the car ourselves. We ordered today - first of all, the food came 45 minutes late. Then we ordered a normal crispy chicken burger and unfortunately it was slightly spicy - although it doesn't say that anywhere on the page! Information about this would have been better! Because not everyone can tolerate spicy food!

Went to the restaurant on the Friday after the Christmas market, we had to wait a while for the drinks, my Alster water tasted like it had from the day before. We had to wait a long time for the food (30 minutes) and then two burgers were missing, which were then served quite quickly. But these burgers were dry and boring, definitely not appropriate for the price. That was the last time we ate there for us. Prices are not appropriate for these burgers and the conditions were incompetent... oh yes, almost forgot, I froze more in the restaurant than outside, even though people pointed it out...

The lounge has a lot of potential. Unfortunately neither the music nor the lights were on. The toilets were dirty, the towel paper was on the floor. The stairs down to the toilets were also dirty. The food is standard frozen goods, served on chipped porcelain. The waitress didn't know the menu and served us the wrong burgers. Thank goodness they were both veg. Citizens. Nobody came to the table and asked if it tasted good, even though there was really nothing going on. I won't go there again. Unfortunately, there was also a pretty loveless atmosphere, but as I said, I found the lack of cleanliness to be the worst.

The delivery person's demeanor isn't that great with a cigarette on his ear. I ask him why I get a small Coke even though I ordered a large one when I have to wait over 60 minutes for my order. I would also like to get what I ordered. In my experience I can't recommend it. Next time I'll order somewhere else.

In my opinion, burgers are below average. Salad wasn't freshly cut, veggie patties were rather tasteless. Even though there were only 2 families in the restaurant, the food and even the drinks really took forever. Some burgers were only lukewarm. Fries were good. The price for the food is not entirely justified and a mini bowl of ketchup costs extra. Cutlery and napkin stands are only available upon request. All in all disappointing. I thought diner style was quite nice.

Once and never again! We were the only five guests in the restaurant. Drinks finally arrived 20 minutes after ordering, and food arrived 60 minutes after ordering. Some of the food was cold, but it didn't taste anything special. Three out of five people still had stomach pain that same evening. Ambiance was okay. No music, dead silence in the store. Overall not inviting. Prices would be fair if the performance was also right. Overall a failure and not a repeat visit in the future

The burger and fries were more like a 3+, a bit too dry for me and the fries weren't really crispy. Service was very nice, but due to the delivery business we waited a long time for the mediocre burger in an almost empty restaurant.

We ordered burgers and were missing the cheese wedges and the nachos with cheese gratin. I tried to reach someone for over half an hour without success. Either it was busy or no one answered - you feel ripped off. The flutes only cost €11, but it's still anything but great. Bad service - never again!!!!

Unfortunately, the food there isn't particularly good. The milkshake really breaks all negative records - something I've never experienced before. This appears to be powder dissolved in milk, similar to a sports shake and not even cold. The prices are also very high. The smash burger is insane (get it without any sauce)

Super nice service, for me the best thing about the store. The burgers are solid, but nothing special. The buns and patties seem to be industrial/frozen goods, nothing here is definitely prepared in-house. However, this is OK in terms of price/performance ratio. The fries were great, very crispy!

Decent local burger joint. They have an all you can eat deal twice a week and the staff are quite friendly.

The order (2 premium burgers with side dishes and chicken crossis and a hot dog; total €39.73) -- EVERYTHING DELIVERED COLD-- Even the best food tastes disgusting when cold! The burgers there are simply fantastic. They are juicy, flavorful and the rolls are always fresh. In addition, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is super friendly. I can definitely recommend Burger Lounge if you're looking for good food!

We were here for the first time and were surprised. The burgers and milkshakes were great. Only, it was a little too cold to sit. The music - Michael Jackson - was reminiscent of old times, which we older people liked and my children just shook their heads... :-)

The burgers were nothing special, rather disappointing for a burger restaurant. Dad ambience was catastrophic, loud barking little dog that was probably part of the staff, very annoying. I liked the pictures on the wall and the music. But I definitely won't go there again.

Has diminished significantly. Even though there was only one other guest there, we had to wait longer for our order. My burger was great on the edges, but unfortunately not fully cooked in the middle. Lemon squash was totally mad, I know it differently. There are no longer sauce packets with the fries, you now have to pay extra for ketchup or (!) mayonnaise. It's not a problem in itself that you have to pay extra for sauces. Unfortunately there is only a small blob of ketchup or mayo in the bowl. Given the amount of fries, that's not much. Dust was now clearly visible in the corners everywhere and the women's toilet was simply unhygienic. What happened? Was there a change of ownership? What happened to the lounge/former diner? We enjoyed going here since 2017, but now we don't come here anymore.

Ordered there today for the first and last time. The food came on time, but unfortunately the burgers were cold and the sauces we ordered were forgotten. After a phone call, the answer was succinct "That can't be right, the driver left on time and arrived on time." It was also offered to deliver the sauces later, as compensation is not possible due to online payment. After further questions as to whether the cold burgers should really be eaten and whether they are serious, the answer was that there was no compensation, the lady was just the counter worker and the gentleman in the background was already shouting "Keep working". Never again burger lounge!!! Edit: The vegan burger was not vegan, but with meat. Only 1 star now. What a disgrace...

We were there with 6 people on Sunday evening. Food was ok but the service was definitely an absolute disaster. It doesn't get much worse than that. And that, even though there were only four other people sitting in the store. Definitely won't be coming back.

Ein wirkliches American Diner in Harburg! Wir waren mit Arbeitskollegen auf Empfehlung hier im Burgerladen, die Geschäftsreise nach Hamburg war für uns im Bereich Essen eine Bereicherung. Dieser Burgerladen hat womöglich das beste Burger Bun das ich jemals gegessen habe, knusprig soft und perfekt sitzend auf dem Patty. Geschweige denn die Chilli Cheese Twister, beim Gedanken läuft mir wieder das Wasser im Munde zusammen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen!! Bei meiner nächsten Norden Reise werde ich zu 100% hier nochmal vorbei kommen!

Wir waren heute mit 5 erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hier zum Essen. Da vor uns nur eine andere Gruppe dort war, konnten wir unsere Bestellung zügig aufgeben. Nach kurzer Zeit kamen die Getränke, die ersten Burger kamen nach angemessener Wartezeit. Leider hat es ca. 15 min. gedauert bis jeder am Tisch etwas zu essen hatte. Auf einem Burger wurde eine Sauce vergessen, die sour cream und eine Portion Pommes kamen nur auf Nachfrage. Das Essen war wirklich top, der Service leider ein kompletter Flop. Sehr schade, da könnte man mehr draus machen….

Ich gehe hier jetzt schon seit 1 1/2 Jahren regelmäßig hin. Es ist immer sehr toll hier! Mein absolutes Stammlokal. Das Essen schmeckt, die Bedienung und der Service sind ist sehr gut, das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich. Und, was für mich das wichtigste ist, das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis hier ist wirklich fair! Man bekommt wirklich was ordentliches für sein Geld.

Wir hatten Burger, Pommes und Shakes. Leider war das Essen nichts dolles und auch nicht wirklich gut. Die Patty's schmeckten nach billigen Tiefkühlfleisch, welches viel zu schnell erhitzt/ aufgetaut wurde. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Der Brombeershake hat nur nach verwässerter Milch und fruchtsäure geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Das Ambiente war ganz gut.

Sehr lecker kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Top

Ein wirklich schön eingerichteter Laden , Burger sind überdurchschnittlich gut und durch das All can you Eat Angebot am Montag und Mittwoch auch sehr sehr preiswert.

Das Ambiente ist im amerikanischen 50er-60er Jahre Stil gehalten. Vorallem die rot-weiß-gestreiften Sitzplätze unterstützen das. Die Bedienung ist überaus freundlich und die Milchshakes fantastisch! Der Salat ist auch sehr gut. Das einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe ist die Qualität der Burger-Patties, da sie nicht besonders saftig sind. Ansonsten eine wirklich gute Wahl um Essen zu gehen.

Ich habe kürzlich das Burger Lounge Harburg besucht und war begeistert. Die Einrichtung schafft eine einladende Atmosphäre, das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Burgerauswahl war beeindruckend, und mein gewählter Burger war saftig und perfekt zubereitet. Die Pommes dazu waren knusprig und lecker. Besonders positiv überrascht haben mich die vegetarischen und veganen Optionen. Insgesamt eine großartige Erfahrung! Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Das essen ist immer gut und die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aber immer Michael Jackson auf dauerschleife muss nicht sein. Das passt auch nicht zu den Bildern die dort aushängen

Ich war schon oft hier um den Amerikanischen Stil in Bereich essen besser kennenzulernen, und wirklich nie hat es mich hier enttäuscht! Ich liebe dieses Lokal und ich würde gerne jeden Tag kommen. Eins kann ich sagen, Bessere Bürger gibt es kaum, ich liebe es hier! ❤️

Wir fanden alles prima: Burger, Pommes und gebackene Kartoffel waren perfekt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und offenbar wirklich interessiert daran, dass sich alle im Lokal wohlfühlten. Die Tische waren sehr sauben, wir haben bequem gesessen. Und die Preise waren insgesamt superfair. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir waren begeistert und kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

I like the design of the place, the burgers and the friendly staff. However, the burgers come a bit small, the more pricy burgers come without siders and service took quite long although the place was nearly empty. It's a solid "good" though, since the pricing was fair.

Die Burger und Pommes waren hervorragend. Personal war freundlich aber überarbeitet, leider auch vom Personalmangel betroffen.

Die Lieferung KANN sehr schnell erfolgen, liegt in den letzten Monaten allerdings fast durchgängig bei circa 60 Minuten für 3,5km… Die Bestellung KANN vollständig und wie bestellt zugestellt werden… Leider kommt es recht häufig vor, dass die gelieferte Bestellung nicht der Aufgegebenen entspricht. Und auch die Ersatzlieferungen sind nur teilweise wie gewünscht zubereitet. Offensichtlich werden die Notizen und die Bestellungen nicht richtig gelesen. Die Fahrer geben darauf angesprochen an, dass sie den ersten Tag ausliefern oder kein Deutsch verstehen. Leider hat sich die BurgerLounge in Harburg in den letzten Jahren in Sachen Zuverlässigkeit merklich verschlechtert. Wenn die Bestellung wie bestellt geliefert wird wird, ist das Essen in der Regel warm / heiß und sehr lecker. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Köche die Bestellungen gründlicher lesen und entsprechend zubereitet würden und wenn der Kunde wieder im Mittelpunkt steht. Vor einigen Jahren haben sich die Lieferfahrer noch für die Kunden und ihre Wünsche interessiert! Die neue Internetseite überträgt Bestellungen offensichtlich nicht richtig; ab sofort nur noch über Lieferando!

Food portions were small in addition to being overpriced and we waited for a long time for our order. The burgers we ordered were ok but not good especially that the bread quality was really bad. Fries were also ok but not good. The best thing we ordered that day was the Cola which came as cold as it should be.

Fühlte mich sehr wohl, nettes Ambiente. Der "Godfather" Burger hat zwar lediglich 3 Patties drauf (dachte es sei ein größerer Burger), aber war sehr lecker.

Schöner Laden und leckeres Essen. Das einzige was fehlt ist Musik, da es dort sehr still ist. Aber sonst ein guter Laden, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
