Wir hatten einen schönen Abend. Es kam zu längeren Wartezeiten, da viel los war. Die Kellner haben dennoch einen tollen Job gemacht, so kann über die Wartezeit hinweg gesehen werden :)

Kadir was very accommodating and friendly. The food was very tasty! We'd love to come back :)

The non-alcoholic cocktails are very tasty here, as are the fries. The staff here is very friendly and the waiting time is very short. Recommended👍🏻

A visit to Peter Pane is always a good idea because the large selection of delicious burgers and drinks is simply unbeatable! Especially when you can enjoy such attentive and very courteous service like Kadir. He welcomed us very nicely, was super nice to our son and made sure that we didn't miss anything. 😊 We'd love to come back!

The food was of course top class as ever, but the best thing about it was clearly the service - dear Kadir not only helped us with the order, but was also open to all questions and answers regarding the new menu! And also super friendly to our little dog, offered water, offered suitable places, really great! By the way, the fries were really good today, greetings to the chef at the back

Really great food, nice quiet atmosphere and our Chihuahua was warmly welcomed :) Above all, dear Kadir was there super quickly with our food, made sure that we had a quiet place especially for us and our Chihuahua and was always super friendly and helpful :) I would come here again at any time

Just a Peter Pan: Reliably good food, decent cocktails (if you're into sweets) and a cozy atmosphere.

We were there with the whole family and were completely satisfied! The burgers came quickly and special requests were easily taken into account. The taste is A1, the price is a bit high. The beautiful ambience invites you to come back!

We placed an out-of-home order from Peterpane in Hallerstrasse on February 15, 2025, and the order was delivered incorrectly via Uber on the first push. Then, after a long discussion, they originally didn't want to believe that we had placed the order at the branch. Apparently they hadn't found our order, which I found very surprising. After several phone calls they were able to accept our order based on the proof. The missing items were gratefully supplied, but our food had long since become cold. However, the Uber driver did not receive the correct address from the branch for the second delivery either. The driver had to call me specifically and ask for my address. After this terrible odyssey, we have now received a voucher. This gesture was long overdue as I had a similar incident last year or the year before. We would like to say to you first: Thank you. Good and necessary gesture, and I expressly hope that such cases can be avoided in the future. Best regards.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience at Peter Pane. We ordered a menu, but the main course was delivered without the accompanying side dish. Despite contacting us several times, our complaint was not accepted, even though the order was placed directly via their website. After over 30 minutes there was still no solution. Customer service should look different! It's a shame because we've had good experiences so far, but unfortunately with today's situation we've had almost the same experience twice!!!!. Never again!!!!

Everything was top notch, prompt service, dogs allowed. PLV fits. Offers for lunch/dinner including drinks. For allergy sufferers: there are no fish products!

Unfortunately it is closed, which was not known before. If we come back at a later date and the food is good, the review will improve.

The Peter Pane in Eppendorf is a cozy restaurant with a good selection of normal, but also vegetarian and vegan burgers. The service is very attentive and the atmosphere is very harmonious. Gladly again😊

The first thing I have to say is that the service was super friendly! The vegi burger with edamame pattie (frozen) was a bit too bland and boring, but all the accompanying products were fresh. The sourdough bun was well grilled and delicious. The sweet potato fries were good. Overall, we had a lovely evening there and would love to come back. Thanks.

Food was ok, my daughter wanted her burger without sauce, then came with it - the second one was missing the cheese. There is now also a “Smashed” burger, but these are simply thin burger patties. The service was friendly but a bit rushed. Ambiance: It's a bit too dark in the restaurant for me. The sauces could be brought fresh to the table in bowls, then you don't have to touch greasy bottles. Overall it could be a bit cleaner, tables and placemats could be cleaned better.

I would particularly like to highlight Kadir, who knew how to enchant the already very successful evening with his wit, charm, intellect and his special attention. Finally someone out of line who is himself and has fulfilled his task. Thanks to everyone else and the delicious food.

I was with Peter Pahne and have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The service was outstanding and Kadir, who served me, was simply exceptional. You can tell straight away that he knows his stuff - professional, friendly and with a natural manner that makes you feel really welcome. Kadir took the time to understand my needs exactly and not only gave me the best advice, but also patiently answered every question. Employees like this make the difference. The atmosphere at Peter Pahne is pleasant and high quality, you feel like you are in good hands. I will definitely come back and recommend everyone to see for themselves. Especially Kadir – a real highlight.

2023: Overall, the food is delicious and the service is very nice. What I can't understand for the life of me: how can it be that the delivery time on Monday at 3:30 p.m. is 120 minutes? Unfortunately, this was only shown to me after I ordered. I'm curious. 2025: somehow nothing has changed. Ordered today. It was supposed to be delivered at 7:30 p.m. and at 8:20 p.m. we got a call saying we had to pick up the order or cancel it. But it gets even better: the delivery fee is still on the bill and the icing on the cake instead of a vegan burger we received one with meat. Never again

Between a pound of fries to share and I-order-a-cocktail-for-the-person-to-the-left-of-me, Kadir made every action memorable with his humor. We never imagined that this visit would be such a special event. Shoutout to the whole team, your homemade shots are the second best drink we've ever had (sour apple is and remains unimpeachable).
