Happy Halloween - Happy guests! :) First of all, super cool campaign that the employees dressed up for Halloween! We were warmly greeted when we arrived and they immediately arranged for us to get a high chair for my daughter without me having to ask. :) The entire team was always friendly and attentive and ensured that it was a very relaxing evening. Timo our “waiter” immediately knew how to deal with children and showed us once again that Peter Pane is a very child-friendly restaurant. All in all, he sweetened our evening in many ways and still shone with his professional competence! The evening was perfect for us personally. Thanks to the entire team, including the kitchen, the food was of course great too! :) We'll definitely be back!

The food was really tasty. I had a burger with fries and drinks and the atmosphere was very quiet and you always had the feeling that you were alone here with your date and the waiter was very friendly. Only the price was a bit overpriced, hence only 4 stars, but apart from that the restaurant is absolutely recommended. I would be happy to come back 👍

the meat burger was a bit disappointing. the meat was not tender but more like a block. if i ever go again ill go for veggie burger. the desert option of chocolate lava cake with frozen yoghurt was very nice. waiter lady was very friendly

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend. Es kam zu längeren Wartezeiten, da viel los war. Die Kellner haben dennoch einen tollen Job gemacht, so kann über die Wartezeit hinweg gesehen werden :)

I'm still excited what I experienced there. The service was top notch This warmth and her cheerful nature made us feel completely at ease. Also that she recommended this or the other thing to us. The price for three people was 90 euros. But it was really worth it. The food was lovingly prepared, fresh and extremely tasty. It was also great that you had a choice of wholemeal rolls... which was an absolute delight. In general, the menu had a large selection. The ambience I love Peter Pan. There is so much warmth through the wood. Thank you for the wonderful experience with you. Should I have the chance to come there again then I will definitely come back there.

Super tasty cocktails and great burgers. The small drawback last night was the service. In the total of 4 hours that we were there, someone only came to the table once to ask if anything could be needed or if everything was OK and we had to draw attention to ourselves several times until someone came to order drinks, for example. A plus was there was 1 portion of nachos with cheese and a round of shots on the house because we were celebrating a birthday.

Me and my wife always come here when we're visiting Hamburg, Germany. As usual the Burger was outstanding and the sweet potato fries out of this world! Big shout-out to our server Feli ,who not only put a lot of effort into satisfying all the customers,also kept smiling and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend and can't wait to be back next time ! :)

Feli was very attentive and served us excellently. She was extremely friendly and regularly asked if everything was OK.

The food was bombastic, but what was even better than the ambience and atmosphere was the service force Feli. She was very polite and helpful which definitely made our stay much better. I will definitely come back and hopefully have Feli as a waitress again.

This place doesn’t only have a bad service but also kids unfriendly. I have visited many Peter Pane branches either in Hamburg or outside. Honestly I always like the quality of food and the service but my experience at this place is different. At the beginning, I was approaching the restaurant’s door and pushing the stroller of my kid when one of the waitresses was already at the door and she didn’t even care to hold the door for me for just 2 seconds. She saw me and then carelessly walked away and didn’t even say hello. A few seconds later, another waitress showed up and asked where I would like to sit without any smile, she was totally unfriendly. I was already disappointed by the behaviour of the hosts but I decided to ignore the signs. The food was good as I would expect from Peter Pane. However, when I wanted to pay and go, the waitress came in and looked at the table and said what a mess, you have to look at your kid and not let her mess with the table, she complained that she had to clean the table and the floor. She was totally rude and unfriendly that I felt uncomfortable. I understand I have to watch my 1.5 year kid, but to lecture me like this in a restaurant that is not cheap is also not acceptable to me. The waitress was also unsatisfied with 10% percent tip, I saw her face when I rounded my bill from 57 euros to 62, she gave me unfriendly look that she wanted even more. I would never go there again.

For us the perfect family restaurant near us. Everyone can find something delicious to eat here. In summer, the small outdoor area in the backyard is also a nice option. We recently received very warm and courteous service from Marvin.

The food was super tasty and the waitress (Feli) was super friendly, we were sitting one table away and there was a group who were behaving so badly, we complained to the waitress about the group and she calmed the group down with ice cream . Very professional!!

The fries were tasty but the burger was very bland and dry. I wouldn't spend 15€ more on it. We were asked to place our last order by 9 p.m.

Very mediocre quality at prices that are way too high. In addition, an exchange during the meal without a discount or small compensation. For the money you can get much better burgers elsewhere in Hamburg. Therefore no recommendation.

Had a spontaneous dinner with colleagues in the evening. The service reacted flexibly to our larger group of 11 people without a reservation and rearranged tables. Citizens were delicious. I can highly recommend it.

Wir gehen gern bei der Kette Peter Pane essen und kennen einige Filialen. Das Essen hat eine gleichmäßiges Qualität und man weiß was man bekommt. Aber der Service ist in den Filialen schon sehr unterschiedlich. In dieser Filiale war es unterirdisch. Gerade mal 5 Tische im ganzen Laden . Dennoch genervtes Servicepersonal. Getränke stehen so lange am Tresen ,dass ich kurz davor war sie selbst zu holen. Auch das anvisieren der Kellnerinen (3 an der Zahl) gestaltete sich als kompliziert. Sie standen meist in der Gruppe und strategisch so gedreht, dass sie keinen Gast sehen konnten. Wir hatten das Gefühl, wir stören sie und am liebsten wären wir gegangen. Auf die Bitte, die Rechnung zu bekommen, wurde mir unterbreitet ,dass 10% Trinkgeld hier üblich wären. Dieses habe ich ignoriert, da ich diese Art von Service nicht verstanden habe. Ich bin grundsätzlich kein anstrengender Gast. Komme selbst aus dieser Branche und weiß, dass es mal stressig sein kann . Aber nicht mit 5 Tischen und 3 Kellner plus Barmann. Fazit:Peter Pane gerne wieder aber diese Filiale nicht.

I 39 weeks pregnant, recently visited Peter Pane with my mom, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I ordered a burger with lemonade, but the burger was served cold, and the lemonade was just okay. For my mom, I ordered nachos, but they were too hard for her to eat, so I kindly requested if we could exchange them for a small portion of pommes. Surprisingly, the restaurant couldn’t accommodate this, which was unexpected as many places are usually flexible with such requests, especially when there’s an issue with the food. From that point on, the service took a turn. The waitress seemed to ignore us, and another staff member mentioned they couldn’t make the exchange but offered two small yogurt ice creams for takeaway as compensation. However, when it was time to pay, no one mentioned the ice cream again. The whole experience left me feeling as though we were being rushed to leave, and I couldn’t help but wonder if it had anything to do with us being foreigners or if this is just the way they treat customers. It was quite disappointing and not the level of service I expected. It’s sad because it used to be my favourite restaurant in the neighbourhood. Don’t know management changed or staff changed but it doesn’t feel the same anymore.

My girlfriend and I spontaneously went to Pane. We were lured in by the first impression of the ambience. We were served super friendly and quickly by the waiter Marvin and got a game of cards and a large drink for the price of one. Such friendly service in a young team. Hats off! I only ordered sweet potatoes. They were great… but I can't say more about the food. Gladly again!

Gastro is expensive everywhere - but here the prices are particularly high and, considering the quality - completely normal burgers like almost "everywhere", plus fries that are too big and too mushy - particularly excessive. In addition, the wooden benches are only covered with a thin carpet. You're literally in the wooden class here. I have never had a more unpleasant meal in Hamburg. If you want burgers in Hamburg, you'll eat and sit two classes better at Jim Block's.

I ordered ToGo food and had to wait almost 45 minutes after the stated pickup time. You had the feeling of being forgotten and the guests present seemed more annoyed by the sporadic waiters than at a relaxed dinner.

The service is a joke, I order food it takes them 2hs and I live 10min far away, it's imposible to contact them per phone. The girl in the phone from another center that answered me was super unfriendly. Food is super expensive and it doesn't worth the waiting time and the service.

I come to this Peter Pan restaurant at least 10 times a year. Over the years I have actually always been very satisfied, but I have also noticed how much the service has changed for the worse. There's no question that staffing isn't easy anywhere. But my penultimate visit and the last visit (really the last visit to this branch) were no longer pleasant. Last time we were greeted and assigned a table, but then we no longer had a waitress at our table. Repeated inquiries were skillfully ignored. I even went to the bar, the bartender then informed his colleague, but he was too busy flattering other female guests. Other colleagues apparently weren't allowed to serve us because of the area assignment. After 35 minutes of no attention, we left. Paradoxically, the service person in charge wished us a nice day and thanked us for our visit...
