Unfortunately there was brown lettuce on the burger, it wasn't the first time.

I had a wonderful experience at Peter Pane! The ambience was cozy and inviting, and the food was simply delicious - the burgers are an absolute highlight. I would particularly like to highlight our waiter Kadir, who was very attentive, friendly and professional. He made our stay special and spoiled us with his warm manner. I'll definitely be back!

Our Sunday trip to Peter Pane Hoheluftchaussee was, as always, a great decision. The service today was again extremely charming and attentive. We asked several times whether it was tasty or whether we needed anything else. Plus a smile on your lips, nice! Thank you dear Kadir for this Sunday, we'll be back!🥰🩷🫶🏼

For me as a vegetarian, the burgers are really tasty and, above all, only made with ingredients that you understand. What I don't like are the pick-up times. If it says “ready for pickup in 15 minutes”, I usually have to wait another 10 minutes. Then write “ready for collection in 30 minutes”.

Worst service ever. First, it took a lot of time before the waiter Kadir came to our table. After waiting a while we ordered multiple burgers, several orders were wrong and Kadir acted frustrated towards us, while this wasn’t our fault. The drinks we ordered were also incorrect. In the end Kadir tried to get a good review in change for an ice cream. When we wanted to pay we didn’t give a tip because of the lousy service whereafter the Kadir rudely asked us if it is normal to not give a tip in our country. I’m sorry but if you want a tip you have to give at least decent service. When we left the restaurant Kadir was openly complaining towards his colleague.

Particularly noteworthy is the young, friendly waiter with curly hair, who made the evening perfect with his friendly manner. A clear recommendation for a relaxing evening!

It was just so nice to visit you! Our waiter of the evening (Kadir) was completely convincing. He was super attentive, quick and extremely polite! Even if I personally couldn't follow his recommendation in terms of taste, everything that came out of the kitchen was prepared quickly and delicious. Simply a solid evening meal with the best service! I'd love to come back!

The food came in a decent sized portion and was really tasty. The furnishings are simple, but serve their purpose and look chic. The negative point is the benches with the thin cushions. The service staff was very attentive and entertaining, but at the same time a bit overzealous.

We came here on a Saturday evening without a reservation and were seated immediately. The service is great and the food was very tasty.

I think the citizens are too expensive. Double Peter, I paid about 18 euros without any allowance or fries... I wouldn't eat there again in the evening. Extortionate prices!!! I give the two stars for the service because that's the operator's tactic.

Happy Halloween - Happy guests! :) First of all, super cool campaign that the employees dressed up for Halloween! We were warmly greeted when we arrived and they immediately arranged for us to get a high chair for my daughter without me having to ask. :) The entire team was always friendly and attentive and ensured that it was a very relaxing evening. Timo our “waiter” immediately knew how to deal with children and showed us once again that Peter Pane is a very child-friendly restaurant. All in all, he sweetened our evening in many ways and still shone with his professional competence! The evening was perfect for us personally. Thanks to the entire team, including the kitchen, the food was of course great too! :) We'll definitely be back!

The food was really tasty. I had a burger with fries and drinks and the atmosphere was very quiet and you always had the feeling that you were alone here with your date and the waiter was very friendly. Only the price was a bit overpriced, hence only 4 stars, but apart from that the restaurant is absolutely recommended. I would be happy to come back 👍

the meat burger was a bit disappointing. the meat was not tender but more like a block. if i ever go again ill go for veggie burger. the desert option of chocolate lava cake with frozen yoghurt was very nice. waiter lady was very friendly

Meat tastes like it's been eaten three times, I'd rather go to McDonalds. What is that? I can't recommend it.

I'm still excited what I experienced there. The service was top notch This warmth and her cheerful nature made us feel completely at ease. Also that she recommended this or the other thing to us. The price for three people was 90 euros. But it was really worth it. The food was lovingly prepared, fresh and extremely tasty. It was also great that you had a choice of wholemeal rolls... which was an absolute delight. In general, the menu had a large selection. The ambience I love Peter Pan. There is so much warmth through the wood. Thank you for the wonderful experience with you. Should I have the chance to come there again then I will definitely come back there.

Super tasty cocktails and great burgers. The small drawback last night was the service. In the total of 4 hours that we were there, someone only came to the table once to ask if anything could be needed or if everything was OK and we had to draw attention to ourselves several times until someone came to order drinks, for example. A plus was there was 1 portion of nachos with cheese and a round of shots on the house because we were celebrating a birthday.

Me and my wife always come here when we're visiting Hamburg, Germany. As usual the Burger was outstanding and the sweet potato fries out of this world! Big shout-out to our server Feli ,who not only put a lot of effort into satisfying all the customers,also kept smiling and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend and can't wait to be back next time ! :)

For us the perfect family restaurant near us. Everyone can find something delicious to eat here. In summer, the small outdoor area in the backyard is also a nice option. We recently received very warm and courteous service from Marvin.

This place doesn’t only have a bad service but also kids unfriendly. I have visited many Peter Pane branches either in Hamburg or outside. Honestly I always like the quality of food and the service but my experience at this place is different. At the beginning, I was approaching the restaurant’s door and pushing the stroller of my kid when one of the waitresses was already at the door and she didn’t even care to hold the door for me for just 2 seconds. She saw me and then carelessly walked away and didn’t even say hello. A few seconds later, another waitress showed up and asked where I would like to sit without any smile, she was totally unfriendly. I was already disappointed by the behaviour of the hosts but I decided to ignore the signs. The food was good as I would expect from Peter Pane. However, when I wanted to pay and go, the waitress came in and looked at the table and said what a mess, you have to look at your kid and not let her mess with the table, she complained that she had to clean the table and the floor. She was totally rude and unfriendly that I felt uncomfortable. I understand I have to watch my 1.5 year kid, but to lecture me like this in a restaurant that is not cheap is also not acceptable to me. The waitress was also unsatisfied with 10% percent tip, I saw her face when I rounded my bill from 57 euros to 62, she gave me unfriendly look that she wanted even more. I would never go there again.

The food was bombastic, but what was even better than the ambience and atmosphere was the service force Feli. She was very polite and helpful which definitely made our stay much better. I will definitely come back and hopefully have Feli as a waitress again.

The food was super tasty and the waitress (Feli) was super friendly, we were sitting one table away and there was a group who were behaving so badly, we complained to the waitress about the group and she calmed the group down with ice cream . Very professional!!

Very mediocre quality at prices that are way too high. In addition, an exchange during the meal without a discount or small compensation. For the money you can get much better burgers elsewhere in Hamburg. Therefore no recommendation.

The fries were tasty but the burger was very bland and dry. I wouldn't spend 15€ more on it. We were asked to place our last order by 9 p.m.
