Great shop, great value for money, very good food, the possibility to play Super Mario while waiting for your burger is simply good

If you're in the mood for really fresh and awesome burgers, this is the place for you. The burgers and fries are truly amazing and delicious. The value for money is definitely decent for the neighborhood. And the guys behind the counter are all nice and friendly.

The fries and cheeseburger were delicious! The staff were very friendly and the prices were absolutely reasonable! Highly recommended!

The burgers were surprisingly good, and the fries were equally delicious. All at a fair price. The music in the room was very loud!

The burger tasted okay, the fries with cheese sauce were better. Burger was also ready quickly and was freshly prepared. Prices are really reasonable too. Service was very nice. The atmosphere is rather shabby. Tables dirty and broken, as were the floor and walls.

It was very tasty, although I deducted a star for the lukewarm fries. There is no table service there, but the guys do everything they can to reduce the waiting time to an absolute minimum.

The coolest thing was the Nintendo to while away the waiting time... from the rustic wooden tables you can clearly see what customers had eaten there months before. That's really disgusting... the floor is sticky, the walls, especially the baseboards, are dirty. The food itself is super greasy. The service was nice so far. It was worth a visit, but certainly not a second one...

I recommend this place, but you shouldn't have too high expectations. Kind regards

I withdraw €20 from the ATM because it is already known that you can only pay in cash. - btw, I'm also wondering what's going on in terms of tax law. I get 7€ back, including the 1€ I gave TG. Instead of the cheeseburger with fries I ordered, my bill shows a chilli cheese for €5.90, so I'm wondering how the bill came to €13 or €12 TG. Immediately after paying I was asked what I wanted and I repeated: cheeseburger without onions with fries, so this menu right? I should then pay even more instead of €13 I repeat: I gave €20 and my bill said €5.90 I got €7 back, so I paid €13, which would have been perfectly fine for a menu that I didn't get. Rip off because she thought I was too drunk I guess. Incredibly bold and definitely never again, after I had already recommended the store to many friends. Too bad, really impossible.

Price performance good, ambience okay, service nice, food tastes good. However, the clearing situation (the table in the seating area full of dirty dishes) deserves an upgrade 😉

Uuh these burgers restoraunt really good. I always jump a little when they say my name, which is totally fine. My Arab friends are all very nice and the food is REALLY delicious, especially the chili cheese with beef, which is really good and almost cried. A bit of a lot of people but that's normal in the sex area of ​​Hamburg. Everyone wants to make a baby hehe

Definitely worth a visit. Burgers are freshly prepared in a really short time and for a really good price. The truffle fries were also really good and there was no skimping on the sauce!

Very tasty burgers at very fair prices! We particularly recommend the BBQ burger with bacon and an extra patty and the chilli cheese nuggets. It takes less than 5 minutes from ordering to eating. The taste is also great. Friendly staff who call you by name. The atmosphere is cool, the only deduction is a star because the sanitary facilities are in a catastrophic condition (always dirty, smeared, taps broken, etc.) and since last time card payment was possible.

When i went up first to place order they said they dont have beef and when i was about to leave they told me to come back and that they have it. This seemed fishy but I ordered their beef burger and after 2-3 hours i started feeling unwell and got fever. Later to find out i had gotten a likely infection leading to severe diarrhoea. Maybe it was old or bad meat they used but it was an overall terrible experience and i suffered quiet a lot after eating from here.

Nice burger place on the Reeperbahn, I would prefer it to other well-known chains. Absolutely fair prices. The burger and fries were fresh and tasty. The onion rings weren't quite to my taste, but the aioli was a dream. Overall, a visit is recommended!

Burgers are quick, great and inexpensive. Also recommended if you don't come from partying.

I took several acquaintances of mine who came to visit and they all thought the burgers were great, they are very good and at a very reasonable price, if you order a menu you will be full for sure and not at all expensive for Hamburg, in addition to being in the center of the Reeperbahn.

Best crispy chicken burger I've ever eaten. Very crispy, delicious sauce and the fries were also very tasty and looked homemade. Really cheap and really tastes great! The only downside is that it was pretty cold in the store 🤷🏽‍♀️

Very fast, nice service. Really pleasant and tasty for the price. The toilets were clean, but there was no toilet paper left. Plenty of space. Maybe just as a criticism that you install a display that shows the order number that is finished. Because we had a hard time hearing our order number being called out from the kitchen. Very tasty burger. Ratz Fatz. Order as soon as you come in and then look for a seat. "Map" is only available at the entrance, we were a bit overwhelmed the first time and didn't really know what was available, e.g. sweet potato fries nuggets etc. It was also quite hectic. But the food was really delicious, now we know how it works :)

I Really Do Like It 👍🏼 The Burgers are really good and To be honest they are affordable as well. Stuff was nice and helpful with food recommendations and was very patient. If you are in Hamburg do visit them they are open till late night. I wish they just clean the tables every now and than especially when someone done eating and left their spot that would be great.

We tried three types of burgers and they were all great, you should definitely add the chicken burger to your list of things to try. It was convenient for us that it was open until the morning on a Friday night and we wanted to try it after the entertainment. Around four in the morning on Friday, the place was packed. Despite this, their services are fast and of high quality.

Homemade burger with very good fries at a fair price, especially in a big city. Very fast service despite the crowds. I would recommend stopping here before partying on the Reeperbahn.

Citizen Heroes is my absolute favorite in Hamburg! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable - you really pay little for the taste and quality of the burgers here. I always enjoy coming here because the burgers are simply perfect. The self-service is practical and uncomplicated, which makes the whole thing even more pleasant. If you like delicious burgers at a fair price, you should definitely try Bürger Heroes!

I haven't had such a delicious burger in a long time. The staff is young and nice. It was a bit cold in the store, the furniture is more of a snack bar and less of a restaurant.

We were here for the second time. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and well seasoned. There are vegetarian burgers and lots of side sauces to choose from. The price is more than okay. It doesn't take long from ordering to eating and the employees are friendly, even when it's stressful or busy. Highly recommended!

The vegie burger was very delicious (it was falafel😍) and they serve it quickly. The only thing that's cold inside. It's not gourmet but for the same price you have something better than the burger king

The French fries didn't taste much, and were sticky because there were leftovers from other food in the fryer. The cheeseburger tasted ok for the price, but the hygiene was not top notch. They used the same black gloves to touch raw, cooked food and their own clothes.

Really surprisingly good!! In the middle of the Reeperbahn, close to Davidwache. We just wanted to grab a quick snack somewhere and didn't really expect much. The shop looks inconspicuous, there aren't a lot of frills inside either - but hey, the burgers were really great! The rolls were juicy, the sauce was nothing special but absolutely solid. The meat was fresh and really good 👌🏻 Fries were also great and even seemed fresh and not frozen (information without guarantee 😄✌🏻) You can while away the waiting time with a game of Super Mario on a tube television. Kind of cool. Thank you guys, you are now a safe neighborhood address for us.

While we are ordering we are told to hurry up even though we have been ordering for 2 minutes and 3 menus for 3 people. Not recommended in an impertinent tone as if we were eating there for free!

Unfriendly service and long waiting times – disappointing! I was at Burger Heroes recently and wanted to place an order for six people. After waiting in line for 45 minutes, I was finally able to order - but as soon as I placed the order, the employee behind the counter told me in an extremely rude manner that we were taking too long. Instead of serving us friendly, I was turned away in the middle of my order! For a restaurant that calls itself “Heroes”, I really expected more. If you can't handle large orders, you should consider how you deal with customers who put up with extra long waiting times. This kind of service is really disappointing and I will think carefully about giving this store another chance in the future. Especially in front of me, the customers were drunk, they were served normally, but just because we had a larger order, the burger fryer went shitty! Really rude! The tone was very unpleasant.

A good burger joint for the neighborhood. The ambience is simple and so is the service area. There is a Nintendo with Super Mario in the waiting area, which makes the waiting time very pleasant. The burger selection is good, rather classic and not elaborate. Unfortunately the meat was a bit over-seasoned and overcooked, but overall the burger was tasty. The price/performance ratio for the fries is not good, but they taste as they should and they also have a good standard selection. The milkshakes are good but the price/performance ratio is not convincing either. Basically a good burger shop that I can recommend.

Chic burger joint. The outside spaces are very close to the street or the parking spaces for suppliers. The food is good. The staff seems to be interested, but they can't seem to convey it. The disadvantage of such Insta hotspots is that you can easily lose customer loyalty!
