No matter how busy there is, the guys are always friendly. The burgers are ready super quickly, are a reasonable size for the price and are very tasty.

Such great burgers and the food in general was very good.

I Really Do Like It 👍🏼 The Burgers are really good and To be honest they are affordable as well. Stuff was nice and helpful with food recommendations and was very patient. If you are in Hamburg do visit them they are open till late night. I wish they just clean the tables every now and than especially when someone done eating and left their spot that would be great.

We tried three types of burgers and they were all great, you should definitely add the chicken burger to your list of things to try. It was convenient for us that it was open until the morning on a Friday night and we wanted to try it after the entertainment. Around four in the morning on Friday, the place was packed. Despite this, their services are fast and of high quality.

Homemade burger with very good fries at a fair price, especially in a big city. Very fast service despite the crowds. I would recommend stopping here before partying on the Reeperbahn.

Citizen Heroes is my absolute favorite in Hamburg! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable - you really pay little for the taste and quality of the burgers here. I always enjoy coming here because the burgers are simply perfect. The self-service is practical and uncomplicated, which makes the whole thing even more pleasant. If you like delicious burgers at a fair price, you should definitely try Bürger Heroes!

I haven't had such a delicious burger in a long time. The staff is young and nice. It was a bit cold in the store, the furniture is more of a snack bar and less of a restaurant.

The vegie burger was very delicious (it was falafel😍) and they serve it quickly. The only thing that's cold inside. It's not gourmet but for the same price you have something better than the burger king

We were here for the second time. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and well seasoned. There are vegetarian burgers and lots of side sauces to choose from. The price is more than okay. It doesn't take long from ordering to eating and the employees are friendly, even when it's stressful or busy. Highly recommended!

The French fries didn't taste much, and were sticky because there were leftovers from other food in the fryer. The cheeseburger tasted ok for the price, but the hygiene was not top notch. They used the same black gloves to touch raw, cooked food and their own clothes.

Really surprisingly good!! In the middle of the Reeperbahn, close to Davidwache. We just wanted to grab a quick snack somewhere and didn't really expect much. The shop looks inconspicuous, there aren't a lot of frills inside either - but hey, the burgers were really great! The rolls were juicy, the sauce was nothing special but absolutely solid. The meat was fresh and really good 👌🏻 Fries were also great and even seemed fresh and not frozen (information without guarantee 😄✌🏻) You can while away the waiting time with a game of Super Mario on a tube television. Kind of cool. Thank you guys, you are now a safe neighborhood address for us.

While we are ordering we are told to hurry up even though we have been ordering for 2 minutes and 3 menus for 3 people. Not recommended in an impertinent tone as if we were eating there for free!

Unfriendly service and long waiting times – disappointing! I was at Burger Heroes recently and wanted to place an order for six people. After waiting in line for 45 minutes, I was finally able to order - but as soon as I placed the order, the employee behind the counter told me in an extremely rude manner that we were taking too long. Instead of serving us friendly, I was turned away in the middle of my order! For a restaurant that calls itself “Heroes”, I really expected more. If you can't handle large orders, you should consider how you deal with customers who put up with extra long waiting times. This kind of service is really disappointing and I will think carefully about giving this store another chance in the future. Especially in front of me, the customers were drunk, they were served normally, but just because we had a larger order, the burger fryer went shitty! Really rude! The tone was very unpleasant.

A good burger joint for the neighborhood. The ambience is simple and so is the service area. There is a Nintendo with Super Mario in the waiting area, which makes the waiting time very pleasant. The burger selection is good, rather classic and not elaborate. Unfortunately the meat was a bit over-seasoned and overcooked, but overall the burger was tasty. The price/performance ratio for the fries is not good, but they taste as they should and they also have a good standard selection. The milkshakes are good but the price/performance ratio is not convincing either. Basically a good burger shop that I can recommend.

What was going on? The last time we had juicy, thick burger patties was in September. Now, yesterday they were dry, flat and only half a centimeter thick - didn't you buy enough meat? Austerity measure? I found it a rip off. Thank you, not like that.

Chic burger joint. The outside spaces are very close to the street or the parking spaces for suppliers. The food is good. The staff seems to be interested, but they can't seem to convey it. The disadvantage of such Insta hotspots is that you can easily lose customer loyalty!

The burger wasn't that good. The service was so bad, they tried to scam us and charge extra for a mistake they made. I asked for a vegetarian burger and they gave me one with meat. I ended paying both to end the bad situation as quickly as possible and go out.

Was on vacation in Hamburg and was therefore in the store for the first time. The cheeseburger was really world class, I have to say. Never had such a great burger. Patty was very juicy and had nice roasted flavors. Tasted partially caramelized. Really good. Price €5.60 unbeatable. Please keep it up!

Recommended place to eat a good burger with chips at reasonable prices. Consider that it is in the red light street of Hamburg so it is a very busy and chaotic place in the evening. Recommended for an "informal" and quick dinner. Chips good but not excellent, sandwich fully approved. Staff not very organized in taking orders and serving (perhaps they didn't understand English well)

The onion rings are real onions fried but very oily The hamburger steak is tender but on the thin side The music in the restaurant may be very loud to match the atmosphere of the Reeperbahn. The food is served on the spot using a caller. You can't hear it at all. It feels like the employees' voices are going hoarse.

By far the tastiest burger, the prices are so cheap compared to what you get. Truffle fries and sweet potato fries simply taste completely different and delicious! Despite the store being full, the staff is very courteous and quick. What I think is great: it is a family-friendly atmosphere but also ideal for togetherness. We always enjoy coming back. Location can be easily combined with a walk at the Landungsbrücken.

Actually a nice restaurant with reasonable prices and a good atmosphere, but unfortunately the smash habit was rampant here, so the meat was extremely dry, just leave it alone, normal patties and you would have gotten 5 stars.

Unfortunately, pretty much the worst fries of my life. Completely cold, stale & just greasy. The truffle mayo didn't taste particularly tasty either. Hardly any truffle taste and just the taste of fat. So really a pure disappointment. The burger was okay, but not particularly good either

Absolutely top restaurant, burgers taste super delicious, and the price is incredibly good, most burgers cost €5.20-8, and they are fresh and have an absolutely reasonable size, can only be recommended, and the waiting time is one a few minutes, price performance absolute 10 out of 10👍🏻

Guys, the store SHOCKS! The cheeseburger was crazy

It was our favorite place for burgers in HH, but unfortunately they've totally fallen short. Staff seemed very stressed. Fries were cold and unfortunately not tasty and the burgers were totally dry and fried. There is no cutlery left and mayonnaise in plastic bowls. It's a shame, we really always enjoyed staying with you when we were in HH.

Best price performance in the city. For €10 you get a burger drink and fries. You can't complain about the taste. You have to have done it

The burgers and fries are actually always good. You really don't need to order onion rings or chili cheese nuggets. When I was asked if I liked it and was honest, they shrugged their shoulders and didn't respond further.

6! “Crew members” didn’t think it was necessary to serve us for 20 minutes, even though there were only exactly 7 guests in the restaurant including the two of us. We only waited so long because I really wanted that halloumieburger. It was pretty good too, but that was it.

The food: The fries, the burger, the sauce, everything 10/10, nothing to complain about. The price in relation to the performance is also absolutely top. I have never eaten a better burger. The service is quick and the order was prepared flawlessly. The ambience seems a bit untidy and, in my opinion, loveless. But the food is 100% worth it. My first choice anytime I spend time on the Reeperbahn at night.
