Small beef restaurant with very nice service and tasty food. This kind of "build your own plate" menu is good value for the customer. Hunger was gone once again!

Surprisingly good burgers for a chain. Unfortunately with frozen shaped meat instead of fresh patty. Pick up took place at the specified time, burgers were ready despite it being lunchtime. Top!

Last night we had the most horrible service experience ever in this restaurant. Burgers we ordered were mixed up between plates and my friend got a burger which included avocado. He is allergic to avocado and immediately when he took the first bite he realized that it was a wrong burger. He told this to waitress to get a new burger but the waitress was hesitant to do this. Her explanation was that we should have listened more carefully when the food was brought to the table. The restaurant was quite noisy at the moment and we had no reason to suspect a mistake since my friend was only one ordering sweat potatoe fries which were on his plate. We asked to talk to the manager. At this point the situation became even more ridiculous as the manager accused us of changing the burgers ourselves. We told him that we are not going to pay for the food. After that he very reluctantly took the two burgers that were mixed up and we got new ones.

I had a great time at Hans im Glück on Sonnenstrasse! The atmosphere is cozy, the food is delicious as always, and the service is simply great. A special thank you to our waitress Laura 🥰 – she was simply wonderful! Super friendly, attentive and always with a smile. She made our visit even better. I'll definitely be back! 😍

I recently ate at Hans im Glück and was looking forward to a fresh salad. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't particularly good. I specifically asked for my salad without beetroot, as I don't like them, but my plate was still full of them. When I politely asked, I was only told that the staff had figured it out with beetroot, but no solution was offered. The service wasn't particularly attentive either. It took a long time before we could even order, and the staff generally seemed rather unmotivated. Overall, it wasn't a particularly pleasant visit. I had expected more.

We were meeting up here with friends from abroad. I've only been here in Stuttgart, and I have to say I found it more spacious than at home. Although the concept will probably be the same everywhere. We made a reservation for eight people and were seated in a quieter part of the restaurant. The ambiance was like everywhere else, but the fountain in the middle of the room was something special. The kids loved it. Speaking of kids: There's also a painting corner for the kids and plenty of high chairs. We went to Hans im Glück specifically because they also serve vegan food, and our friends should/must follow this diet for health reasons. Everyone found something great to eat, and everyone enjoyed it. The gourmet block can also be used there, which was another incentive to come here. The restrooms are in the basement of the restaurant. You have to climb a few stairs to get there. All in all, we had a great evening in a relaxed atmosphere. 03/01/2025

Amazing vibes: the decor is cute, the toilet has style and lots of stuff for women, the lighting adds to the ambience. The food was great: the burgers were fresh (except the chicken burger - it felt pretty flat), truffle fries were addicting, maybe only the coleslaw did not stand out. The Yuzu mojito was refreshing. The staff were friendly even though it was pretty late. Great prices for so much value: totally worth it, especially for a late night meal.

Disgusting!!!Never again!!! I have to be honest, it wasn't for us. From reservation to payment just not good. We made a reservation for the children's area because we have two small children. It worked smoothly online. Unfortunately no longer in the restaurant. We were told by the management that they had no free spaces at the playground and we had to sit where there was a space. But then I find offering the possibility absolutely pointless. After 15 minutes we were allowed to order our food and drinks. I suspect that the colleague was pretty new and didn't really know how to enter the orders, but in the end everything worked. I have to say that she was definitely super nice!!! After 40 minutes the food came. Loveless as one can imagine. Just thrown it on the plate without a second thought. For me, the fries with garlic and cheese were missing. Unfortunately, after 5 minutes I got the fries. There was a total of about 15 pieces of fries inside with disgusting garlic that fit endlessly. As an improvement, 5 parmesan flakes and chives. A pig wouldn't be able to eat that. For a €6.90 supplement, I would personally expect a little more love. I gave the fries back to my colleague, she apologized and asked if I would like a new one. But I didn't want to take that risk anymore. Overall the food was nothing!!! Absolutely nothing! I then asked you for the invoice. I don't know what I expected, of course you have to pay for the fries even though they were a complete waste. I paid and left!!! Hans and Glück's concept has been so ruined over the last few years that the quality of the food is simply no longer right! As the manager of several restaurants, I also have to say that if no one is interested in the complaint in the local restaurant, unfortunately it has to be communicated online. LG Frosted
