The perfect burger place in Munich!

We had the "Vollmundig" and "Hochstapler" burgers. Personally, I felt the Vollmundig burger was missing some cheese; you could have ordered it separately, but otherwise it was quite good. My companion had the Hochstapler and found it too small for the price (€16.90), but the flavor was very good. The cheddar cream, in particular, went very well with it. I like that you can see the nutritional values ​​of all the dishes online.

I bought flowers beforehand and my waitress (Sabina) even offered me a vase to put in it while I ate there, super nice of her :) The food and cocktails looked good and were really tasty

We had dinner at HANS IM GLÜCK – MÜNCHEN Giesing to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday with six people. The food was tasty, and the service was impressively fast, friendly, and attentive. Only downside: the seating wasn’t very comfortable for a longer stay. Still, a great evening overall and definitely worth a visit!

Hans im Glück offers top burgers in a stylish atmosphere. Fresh ingredients, creative recipes and super friendly service. The sweet potato fries and truffle sauce are a particular highlight. Always happy!

Again very tasty and the service is really top - super nice service, who also provided some entertainment for the very young guests at the neighboring tables. Only the concept with very few opportunities to lean on is not always so comfortable (hence 1 point less in the atmosphere).

Waiting times far too long. We waited 1.5 hours for our burgers. Of course, lunchtime is busy, but then you should hire more than one person in the kitchen so that more than 1 burger can be prepared at the same time

The ambience is cool, the burgers are sometimes good and sometimes bad. When we were there in the evening one of the waiters cursed loudly and made a scene, which was entertaining but also stressful. I find value for money borderline. As I said, it's a gamble whether you get good food or worse food. The service staff who served us were all very, very friendly.

A big disappointment! The four of us were at "Hans im Glück" on a Friday evening and were allowed to practice waiting all evening. Although the restaurant was only moderately busy, the service staff appeared to be severely understaffed and haphazard. There were times when no waitress saw or passed our table for over 30 minutes. Our drinks came after about 15 minutes, apparently quickly. We waited 40 to 60 minutes for the food. In this case, the "until" means that we couldn't eat at the same time because some of our main courses came after 40 minutes and some after 60 minutes. Afterwards we ordered desserts, which were apparently completely forgotten. Only after we spoke to the waiters did it take another seven minutes for the desserts to arrive. Unfortunately it was incomplete, which is why we had to go see the waiters ourselves again because the waiters didn't think it was necessary to come to us. I have never experienced such chaos and poor, coordinated service anywhere. Now one would expect the staff to apologize for all the things described. Nothing. Nothing at all. Otherwise the food was very good. But for us it was the last visit.

Nice atmosphere and nice service. Unfortunately the burgers only have very little meat on them and are dry. In addition, there is only frozen meat. This is also why it is not possible to order a medium rare. OK for in between

It's nice to sit outside in the summer and eat delicious food. Elderberry spritzer with mint, a Hippe Bowl with goat cheese and fried egg is fantastic. Burgers and fries, on the other hand, are not so good.

I was recently at “Hans im Glück” and have to say that the service and atmosphere were really pleasant. The staff was friendly and I liked the atmosphere. Unfortunately, I have to have a negative experience with the food. About 30 minutes after eating I had severe stomach upset and diarrhea. The next morning I woke up with food poisoning, which is definitely not acceptable. It seems like there isn't enough attention paid to personal hygiene or the quality of the ingredients. This definitely shouldn't happen in a restaurant that wants to be known for good food. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed my visit.

This is something different! Great restaurant with an extraordinary look with a very cool separation or privacy screen from the people sitting next to you. And the food! Very very very tasty! A great selection and very excellent taste. The prices are also absolutely fair considering the performance. We'd love to come back!

Were here for the first time and also for the last time! It just didn't work, starting with the waiting time, which was impossible, and two tables next to us who came after us got their food before us. Food was only slightly warm, almost cold. And what was worst was that we came hungry and left hungry and that at a price of just under €30 per person. Once and never again!!

The very last! Order from Hans im Glück. Delivery came via Uber. Driver cannot find address and is bombarded with countless, incomprehensible text messages. Parallel automated calls from Uber and threats of cancellation. Restaurant shows no interest and offers cancellation. Driver finds address and insults and threatens me massively. Of course the food was cold, the burger patty wasn't cooked properly. Never again!

I recently ate at Hans im Glück and was looking forward to a fresh salad. Unfortunately my experience wasn't particularly good. I specifically ordered my salad without beetroot because I don't like them - but my plate was still full of them. When I politely asked, I was only told that the staff understood beetroot, but I was not offered a solution. The service wasn't exactly attentive either. It took a long time before we could even order, and the staff generally seemed rather unmotivated. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a particularly pleasant visit. I expected more.

Service was not very attentive, we had to wait over half an hour until a service employee came to take our order. The time between ordering and receiving the food and drinks was completely fine. However, from then on there was no service available again. So we won't be going to this branch again.

The first time in "Hans im Glück" and I have to say, it was really cool and pleasantly surprised me. We were lucky that there wasn't that much going on at the time and so there was no waiting time. Food was great - my burger looked great and the cocktails my girls drank were also very tasty. It was really great and I'll go there again. I can recommend.

Unfortunately you can't get more than an average burger, the price is absolutely exorbitant for ok quality

Awesome place to eat burger and fries. Lots of variety and different. Recommended and very nice place. They have a fountain of wishes where you have to throw in a coin. Fantastic. The fantastic decoration with trees inside the premises. A site spectacle.

Burgers are all tk goods that seem refined to the eye so that you can charge high prices. Cocktails were years and worlds better and consisted almost entirely of ice. Staff is really overwhelmed, as Word has saved every euro so that only one person is responsible for the entire store. Last but not least, neutral reviews are deleted so that the appearance on Google looks like a good redtaurant. Mcdonalds is light years better than the store, they at least try not to make poor quality look bad and cost half as much as the ones here...

We sometimes eat here. You don't need a reservation and you get your food relatively quickly. The burgers taste delicious and the mosquito was oh great! With neotaste you can order 2 burgers and only pay once. Can recommend

We had a company Christmas party at Hans im Glück with 12 people. From the reservation to the meal, everything went perfectly. The food came quickly, looked very appealing and tasted very good. That definitely wasn't our last time here.

Went there spontaneously on Saturday. There seemed to be enough employees present - but the fact that guests were seated at a table in a half-empty restaurant where the glasses and fries from the previous guests were still standing was new to me. The food was chosen relatively quickly, the menu was then closed and we still waited about 10 minutes until we were served when we asked. Food came quickly and tasted okay too. A repeat order could only be made upon request, as the waiter preferred to clarify his private problems on his cell phone. The payment process also took a little longer due to a lack of motivation. You must have heard our displeasure, because one of your employees then took over. We weren't expecting exceptional service, but the basics of gastronomy should be the minimum.

Sadly our drinks took 50 minutes when the restaurant was not full. Food came 10 minutes later, but one of two burgers was room temperature, same as the fries. The extra dip has developed a skin. To be fair, we did not complain to a server as we were starving and could not get hold of a server easily. The killer: when paying via the QR code the minimum tip is 5%. Mind you, this is Germany, tip is optional and definitely not 5% minimum. Also interesting that the "round up" option rounded to 51€. Not my definition of rounding up. When we requested to pay the server was quite visibly pissed and took 20 minutes and extra encouragement. While the food was decent taste wise, we did not appreciate the room temperature dishes. I won't be coming back and also do not recommend to eat here.

Despite them having good food, I do not recommend single dinners to visit this branch. After being sat down, I was ignored for close to 20 minutes then moved to another table. After taking my order I waited for 32 minutes and and 6 seconds only to get cold food. 2 guys that sat after my order being taken got their food way earlier than me. A group of about 6 that came after I made my order got theirs in reasonable time. Conclusion? Not good for single dinners.

Very relaxed on Saturday lunchtime as there wasn't much going on. Food and drink as always delicious. Restaurant rolled out...as always at Hans im Glück. Prices still OK.

I ordered food here through Wolt and specifically specified that the burger should be prepared without sauce. When my burger arrived, both buns were completely covered in sauce and unfortunately for me it was hardly edible. I find it very disappointing that you are given a field for special requests, allergies, etc., only for them to be completely ignored. I will therefore never go to Hans im Glück again or order from Hans im Glück!

I like the lovingly designed concept from Hans im Glück. The ambience is great and the little details like the elaborately designed cards prepare you for a large selection of burgers.

Unfortunately, I'm still disappointed with Hans im Glück. I haven't been there for a long time because of bad experiences and I have to say it's still the same. According to the menu I had a double smash, which was only single, and the sweet potatoes were also very little for the price. The non-alcoholic cocktails were filled to the top with ice, which didn't justify the price. Hans Im Glück will definitely continue to avoid!!

Well, what can I say, I've actually always been a fan of Hans im Glück. But unfortunately the quality and quantity of the food decreases. I understand that everything is more expensive, but if the taste and portion size suffer, I'll never go.

In principle, a very good location and nicely furnished, as well as kept very clean, just as you would expect from Hans im Glück. (Mainz, Ulm, other locations in Munich) Always been very satisfied. Had dinner there in Munich twice in the last week. The menus and desserts ordered were prepared and served with a lot of love and care. The deduction is for the very bland service force at the end. It simply shouldn't be the case these days, because it's your own fault! When ordering the dessert (note: there wasn't nearly all hell going on there at the time) she didn't type what she ordered into her device and therefore forgot some of it. When asked, YOUR theater started. I don't want to go into it in more detail here because it's simply unnecessary! If an order of over €135 is made for 4 people, you can at least expect an appropriate farewell at the end. Unfortunately, this unexpectedly failed to materialize, even though, despite the "history", €140 was paid in cash and a tip therefore took place BEFORE the possible farewell. Nevertheless, I will eat there again if possible, as the other service employees were very friendly and accommodating. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, but the attitude towards guests should not suffer under any circumstances. Sorry for that!

Food of good quality as usual. Ambience typical HiG, clean and tidy. Staff friendly, quick and helpful. Nice terrace in summer. Overall very pleasant as it wasn't too overcrowded. So far, I've only ever been there late at lunchtime. But definitely recommended.

Optik des Ladens ist okay. Die Portionsgrößen sind sehr klein. Auch wenn man nicht viel Hunger hat noch tendenziell zu wenig.

Hatte den Weihnachstburger. War sehr lecker!
