Super tasty burgers and great people!

Ordered a smash burger. It was definitely everything but no Smashburger. Cheese wasn't melted and it was one patty and two cold slices of cheese. Afterwards returned so that they please melt the cheese. It came as usual but the main problem was that you almost didn't taste any of the meat because they put a lot of ketchup and mustard on it. Unfortunately nothing for a whopping €10. I don't think I'll go there anymore.

Unfortunately, our service spoke hardly any German and no English at all. The food still arrived quite quickly, but our appetite disappeared when we saw a waiter stirring a large pot, testing it with a spoon and then stirring it again. We also found it unhygienic that the lady who came to her shift started straight away without washing her hands, touched a visitor's dog and then happily returned to the food. There's no way we're coming back, but hopefully the health department will.

Food was really very good, delicious burgers and fries, service was super friendly and very quick preparation - the only negative point if you sit outside is the noisy street.

Ordered 4 burgers for pickup. All of the burgers were missing the extras we ordered. Disappointing!!!

The bugers were tasty and juicy and if we had our way, they could even be a little bigger! I love burgers and Ruffs is doing a fantastic job of giving my love more reasons. Burgers are always fresh and delicious, I live nearby but I often have the burgers delivered, because its quick and easy and still warm. Can only recommend!

Very nice shop, delicious burgers, friendly service. The portion is good and therefore the price/performance is absolutely right. It was ~20€ per person, but you get a drink plus a burger and fries in the evening and you'll feel full. Other burger shops have either become too expensive, the portions too small, or both, which is why we looked for alternatives and found them here. Everything fits here at the moment. Thank you very much.

Very good burgers!! The avocado burger is particularly recommended. Unfortunately you're sitting pretty close to a busy street, but that wasn't really a problem for us. The service was good overall and the food came very quickly.

I am disappointed that a friend's plight was shamelessly exploited for a visit to the toilet during the CSD in Munich and that 2 euros were charged.... that has nothing to do with covering the costs of paper and flushing, but is purely profit maximization

I haven't been to Ruffs for a while, I remembered the burgers as fresh and tasty, homemade and fresh with good sauces. I usually order on Türkenstrasse or Occamstrasse. I'm very sorry that I have to write negative things here, but the food was absolutely disappointing. The fries were totally greasy and soggy, so maybe there's something wrong with the deep fryer? The burgers tasted very convinience, the meat, so was it a ready-made patty?? The rolls were also industrial. Overall, all the ingredients seemed cheap. By the way, my burgers didn't look like the other guests' pictures either. The store didn't make a good impression either. There was loud complaining about what was going wrong in front of the guests. I was treated fairly friendly, but also very non-bindingly and curtly. The fries were inedible, the burgers were halfway eaten, but Mc.D level. And for 25€ - no, people, not again!

Even though I'm a regular customer, my girlfriend wasn't allowed to use the toilet. Hospitality looks different

Unfortunately not a nice experience from the staff. Yesterday, May 24th, 2024, I sat outside at around 7:30 p.m. After about 5 minutes had passed, I thought I'd go to the toilet because there was no service. The toilet door was locked and asked the waitress for the key. The woman asked if I was a customer. I said yes, but I would like to go to the bathroom first. The woman then said to me in a very unfriendly tone: “You MUST ORDER FIRST!” Well, I didn’t like her tone but I ordered. It's just a shame that something like this gives you a really bad aftertaste from the staff. I don't think the staff should be retrained so that they have to be quite unfriendly to people, regardless of whether they are customers or not. Especially when nature calls... This behavior is unfortunately a shame for the image of Ruff's Burger.

Simply fabulous! I don't remember having a better Cheeseburger than this and I'm not exaggerating. From the softness of the sandwich to the quality of the meat! (The truffle chips are also good) Top Quality! Very friendly service and you immediately feel at ease. Highly recommended!

Nothing special, run of the mill burger franchise. Unfortunately mine came lukewarm, but tasted good. The Garlic Fries were ok, but extremely expensive for the portion. Service stressed but friendly and attentive.

We always enjoy coming to this Ruffs Burger restaurant! The burgers (and the rest) have always been perfectly and freshly prepared and the staff have always been very friendly. The place is very stylish and very clean. Always my pleasure!

We absolutely loved the food, drink and service. Price performance is right and the waiter Luca was very accommodating and friendly. The shop is worth a visit and we would be happy to come back.

The all you can eat ribs that are available here every Monday are highly recommended. The meat is super tender and can be easily cut apart without a knife. You also get your money's worth here when it comes to taste. You can't complain about the price either, €24 is really fair in my opinion.

Essen war okay, aber keine Glanzleistung. Es war mehr Brot als Belag drauf. Das Brioche Brot hat auch leicht süßlich geschmeckt was zum Burger nicht gepasst hat. Service war in Ordnung, aber die Bedienung hat sich jetzt auch nicht sehr bemüht. Der Cocktail den wir im Menü mitinbegriffen hatte (Himbeer-Mojito) war leider grauenhaft. Diesen konnten wir auch nicht trinken und haben diesen stehen gelassen. Wenn man einen guten Mojito kennt, dann weiß man, dass dieser nicht mit Sirup gemacht wird.

Hallo ich hab mal wieder zum mitnehmen bestellt, dieses Mal jedoch den BBQ Burger mit Pommes und ner Spezi. Abgesehen davon das wir nicht mal eine Sosse dazu bekommen haben, war der Burger komplett durchweicht, wer legt auch 5 Saure Gurken drauf sodass das Patty einfach aufgeweicht ist??? Fleisch war auch wirklich nicht das wahre, sodass ich mich erstmal nach nem viertel Burger übergeben musste. Nachdem wir nochmal angerufen haben um uns zu versichern dass alles okay war mit dem Burger, wurden wir halbwegs unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen dass die Burger pattys morgens gemacht werden und wir dementsprechend well done dazu buchen müssen um so etwas zu vermeiden. Naja ich bin echt enttäuscht da ich ruffs burger liebe, aber mir jetzt wegen starken Bauchschmerzen einen neuen Burger Laden suchen muss. Danke und nein Danke.

Ein Burger kam mit einem Haar im Brötchen, beim anderen war das Hackfleisch so blutig, dass beim Auswickeln des Burgers Blut auf die Tischdecke getropft ist.

Ich bin mega begeistert von dem Grünen Salat mit zusätzlich crispy Chicken. Hab selten so crunchy aber trotzdem nicht totgebratenes Hühnchen gegessen, zusammen mit leckerem Salatdressing und insgesamt nur 8,50€. Die Burger sind auch sehr lecker, man sitzt schön im Restaurant und der Service ist sehr nett:))

Preis Leistung nicht gut, Burger zu klein und ein Abend Menü macht nicht satt für 20€. Burger schmeckt 7/10

Wir waren zu Zeit , und hatte das Glück gehabt ein Platz zu bekommen , unser Keller Luca , war sehr nett. Und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Top top top

المطعم جميل ومكانه جميل واكله طيب ولذيذ والخدمه فوق الممتازه والموظفين محترمين وانصح بالمطعم هذا . This restaurant is beautiful, have a good tasting menu and the employees are experts.

Die burger sind nicht übel , das Fleisch hat eine gute Qualität aber ins gesamt zu wässrig das ganze . Das Verhältnis Brot zum Rest stimmt einfach nicht, 60% Brot 40% Rest da weiß man schon wie das Gesamtpaket schmeckt. Der Burger kommt nicht ansatzweise an einen Burger aus den USA ran , wie etwa von shake shack. Finde five guys sogar deutlich besser. Auch die pommes sind zu mehlig und Kartoffelig und zu dick . Auch da five guys um Welten besser die pommes! Kann man gleich Bratkartoffeln essen , aber ist wohl Geschmackssache. Ich habe bestellt , da kann man nicht erwarten dass die pommes top sind , aber ich habe da auch schon paar mal vor Ort gegessen .

Super netter Service, hammer guter Burger (hatte den Truffeld red cabbage burger, war eine Aktion) mit Süßkartoffelpommes. Nachspeise der Brownie 😍 gerne wieder!

Ich muss sagen ich fühle mich einfach wohl dort im Lokal, vom service bis zum Essen alles Super. Das Essen dort ist mega gut, ich wahr in München schon viel essen (Burger) aber hier stimmt einfach alles, der Burger ist mega saftig, die zutaten sind frisch, einfach eine Explosion im Mund wirklich mega super, die Pommes haben einen guten crunch und der salz Gehalt passt auch, und die mit Trüffel sind so wie so die besten. Die Trüffel Pommes dort vor Ort sind der Hammer die müsst ihr probieren nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig einfach perfekt. Einige Bewertungen von wegen es sei zu Teuer, sorry das ist eben kein Mc Donald, ich meine wir wissen alle das die Lebensmittel preise in die Höhe gegangen sind ! und wer gutes Essen will muss eben ein wenig Zahlen ganz Normal finde ich. Der Service ist sehr gut, es wird immer drauf geachtet ob es euch gut geht und mehrmals vorbei geschaut ob ihr noch wünsche habt, was will man mehr ! Ich für meine Sache gehe da gerne hin und lasse dort gerne mein Geld weil einfach alles passt. und PS: Luca ist der aller beste dort :-)

Went there on a Sunday afternoon and not much people yet. We had Tiroler Burger, Ruff’s Burger and Mexican Fries. We always had Tiroler and Mexican Fries and it never fails us, tastes so good. Ruff’s Burger is not for us; the blue cheese was overpowering and didn’t work for us. Using the NEO taste app didn’t work out well unfortunately.

Atmosphäre und Service waren beide ok; man konnte auf jeden Fall seinen Aufenthalt genießen, es war aber auch nicht auffallend positiv. Das Essen schmeckte gut und war zufriedenstellend, aber dennoch VIEL zu teuer: Für einen "großen" Salat mit einem kleinem Stück Feta zahlte man mehr als 10€ und die Preise gingen ziemlich schnell nach oben, wenn man seine Pommes ein wenig aufpeppen wollte. Solide 3/5

Waited for a waiter on a hard chair only to get one of the worst burgers in my life. Bun is below average, meat is OK, total size is small-medium. Franch fries were ok but onion rings were really greasy and not tastefull. Souces are poor and not interesting. All together 2/5 for a burger bar...

Η πατάτες τηγανιτές δεν είναι καλές τουλάχιστον 2 φορές που πήρα εγώ μπορεί και να έτυχε! Το μαγαζί μέσα είναι μικρό και όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο έχει και μικρό χώρο έξω με λίγα τραπέζια όμως.
