Always welcoming, I always feel at home!

Everything is great so far, however, I would also like to see burger patties with unsweetened bread, ideally whole grain, as an alternative!

The burgers are of excellent quality, all fresh and perfectly prepared. The service is exceptionally friendly and professional. Luca deserves special mention; he's always attentive, helpful, and incredibly personable. Highly recommended!

So, I have to say that Queen Simona, the service provided by King Ganluca, who I believe manages or runs the place, gave me the impression of top-notch service and exceptional dedication. The food service was also excellent. As I said, it was superb. However, I must say the place smelled like a deep fryer, which wasn't pleasant; my clothes stank. But otherwise, regarding the service and the food, I would definitely come back. However, with one question, as I mentioned, the place smelled like a deep fryer. Unfortunately.

I'd also like to add my two cents about this place: Last Thursday, after a long visit to the Christmas market, I was treated to a burger by a lovely server just before closing time… Unfortunately, after that evening, I couldn't judge the quality of the burger, nor did I remember the server's name… So, I decided to visit the restaurant again today with two friends. And I can only say that I've never experienced such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in a burger joint! It probably has something to do with the fact that the two people have Italian roots… In any case, a huge thank you to Simona & Jean-Luca! We'll definitely be back!!! Very unfriendly employee, wouldn't let me go to the toilet, an outrageous and unacceptable attitude towards customers.

Delicious burgers, and a cocktail included with the evening meal. The cocktail seemed to have no alcohol at all, but still quite nice. Typical Munich prices.

Friendly staff, the burger was good and the price was okay.

Unfortunately, compared to other Ruff's locations, this was one of the weaker ones. The burgers were okay, but much of the salad already had brown edges, and the avocado tasted slightly sour/fermented. Definitely room for improvement.

Burger - nothing special and too greasy. Potatoes and sauces are very tasty. Homemade lemonade - great.

I ordered through Wolt last week. The first delivery was supposed to arrive 20-30 minutes late because I don't live far away. Then they said another 20 minutes late, and then another 30 minutes late. In the end, the delivery time would have been over an hour and 40 minutes for an order that's about 2 kilometers away. I then canceled through Wolt. I've always been interested in how the burgers taste, but I'm fed up with that place.

I was there yesterday and it was the best burger I've had in a long time. The staff and food were great, highly recommended.

We ordered two burgers and two different portions of fries via Uber Eats. We paid an extra €2 to use the priority delivery option. The delivery arrived 45 minutes later than stated and was stone cold. Please don't misunderstand the review. I understand long delivery times if they're advertised that way from the start. However, I don't understand why the app operators, together with the restaurants, are trying to rip off customers by offering a service they don't deliver.

Totally overpriced burgers on UBER eats!

I don't think it's right that this typical, Americanized, pathetic attempt to force 8-10-15% tips (or even higher in other stores) when paying is acceptable. If I decide to tip, I certainly won't do it AUTOMATICALLY because of these pathetic % options, but because I come up with the tip idea/desire MYSELF. So, of course, I will do it of my own volition. But forcing me to go through several payment steps when paying just because I don't want to tip according to the "American system" (or because I want to decide whether and how much to tip) – I find it OUTRAGEOUS. ...and the (common) excuse "(almost) everyone else does it" is even worse. BTW, Bürgers and ginger lemonade were VERY GOOD and I tipped (as much as I DECIDED as a customer).

They have a bigger selection of burgers than other Ruff Burger restaurants, for example the Holy Guacamoly I only found here and it tastes really good. I recommend the lemonades and usually the waiting time is quite short.

I ordered a 2-for-1 burger through Lieferando, but I was charged the full price. When I called the restaurant to politely resolve the issue, a very rude woman on the phone hung up on me twice in the middle of a conversation. This is definitely not how you treat customers. Very disappointing – both because of the incorrect billing and the disrespectful treatment.

I was thrilled with my visit to the restaurant! The food was fresh, lovingly prepared, and simply delicious – you can tell the quality and passion go into the work here. Incredibly unfriendly staff. I just wanted to use the restroom for a moment. They very rudely informed me that it was for guests only. I even offered to pay, but that was also refused.

The ribs had no taste whatsoever, I didn’t know that it was possible to prepare ribs so terribly. The poor pig who gave its life for that meal was not adequately respected.

The burgers were decent, freshly prepared, and flavorful. The outdoor area is acceptable and comfortable to sit in. I would especially like to highlight the service – very, very friendly and attentive. Overall, we were satisfied, but the prices are still significantly too high.

The food is good, even if the Caesar salad is occasionally brown. But the current opening hours are really not worth it. They're simply closed half the week.

I wanted to order a burger, a drink, and fries. However, the server was unable to take this simple order. I explained several times that I didn't want a set menu and that it was perfectly fine to be billed separately. Nevertheless, I was repeatedly interrupted with the statement, "No, that's not possible." I don't understand what's so difficult about taking a simple order. After a pointless discussion, I finally got up and left. If a restaurant can't even take such a simple order correctly, you can't expect it to operate professionally. Review update: The restaurant's response to my original criticism is, in my opinion, further evidence of how unprofessional customers are treated here. Instead of addressing feedback, the customer is publicly portrayed as dishonest. This behavior is completely out of place in the restaurant industry. To clarify: Before ordering, we asked the server how the set menu concept worked. After this didn't appeal to us, we clearly stated several times that we would simply order burgers, fries, and drinks separately. The server refused each time, saying, "No, that's not possible." The fact that the restaurant's response now presents this differently speaks volumes. A respectful and solution-oriented approach to guests looks different. I find the phrase "such guests" particularly inappropriate. This choice of words comes across as disrespectful, as if we were less than worth. Fortunately, there are numerous alternatives in the area that offer not only good food but also professional service, where customers are welcomed and treated with respect.

The burger meat is of the highest quality! Always top-notch!

"A real insider tip right in the middle of the thermal spa!" Ruff's BBQ burger is an absolute delight – juicy, smoky, and perfectly seasoned. The combination of tender meat, spicy BBQ sauce, and fresh ingredients makes it a true taste experience. Although the restaurant is somewhat hidden, it's definitely worth the search. If you're visiting the Erding Thermal Spa, don't miss this burger!

Ruff's burgers are top-notch, but this location on Ohlmüllerstraße was on another level. Super friendly staff, a relaxed, family atmosphere, and top-notch quality. I was served by Luca, who was knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend it.

It didn't taste good and the burger was almost impossible to hold. The waiter's German was so poor that he didn't even know what a beer was.

Tasted like McDonald's! The burger meat was cooked all the way through. My burger was okay overall. My brother only ate three-quarters of his because he didn't like it. The Philly cheese fries were a total failure! The meat was a burger patty, and I don't know what that has to do with Philly cheese!

I leave happy every time and am grateful to be served by such a great team who, despite the pressure, still accommodate all my requests. Thank you! See you soon :D

Best burger in town, and the staff is extremely accommodating. My personal favorite is the cheeseburger with extra cheese and jalapenos.

There's nothing to complain about the food, but the staff are just extremely rude and disrespectful!! You need a separate key for the restrooms, and you only get one with an annoyed look...

The burger was great and arrived very quickly. The burger was also very good to eat with a paper bag. In other restaurants I regularly despair of falling apart burgers. Not here! In addition, the price-performance ratio is quite good.

I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to go for dinner here. Food was ready within 5 minutes and the restaurant was completely empty. Burger was solid, fries could use a little salt/spice in my opinion. Price/performance is good.

My old place of work (ex Carlitos Restaurant) is home to a Ruff's Burger. There I even get a Carlitos Burger (like a normal cheeseburger, only with extra balsamic onions and double cheddar, but instead of meat paddy, a vegan paddy), a dream! Service is great, Luca is a great manager and serves me an espresso macchiato from another planet! Rarely have I seen such a structured and clean burger joint. Greetings from Au, Carlito

very disappointing. Didn't feel welcome, the service was pretty unfriendly. The food was also below average. The burger's bun was cold and didn't taste fresh. Otherwise the burger wasn't anything special.

It's quite nice here. It doesn't feel quite as nice as the restaurants at Sendlinger Tor or Münchner Freiheit, but the food is still good.

Fantastic service & great burgers! We ordered via Lieferando and there was initially a small error. But the team at Ruff's Burger fixed this quickly, extremely accommodatingly and professionally - truly exemplary customer service! The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious, and the selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options is great. Here you can see that quality and customer satisfaction come first. We will definitely order again!

Simply a top burger shop with a mega lunch menu

I ordered a chicken burger, fries, and apple juice. The service was then mint tea, but it turned out to be hot water and mint. The food tastes excellent. I advise you to visit it if you like sandwiches/their service is excellent.

Hello Ruffs Burgers, Disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, we had health problems after a visit to this restaurant on February 17, 2025. Three out of four people vomited. When we informed the restaurant by phone the following day and that they would check their stocks if necessary to ensure that no one else would be harmed, we were told that they didn't work yesterday, brushed them off without understanding and simply hung up on us. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Too bad Ruff's Burgers.

I was there on February 17th. here for a burger. I ordered a smash burger. Unfortunately, it upset my stomach. Two other people who were there also got sick from the burger. The next day we called there to inform the restaurant. It could be that something was wrong with the meat or something like that. It was important to us to give the information to the restaurant. Unfortunately we weren't taken seriously during the phone call and they simply hung up on us, which is a real shame. I wouldn't go here again. It was pretty cold in the restaurant.

My boyfriend and I were feeling homesick during our travels, so we looked up some burger places nearby and this restaurant was recommended multiple times. Burgers were definitely delicious as described and I noticed that the staff were speaking in Italian so when I asked for the check in my broken Italian, the Italian gentleman that served us was absolutely elated. So for the Italian gentleman and lady who served us on the night of September 6th, grazie mille~! We'll be recommending this place to any other Americans wanting a decent burger.

Ruff’s Burger offers an impressive selection of freshly made burgers. The atmosphere is welcoming and modern, making the visit a pleasant experience. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service: The waitress on Wednesday evening, February 5th. was extremely accommodating and very friendly, which rounded off the overall impression positively. Rarely have I had a burger with such a good ratio of toppings to sauce to ban. No unnecessary dripping, as it was well dosed, very juicy meat and the service was also worth mentioning. Friendly, tasty and a good price - we'll be back!

Was here the day before yesterday with my son and unfortunately we met a very unfriendly waitress. We only ordered fries to take away, my four-year-old son wanted to eat in the store because it was so cold outside. I then asked the waitress if it was possible to eat in the restaurant. Then mushy "Unfortunately not, because it's 30 cents more expensive inside." What customer service. Leave the store immediately and never come back.

The burger was nothing special. Very expensive for no reason. The salad was very small and didn't even have chicken in it. However, something I liked is that it was the only shop in Munich that had music and had a nice place to sit.

Unfortunately had a bad experience. You can tell that the service is primarily designed for delivery. The shop was empty and we were seated after waiting. Unfortunately, my chicken burger was still frozen inside, so I had to return it. Even after eating, I referred to it again, which wasn't commented on.
