Surprisingly good burgers for a chain. Unfortunately with frozen shaped meat instead of fresh patty. Pick up took place at the specified time, burgers were ready despite it being lunchtime. Top!

I ordered, unfortunately the food didn't convince me, I ordered twice, twice it wasn't to my taste

Delivery was incredibly quick, the fries were crispy and hot, as were the chili cheese nuggets, but I was incredibly disappointed with the burger. For €15 I get a mule of mayonnaise, even though I ordered ketchup, no cheese, two slices of tomatoes, two slices of bacon, a mule of lettuce and two pettis in a limp ciabatta. I'm incredibly sad. And because I'm really pissed off, I can't even call because I want to scream because I'm really hungry. UPDATE: I was called and explained about the mayonnaise and was offered a voucher for my next order via the homepage. I think that's really nice and I'll definitely order there again! 😘

I ordered something via UberEats, according to the app it would have taken 20-35 minutes, but the order ended up taking over an hour. I was able to get information over the phone, but unfortunately nothing was updated in the app. Unfortunately, bacon was added to my burger without my request. It wasn't particularly bad, but it would certainly have caused big problems for others. The food itself was okay, it came warm but the burger wasn't breathtaking. Finger food there was very tasty, unfortunately my dip was forgotten here. Unfortunately, all in all, it's a shame.

Burger tastes delicious but is overpriced. 2 people 37€ so we were just full.

Slightly undersalt the fries, maybe more next time. Staff very friendly. The employee threw the mouse out. Unfortunately, it's a shame that there was a mouse there at all. I hope she just got into the store. Burger still very tasty.

Fast food, but really great burgers.

Unfortunately again small stones in the salad. This problem occurred some time ago and it almost broke my teeth. I was then contacted by a very nice customer service and compensated for the salad. Of course they said that they would pay more attention in the future and ensure that the lettuce was washed properly. Unfortunately just empty words... now this has happened for the third time. You can no longer justify something like that. I will not order here again in the future.

Just walked there and was disappointed to find that there are no obviously vegan burgers left. There are now meatless burgers. What is that supposed to be? With egg? With milk? Then I won't go to lunch with you anymore.

Delivery is a no-go, as multiple times written note for specific order is never maintained (delivered from Wolt/Lieferando). Food is good but thats a negligible service not to pay heed to note for certain allergens people and that led to food poisoning.

I picked out a total of three hairs from my chicken salad. The hotline took care of it immediately, I received a new salad and a cookie as compensation. Unfortunately the dressing was forgotten. Unfortunately, the cheesy fries were also covered in very little cheese. I don't know that from other Burgerme hubs. There is still room for improvement when it comes to hygiene and preparation. Overall, I wouldn't order from the hub again, even though I'm a big Burgerme fan.

Well I wasn't happy, I found the bacon fries inedible. You also really taste the frozen patties of the Crunchy Chicken Burger.

Ordinavo spesso da un altro punto di burgerme quando abitavo in un’altra zona di Monaco quindi ora ho provato questo (prendendo addirittura lo stesso panino, il crunchy chicken con aggiunta di bacon). Buono e croccante uguale, servizio rapido ed efficiente, consiglio di scaricare Wolt perché ho trovato la giornata 2 al prezzo di 1 e ho avuto da mangiare per due giorni spendendo pochissimo. Come sempre, consiglio anche le patate dolci con la maionese veg.

Wer nicht auf Standart Bürger wie bei bekannten Läden. Der ist hier genau richtig. Der Laden ist klein aber man kann am Fenster kurz verweilen zum Essen. Der Chef und Personal ist super. Die Bürger sehen nicht nur gut aus sondern haben ein super Geschmack und die Soße, Gewürze passen super zusammen. Also man kann ihn ohne bedenken weiter empfehlen.

Ich bestelle oft bei Burger Me das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Burger sind einfach unglaublich lecker.Es gibt auch eine große Auswahl an Belägen und Saucen, so dass man seinen Burger ganz nach seinen Vorlieben gestalten konnte. Auch die Beilagen sind super. Die Pommes sind knusprig und frisch. Die Preise sind angemessen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich gut. Alles in allem hatte ich eine großartige Erfahrung bei Burger Me und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Vegetarische Burger 🍔 sind sehr gut. Limitierter Platz um vor Ort zu essen. Ist eher ein Burgerladen, von dem man dich liefern lässt.

Love this burger joint so much! The staff there is ever so friendly and their burgers are just as amazing. Definitely going to eat there again should I find myself in Munich in future. Was there for 3 weeks and this was our preferred takeaway outlet. Highly recommended!

Ich muss sagen, der Burger schmeckt mir sehr gut. Nur die Pommes sind meist etwas matschig. Preis/Leistung trotzdem super.

Meine Freundin und ich wollten einfach nur einen Burger. Keine großen Ansprüche, Hauptsache schnell und essbar. Was wir bei burgerme erhalten haben hat uns echt überrascht. Für eine fast-food Kette waren die Burger überragend! Wir hatten eine vegane und klassische Variante + Pommes. Um Längen besser als bei McDonald's oder Burger King. Saftiges Fleisch, gute buns und tolle Saucen (Curry). Alles einfach ein Tick besser als bei der Konkurrenz. Die Filiale ist nicht sonderlich groß und fokussiert sich vor allem aufs ausliefern/abholen, weshalb die Essmöglichkeiten vor Ort sehr überschaubar sind. Aber es ist sauber und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Passt für ein Fast-Food-Restaurant.

Perfect,best burger I've had in decades

Totally unexpected 5 star burger experience from an unassuming little chain. I had McDonalds just the other day and I've gotta say this is head, HEADS and tails above anything I've gotten from Mickey D's in years and years. And better than dare I say most Burger Restaurants in Munich, especially if you take the price into account. I tried the Angus Beef and the Vegan burger, both were bomb! The curry sauce on the vegan sauce is a great twist. Much better vegan burgers from many other places, and they don't even make a huge deal about their vegan options. Fries were crunchy as well. All in all, absolutely nothing to complain about. Recommend to anyone looking for a quick burger fix, especially the vegans.

Food was amazing. A small nice place that serves very good burgers. People are polite and speak English not like some other places. Atmosphere is very nice , but there is not much space for people to sit and enjoy these delightful burgers.
