Today, on a day during the pre-Christmas season, we had one of the friendliest and most attentive waiters I've ever encountered in the restaurant industry: Reda. Many thanks for the first-class, courteous, and friendly service!

Hi everyone! I've been to Happy Goose twice now. Everything is wonderful, delicious, and filling.

This is a shop I always visit when I go to Germany. It's great that you can choose the type of potato for your fries! The shop had a Christmas atmosphere, and even though there were only a few people there, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Thank you, Julia, for the chocolate.

My first time here and I ordered the double smash cheese burger and add extra egg and truffle mayo. Honestly the burger was so delicious and tasty, plus all ingredients were so fresh.

I ordered today via their delivery service a burger and fries. That was around 13, now it's 17 and I still haven't recieved anything. Why do you even offer the delivery home, if you are not delivering? Will be asking my money back, considering I spent 22€ on it. Update: Went there myself at 17:40 and got told that the website is just wrong bc this restaurant DOES NOT offer delivery. Please update that.

It was a wonderful evening with a fantastic atmosphere. The food arrived incredibly quickly and was fresh and delicious. We had our 1.5-year-old son with us, and everything was perfect. We were immediately offered a highchair, and he received lots of friendly smiles :) The service was also simply outstanding, and Chris went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely evening :) We'll be back!

The food was okay, it would have been four stars, but then we watched the waiter closely and saw that he had already tipped himself without our permission. That's unacceptable! I would never go to such a fraudulent establishment again!

The food and drinks were served promptly, which initially made a positive impression. However, during our meal, the waitress asked us to pay immediately, as she wanted to finish her shift – and this was already around 7 pm. This unfortunately detracted considerably from the overall experience. Furthermore, the promised brioche bread was not served, which was also disappointing. The restrooms, however, were very dirty.

Kids' burgers unavailable (apparently they were out of bread), the only alternative was fake chicken nuggets, and they weren't flexible enough to offer one regular burger for two children in the meal deal. The food was lukewarm, but acceptable. The Espresso Martini is probably one of my top three most disappointing drinks of 2025. Barely drinkable. The restrooms weren't clean. I don't understand the concept; why would anyone come back?

I've rarely been served so attentively and warmly! Our waiter, Nico, not only kept everything on top of things, but also made the whole evening a memorable experience with his charming manner. The food was excellent, but the service was the icing on the cake. You can tell when someone loves their job. Simply catastrophic, hardly any words for this juice shop. We were ignored for almost an hour and given stupid looks. We only got our drinks after 40 minutes, after the waiter (with glasses) asked us twice for our drinks. After calling out several times, raising our hands, and speaking to other staff, we were very rudely turned away and after waiting a whole hour we couldn't even order food. On top of that, the waiter served other people who arrived much later first and spent 20-30 minutes going through people's orders 4-5 times because he couldn't take their orders properly. The place is a complete disaster, we just got up and left. Never again. And I would advise everyone to find somewhere else to eat in Munich instead of wasting their time there.

We entered the restaurant in a good mood. The waitress had assigned us a table that was too small. After we sat down at the next table, since about half the tables in the restaurant were already free, the waitress came back and said we had to sit at the other table because it was too big for us. We replied that many tables were unoccupied and asked if we could please stay at that table, but were refused. We then decided to leave the restaurant and not return. We've never experienced such rudeness, especially since at least half the tables were empty. As the saying goes, pride comes before a fall.

After getting a seat, we had to wait almost 20 minutes before we even had a chance to order from a member of staff. The server, a young man with glasses, seemed very unfriendly. He even told us that we had placed the menus incorrectly and should have placed them the way he did – even though I could see that the cards from all the other tables were simply being collected by the wait staff. After another 15 minutes, we received our food. Meanwhile, the same employee right next to us was taking orders. I asked him twice, "Excuse me," to pay, but he ignored me. He only responded when I got up. My friend had already eaten at another branch of the same chain, and the service there was excellent – ​​you could even choose the type of bread for your burger. Here, however, we felt unwelcome and even like "second-class customers." Very disappointing. We won't be back and unfortunately can't recommend this restaurant.

The fries, on the other hand, are disappointing – unsalted, bland, and of very poor quality. Drinks: The selection of specialty drinks sounds interesting and varied at first glance. However, the execution is disappointing: heavily diluted, lacking flavor and lightly carbonated. The taste is hardly convincing. Service: The staff is friendly and does nothing wrong. There's no cause for criticism here. Atmosphere: A modern and young concept, but rather average and nothing special. Value for money: The prices are clearly too high compared to the quality. Neither the burgers, fries, nor drinks justify the high price. Conclusion: A restaurant with interesting ideas that don't translate into reality. The value for money is particularly poor, as neither the food nor the drinks can compete with the competition in terms of taste.

We received excellent service on Saturday evening. There were seven of us: five adults and two children. We had a waiter in a white shirt with blue lines. He immediately thought of our children and brought them something to draw, as well as sweets. He explained everything from the menu to us very calmly and in detail and even started to communicate with our children in our language. He fulfilled all our wishes. We will definitely recommend this cafe to all Ukrainian or Russian-speaking guests. We advise you to look for a waiter with a lined shirt😊

Today I went for lunch. It's noticeable that Hans im Glück has significantly raised its prices, while at the same time offering less service. They used to include a hot drink with their lunch menu, but that's no longer the case. Furthermore, the website listed calorie information for each dish, which is no longer available. About this branch in particular: it's quite dark inside, and the door is constantly open, letting in cold air. They didn't even have the Hummus Hero burger, even though it was on the menu. I was also assured that a 0.75-liter bottle of water was included in the lunch menu at no extra charge, but in the end, they charged me extra for it. In total, I paid €29 for a lunch menu with a double burger and water. It's no wonder people are going to restaurants less and less. Regarding this Hans im Glück, all I can say is: once and never again!
