In October I went on a family trip to Munich,🛩️ we went for a walk and looked for a place to have dinner, we gave an address and he took us to that place, we went in and the truth was that it was a very good idea to have gone in. But the team at Ruff's Burger fixed it quickly, extremely accommodatingly, and professionally – truly exemplary customer service! Actually a great thing to do after climbing is to eat in the bistro, which we really use a lot from customers. Unfortunately, after Corona we were made to wait a long time for regular bistro operations. Normality has now returned here too. Also when it comes to the very fickle quality of the food and service. What's nice to see is that the salads have been reworked and are now quite impressive. Guys, at least keep the quality high here and work on the other weaknesses. The offer is manageable and not rocket science. Imagine the money we spend here must also be earned through good work.

I actually wanted to go to the smash burger place across the street, but it was closed. So I spontaneously tried out Hamburgerei Zwei – and it was worth it! I had the burger “Der Franzose” and the loaded fries “Palermo” – both were excellent. You can tell that the work here is done with love and a lot of detail. I thought the little gesture with the popcorn in a black cup after the main course was nice. Finally there was the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream - perfectly warm and chocolaty. The store also seems child and teenager friendly, which I also like. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is friendly, and best of all: not a crowded hype shop, just good burgers in a pleasant environment. 5 out of 5 stars - I'm glad there's a burger shop like this in Munich!
