YUMMY! Became my fav hamburger place in Munich! Everything is super fresh and I loved seeing a wide variety of hamburgers (and, yes, I find Ruffs or Hans im Gluck a bit overrated)

Not a long wait, the food was there after about 10 minutes (cheeseburger, surprise burger, fries and chili fries) - taste great, sauces homemade and very tasty. Good and friendly service!

We ordered burgers. 3 out of 5 people didn't feel well afterwards. It even gave me stomach cramps, nausea and intestinal distress. In terms of taste, it tasted rancid.

The burgers are amazing, as are the dishes and the staff is also good. The only thing that's unfortunately not that great anymore is the lighting. It used to be pleasantly warm white and not too bright, not too dark, and it fit perfectly into the ambience. In the meantime, bright cold white LEDs have been used, which are far too bright.

9:32 p.m. - a disgruntled Indian chef shouts "the kitchen is closed" when he enters. OK. No more sales here.

I have been coming to this restaurant over the last 6-7 years but more recently there is always a push from the staff to force customer to finish quickly and free the table. Especially today the staff told us to finish quickly because there are people waiting outside because those didn’t eat whole day due to Ramadan (we were, with 2 kids, almost 30-40 minutes in dining). It is a nice gesture but the way he said was very rude. A piece of advice: Put a notice that table should be free in 30-40 minutes and if you do care about people standing outside than people inside, please reserve table for them so that they don’t have to wait.

This is my favourite Ruff’s in Munich, however on weekdays there’s a guy who cooks the burgers who’s just really lazy. He smashes the burgers down way too much and I just ordered a regular burger. Something I used to love about Ruffs is the way the burgers are thick and the meat quality is really good but when you smash them down, it just ruins the flavour and the experience. They also switched from regular bright green beautiful lettuce to shredded which seems cheap to me… yikes. So all of these photos are a lie they don’t put regular lettuce on the burgers anymore.

By far the best fries and burgers I've had in a long time.

It was a nice place to catchup with friends and have a good smashed burger. Prices are reasonable and staffs are very friendly.
