Direct Hans im Glück clone, so I only have to compare this one with it. Prices and offerings are extremely similar, the meat is better because there is no pad. Still, it's a shame that they didn't dare to go their own way. More versions of fries and more sauces would be great, for example.

The burger was very tasty and very good for the price. You'll be full and the side dishes were also excellent. You definitely don't need a starter. the service was very friendly and accommodating. Like you normally only know from very good restaurants. The ambience was typically American and doesn't necessarily reflect any taste, but it didn't look cheap or old. The light was pleasant, the music was modern and pop, fitting for a burger joint. Unfortunately it wasn't that busy but I'll definitely come back.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I have had very negative experiences with this shop. Ordering takes over 2 hours During this time, the restaurant lies several times and says the food is already on its way On the third call after over 2 hours, they say the driver will be there soon. Except that the Uber app doesn't know anything about a pickup The restaurant actually sent an employee who handed me the food without comment after tearing the receipt out of the bag to make it more difficult to trace it and just said "clear it up with my boss" and disappeared. I was nice and matter-of-fact to her because at the time I didn't know that she worked at the Burger House, I thought she was just an Uber driver who wasn't at fault. When I asked further questions, she replied with silence and took the elevator down. The restaurant, however, told me on the phone that it was their own driver. It was impossible to report it because she is not registered as a driver in the app. When I asked for a refund because I had lost my appetite and my girlfriend had to work the night shift, the man on the phone said that he also had rental costs etc. and couldn't give me a refund, and that I shouldn't have accepted the order if I wanted a refund. But not accepting the order was impossible because the driver had handed me the order very quickly and without saying anything and then went into the elevator and turned her back on me. I had to drag a half-apology out of the man on the phone and the restaurant isn't solution-oriented either. The driver violated the obligation to provide a receipt and left me no choice about getting a refund. At least they could have admitted that they had forgotten to prepare the order. It's not my first order there. What's more, the food really isn't worth what you pay for there. At most you can take advantage of special offers. However, I will never order from there again and will report this incident everywhere. The incident happened yesterday on February 10, 2025 I ordered around 5:00 p.m. and got my food around 7:30 p.m. My appetite had gone and I was €30 lighter
