Absolut Frech. Wir haben heute Essen zum Abholen über Uber bestellt und wollten es nach dem Abholen einfach direkt vor Ort essen. Uns wurde das aber verboten, weil die Bestellung über Uber mit einem Angebot gelaufen sei und deshalb angeblich nicht im Laden gegessen werden dürfe. So etwas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Das Unverständliche daran: Im Laden waren noch jede Menge Plätze frei und sie haben auch nicht kurz vor Ladenschluss zugemacht. Es gab also überhaupt keinen ersichtlichen Grund, warum wir unser bereits bezahltes Essen nicht dort essen durften. Dazu kommt noch, dass die Burger online sogar teurer waren als vor Ort. Online hat ein Burger 10 € gekostet, im Laden aber nur 8 €. Uns wurde zwar gesagt, das läge am Uber-Angebot, aber am Ende haben wir trotzdem fast genauso viel bezahlt, weil die Burger online teurer waren. Von einem echten Angebot kann da also keine Rede sein. Ich arbeite selbst in einem Burgerladen und so einen Umgang mit Kunden würden wir uns niemals erlauben. So etwas ist einfach unverschämt und überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert. Für uns war das definitiv das letzte Mal.

Ich habe es zur Lieferung bestellt, es war sehr gut, es kam heiß und gut verpackt an.

Ich war bei Uncle Smash in München und insgesamt war es okay, aber nicht so besonders, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Der Laden war ganz in Ordnung, aber nichts, was mich direkt beeindruckt hat. Die Bestellung ging relativ schnell, allerdings wirkte der Service eher neutral und nicht besonders freundlich oder aufmerksam. Man hatte eher das Gefühl, einfach nur abgearbeitet zu werden. Das Essen war solide – der Smash Burger hat geschmeckt, aber war nichts Außergewöhnliches. Für den Preis hätte ich mir etwas mehr Geschmack oder bessere Qualität erwartet. Es war gut essbar, aber nicht etwas, woran ich mich lange erinnere. Insgesamt ein durchschnittlicher Besuch. Man kann dort hingehen, wenn man in der Nähe ist und Lust auf einen Burger hat, aber ich würde nicht extra nochmal dorthin gehen.

Die Burger sind super und den Aufpreis gegenüber den klassischen Fast-Food-Ketten wert. Besonders lecker ist die Mayonnaise mit Dill. Allerdings sind die Burger nicht außergewöhnlich und es fehlen ihnen einige besondere Zutaten; die Klassiker findet man hier aber auf jeden Fall.

Unfreundliches Personal Respektloses Verhalten Vorallem vom Herren mit den Kurzen Haaren und gebrochenen deutsch

Wir bestellen wöchentlich bei Uncle Smash und es ist eigentlich gut, aber @Inhaber bitte nehm dir das zu Herzen: In mindestens 50% (!!!) der Fälle fehlt bei einem Burger der mit Extra-Patty bestellt wurde das Extra-Patty. Und das obwohl es jedesmal 3,5€ kostet. Es kann mal passieren, viel Stress in der Küche dies das. Aber wirklich SO OFT fehlt es, so langsam haben wir keine Lust mehr. Es sind bestimmt schon 40€ für Patties drauf gegangen die wir nie bekommen haben. Bitte checkt eure Küchenabläufe und kriegt das in den Griff. Ansonsten muss ich meine Bewertung leider nach unten korrigieren. Ansonsten zu empfehlen, auch wenn 50 - 100 gelöschte Bewertungen super sus sind lol. Edit: Es geht weiter, deswegen Korrektur auf 2 Sterne. Ich glaube ich kenne das Problem: Wenn 2 Cheeseburger bestellt werden, beide mit Extra Patty, dann steht auf dem Lieferando-Beleg "2x Cheeseburger" und dann darunter "1x Extra Patty". Das 1x Extra Patty bezieht sich aber natürlich auf beide Cheeseburger. Die Küche liest es aber wahrscheinlich so, als wären es 2 Cheeseburger und darauf dann insgesamt ein extra Patty. Wäre verständlich, dass das der Ursprung des Fehlers ist, aber die Küche bzw. das Restaurant muss sich dann so im Griff haben, dass das nicht passiert. In 4 von 5 Bestellungen fehlt genau ein Patty auf den 2 Cheeseburgern. Bitte nehmt euch das zu Herzen, jedesmal zu reklamieren nervt extrem.

Meiner Meinung nach einer der besten Burger Münchens und dazu noch echt gute Preise 🙌🏻

Ich war heute bei Uncle Smash und habe zwei Burger bestellt. Auf einem der Burger gehören die karamellisierten Zwiebeln standardmäßig dazu. Für den zweiten Burger habe ich ausdrücklich darum gebeten, ebenfalls karamellisierte Zwiebeln zu bekommen. Während meiner Bestellung hat sich ein anderer Mitarbeiter eingemischt und erklärt, dass auf diesen Burger eigentlich keine karamellisierten Zwiebeln gehören. Nachdem ich meinen Wunsch nochmals geäußert hatte, wurde dieser schließlich an die Küche weitergegeben. Als ich meine Bestellung erhalten habe, wollte ich lediglich kurz nachschauen, ob die karamellisierten Zwiebeln auf dem zweiten Burger diesmal tatsächlich vorhanden sind. Der Grund dafür ist, dass es bei meinen vorherigen Besuchen bereits mehrfach vorgekommen ist, dass die extra bestellten karamellisierten Zwiebeln trotz ausdrücklicher Bestellung gefehlt haben. Noch bevor ich richtig nachsehen konnte, wurde mir von einem Mitarbeiter vorgeworfen, ich würde aggressiv auftreten. Das kann ich so nicht nachvollziehen. Ich habe meine Stimme vielleicht etwas angehoben, weil ich aufgrund der wiederholten Fehler bei meinen Bestellungen genervt war, aber ich habe niemanden beleidigt oder respektlos behandelt. Ich wollte lediglich überprüfen, ob mein ausdrücklich geäußerter Wunsch diesmal berücksichtigt wurde. Als ich dem Mitarbeiter erklärt habe, dass die karamellisierten Zwiebeln in der Vergangenheit bereits mehrfach vergessen wurden, wurde mir entgegnet, dass in der Küche viel los sei und deshalb nicht immer auf solche Extrawünsche geachtet werden könne. Für mich ist das keine zufriedenstellende Begründung. Wenn ein Wunsch angenommen und bei der Bestellung vermerkt wird, sollte er auch umgesetzt werden. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass die Bestellung heute tatsächlich zum ersten Mal korrekt war und die karamellisierten Zwiebeln auf dem zweiten Burger vorhanden waren. Umso unverständlicher fand ich jedoch die Reaktion des Mitarbeiters und die Unterstellung, ich sei aggressiv gewesen, obwohl ich lediglich kontrollieren wollte, ob meine Bestellung richtig zubereitet wurde. Ich wünsche mir für die Zukunft einen respektvolleren Umgang mit Kunden sowie eine zuverlässigere Umsetzung von Bestellungen und Sonderwünschen.

Netter service, sehr gutte burger mit leckeren beilagen, würde ich jedem empfehlen.

Also ganz ehrlich es ansich ein schöner Laden doch das Personal ist unter aller sau. Ich habe einen Kaffee bestellt und habe dort drin ein Plastik Stück entdeckt, also machte ich einen Mitarbeiter darauf aufmerksam, anstatt mir einen neuen Kaffee zu bringen wurschtelte er mit seinen wurstfingern in meinem Kaffee herum. Ich bin total ausgeflippt doch er meinte:,,wenn sie einen neuen Kaffee haben müssen sie einen bestllen''. So eine Dreistigkeit habe ich lange nicht gesehen. Immerhin konnte ich meinem doublesmash(ohne gurken,Käse und Soßen so wie ich es am liebsten mag )genießen

Uns haben die Burger leider total enttäuscht. Die Pommes hingegen waren sogar mehr als nur ne Enttäuschung. Mehrfache frittierte Pommes geht leider gar nicht ...

Die Smash Burger sind der Wahnsinn und auch die Pommes und das Fingerfood waren absolut top. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter: extrem freundlich und gut drauf. Komme definitiv wieder

Das Essen war wirklich gut. Leider wurde der positive Eindruck durch den Service an der Kasse deutlich getrübt. Der Mitarbeiter wirkte sehr unfreundlich, hat keinen Blickkontakt hergestellt und sich stattdessen mit seinem Handy beschäftigt. Das ist gegenüber Kunden einfach unprofessionell und hinterlässt einen schlechten Gesamteindruck.

Die Burger und Pommes sind extreme lecker und aufjedenfall sehr Preiswert. Der Laden ist relativ klein, hat aber genug Platz zum sitzen und Essen. Sehr Empfehlenswert ist der Chicken Supreme und der klassische Cheeseburger. Die Uncle Smash Soße ist ein Muss.

Ungefähr einer der schlechtesten Burgers seit langem: Patty besteht aus undefinierbarer Masse, geschmacklich sind wir bei altem Fritierfett mit ordentlich Salz. Atmosphäre des Ladens ist unterirdisch, getoppt wird das ganze nur noch vom hart unfreundlichen Kerl am Tresen. Seltsamer Laden. Den Burger gab's um 10,50 ohne alles ...

Aufgrund der Bewertungen hatten wir einen hochwertigen Burger erwartet, wurden aber leider enttäuscht. Die Qualität entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Ich füge ein Foto des Kassenbons bei, um den Besuch zu bestätigen.

Sehr leckere Bürger und auch Preiswert in der jetzigen Lage, das Ambiente ist klein und eng aber zum Mitnehmen waren die Bürger bisher immer gut. Und die ChiliCheese Fries waren perfekt

Very tasty food at a fair but not exactly cheap price (€16.90 for the meal with the 200g patty, as of March 2026). Very pleasant atmosphere; I particularly liked the water feature with the air bubbles. The gentleman at the counter seemed somewhat disinterested to me, but was nonetheless very friendly.

The burger was good. I had the cheeseburger smash burger. The meals looked huge and generous to other customers. I paid €7.70 for a 100g patty. A meal deal with fries and a drink costs €13.90 for 100g, or €16.90 for 200g. One of the top spots in Munich for smash burgers! :)

You can eat incredibly well for a great price. The regular and sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked. The sauce is fantastic. It can get a bit crowded, but you can always find a seat.

The Chicken Supreme burger was a 7/10. It did its job, but the breading was too thick and, in my opinion, just okay seasoned. The cheeseburger was a 5/10. The meat was seasoned poorly, but the rest was good. The pickles were very similar to McDonald's. So, on average, the burgers were a 6/10, and the chili cheese fries a 4/10, since the fries were frozen, not fried crispy, and the mediocre cheese sauce was served in excess. It was alright, but not up to the rating, which is currently 4.7 stars.

Delicious, highly recommended! It's not too greasy and doesn't sit heavy in your stomach. Plus: halal Order: 2x Uncle Smash Fries, 1x Nuggets, 1x Cheeseburger, 2x Fritz Kola Zero Negative: The delivery arrived cold and one Kola was missing. Eating in the restaurant would be better.

I've been there a few times now, and most of the food was delicious, but my favorites are: the cheeseburger with the homemade sauce, which was the best burger I've ever had—absolutely amazing! The truffle parmesan fries are also incredibly tasty. And I like to order tenders to go with it. Value for money: 10/10

This was my favorite burger place in Munich until three months ago, but unfortunately the meat was full of gristle the last three times I went and doesn't taste as good anymore. A real shame.

I had a falafel burger with sweet potato fries and the sauce. The burger was okay; there are better falafel burgers, but this one definitely wasn't bad. The patties looked a bit unusual to me, as I initially thought they were burnt, but it just looked that way. The sweet potato fries were very tasty, but I found the regular fries quite bland. The sauce was also very good. They included three free chicken tenders/wings with every order, which I think is a cool and nice gesture. However, I don't eat meat and would have preferred an alternative.

Uncle Smash is a truly special place. I've been there several times now and I have to say the food is really delicious – I can definitely recommend it. The price-performance ratio is okay. However, you should pay attention to the completeness of your order: unfortunately, they often forget things. I would therefore advise everyone to double-check their order after receiving it to make sure nothing is missing or incorrect. The atmosphere is really nice, even considering the size of the place. Munich is slowly but surely getting more and more great food spots. 👍🏻

The food was great, I love Laso and the place should be his baraka, but please hire someone else or teach him some respect. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The place is just to overrated! The smell of the meat was the same as refrigerator. When you are ordering from the corner alone, you have just a number, and you must to watch the whole time if some food is there and to realize if this is yours or not ( no special codes when your order is ready and you have some call on this small items ), they are just calling you to come without knowing what did you ordered. Super friendly staff and great food

Very good Smash Burger in Munich. The meat is crispy on the outside but not dry on the inside, and the bun is fluffy. The sauces on the burger complete the whole experience. The fries are crispy but nothing special, but they go very well with the Uncle Smash sauce. The prices are absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this burger!

Basically, if I feel like eating some cheap convenience food, I order from McDonald's. I expected much more than cheap, oil-filled crispy chicken

This has really become my benchmark for burgers. Unfortunately there are far too few seats and it's a bit expensive, but it's totally worth it!
