The burger (The Frenchman) is a very tasty combination and I would recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately it was only served lukewarm... Unfortunately, the fries (Los Angeles) were no longer really warm and had already passed their crispy season. Finally, I found it a bit of a shame that the service staff didn't ask how you would like your petty to be fried, but rather each medium was served.

Good burgers with very good service. The good woman was snappy but not unfriendly. She had the whole place under control - and I mean that in a positive way. The little one was immediately given pens and drawing paper. The toilets were very clean. The location is a bit cramped and no longer fresh. But that's not really a negative point. I would go again.

I was at Hamburgerei 1 today and I have to say the service was on point, very nice and polite, even though the place was completely full, the food came really quickly and the food was very tasty. I will definitely visit the store again and can recommend it to everyone.

I was here spontaneously. There are five or six different burgers on the menu, along with sides like cold slow, fries and the like. The burger was okay, there was nothing wrong with it, but it didn't blow me away either. So average in my opinion. I find it relatively expensive here because the Bueger is bought individually and all the supplements too. That adds up quite a bit. But well, that's how it's done in many restaurants these days. What bothered me, however, was that they even charge 1.00 euros for a portion of ketchup. In my opinion, it should be a matter of course to include at least a small portion of ketchup or other sauce with the dish. It's nice that there are some options to choose from, e.g. breadless burger with salad garnish instead, meat medium or well done, etc. During the week you can also get drinks and burgers in the menu for a little cheaper. The ambience came across as rather cheap to me. Sure, it's a burger joint, but on the one hand the selection and price suggest that these are high-quality burgers, so it would be nice if that was reflected in the style too. Service was OK.

We ate burgers on recommendation but were disappointed by the value for money, especially if you go in the evening. The prices of the burgers are exaggerated when you see the size. You expect to get a plate with fries and salad for the price, or much bigger burgers. They are very good, but nothing exceptional compared to other places I have already been to. So count on at least €20 for a classic burger with fries and sauce (without drink) if you go in the evening. I think that the lunch formulas should be the basic formulas applied at any time of the day. Good positive point to raise: you can have any burger in a vegetarian version

The hamburgers were super delicious! Nicely medium fried, juicy and tasted very fresh. Also recommended: the coleslaw with apple. We also had the house dip with the fries and the house lemon iced tea (personally it was too sweet for me but otherwise good). Service was super friendly and in a good mood despite the store being full. By the way, we ordered at the table - contrary to some other reviews.

Burgers can be customized. You can change beef patties to chicken breast, cheese or vegetarian patties. The waitress is really nice.

It reads creatively, but unfortunately tastes less than average. The sweet potato fries are the best, I make better citizens myself, sorry. There could be MUCH more. Service is friendly, but seems to be strictly patronized.

Been here for the first time in almost 3 years. Over €18 for an average burger, 10-12 fries and a small drink. It's really crazy. Unfortunately, you can now get much better burgers for the money, so a little better average isn't enough. But that probably also explains why there are no longer any queues or queuing And the medium burger was also very rare. Well... wasabi mayo tasted good.

With the word "Hamburger" in its very name, I had high hopes for this burger joint. Upon entering, there was a prominent picture of a classic hamburger (Bun, Meat, Cheese, letuce & Tomato) in all of its delicious glory. I thought to myself... so far... so good! You can only imagine my disappointment when I ordered (a bacon cheeseburger with mustard) to find... No Tomato... (they don't have this - despite the picture on the wall) No Lettuce...(they don't have this - despite the picture on the wall) And once the burger was delivered, no regular mustard.... Just some guccie-fied fruity mustard chutney mix that tasted like (well you know)... which I promptly returned. and no regular ketchup either... Second burger... This time it was just a plain burger but... despite the menu prominently stating they only served medium-well or well done meat.... I am pretty certain with a defibrillator, I could have returned that cow to life. So if you are looking to a classic hamburger experience... move along, this is not the hamburger joint you are looking for. Otherwise, the ingredients were all very good quality, the fries were good, and the staff and service was pretty good.

Nice staff & burgers very tasty!

They say that one child's menu is free on Sundays, but only the burger is free and the fillet is not free. When ordering in advance, I asked if the children's menu was free, so if I ordered something that wasn't free, they should have explained it to me. However, I received the order without explanation and received the full menu price. It was a very unfriendly and unpleasant experience. I wonder if it was actually free or not. I have a lot of racist experiences and really have a bad image of the city. It is the third country after France and Switzerland, and it is the country I studied in, but I am really disappointed and I wonder if the civic consciousness of Germans is this low. It has become a country with only the worst memories. I wish I was ashamed of myself. I hope and The menu says that all i-menu items are free. If I were German or white, would the service be like this? I really don't want to come back to this place. Think about it again, you'll be ashamed of yourself.

Very tasty burgers and nice service in a modern atmosphere. The portions are a bit small for the price but the quality makes up for it.

The burger was excellent but the sides were only ok. And they refused to serve us free tap water and instead we had to buy bottled water which really annoys me.

Burguer was so good, we loved it! But the waiter not so patiently to answer our question, didnt like the waiter behavior. We asked couple questions about menu and she asked so rude. Besides of that the place has a lot of tables, no waiting line and food is so good.

Hamburger Ray's hamburger was the most delicious thing I ate during my one-week stay in Germany. What's so delicious about being able to choose the degree of grilling of the meat? It's a restaurant that's worth stopping by to eat, not just when you're nearby.

Service was friendly and welcoming. The Food came quickly after ordering. I had “the Argentinian”burger. The meat was delicious and the sauces and the bacon matched it well. Pricewise it was ok for what you get. The restaurant has a chill vibe and is decorated tastefully.

The Asian waitress is too rude. The other blonde waitress was nice. The food without more, I do not recommend it. Don't expect good meat as all the reviews make you believe. Only the sweet potatoes were good. It was quite noisy in the place.

My American burger cost just under €17. The fries are 4. The ketchup is 1 euro. My iced tea probably 4 euros… Service was super nice and friendly. When the fries were served almost cold with the burger on the first try, I immediately received new fries after asking a friendly question. Unfortunately they were just way too salty. The homemade ketchup, way too sweet and not good in taste either. The meat on the burger was tasteless and the two petties were too thick for my taste. I then ordered Well. My meat was medium rare in places. Overall, I have to admit that I've had much better burgers at McDonald's for less than a fifth of the total price. Wouldn't go there a second time and regret wasting my time and money the first time. The only good thing was the service, which was very friendly and also unconditionally accepted the subsequent criticism.

I think you should only eat the hamburger here. Everything else isn't really good. Had the New Yorker. You didn't taste the cheese at all. The burger wasn't warm, almost cold. Probably because the chef couldn't make both burgers that were ordered at the same time. So mine had to wait until the other burger was ready. But I didn't feel like complaining about it. The fries with truffle sauce were way too salty. At the end we told the waitress, who just said that she would pass it on to the chef. Very good. Oh well. In the end 2 cokes, 2 burgers, a fries for 40e. In my opinion there are better shops.

I ate really good burgers here a few years ago. Now these were rather mediocre. Not too big, a little too little topping, the rolls in the oven/toaster for too long. The portion of fries is very small for 4 euros with correspondingly little sauce. The burgers we ordered went to the next table, where they didn't say anything about why and why we got our food again 20 minutes later. I don't come here anymore. There are too many burger shops in Munich that are significantly better and you'll even be full afterwards.

Very nice atmosphere, relaxed and uncomplicated. Just like you would expect in a burger joint. Great selection of burgers and specials as well as side dishes and it also tasted very good. Thank you very much and I'll definitely be back!

Solid burgers with interesting toppings

The staff was very friendly and it was nice that the store was quiet even though it was lunch time. The burger was overall delicious! American Burger - It was the best because it felt like the homemade burgers I had in Korea. Argentina Burger - It had a unique taste with a lot of salad flavor. It was delicious. Mexican Burger - It's delicious because it has a spicy taste from the jalapeños and a captivating feeling from the guacamole!

The visit was a complete disappointment. The burgers were subpar in taste and the sweet potato fries were dripping with oil. Charging around 40 euros for two burgers, two fries and two drinks is absolutely disproportionate for this quality. You have to queue and order yourself - more like an expensive takeaway without table service. Additionally, only cash payment was accepted during our visit. The tables were also dirty and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and inattentive. I had a vegan burger and sweet potato fries, but both were less than convincing. The bun was dry and the coleslaw tasted like it came from the supermarket. It was also disappointing that they didn't offer a single halal burger. Some of my friends are Muslim and it's a shame that a restaurant in this price range doesn't take such dietary requirements into account. The price-performance ratio is extremely poor, therefore absolutely not recommended.

My friend and I visited here on the whim the photos of their chips looked good online and wow. I got the Mexican burger and my friend got the Hamburger; both with chicken patties. It was absolutely delicious. The chips were phenomenal, crispy, salty, just amazing. We got the garlic sauce with it and loved it also. The burgers were so well done, the crispy chicken patties have like a hashbrown-like texture which was a pleasant surprise!! If your thinking about stopping in - definitely recommend it!

About 13 minutes walk from München Central Station. There's a delicious hamburger restaurant. You can also add various toppings. We chose American, which has a wide selection of patties with double patty and either cheese or triple. You can also choose the grilling method and bun type. Chips are fried sweet potatoes, which are hard to find in Japan. There are several types of sauces, including ketchup. They also provide an English menu. I'm happy because the staff is kind. The burgers are full of volume. I feel full. (2024/9)

Sunday lunchtime in Hamburgerei 1 in Munich with 8 people, three adults and 5 children. Nice, friendly and understanding/patient staff who also fulfill all special requests as far as possible. The burgers and the quality of the meat are top anyway.

The burgers are decent, but not great, meat could be even better (seasoned?) - may be a matter of taste. The selection of variants is rather small, as are the portions of French fries. The prices are very high for this! Tables outside along busy Brienner Str. are in the shade. The service was good, the young ladies were very attentive, polite and quick.

Das Ambiente ist schön. Angenehm klimatisiert. Die Bedienung sehr nett, fröhlich, schnell und gut. Die Burger klingen sehr lecker, allerdings ist der Geschmack etwas fad. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Geschmacksexplosion gewünscht. Alles in allem aber okay. Es gibt aber mindestens drei bessere Burgerbrater in Augsburg.

It was the first time in the Hamburgerei Maxvorstadt and it was very pleasant and tasty. Service very nice and quick. Just the thing on a rainy Sunday. I just think it's a shame that the crispy chicken breast is now this compressed patty.

Simple, small restaurant with very tasty burgers. Large selection of sauces for fries. I can only recommend the truffle sauce here. The little Asian woman behind the counter is on her toes and always processes the order quickly and to your complete satisfaction! For the prices you'll definitely leave satisfied. During the week in the evenings, Thursdays and Fridays there is always a lot going on, so a reservation is recommended. Otherwise there is always a place here.
