Very, very tasty burgers! Very friendly staff. Huge selection. If you like burgers, you have to go there! I'll be back

Despite being an untimely hour for lunch in Germany, we were served with kindness, speed and politeness. We ordered two large and good salads, and the fried sweet potato with truffle mayonnaise was also delicious. The friendliness of the waiter, who told us that he was new, but very professional, should be highlighted. Again, for this reason, as is usual in this country, the drinks are the most expensive.

We ordered delivery. The food arrived ice cold. Please reconsider whether you really want to order delivery. €40 for two burgers that arrive ice cold is unfortunately unacceptable… we won't be ordering from here again.

Nice location and decent taste, but the prices are completely ridiculous. €22 for a burger that's not only too small, but doesn't even come close to reaching the edge, plus fries that don't even come with the sauce, and then a 0.33 Spezi (special). Bravo. If I want to get ripped off, I can just wave my money at Frankfurt Central Station and have less waiting time. The lunch specials should be the standard price. Or make all the portions 50% larger.

The burgers and fries are truly delicious. And what I especially liked is that they serve sweet popcorn beforehand. That was really nice, and I ate it right away. The service was also very friendly and accommodating. ☺️ I'd love to come back next time I'm in Munich.

The burger was okay, but nothing special. The meat was cooked well and tasted fresh, but it was missing something special—perhaps a little more seasoning or a more interesting sauce. The fries were crispy, but not hot enough. The service was friendly, but the wait was a bit longer than expected. For the price, I would have preferred a bit more quality. If you're nearby, you can stop by, but I wouldn't make the trip.

I ordered a classic hamburger from the lunch menu. I'm really satisfied. It tasted great, and I only waited three minutes. The staff was friendly, especially the young lady with blonde hair.

Amazing burgers on very reasonable prices, great variety, helpful staff with great advices, options to get stuff in a menu meaning a discount from the price otherwise. I believe there were at least 8 different burgers, you can choose between sweet potatoes (personally if you want to be a great burger place that's a must), chips and normal fries and decent amount of sauses. The burgers were really tasty and delicious. For 2 ppl - burgers, fries and drinks each, we paid around 40 euro. Definitely will come back when visiting munich again 😊

I had a great experience at Hamburgerei! Their vegan burger was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. It’s one of the tastiest plant-based burgers I’ve ever had. The service was also excellent very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The staff made the whole visit even more enjoyable. The ambiance is quite pleasant—modern. Service was very friendly and fast. The burgers were okay, but we weren't impressed. The loaded fries were unfortunately not good at all. We had the version with guacamole and jalapeños. The cheese was quite strange, like it had curdled, and the taste was just not good in our opinion. The restrooms weren't very clean and in need of updating. Personally, we wouldn't go back.

I wish I lived in Munich so I could eat this burger every day! I had the Sicilian with the vegan patty, and I've honestly never eaten such a good vegetable patty. The server was also excellent and explained the ingredients to us perfectly :) I already miss it 💔

Something happened to the place. They changed the buns. Not as delicious as they used to be. The cutlet was dry, not juicy at all. They used to ask for the grill level. Not anymore. Though fries is good. The sauces and the choice is good. There were just 2 people working, the waitress was stressed and the chef had to clean the tables (at least how it looked).

I write here a comment as the service can definitely be improved. The waiter, hopefully the only one, was very impatient to talk with us when we asked a few questions on the menu, and clearly unhappy if we requested anything like a glass. In the end, no receipt was given after payment. I can't believe such a service style can happen in the center area of Munich. Hope the manager can teach your team to be at least polite with your customers.

Everything's perfect here! Friendly staff, good food at reasonable prices. There's always a good lunch special. You can also sit outside at a few tables along the sidewalk. I hope you continue to offer the option of paying in cash, otherwise we won't be coming back!

Four of us went to Hamburgerei Eins and shared a burger, classic fries, and sweet potato fries. This was our impression: • Burgers & Buns: Great taste – I was particularly surprised by the spelt buns, which were slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. • Fries & Sweet Potato Fries: Both were nice and hot and crispy, the sweet potato version with a subtle sweetness. • Service: Very friendly and attentive without being intrusive – a perfect balance between reliability and relaxed interaction. • Atmosphere: Modern, upscale fast-food restaurant style. Clearly designed for fast, high-quality food – exactly what you'd expect here. • Value for money: Not cheap, but completely reasonable given the excellent ingredients and expert preparation. You don't feel like you've overpaid. Conclusion: Compared to some of the hyped burger spots in the area that don't live up to their price, Hamburgerei Eins delivers exactly what it promises: high-quality burgers with perfectly cooked buns, fair portions, and relaxed yet professional service. We'd gladly return!

The restaurant owner is actively taking action against bad reviews. Dear restaurant owners, this is not the right way to deal with bad reviews. The right way would be to actively address the review and do something about the criticism. I've received these types of defamatory messages several times now. My approach is to use a different account and tell others about it. Not like this!

My office is located next to this Hamburger joint, means I am going here since many years. This place deserves this 5 stars rating as it maintained the same great quality and tasty burgers over the course of many years, and never disappointed. Great job guys!

The meat burgers may be good, but this is a dream come true, especially for vegetarians. Each burger can be combined with one of several veggie patties. The fried halloumi is incredibly delicious combined with the mustard chutney and caramelized onions. The place is cool, and you can sit comfortably by the street. We didn't have to wait too long for the food, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. Also, a big compliment to the super friendly and personable staff. 🫶 I definitely want to come back.

This chain calls itself "eating with friends" – but they treat partners completely differently here. I was a franchise partner. I paid over €40,000 and moved here from Finland with my partner and our young child. The contract was unilaterally terminated, and my money was kept. No apology, no solution – just silence. We waited forever for our burger and salad at lunchtime. Unfortunately, both were average. The vegan burger is dry, as are the fries. All the ingredients seem to be of cheap quality. It's a shame, there are much better alternatives in MUC.

9:32 p.m. - a disgruntled Indian chef shouts "the kitchen is closed" when he enters. OK. No more sales here.

You order it at the counter and it will be brought to your seat when it's ready. There was a lunch menu available at a reasonable price. It wasn't too big for a hamburger here, and it was delicious from start to finish.

It's very important to say the sauce before the drink, otherwise they'll freak out and think you're stupid. How can you not know something like that... Otherwise delicious.

A place to feel good without any frills

Went there at 3pm and there weren't many people. I loved that they played a lot R.E.M. songs. Their burger tasted just like Shiny Happy People :)

The visit was a disappointment across the board. The burgers were below average in terms of taste and the sweet potato fries were dripping with oil. Charging around 40 euros for two burgers, two fries and two drinks is completely disproportionate for this quality. You have to queue and order yourself - more like an expensive takeaway with no table service. In addition, only cash payments were accepted during our visit. The tables were also dirty and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and inattentive. I had a vegan burger and sweet potato fries, but both were anything but convincing. The bun was dry and the coleslaw tasted like it came from the supermarket. It was also disappointing that they don't offer a single halal burger. Some of my friends are Muslims and it's a shame that a restaurant in this price range doesn't take such dietary requirements into account. The price-performance ratio is extremely poor, so I absolutely don't recommend it.

The burger (The Frenchman) is a very tasty combination and I would recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately it was only served lukewarm... Unfortunately, the fries (Los Angeles) were no longer really warm and had already passed their crispy season. Finally, I found it a bit of a shame that the service staff didn't ask how you would like your petty to be fried, but rather each medium was served.

Good burgers with very good service. The good woman was snappy but not unfriendly. She had the whole place under control - and I mean that in a positive way. The little one was immediately given pens and drawing paper. The toilets were very clean. The location is a bit cramped and no longer fresh. But that's not really a negative point. I would go again.

I was at Hamburgerei 1 today and I have to say the service was on point, very nice and polite, even though the place was completely full, the food came really quickly and the food was very tasty. I will definitely visit the store again and can recommend it to everyone.

I was here spontaneously. There are five or six different burgers on the menu, along with sides like cold slow, fries and the like. The burger was okay, there was nothing wrong with it, but it didn't blow me away either. So average in my opinion. I find it relatively expensive here because the Bueger is bought individually and all the supplements too. That adds up quite a bit. But well, that's how it's done in many restaurants these days. What bothered me, however, was that they even charge 1.00 euros for a portion of ketchup. In my opinion, it should be a matter of course to include at least a small portion of ketchup or other sauce with the dish. It's nice that there are some options to choose from, e.g. breadless burger with salad garnish instead, meat medium or well done, etc. During the week you can also get drinks and burgers in the menu for a little cheaper. The ambience came across as rather cheap to me. Sure, it's a burger joint, but on the one hand the selection and price suggest that these are high-quality burgers, so it would be nice if that was reflected in the style too. Service was OK.

We ate burgers on recommendation but were disappointed by the value for money, especially if you go in the evening. The prices of the burgers are exaggerated when you see the size. You expect to get a plate with fries and salad for the price, or much bigger burgers. They are very good, but nothing exceptional compared to other places I have already been to. So count on at least €20 for a classic burger with fries and sauce (without drink) if you go in the evening. I think that the lunch formulas should be the basic formulas applied at any time of the day. Good positive point to raise: you can have any burger in a vegetarian version

The hamburgers were super delicious! Nicely medium fried, juicy and tasted very fresh. Also recommended: the coleslaw with apple. We also had the house dip with the fries and the house lemon iced tea (personally it was too sweet for me but otherwise good). Service was super friendly and in a good mood despite the store being full. By the way, we ordered at the table - contrary to some other reviews.

It reads creatively, but unfortunately tastes less than average. The sweet potato fries are the best, I make better citizens myself, sorry. There could be MUCH more. Service is friendly, but seems to be strictly patronized.

Been here for the first time in almost 3 years. Over €18 for an average burger, 10-12 fries and a small drink. It's really crazy. Unfortunately, you can now get much better burgers for the money, so a little better average isn't enough. But that probably also explains why there are no longer any queues or queuing And the medium burger was also very rare. Well... wasabi mayo tasted good.

With the word "Hamburger" in its very name, I had high hopes for this burger joint. Upon entering, there was a prominent picture of a classic hamburger (Bun, Meat, Cheese, letuce & Tomato) in all of its delicious glory. I thought to myself... so far... so good! You can only imagine my disappointment when I ordered (a bacon cheeseburger with mustard) to find... No Tomato... (they don't have this - despite the picture on the wall) No Lettuce...(they don't have this - despite the picture on the wall) And once the burger was delivered, no regular mustard.... Just some guccie-fied fruity mustard chutney mix that tasted like (well you know)... which I promptly returned. and no regular ketchup either... Second burger... This time it was just a plain burger but... despite the menu prominently stating they only served medium-well or well done meat.... I am pretty certain with a defibrillator, I could have returned that cow to life. So if you are looking to a classic hamburger experience... move along, this is not the hamburger joint you are looking for. Otherwise, the ingredients were all very good quality, the fries were good, and the staff and service was pretty good.

They say that one child's menu is free on Sundays, but only the burger is free and the fillet is not free. When ordering in advance, I asked if the children's menu was free, so if I ordered something that wasn't free, they should have explained it to me. However, I received the order without explanation and received the full menu price. It was a very unfriendly and unpleasant experience. I wonder if it was actually free or not. I have a lot of racist experiences and really have a bad image of the city. It is the third country after France and Switzerland, and it is the country I studied in, but I am really disappointed and I wonder if the civic consciousness of Germans is this low. It has become a country with only the worst memories. I wish I was ashamed of myself. I hope and The menu says that all i-menu items are free. If I were German or white, would the service be like this? I really don't want to come back to this place. Think about it again, you'll be ashamed of yourself.

Very tasty burgers and nice service in a modern atmosphere. The portions are a bit small for the price but the quality makes up for it.

The burger was excellent but the sides were only ok. And they refused to serve us free tap water and instead we had to buy bottled water which really annoys me.

Burguer was so good, we loved it! But the waiter not so patiently to answer our question, didnt like the waiter behavior. We asked couple questions about menu and she asked so rude. Besides of that the place has a lot of tables, no waiting line and food is so good.
